Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

We were looking for great pizza/Italian food and found it. We first called, spoke to Jasmine, she was very helpful and answered all of our questions. There was a slight wait so we headed to the bar to get some drinks. Stephan was amazing! Went above and beyond to help me find the perfect wine. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our server (I think Jessica) was also great. Portions are humongous, strongly recommend sharing. My favorite part was the decor, you feel as if you’ve been transported to a different place while Sinatra plays in the background. Truly a pleasant experience.

Our server Stephen was fantastic! He was super friendly and outgoing made our whole night. For a chain the food was on point, delicious, well seasoned, and came out hot. If I could have given this review 10 stars I would have!

Buca di Beppo is awesome! The food is super tasty and the portions are huge—perfect for sharing with family or friends. The place has a fun vibe with cool decorations all over the walls. The staff is really friendly and makes you feel welcome. Favorites like spaghetti, meatballs, and garlic bread never disappoint. Great spot for birthdays, group dinners, or just when you're really hungry. Definitely recommend checking it out!

We use to love ordering from here because the quality and portions were worth the price, but after tonight's order taking almost 2 hours and these tiny portions never again. My 7 year old niece wasn't full after 1 piece of chicken, I dont know how a full grown adult is expected to fill up on a these portions sizes that are literally less than half of what we are use to. At over $200 after tip it's just not worth the price for what we recieved.

An unforgettable birthday thanks to MICHEAL! 👈😃✨ We originally had plans to go to an Italian restaurant for my sister’s birthday, but couldn’t get a reservation so we ended up here, and I’m honestly so glad we did. The food was fantastic, but what really made the night unforgettable was our server, Michael. From the moment we sat down, Michael went above and beyond. He was warm, attentive, genuine, and made us feel truly special. He added a personal touch to every interaction, and his energy and care made the entire celebration feel elevated. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well, but truly enjoys making people feel welcome. If you’re visiting this restaurant, ask for Michael you won’t regret it. He’s the kind of person who turns a nice dinner into a beautiful memory. Thank you, Michael, for making my sister’s birthday so special!

Service was decent. Not bad not great. The pizza was not good however. Floppy grease. $25 for a flatbread grease attack! The spaghetti and meatballs looked good tho. I’d get that instead next time.

Quality of the ingredients is subpar at best. Ordered pene ala vodka, and it did not taste like it. The stuffed shells was chewy and didn't have enough red sauce, alfredo was creamy and decent. I would not eat here again.

Eh. We got seated next to a big family who was loud & had alot of kids who where running around the room. The kids where even knocking our table. The taste of the food, the experience, cleanliness of the place & server did not match the price. Silverware had food on it & the rest was heavily spotted. The place was dusty our seats had crumbs. Why am I cleaning my own seat, table & silverware while paying the prices I did. As expensive as this place is to dine in, I'm surprised they don't hire a cleaning company. Luckily we was next to the station they kept the water pitcher because our server wasn't on it. We had to fill our own water. Buca di Beppo used to be all around better. Yesterday's experience has become my last experience.
