Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the whole afternoon even more special. Andrea was especially amazing. She was attentive, kind, and made us feel truly taken care of. Her service really elevated our experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Best experience here at Buca! Service was on point even got the manager to table touch. Which coming from another restaurant manager is outstanding. Food was amazing everything came out at proper time. Maybe a little touch on the bar cocktails but besides that it was a perfect birthday spot for my daughter’s favorite spot on her day. Thank you team Buca!

Overpriced, but 3 stars for the experience. Crowded, loud, too many kids. Not a real date night atmosphere, no secluded booths or areas to smooch your honey. Extremely overpriced for Olive Garden type flavor.

We have been to this location multiple times and it has always been on point. Tonight we had family from out of state and our waitress was perfect. Our server Andrea never shipped a beat. The food and service was excellent. Andrea made our party feel important.

Came on Valentines night and Andrea was our server and always had a smile on her face. Kept making sure we were ok and if we needed anything. Nice to see she kept that smile even on one of the busiest nights.

Went in last night for the first time to Bucca and it was a great experience! The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. I wanted to do take out and was not sure what to get so Bianco gave me some recommendations. I got the Chicken carbonara and Salmon Sorrento and let me tell you those were great picks!! Would definitely go back again.

We hosted our Mentor Employee Holiday Party at Buca di Beppo and had an incredible experience! Our waitress, Michaela, was amazing: warm, attentive, and so patient with our group. The management team, especially Taylor, provided exceptional support. Taylor was extremely helpful, accommodating, thorough, and kind, ensuring everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our celebration feel effortless and special. Highly recommend!

Andrea was awesome! The food was great and we had a heart shaped lasagna for Valentine’s Day. Can’t wait to come back and try the pizza and spaghetti with meatballs.

Andrea left a buca sized impact on our party of 11! Single handedly took care of everyone's needs with great customer service and quick responses. She surely deserves B.I.P, and cannoli believe how great she is. Bonus points if you get the pope room.

This is always a fun place to eat and we've been coming to this chain for years. We came on a Saturday night and it wasn't too busy at 6pm. The food was great, portions are big, and overall we are very pleased. Service wise there were a few hiccups. Our main entrees didn't for a loooong time and our dirty appetizers plates were never taken away. For about 15 minutes we sat there while the plates were sitting and my glass of water empty. Someone in our party ordered a cup of coffee and even after appetizers it still didn't arrive. I actually spoke to the manager on site at the time and she was really helpful and had the food brought out shortly after that. She made sure that we were taken care of and we really appreciate her. The server also came by to apologize, stuff like that happens we all have a bad day. Glad that we said something so that they knew what was happening and fixed it.

Okay. So my parents are in town and I got a takeout order for them. Whatever... the food is pedestrian and underwhelming. I expected that, although this Buca is worse than the average Buca. I'm giving them two stars largely based on the immense number of fake reviews that they purchased. Look at all the recent reviews. Look at how many call out "Cynthia" or "Emily." When do you see that? Who remembers the server's name at a chain restaurant? Am I supposed to believe that around 50 people did in the past few months and they all had a flawless 5-star experience? Please. Note that this place has like 480 not recommended reviews, all of which are terrible. Also this is the saddest neon sign that I have ever seen. I think if you want a image of the quality here, check out how there is zero attention or maintenance to this thing.

I ordered lasagna to go, noted to be good for 3-4 people, $40, $50 with tax and tip. I was impressed with the size of the aluminum container 12" x 6" at the top, 3" tall and tapering toward the bottom indicating the it would be substantial. I opened the cover at home to find the lasagna only filled 2/3 of the container and actually much less than that considering the vertical sides of the lasagna. Suddenly, my view changed from "a pretty good deal" to "another over-priced deal". I ate 1/4 of the lasagna + noodles I added for lunch. The lasagna was great! It just happens to be very small. I am grateful that they were open on Thanksgiving!!!

