Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Even though our food took a long time to be served on a not very busy night, I’m giving 5 stars. The waitress was great and they provided a free dessert because of the wait. We didn’t even have to mention anything about the food taking so long. And as usual, the food was delicious.

Awesome. Just awesome decor. The walls are lined with random pictures and the roof looks like old advertisement. The food was excellent, yes it is expensive but each meal can feed about five people. Great mixtures and variety of Italian food. And the staff was great. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Hopefully we will be able to go more often.

This place is was a great disappointment! Haven’t eaten here in quite awhile and things have changed. Ordered Calamari appetizer had to send it back and substitute fried mozzarella. The Calamari was very very chewy. Terrible! The Wife had the “Spicy Chicken Rigatoni” it had a piece of chicken in it you break a tooth on. She said the chicken tasted off, hopefully she can avoid extra bathroom trips today. I had Spaghetti with meat sauce it was OK but needed something. Side Caesar salad.was pretty good. They forgot to bring bread to the table which would have been nice with the spaghetti. There is nothing here to come back for, a completely forgettable experience.

The restaurant has great ambience, good decoration and good service. I had some eggplant parmigiana,it was very good. We also had pasta which it was okay. This place isn't bad for a family dinner. You won't be disappointed and your family most likely enjoy. This is not a fancy restaurant, not recommended for a Valentine's date. 🐴🐴

Took our traveling Girls Basketball team and parents out for team dinner and had an amazing meal. The service was excellent. Food was delicious. We were able to easily split checks for our large group. Very easily accommodated! Thanks for making us KC peeps so welcome in Indy

Great place to eat. I had a great meal. The experience was great. The server was very hospitable. She was very nice. The place was great and I will definitely bring my girls here to eat. U get A HUGE PLATE OF FOOD!! THESE PORTIONS ARE AMAZING. U HAVE TO COME AND TRY THIS PLACE. DATE NIGHT OR GIRLS NIGHT OUT!!

This place was awesome! Can't wait to come back! The lasagna was the bomb and there was so much food for everyone to try something new. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice family restaurant the food and atmosphere here is absolutely fantastic.

We spent $150 for dinner for delivery and this was our experience. Calamari was RAW! Completely Transparent!!! If you work at an Italian restaurant and don't know how to cook calamari out of a frozen bag so it isn't raw, then management needs to make adjustments. The chicken limone was a tiny medallion (double the size of a chicken nugget from a fast food restaurant) with plain fettuccine Alfredo with NO lemon flavor, just a couple of cappers, chicken tasted reheated, and was so dry it had dust come out when we cut it. Spicy shrimp were the size of salad shrimp and were chewy. Our Itilian Cream Cake had half a tablespoon of raspberry topping for 2 slices of cake. Bread was completely stale. On the plus side, the salad was cold and had minimal toppings for delivery and the lasagna was good. I would have been better to spend the $150 at Fazolis with better tasting food, larger portions, and it would be fully cooked! I love Buca but this experience was a complete joke. I've had my Birthday there every 2 years and won't be back this September. I am so disappointed!!!

I thought this was a pretty good restaurant. Be for warned, it is family style. But that means that you get large portions that you are meant to share. I would come prepared a little bit on a game plan or else you feel a little awkward trying to decide what all to order for the table. I think that most of the pasta items comes with enough for 1 more person than they say it does. We got the penne basilica, stuffed ziti and baked rigatoni. All of which were good We also got the bruschetta as an appetizer and wow! Fantastic. It is also HUGE. The cheese bread was pretty good too. Some at our table then got the tiramisu cake and the colonel brownie Sunday. Tiramisu was just okay but the colossal brownie Sunday was great! Highly recommend. I personally loved the decorations but they were too much for the people I was with that had ADHD lol. They sing a fun birthday song and bring out your personal candle for a wish.

The food was really good only thing I would have added was olive oil or marinara for the cheesy bread. JEFFREY was absolutely amazing! He was so sweet, funny, and efficient. Please let him know that! The decor was cute and I loved the lighting and music.

I used to think this restaurant was the best ever! Loved coming here when we came through town. Probably after this visit, we wouldn't come back. We came here on May 6th thinking we'd have to wait. We were surprised when the parking lot was a ghost town. My daughter and I were seated and Ethan came a short while later. We ordered our drinks. He arrived, put the drinks down, and took our orders. We ordered calamari (I forgot to get a picture) a chopped salad, and a Margherita pizza. The food was ok. A bit under seasoned. Not as large of portions. Service was fine. Drinks were filled, Nothing special. Bathroom had ants crawling along the wall. I have no big complaints, other than it's just not as good as before. Felt dirty and not as "special" of an experience. I left feeling underwhelmed. We realized why no one was in the parking lot on a Saturday.

