Sam on Thursday and Jamie on Friday took very good care of us. The pizza was so delicious and lasagna was large, good served hot. The burger special with fries was served hot and delicious. The hostesses Aide and Roxie welcomed us and sat us in the restaurant. Was our anniversary so Jamie gave us a dessert 🍨 so yummy. Thanks Jamie.

Located in Excalibur Hotel, very casual setting, family friendly and big portions. No real dress code. Time of visit was late at night around 10pm, no wait time. The menu and portions designed for 3-4 people or larger portions 5-6 people. The price may seem a little daunting at first but the portions are huge. I ordered the baked rigatoni 42$ regular portion and an Apple Gorganzola salad 30$. Was more than enough for 2 people with plenty of leftovers. Lots of cheese on the rigatoni, cooked well, plenty of sauce, lots of flavor. The salad was in. A big bowl, a shown in the photo with tongs practically fitting inside the bowl. Lots of flavor all the way through, the toppings were throughout the salad not just layered on top.

Buca di Beppo inside Excalibur serves up tasty food, but service is consistently poor and meal portions are far too large — with a price point to match. In the past year or so, I have eaten at Buca four times with the same experience: good food, poor service. Buca is conveniently located next to the Excalibur showroom. This week we arrived at Buca one hour before show time and told the waiter. The restaurant was moderately busy and the waiter said, ‘no problem.’ The food was served quickly — one entree of fettuccine Alfredo and dessert. The one entree was enough for four people. The waiter checked on us only once, no problem. But with 20 minutes to curtain time, I had to ask for dessert, (which was enough for at least five people) we hurriedly ate a bit. Then the waiter went missing. I had to walk into the kitchen to hunt down the waiter to ask for the bill and take-home boxes — too small for the leftover tiramisu. With the showroom about 75 feet away, we made it to our seats just two minutes before the start of the show. Each visit to Buca is similar: good food, excessively large portions and poor service.

The food was delicious and served in large portions. The service was good they checked on us a few times. The atmosphere was nice not loud or overwhelming

Google
There was no host table and we had to wait 15 mins at a regular time 2 pm on a Tuesday. Food was bad quality for the price, salmon looked fake and pasta was undercooked and not flavored at all. I would honestly rather eat in a fast chain restaurant

Google
My family had such a great experience here. Our server Frank was amazing really a joy. The food is amazing we definitely left feeling full. Cannot wait to go back again. I wish I would have taken pictures of the delicious food and it's family style the portions are very big but we were having such a good time I forgot. All in all our experience was unforgettable.

Google
Got baited by their lunch special deals. This only applies to one item (spaghetti) on the menu and saves you a measly 50 cents. Everything else was quite overpriced and the outside menu does not include prices, they just bait into the door. The food was good and portions large all things considered. It took very long to be served after we sat down and the restaurant was not even crowded or busy.

Google
Located inside EXCALIBUR Hotel & Casino (2nd floor.) We had a company dinner. For $20, we got a salad, bruschetta, 3 pasta entrees, 2 desserts (cheesecake & tiramisu), and an alcoholic beverage (gin & tonic, beer, mixed drink.) What a great deal!

Yelp
Denise is a rock star! She served a party of 20 effortlessly and with so much warmth!

Yelp
Located inside Excalibur Hotel up the escalator before the food court. Inside was much larger than expected! Nice and cozy ambiance. Lots of different types of seating. Service was amazing. Server was very warm and had lots of recommendations. Heard the pastas feed up to 2-3 people per plate which reflected the prices & they were correct! We ordered the fried calamari and frutti di mare for two. Calamari was very crispy and came with a marina tomatoey sauce. It was good but for $30 was expecting more in portion or flavor. Pasta came FULL of seafood from clams, mussels, shrimp, and maybe even more! Noodles were perfect consistency. Not usually a fan or marinara sauce pastas but ordered because of partner & this did not disappoint! Bowl was very deep and could definitely feed maybe even 3-4 people! There was a tiny mishap with the pasta but the server and manager were extremely nice & took it off the check for us. Would recommend coming with family or larger than two party! (unless you're big eaters)