Buca Di Beppo is one of my go to spots for party trays. They deliver and portions are huge. Bread, extra pasta sauce, plates and utensils are included. They help take away some of the stress in party hosting.

Really disappointed with this Buca that we have been coming to for years. Made reservations weeks in advance for Thanksgiving as we had planned on having our Thanksgiving dinner here as we have had over the last few years. They called us several times to confirm the reservation which we confirmed, we were a large party of 13 with a bulk of the family members coming from out of town. On Thanksgiving day we get a call at 3:38pm (our reservation was for 6pm) telling us that they got a large order for Delta and that the Thanksgiving dinner was not available for us. I told the caller what was the point of making a reservation on thanksgiving to have thanksgiving dinner, only to call us at 4pm only to tell us it's not available so that's why they are calling us (I guess he figured 2 hours was enough time for us to find another place to have a family dinner!). To make a long story short, you rather give a big airline your business than to loyal customers who have been coming to your Redondo location for over 20 years. Got it! At the end of day dinner was scrapped! Thanks Buca!

Not going to lie: came here after I heard of many of the stores closing I had a great time. I so liked the ambiance. Guilty pleasure ? Maybe. But the food was very good and our server , Andrea , was awesome. I had a great time and I actually enjoyed the food. The service was awesome

What a disappointment. First of all driving by this place we thought it was closed, few cars in the parking lot. Going inside the place it was empty, this is on a Sunday night by the way. Waited 10 minutes to be sat down and over 15 minutes for just drinks. Ordered pizza and Fettucine Alfredo. Pizza had a weird taste. Fettuccine Alfredo was so bland and seemed under cooked, no taste at all not even creamy. 3 hours later we are all at home suffering from stomach cramps and diarrhea

I took a few weeks off, but I'm glad I'm back again. Tonight was my first time trying this place out for date night & i came out amaze. Cynthia was our server Very helpful & very nice. The inside of the restaurant was crazy I'm a good way. The food was absolutely perfect. The taste of the margarita pizza was perfect. I'm in love with the mixed green salad the taste of the vinaigrette dressing is what's making me come back. The tiramisu was my husband first time tasting it & he said it was bomb. We will most definitely come back but this time with our daughters to try out the pasta.

Andrea is an absolute gem. Came in with a rowdy party of 10 and she gave us the best recommendations and handled everything with ease and humor. Food was delicious and came in excess as always - get the Tropical Punchbowl for the best time.

This place is amazing the food was amazing.the lady the set are table was super nice.and we got a free dessert as a my bad because the food took a little longer than is was supposed.I would come here a million times.

Food is plentiful. We started with the chopped antipasti salad and proscuitto stuffed mushrooms. Salad came with pepperoncini, which is a plus. Stuffed mushrooms were delightful! Next came our entrees, lasagna and pizza. Lasagna was piled high with a hint of sweetness. Pizza was thin crust. Bring your appetite because these are family sized portions.

My son & I was recommended this restaurant from a long time friend and it exceeded our expectation. The atmosphere and scenery takes you through the life of Italian history. It was very clean and as soon as a customer left a table, there was someone not too far behind to sanitize and clear the table. Now, the main event.... The food was amazing, the authentic taste and seasoning was all there . My son asked to come back after his second bite. Best past in town, hands down! Our waitress was Andrea and she was so sweet. Before we explained it was our first time, she politely explained that its a family style restaurant and they serve big portions that ranges from a small shareable size to a large shareable size. Andrea was tentative, knowledgeable very sweet and very pleasant to have as a waitress. She informed us of the weekly deals because we All love a good deal. There is nothing to think about, if you love pasta and Italian food run don't walk and I guarantee you'll be back.

Cynthia did another phenomenal job as she hosted my family for a great meal! Cynthia is kind, professional, pays attention to detail. She is always courteous, polite and attentive. We enjoy our time taking in the Italian flare. As the restaurant gives homage to its roots. We prefer the early dinning with less people to enjoy our fellowship with one another. Cynthia checked on us often to ensure we had excellent service. We are coming back this weekend with the whole family. I hope Cynthia will be part of our weekend celebration!