My youngest child loves Buca di Beppo. I don't think I've ever seen him eat as much as he did in one sitting as he did here. There was a plate of Buca spaghetti in front of him and he went to town. He scarfed it and asked for seconds and thirds. We visited for a special occasion, and since then, he's asked to come back many times. I'm conflicted about returning, though, because I'm the one with the money, and I'd rather spend my money on good Italian food. I just don't like the food at Buca di Beppo! This location has nice service, though. They do get busy, so your experience might differ. When we visited, we tasted the spaghetti, fettuccini alfredo, bread and cannoli. All of it was underwhelming and flat. However, my kid liked it a lot, so maybe you'd like it, too. Who knows? Everyone's taste is different, right? But I'm the one with the Yelp account, so I'm the one who is giving this Buca three stars.

On a weekend trip to Indy we decided to take advantage on coupons from Buca di Beppo. Unfortunately there is isn't one in St Louis so we rarely get to enjoy it. After a day in the car we decided to do carry out. We ordered our pizzas and Salad and waited in the bar. Service was a bit slow ( only one bartender on a Saturday night) but the drinks were good. Our order was brought to us in the bar which was nice customer service. Unfortunately we found a Pepperoni pizza instead of the Margharita pizza we ordered. When we called they offered to make us another pizza but we we're hungry so we opted to keep it. They did refund the cost of the pizza. Both the Pepperoni and Spicy Arribiata pizza were quite good though I'm not a fan of the sandwich size pepperoni on pizza. The Caesar Salad was very good. The dressing really made it. All in all a mixed experience.

Went there for a birthday dinner and it was not great. Not putting the a one star because it's not the worst I've had, but it was dismal. The prosciutto stuffed chicken we had had burnt breading, dry chicken, and ham that wasn't prosciutto, along with a sauce we couldn't taste The baked rigatoni was meh, with little flavor and barely al dente pasta. The fried mozzarella was over cooked and dark. To top it off, the server was barely interested. We didn't complain there because it wasn't worth it but am letting others know that their quality has dropped off the edge of even okay. I know not to expect much from a chain like this, but tonight was especially terrible. Go find another place. This one is dying, if not already dead.

We only tried Buca di Beppo because we were given a gift card, and, unfortunately, the food made me wish I lost the gift card. The spaghetti was overcooked and bland, the meatballs tasted like they came out of a can (except I've tasted better meat from Chef Boyardee), and the margarita pizza was everything you don't want a thin pizza to be: dry, chewy, and flavorless. If anybody thinks this is what Italian food is supposed to taste like, then I would suggest branching out a little more and getting out of your comfort zone. The trays of food we picked up for New Year's ended up having to be tossed in the trash because we just couldn't eat anymore of it, although I will mention that we are ardently opposed to food waste. Lucky for our conscience, Buca di Beppo would need to improve quite a bit before tossing it could qualify as wasting food.

The food is always great, I appreciate the open kitchen can see it's clean but the dining area seems dated looks like it needs cleaned. The chicken carbonara is the best! Order garlic cheese bread but say light on the garlic!