Yelp
Very Disappointing with the service, but the quality of food was good. We stood around in front " waiting to be seated " as the bartender , waitress and busboy kept walking past us. Finally when we addressed the "long blond lady" and she stated, " I thought you were being taken care of." Next, Our servers Chandra ( not sure of her name because she never introduced herself) and Anthony ( who never introduced himself either) were slow in taking our order, and we shared with them" this is our first time visiting this restaurant, and we are celebrating our son's 38th birthday." Anthony stated, " oh , I'll take care of you." We were 3 families. After our delicious dinner, the waitress comes and asks will we be having dessert, and we were full, and we were waiting for our celebratory dessert. Instead we got the bill, and waited for our son's dessert that NEVER CAME" Rest assured we will never come back to this establishment, as this is how you treat new customers. Would it have hurt the company to offer a free dessert? Our bill was over $309+ tax.

Yelp
Upon arriving, was seated at a booth. That was cool. The menu was a la Carte. Things were family sized on the menu as well so was expensive. The food ( in my opinion) was ok. Also ordered a cocktail. I wasn't impressed with that. Photographer came around and took complimentary pics for a keychain but also had larger photos for purchase. I did purchase one because they came out beautiful. There were plenty of leftovers.

Yelp
It has been many years since I visited a Buca di Beppo. Last time was in California well over a decade ago. I remember thinking it was an extremely overpriced Olive Garden. Fortunately, my opinion has significantly changed based upon my experience there at the Excalibur location a few nights ago. Is it still pricey? Yes. But does the food quality, atmosphere, ambiance, and service justify the cost? Absolutely. In fact, I'd go a step further and say that my original flippant opinion of Buca being an overpriced Olive Garden is not fair at all, considering that I don't even consider these restaurants to be in the same league. Olive Garden is the Dennys of Italian restaurants. Buca, however, is higher end, but short of fine dining Italian (for that, go to Giada's and enjoy $80 ravioli). Our server, Liz, was phenomenal. Engaging, friendly, fast, and professional, yet social. Honestly, she alone is why this review is 5/5 instead of 4/5. Compared to other upper mid level Italian in Las Vegas, Buca is a slam dunk. Ask for Liz, and enjoy the meal. Just try not to see what they charge for garlic bread. ;)

Yelp
Had a short wait for dinner. Our server David was great. Had Lasagna and stuffed mushrooms. Food was very good. Our first time eating here. Portions are enough for 2 or 3 people. Restaurant was very clean and loved the ambiance there.

Yelp
This was a nice family style Italian restaurant. The ambience and customer service were both amazing. As far as the food. I wasn't really impressed. The food lacked seasoning. The chicken parmigiana was blah at best, spaghetti marinara was nothing to brag about, and the prosciutto stuffed chicken was pretty good with the pesto sauce. Pasta dishes are easy to make and easy to mess up. Please heavily salt your water when preparing the pasta noodles. Singing happy birthday to my friend was a great touch and my waiter was amazing. However I wasn't impressed with the food. #EatGoodAndBeHappy

Yelp
Happiest of hours was amazing! We seated ourselves at a relatively empty bar area, but it quickly filled up by 5:00pm. Our bartender Joe was beyond amazing. Service was prompt and the drinks were awesome. Such a great stop for light bites and inexpensive drinks on the strip.

Yelp
I have reviewed other locations so I won't bore you with the details of the food. It's good. It's plenty. Period The server we had was really good. Super energetic, fun and really checked on us regularly which I feel a lot of chain restaurants miss in that aspect of service. This location has a nice staff, it's clean and no wait so we couldn't pass up dinner.

Yelp
Our server, Denise, was easily one of the best we've ever had! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, made sure we were always good, and made it feel like home. The food was the best Italian food I've ever had! Portion sizes were amazing, got to us surprisingly fast, and was top quality in temperature and taste. Bloody Mary was spot on and I am kinda picky with my Bloody Mary's. Perfect all around experience!