Came here for Mother's Day and the food was really good . The potions were huge just giving you a heads up it was 10 of us so we orders a xl pizza . Spaghetti. Chicken parmigiana & fettuccine Alfredo and it fed us all with lots of leftovers to go it took them a wile to bring us the food but we were a big party and it was Mother's Day but we still got good service

This is the first time n probably will be the last. Since I have a coupon, I order takeout to see if their food is good. We ordered a small lagsana which is supposed to feed 3 people. However, it is a small portion, can only feed 2 people. Look at my attached picture. I cut it in half n show how small it is. Guess since I order take out, they give you a smaller size(cheating) and you can't complain until you get home. This is not right! I see all the pictures people posted are big portion when people dine-in. If they love to do business like this, they won't stay in business too long.

I've ate here twice. The first time I dined in, tons of seating and I got the baked ziti great portions for a great price. The restaurant was quiet and cozy. Then last time I got it I ordered out there fettuccine Alfredo and it was very good, tons of complimentary bread. The service is fast and friendly didn't take long at all for the food to come out. If you sign up for their text messages you get some great deals sent.

Server Christopher was great and attentive! We love that he kept checking on us but was calm and not over the top. We will return !

Of all the locations I have been to I was very disappointed that this location specifically let me down. On a Saturday, I was shocked they would run out of there famous meat balls so early. In addition, our main dish was served so late we had eaten all the other dishes already, and had to package the Fettuccine Alfredo to go!!! Our waiter unfortunately, treated me and my guest rudely. I don't want to pull the race card so I'll leave it here. Overall service was mediocre at best. The Ambiance of the restaurant is always rustic. Each location you will get an authentic Italian experience and enjoy the art filled walls. The camera guy was great, respectful, and had excellent customer service skills. 5 stars The food is always delicious and large portions are served. 5 stars on taste, quality, and temperature . My favorites are the Eggplant Parmesan, fettuccine Alfredo, and mozzarella garlic infused bread!!!

I came here a few months ago to order the penne a la vodka since it's my favorite and have had it countless times at the city walk location. However, it was made extremely spicy to the point that we couldn't enjoy it at all and as a Mexican I know spicy foods. We told the manager, but she didn't believe us. Instead of being understanding, she was condescending and brought out a super bland replacement that tasted like unsalted tomato paste with milk. We decided it to give it another chance today however when the manager recognized us I'm assuming she said something to the cooks because we received another bland tasteless pasta without any spice. We aren't sensitive to spice, we just wanted it made like regular. Manager was again really condescending and didn't listen to us. She could've at least communicated with us before changing our pasta! Other than that the waiters are extremely nice and helpful! If you can go to the location at city walk the food really good and done right!

I used to really love this place and I suppose it was because I used to eat their delightful garlic mozzarella bread... I don't eat that anymore so when I scout the menu I'm pretty unimpressed. Most recently I tried the spaghetti with meatballs. We ordered a large which was ridiculously priced at 37 dollars and it was so average that I was offended. Clearly those prices are strictly based on the name and branding because the spaghetti was effectively a ton of noodles, five meatballs, and some uninspired marinara sauce. They have bread with olive oil and vinaigrette which is decent but certainly nothing to write home about.

The service needs improvement. Excuses about staff shortage is just that excuses! Food is OK. I brought a big group for mothers day and the manager was polite but again giving me excuses. I don't come out hear that. Be better prepared for festive days like Mother's Day!

We did the feast for 4 deal and delicious and great for the value. Andrea was our server and she was amazing and attentive. We went 30 mins after opening on Saturday and it was peaceful and quiet. Overall we will definitely come again!

Cynthia was so helpful and accommodating, even going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Will come to see her again!