All the ingredients were present for an absolutely delightful evening last night as I gathered with a large group of friends at the Castleton Buca di Beppo's in celebration of multiple birthday. For those unaware, Buca di Beppo is designed as a festive, family-styled restaurant. This is a modestly-sized national chain that started in Minneapolis in 1993 and has grown to right around 100 locations including three in Central Indiana - Castleton, Greenwood, and downtown. They specialize in parties and events, function much better with reservations, and do exclusively operate with the true family-style dining where appetizers and main dishes are shared experiences. As you should guess, it is an Italian restaurant and there's really nothing that deviates from Italian. To be fully transparent, my party did serve up a bit of a curve to kick things off as our group of 14-15 started off with the arrival of five and the rest trickled in. 10 were present within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time and drink orders were taken at that time. We had one family of three that arrived late, though generally we were what I'd call fashionably late. That does matter at a place like Buca di Beppo, especially during these times when staffing is more difficult, because reservations do help dictate the flow of staffing and service. The entryway is wheelchair friendly. Buca di Beppo has several accessible spots and a nicely done concrete ramp to the front door. It's ADA compliant. The two front doors are glass and a tad heavy. You enter into a lobby where a host will get you to your assigned spot. There are several areas in what is easily designed to be a sort of Italian-style house. Favorite rooms tend to be the Pope's Room and the Chef's Room. The decor is festive. It's not quite gaudy but certainly close. It's busy in what is generally a busy atmosphere anyway. This is definitely designed for family and fun. The entire experience tends to be gently paced. When you go to Buca di Beppo, you don't generally rush in and rush out unless you're picking up a carry-out. However, we were there over four hours and that was simply too long. It was sensory overload - in fact, one member of our party left precisely because of that issue. Drinks were fairly timely. Alcohol is served here, though I ordered my usual iced tea. It was refreshed once in four hours - fortunately, right as the food was starting to arrive. You could tell that our server's rhythm was thrown off by having our pace throw off her schedule a bit. She seemed to get a bit of help with delivering food, though generally staffing seemed low and I felt badly for her. She was trying, but her frustration showed and multiple mistakes were made. We ordered appetizers like green beans, brussel sprouts, and I believe bread. I wasn't a fan of any of them (as in I didn't eat them - not that they were bad). I'll never get used to Italian restaurants that don't offer some sort of side since Italian food and bread is practically a must. Main dishes included spaghetti with meat sauce, lasagna, spicy chicken rigatoni, and maybe one other. Dishes come in small, medium, and large. Our order was incorrect and never addressed. We were, as a result, charged for food we hadn't actually ordered and for at least one large when we ordered a small. At Buca di Beppo, these kinds of things add up. We were seated at a long table and round table. We had a hard time coordinating foods and meals. We'd also requested splitting of checks and were told that would happen, however, it did not. The end of an exhausting evening was needlessly chaotic as we attempted to divide a bill to ensure things were fairly divided and the server was tipped well. The food was decent. There was certainly leftovers considering we received food we didn't order. I enjoyed the lasagna, in particular. It wasn't brilliant by any means, but I enjoyed it. I did try the spicy chicken rigatoni and it was closer to warm than spicy with a blandness that assured I certainly wouldn't order it again. I was with people I enjoyed and a 2-year-old I adored. I fully expected a wonderful experience here, but I found the atmosphere overwhelming, the service slow and not particularly hospitable, and the food mid-range. I essentially had two modest-sized servings of lasagna and four spicy rigatoni chicken noodles for a price that exceeded value. About an hour before we were done yet another party came in and they were placed literally right next to us in an empty room. This partly blocked my exit as a wheelchair user (Can anyone say fire hazard?) and generally was just bizarre given the amount of empty spaces available. I was just starting to relax a bit and then "Wham!" sensory overload again. This was a two-star experience. I'm opting for three recognizing staffing issues. The atmosphere was poorly managed, the service lacked, the food mid-range, and mistakes were made. Quite simply, there's not a chance I'll return.

We went because one in our party of 3 chose to celebrate a bday here. We arrived on a Sunday night at 7:30 to a completely empty parking lot and wondered if it was even open. We were, quite literally the only people in the restaurant and had to hunt down a server to seat us. And it became apparent why. Here, most ordering is done ala carte and Smalls feed 2-3 people. One dining companion wanted garlic bread, which at many restaurants would be complimentary. Problem was, the other two of us didn't partake, and garlic bread is $12. It came before the salad, a Caesar ($20), which served all three of us nicely. But I had to pick out some brown/wilted/slimy pieces of romaine which always worries me a bit, Then two of us split meatballs ($24), and the big appetite/bday boy ordered his own stuffed shells pasta ($28) knowing he would take half home. The three meatballs in the order (they were $8 each) were listed as being half pound each, but either that is inaccurate or most of the weight cooked out of them. Mine was gone in a couple bites. After my $4 ice tea, some salad and a meatball, I left hungry and $24 lighter after tax and tip. The person who dared to order bread and eat an entree by himself would have spent over $60. For meatless pasta, bread and salad. This is not the place to go to get good value for the price, quality, or both, unless maybe you go as a group of light eaters who don't know any better and can agree on everything you order.

We came for lunch and received amazing service from Brooke. the food was hot, fresh and delicious! This restaurant is highly recommended! Sorry I don't have any photos to attach, but the meals had a great presentation and there were no leftovers!

Awful. That "Alfredo" had no garlic nor Parmigiano flavor at all. And how old was that chicken? The pizza was nothing like past Buca experiences, not thin, too much cheese & not even melted. This was the most expensive big disappointment, nothing like it used to be, gross or flavorless. What a dissatisfying waste.