Yelp
Great food, great experience, best service. From the managers, to the bar tenders, to the servers 10 out of 10, best in Las Vegas. - Jim and Carolyne

Yelp
Stopped by for a quick bite. We didn't have reservations, so my friend and I opted for the bar. We wanted garlic bread. The bread would have taken over 20 minutes, so the bartender suggested the bruschetta. It was served quick, and it's HUGE!!! The tomatoes were in a huge glass martini looking cup. We obviously couldn't finish it. The only negative of that dish is I wanted something acidic like more balsamic. I'd return again and actually eat here.

Yelp
We came back! This was actually the only place we came twice during our week long stay in Vegas (other than Starbucks). This time we ordered the meat ravioli! And it was great too. I did find the portion size for the ravioli was a bit smaller than my previous lasagna order from a few days ago. It was still a decent portion but maybe I was just more hungry. No real complaints and I still gave them another five star review. You gotta try it!

Yelp
One of the better Italian restaurants we've been too, especially this location. We've been to 2 other Buca's in San Diego & they were good but this Buca was better in every way. Located in the Excalibur which is great because when we come to Vegas Excalibur is where we stay & you can still come here even if you don't stay there, you can see the big sign from outside the Hotel. The waiters/service were good & portions were amazing, each item can feed 3-4 people so don't order too much. Food, was very good, those Meat Balls for a appetizer is the way to go, delicious & big, they will hold you down till your food gets there. We got the Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken & it was ORGASMIC! So Orgasmic I blushed when I ate it, my favorite item here. The lasagna was good & filling as was the Baked Ziti Pasta. Salad was ok, could use a bit more dressing. Prices were a bit pricey but remember portions are big so worth it when you come with the family. The Hostess girls could look a bit more happy but they were nice, wait wasn't that long & food comes out very hot & fresh. Over all a very good experience & we can't wait to come back with the family when we come back to Vegas. Keep up the good work Buca & see you next year on our next Vegas trip :)

Yelp
My experience at Buca di Beppo in Las Vegas was just okay. The service was lackluster, and the food failed to impress. While nothing was particularly terrible, it also didn't stand out in any way. Overall, it was a mediocre dining experience that left us feeling underwhelmed. I know it's Vegas, but I wanted it to be better!
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
My friend and I needed a quick dinner before a show. Since we weee staying at Excalibur, we thought Buca would be a good choice. Food: We ordered the small cheese ravioli to share. The small would a good size for us to share that left us both full. It was good ravioli. Service: We were seated upon arrival. Admittedly, the service was slower than we were hoping for. They were a little busy, but we kept being told that our food would be ready any second now, but there was still a decent wait. TL;DR - not bad food, but service might be a little slow.

Yelp
Had a gift card came to check it out. Antipasto was so good and the lemon chicken. Portions are waaay too big. Come hungry we definitely over ordered.

Yelp
We've gone to Buca di Beppo many times at several locations but had a 5 star experience last night. We had a server named Paula and she just made the entire experience fun! She obviously loves her job and it showed as we watched her from afar interacting with other tables as well. Thanks for the awesome service last night and we will be back. Party of six Monday night:)

Yelp
Went here for a work dinner and Denise was our server. She was so attentive and gave us great service. I highly recommend.

Yelp
I used to love Buca di Beppo and then they fell off and I was quite disappointed. Anyway, we ate here while visiting my family and it was delicious! I see they're back! There were 8 of us and our server was on top of all our requests. Like, didn't miss a beat. The mozzarella sticks were delicious and the chicken parm was so, so good. It had a perfect crunch to it and was still covered in sauce without being soggy. It was perfect, actually. Sadly, there isn't a Buca that's close to me but if there were I'd be in there at least once a quarter. it was a solid meal.