Loved our lunch here celebrating Fathers Day. I had made a reservation before hand and was seated right away once we arrived. Our waiter was very friendly and all of ours orders came out correctly. We started with the apple gorgonzola salad and the small fed 4 people with a little more to share. We also had the calamari which was fair, didn't have a ton of flavor but was still warm and fresh. We ordered smalls of both the Shrimp Fra Diavolo and cheese manicotti. Both dishes were really good. The shrimp said it had some spice but it wasn't overwhelming. The cheese manicotti was served hot and amazing. They have lunch specials during the week but everything was very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. The family style portions are definitely a great option to share with larger groups and families. I really enjoyed our lunch here and will definitely be back.

Oh Bucca of days past where have you gone? I missed thee. My last visit which was over a year ago was disappointing because of the portion size. We decided to give it another chance. We ordered the chicken Limon to go. Cost was $38. Three little pieces of chicken barely enough for one person alone not close to the3+ as they advertise. What happened to Bucca of old? When you can order one dish and feed three or four people and still have leftovers Food is good, always has been. But now they're just like any other restaurant with good Italian food, but portions are small, and the prices are over inflated for what you get. Will not come back again.

Ordered take out tonight from Buca Castleton. Last couple times were very disappointing, but tonight-they were OUTSTANDING! GREAT FOOD! Plenty of sauce, hot food, prepared perfectly. Staff was very polite and efficient! Very easy pick up.

Tonight we ordered the chicken parmigiana meal for four, delivered via DoorDash. More than enough food and tasty. Came still hot so that was great. We also ordered garlic bread (paid extra) and sadly it was not good. A bit soggy. I can make better and for $9 it really should be terrific.

Of all the Italian restaurants in Indy, Buca di Beppo is definitely on my top 10 list of excellent Italian restaurants. Not only is the restaurant ambiance itself amazing and eye-catching as you walk in, the food is absolutely top notch and of excellent quality standards. I did a Uber Eats to go order tonight for dinner for the chicken Parmagina and side mixed greens salad. Both were wonderful and packaged perfectly and fresh! The pasta was perfectly cooked and the chicken Parmagina itself was incredible. The mixed greens salad was very fresh and delightful. I've not had their desserts, but I've heard the desserts are amazing and worth the price. If you do not mind spending a bit of money, you will get the experience of a lifetime if you dine at Buca di Beppo. Even if you get a to go order, you will still enjoy an amazing dinner at home. The presentation and quality of food is above and beyond and worth the price. You have to go to Buca di Beppo for an excellent Italian meal with the family. It will be the best dinner money can buy!

Great Experience at Buca for our company luncheon! The food was amazing, there was a huge variety and the service was the best we have encountered! Our server Jeffrey was amazing and upbeat, elevating our experience. Will definitely come back and recommend. Best dish was the Chicken Limone.

On, Saturday night Dec. 5th, 2021 I had dinner at Buca Di Beppo. Luckily, the weather was very nice outside. Going into the front entrance of the restaurant there are a lot of stairs, and I didn't see a low walk ramp so that someone who can't do stairs needs the ramp. I noticed the restaurant is smaller compared to the one downtown if that's still open, and the restaurant is in a great location in the Castleton area. For, my dinner I had the baked ziti which was a big plate, I order a small that was big enough for 2-3 people. It was missing some flavor, and more cheese I didn't eat all just half then took the rest home. Overall, it wasn't a bad restaurant just be prepared that the foods are huge sizes whether it's a small, or large dish.

Made a reservation and had to wait 15' to be seated as people up front didn't know what they were doing. Waited a long time to order, a long time after we ordered to even get water. Waited a long time on our food which we didn't receive two entrees that were ordered until we spoke up and said something. Were done eating for quite some time and waited to get our checks and waited even longer for our checks to be brought back. When brought back 1 check was incorrect and we also received a check of another customer. We had told the server about this and thought maybe they would appreciate letting us know that they made an error. My wife and I had went to the restroom and then I hear two staff members complaining about our table like we had made an error on our checks and were trying to slight the restaurant. When I approached them they were rude. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the food was really good. If you want good service do not go here!

Food is excellent though pricey. It is family style only so take more than 2 people. Meal sizes are set for 3+ so have at least 3 All dishes are separate...expect a lot of food but be ready to pay for it We had the Gorgonzola and apple salad (Excellent) and the Salmon Sorento which is Salmon only. The food was excellent and we had all we wanted but it would have been nice to had a least one side with it but $$$ The decor is old country Italian family style which would have been so much better with another small group All total, salad and salmon was $70 for two with a decent tip. No drinks with that I believe there is a reason the place was almost empty

Made reservations for my family to celebrate my grandson's 18th birthday. We checked in with let them know that our party was going to be smaller. They added us to a different room and told us that we would have a wonderful server Jose. We sat there with our menus for over 10 minutes before we ever saw our server. He did come to the room and set up another table for a large party, and then he finally did come and get our drink request. We did get our drinks. He asked us if we wanted to order appetizers we said we had not looked at those yet he wanted to make sure we knew it was family dining, and he left again we finally Saw him he came back. He took our order which we ordered just our dinners at that time and our food was delivered. Probably 15 minutes later the food was very very good. Everybody was happy with their choices. When we were halfway done with our food. Our waiter came back to check on us to see if our food was OK. We did ask for refills on drinks by then and he let us know that there would be a secondary charge for my grandsons Sprite/Shirley Temple. We finished our dinner and we waited and waited and waited. He along with the manager and other servers, or behind us in the kitchen, chatting and everything I finally got up, went and asked them to bring us containers, about five minutes later, he brought us the containers and asked us if we wanted to see a dessert menu. No mention of our grandsons birthday. We did not want to order an additional dessert. We boxed up our own food. He showed back up, handed me the bill. I handed him my credit card as he was walking by after serving the other family. He returned with my final Receipts and told us to have a nice evening. Our server was not attentive to us We had to request all service He did not acknowledge our grandsons birthday or bring complementary dessert for him. Our server was more involved with visiting with others in kitchen. Food was great and we are all enjoying them today! Avoid this server

Just no. The food is definitely overpriced and just so flavorless. I was also worried about the chicken since it didn't seem fully cooked. Literally nothing had flavor, textures were not good, and the silverware had stains. So again, just no.

Our server was amazing even though the kitchen was slow. Ash was the best and gave me a great first experience.

This years Thanksgiving meal was at Buccas. We had a noon reservation and were seated quickly. Bucas is one of a few select list if places serving dine in Thanksgiving meals. It can work out well as they can accommodate large groups and were very efficient and fast with our food. A bonus is that there are select regular items available if you don't like turkey. Our waitress was exceptional and we thanked her for working on Thanksgiving. My whole party got the Thanksgiving family meal for 6 which we ended up easily feeding seven people from. We added some meatballs too. The meal had a huge great Italian salad, pasta, green beans, mashed potatoes, turkey, pumpkin pie, and some of the best stuffing I've had as well as cranberry sauce. The price was a good deal as it was Thanksgiving and you'll have more food than you'll know what to do with. If there was any minor area for improvement it was the turkey breast while quite good was a bit dry so I added more gravy problem solved. My family had a great time earing here for Thanksgiving and I am sure I will be back

On 7/28 we went to Buca's in Castleton around 6:15. There were very few cars in the parking lot. We were led to a table and as we were sitting there we both started using our menus for fans. It was very warm. My husband was dripping wet after a few minutes. We asked someone why it was so hot and they said the air conditioning system was not fully working and the repairmen had not gotten there yet. We then sat at the table for 15 minutes with no water and NO ONE asked us if we wanted a cocktail or were ready to order!! We were furious and got up and left. I would give them a "0" if I could. Will not be back again.

Went to the one at Castleton, food was fantastic. The manicotti was the best I have ever had. My husband said the Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken was very good. Our waitress, Chrissy, was delightful. She was very attentive and entertaining, absolutely excellent. Definitely would recommend this restaurant.