Yelp
This Buca di Beppo is located on the second floor of the Excalibur Hotel. I was meeting up with some family so I decided to make dinner reservations to be on the safe side. . We all arrived early but the hostess was able to seat us right away. I don't think reservations are necessary, unless maybe peak hours on Friday or Saturday. This was my first time eating here and I was excited to see the generous portions I've heard so much about. Well, it's true . The portions are huge. We ordered the small baked ziti, Ceasar salad, and mozzarella cheese bread. And we still had plenty of leftovers. Small orders can easily feed 3-4 people. The large must feed 5-7. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food you get. I wasn't really expecting much in terms of food, but I was pleasantly surprised with how everything turned out. Everything we ordered was good, and we enjoyed the uniqueness and traditional feel of the restaurant. It was also fun looking at all the pictures and different themed rooms. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday, but closes at 10p all other nights.

Yelp
Chain Italian Restuarant located inside The Excalibur Hotel and Casino. Service was attentive. The stuffed mushrooms were great. Our Chicken Marsala was on the sweet side, the sauce being as dark as motor oil. Not what we were expecting. It was edible though. Our pasta with marinara was good. And we got $10 off the bill because I signed up to receive emails from them prior to our visit.
google avatar

Yelp
We can't not make a trip to Vegas without some Buca! We love the spicy Shrimp and always fight over which entree to have.
google avatar

Tara H.

Yelp
We went here after the Aces basketball game to get drinks. It happened to be happy hour all day on a Sunday. That's awesome. We didn't get food, so I cannot speak on how the food is, but the food is served in a dish with 3-4 portions to share with the table.
google avatar

Robyn P.

Yelp
We decided to eat here tonight on our family road trip. Italian food sounded good, and the restaurant is located inside our hotel (Excalibur). We ordered a SMALL entree & it was plenty of food for the four of us. Entrees are very large and designed for sharing. Pricing is very good when this is considered ( average of $30-$40 each). Service was excellent . Our server was Jacob & he was great. The decor and atmosphere at Buca di Beppo is always festive, with a lot of interesting pictures on the wall. We had a great time

Yelp
We had our group dinner here during the KW convention last night. It's always chaos to do a group dinner and even more so at a convention because people are all coming out a different times making their way through the crowd, getting distracted... But the team here handled everything with grace! We ended up with last-minute people who joined, some people who couldn't come & somehow still had more people than we expected and Chris and his team were so wonderfully helpful and accommodating. I was worried we were creating all sorts of hassle, but you wouldn't know it from how smoothly they took care of us. Even when we got the not so great idea to move and mingle, Denise and the other waitstaff soldiered on, and we came to the conclusion we should all go back to our original places . This is all before saying how great the food was! I love eggplant parmesan and this was so wonderful, I had seconds. The salads were fresh, the tiramisu is incredible and we were so full!!! Thank you for taking care of us and making our night great. My team works in multiple states and so it's special to have time together when we can all relax and celebrate. Everyone had a wonderful evening and we appreciate all the work the team at Buca put in to make it happen.

Yelp
Las Vegas is well known for being a destination that has many fantastic food options. And because I frequent the MGM properties the most, I've seen this Buca many times before and have even dined here once. This time, I was really feeling some Italian cuisine and few things scream exactly that the way this place does. Our server was very good. Well versed in the menu and have many great suggestions. And because of my small party size he suggested that just an appetizer and a small portion would be good and he was dead on! I ordered the Spicy Shrimp to start and that was easily the highlight of my meal. And it was definitely spicy. I did not expect it to be as hot as it was but also I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. Definitely worth ordering if you want some amazing tasting shrimp and aren't afraid of a little bite. For the main course, I decided to go with Stuffed Shells. The picture looked much more appealing then the actual dish itself. The image showed the stuffed pasta shells on the plate, topped with a white sauce. What came out looked more liked a baked version of that. The main thing that was disappointing for me for that was that the "spicy Italian sausage" wasn't very spicy and the flavor hardly rang through. It was literally lost in the sauce. Also, I'm a big fan of the al dente pasta and the shells were very soft. So that detracted from my meal a bit. I was so disappointed that I hadn't gotten the Shrimp fra Diavolo that I went back today and got the lunch order (which if I may, is smaller than the small portion but also almost half the price which makes it the best deal on the menu!). But as an establishment overall, Buca is always a great place to visit when you're extremely hungry and want to make sure the food is great!