If you are in the area of the Castleton Mall and want Italian food, go to Buca de Beppo. It is a stand-a-lone building in the mall parking lot, close to Dick's Sporting Goods. We love their Chopped Antipasti salad. It comes with pepperoni, salami, red onions, pepperoncini, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, green olives, provolone, feta cheese, and gorgonzola cheese all on a mixed bed of lettuce with Italian vinaigrette. Special orders don't upset them ... you can ask for any of the items to be omitted or provided on the side. You can get the salad as a Small, which feeds 3 people, for $21 (or $7 per person) or as a Large, which feeds 5 people for $30 (or $6 a person). Trust me, the portions are very generous and really do feed the number of individuals indicated in the menu.... If not more! For an entrée, we like the Baked Rigatoni. It comes with spicy Italian sausage, meat sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta chesses. The sausage is in medium size pieces, so you definitely know what you are eating. The Small Rigatoni feeds at least 3 and costs $25. The Large feeds at least 5 and costs $36. We ordered both the Small Antipasti Salad and the Small Baked Rigatoni for my wife and I. We ended up with left overs to take home. When combined with the Antipasti Salad, the Baked Rigatoni easily makes 4 meals for my wife and I (two meals while in the restaurant and two meals as left overs at home). A word of caution, the Antipasti does not do well as a left over. The dressing breaks down the ingredients. However, if you order the Antipasti on a To Go order, they put the dressing on the side so it will keep longer. At first glance, the prices may seem high. However, keep in mind the serving sizes are for more than one individual and the pasta dishes make great left overs. Also, if you join their email club, you get a lot of good coupons in your email. The coupons are such things as $20 off a spend of $40 or $15 off a spend of $30. The spend limits are easy to reach. So, it really ends up being a great value! Go to Buca di Beppo with a friend or loved one who has similar taste in food. The menu, as indicated, is served family style so it is easier if you can agree on the dishes to share. But, no matter what, go give Buca a try!

Oh Buca, please get back to where you were when you opened. Great food, prepared well, with great staff, served in a whimsical environment. You were so amazing. Our last pick up order the antipasti salad was great but the other two main dishes were so over cooked. I miss you so.

Came here on a Friday night for date night while visiting Indy for the weekend. I made reservations online just in case. Service was brief and ok but not overly friendly or welcoming. Not much of the menu was explained either and he seemed to be in a rush. Food overall was ok but he forgot to bring out the meatball and we reminded him. Further when we got the bill he forgot to charge us for the wine and we reminded him. For being good customers we got nothing for it not even a free meatball. This place has definitely dipped in service and the food is ok but not great. For spending $141 we could have gone to a ton of other places in Indy and had a better time.

Tell the person that answers the phone to not keep someone on hold for more than 15 minutes without coming back to say hold on more.

Food was great however our waitress was extremely slow we waited what seemed like 10 mins for a togo box and I'm positive we sat for 10-15 mins before we just decided to pay with cash and leave.

Ash was awesome! She was so kind and attentive and she was the exact service that I needed after dealing with a family trauma. I will come back just because of her kindness. Thank you Ash!!!!

This place is so unique and their family style service is so different that it's a must try. The decor is very interesting and uniquely Italian. The family style eating method encourages community amongst the diners. There were several large groups that stayed a long time and enjoyed diner and each other. If you are looking for outstanding Italian food then you will be disappointed. We had an order of cheese bread, the anti pasta salad and spaghetti & meat balls. The ordering process is difficult to know if you are ordering enough food. My suggestion is to order less food than the menu suggests. In our case we ordered small sizes for three people to feed a party of four. The cheese bread was nice as was the salad. These items were good and fresh...just nothing special. The spaghetti was okay. The sauce didn't have much unique flavor. The meat ball had a nice flavor but nothing outstanding. We celebrated two birthdays in which they brought a scoop of ice cream - which also wasn't very distinctive. I give the manager and server kudos. Apparently the team was very under staffed. We waited much longer than you would except. However everyone hustled and was friendly.

Had the best family dinner!! Great food and even better service. Even with a larger party of 16!!!

Meh. Lackluster. Bland and apparently "Italian seasoning" is a myth. Especially for the price. Food took incredibly long and what they provided was very underwhelming. All of the pasta came out dry, as if the cooks had no idea that noodles absorb sauce. The original owner of this restaurant has to be rolling in his grave. It's just not a good value. You can make bland pasta without seasoning at home for a fraction of the cost.

Celebrated my daughters high school graduation with family! Dinner was great..service was splendid, food was tasty! We enjoyed the green beans, chicken parm, and lasagna! All the favs! Yet, my daughter received several graduation gifts while there, one being a magnet of her family...along with a sizable amount of cash! Somehow she must've left it..I called the restaurant shortly after we had left and asked if they had seen it..now I know with the state of the economy and gas being $5..I knew the cash was out of the question on getting back but I just wanted to get the beautiful portrait magnet...maybe hire some more trustworthy employees...it was supposed to be a memorable occasion topped off with a wonderful meal...

Great place to gather with family. Family style was great. Our server Christy did a great job and was very friendly and accommodating. Spaghetti and meatballs was great. The meatballs were very large. We had lots of leftovers to take home for another meal. Yum!!!

Chrissy was amazing! Excellent service, really enjoyed our dinner. She brought levity and joy, really made a fun Saturday night!

Jeffrey was very helpful when I came in for my pickup order. Buca's food is always delicious!