Yelp
Thank you Billy, Arturo last but not least Felix our server. Your hospitality and customer service is awesome and your passion for buca is AMAZING. Food was hot and fresh!

Yelp
Denise was our server and she is the bessssst! She made sure everyone was good and making sure we were all accommodated for in our large group.

Yelp
Surprisingly good, now let me give some context. It was the last night in Vegas and me and friend already had our fill from mediocre to exquisite meals. We chose this for two reasons, one this was closest to hotel and two, it seemed like would be on the cheaper end. Looking in, seemed like an old style Italian diner that has not changed decor since they opened. Seated right away, plenty of seats all around, seated in the main center area. Noise level was low, ambiance casual. Free refills on soda and since this is family style, kept menu items to variable and shared the meals. Bucca Trio Platter was good portion of mozzarella, shrimp and calamari. Marinara was average, Calamari was cooked through nicely, not stringy or tough, shrimp were good size and cooked well. There is a spicy sauce we had on the side and that will open up some eyes. Main was a trial of something different the Chicken Cannelloni, this had spinach pasta tubes filled with chicken, ricotta & mozzarella with rosa sauce. It was an item that is usually not on my plate so thought it would be a good choice. Large portion, filling for sure, good amount of cheese and sauce provided. Paired really well with the Garlic (could have used more garlic) bread which we used to boat the meal to finish. For family style prices were decent and free refills on soda, if your looking for casual and quick eats that will be sure to fill you, feel free to check it out.

Yelp
Spent the weekend in Vegas celebrating my niece's 30th birthday. We decided to do the celebration dinner at Buca di Beppo at the Excalibur, what a treat. The food was excellent - everything we ate was delicious. From the Rigatoni with spicy sausage to the Chicken Alfredo, wow. And let's not forget their delicious garlic bread and salads. As great as the food was, the service was even better. The staff was courteous, didn't miss a beat. When they all showed up to sing happy birthday to my niece, well that was priceless. I have to give a special shout out to our server, Denise. She quickly "became one of us", - laughing, joking and even pulling a couple of pranks on us. It was one of the best restaurant dining experiences I've had. Thank you Buca and Denise for making my niece's evening and our celebration even better. If I could give you 10 stars, I would!

Yelp
We came for my dads birthday in January. My family hadn't been together in a while and we weren't disappointed. We were nervous at first for waiting about half hour past our reservation time, but once were sat it was very easy the rest of the night. Family portions were plenty, if not more than we expected. Our server was very nice. The wait staff was very accommodating for our large party. I don't have pictures of all of the food but it was very good. The appetizer platter was also very filling. We loved the wings and spicy shrimp, which we didn't expect. They sang to him and the entire time we saw them perform for about six bdays that night. Great experience. Thank you!

Lynn M.

Yelp
This was a great surprise, I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it was great, the portion was huge and very good with great flavor. The price was very affordable, but the standout was the service. I was helped by Dragana (sorry if I have the wrong spelling) she was very helpful and just a lovely personality. I would definitely go back.

Yelp
We walked over from Mandalay Bay thru the Luxor. This restaurant is in Excalibur. It's a nice restaurant, our server was decent. He left out a couple important items, chicken parm is alacart no pasta with it. Bread isn't free you have to order it. No big deal but let us know. The biggest issue was the lady taking pictures was super rude and awkward. She asks to take a picture and it's no charge, fine it's free lol. Then comes back hands you picts demands money for any extra picts she's taken besides the tiny one that's free. I said just wait my wife's in the restroom let her see them and decide. She came back as my wife was sitting down demanding money or the pictures. I just handed them back and said we weren't interested.

Yelp
Yes, it's a franchise. Yes, do they are supposed to taste the same. Yes. I mean a canned tomatoes only two dollars add some salt add some basil and you have your sauce. We have eaten at the Las Vegas Boca DePippo many times. And we just ate there couple days ago. The service was subpar. we waited so long just to get some water. The bread came out probably 35 minutes after we sat down even though we had reservations. The whole experience was a failure. Food didn't taste like it was in Hawaii. A big disappointment because our daughter was super excited to eat here. I did reach out to you just waiting for you to respond

Lona R.

Yelp
Great food and great service! #fortheloveofpasta We ordered the Quattro Al forno inside the Excalibur!

Yelp
We had a wonderful dinner here! Everything was great. The fried mozzarella is a must try and as for Jackie! Literally the best server ever!

Yelp
First off I didn't choose this place. I was dragged here by some colleagues, I didn't realize it's a chain restaurant, so I was disappointed to go here over other restaurants Vegas has to offer. Overall the ambiance was good, seemed to be clean and the food was in large portions. If you're in a pinch and want decent food here's your go to.

Yelp
Great food. Love the chocolate cake. Our waitress Liz was so sweet. Perfect place to celebrate birthday.

Yelp
We came in for lunch on our last day in Vegas. H portions were huge! My husband and I shared the spicy shrimp pasta, my mother in law had the spaghetti and meatball which had the biggest meatball I have ever seen, and my father in law got the spaghetti and salad lunch. The food was very good, and the portions were much bigger than expected.

Yelp
This is my favorite bucca in Las Vegas ... the manager Chris and the rest of the team are amazing . The food is top notch . 5 stars all across the board ... you won't regret it .

Yelp
My business partner Ray and I took his daughter Pua to eat Italian food at Buca in Excalibur yesterday. Our waitress was named Remany, and she was very pleasant and attentive all the while as she provided awesome service. She suggested the appetizers which we enjoyed very much, as well as offered appropriate portions on both the entrees and the deserts. The food came out in a timely manner and tasted delicious. This was my third time eating at Buca and it won't definitely be my last. I was so pleased with the service that Remany provided us, I took it upon myself to speak with one of the managers there who's name was Billy, and expressed my satisfaction with Remany's service as well as thanked him for the wonderful experience we had. Food was delicious and service was excellent which warranted a 50% gratuity tip for our waitress. James S.

Yelp
We came for lunch and had eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti marinara and chicken parmigiana with fettuccine Alfredo with cheese garlic bread. Service was fast friendly and spot on plates were hot really allot of food and very tasty. Lunch prices are a great discount. Come here it's great.

Yelp
I had been looking forward to eating here for awhile after having seen their large plates of lasagna and spaghetti. It was perfectly located on our way to our show. It's just around the corner from the Buffet at Excalibur on the second floor above the casino. My first impression of the place is that I love the decor. It's such comfy place to eat with a lot of great pictures, posters, statues, and red checkered table cloth. The pizzas are brought to the table and propped on tomato cans. A very cool touch. The service was absolutely top notch; super friendly and extremely helpful. Although I did mention the huge portions of food here, they are meant for more of a family style dining experience meant to be shared with a few people. At the time, I was only with my 9 year old daughter so there was no way we were going to be able to finish one of those monster plates without having to box up a lot of left overs. Normally, that would be fine except that I didn't wanna lug around a box of food for the rest of the night and our hotel, like a lot of them on The Strip, didn't have a usable refrigerator. Our server was right on top of this. He suggested and brought out the lunch menu for us. That way, we could enjoy basically the same options as the regular dinner menu, but in smaller more singular portions that come with a choice of side. Perfect! I had the chicken parmesan with a side of spaghetti and my daughter had her favorite fettuccine Alfredo. The food was delicious. As soon as I have the opportunity to bring more people, I will be taking advantage of that huge plate of spaghetti and meatballs. This place has awesome Italian comfort food with amazing service and a fantastic ambiance.
