Buccini's Mister Sub

I haven't been to Buccinis in a while so this is my first time back. I picked up my order, the young man at the counter was friendly and attentive. I ordered a small pizza, I received it in a short amount time about 15 minutes. The food is of good quality hot and fresh. I would definitely come back. Give them a try. You be the judge.

This place used to be great. The last 3 times I’ve ordered subs has been a disappointment. Most recently, i ordered a Large turkey sub and they put 4 slices of turkey on a stale roll. The cooler for drinks was bare, there were 5 bags of chips on the shelves, almost as if they’re closing up. Jersey Mikes will now be the go-to.

We have ordered from Buccini's regularly for two years. What we got tonight doesn't look like any pizza we ever got from them before. We noticed another review with similar complaint (on yelp, we think). Undercooked, missing a topping. Got what looks like breakfast sausage - not sweet italian sausage. Paultry serving of all topping we did get. Tasteless. Not sure what is going on there and not sure if we will give them another try. I guess everyone has an off night but if this the new normal... sad to say we're going elsewhere.

Ordered from Buccini's for the first and last time tonight. Delivery never showed up. Had to call them to see what was going on and turns out they were calling the number wrong... Then, they come back and don't even deliver everything we ordered and they got some of our orders wrong. Salad dressing spilled in the bag all over everything. Food was terrible. Not ordering from this place again.

Had a pizza delivered from this place and Not only was it cold when I got it but the delivery driver sat in his car texting on his phone for at least three minutes while I stood in my doorway waiting for him to bring me my food, so I called them back and told them of the situation not only did they refused to send me another pizza but they were rude to me as well on the phone. Never again will I bring my business to this place, I do not recommend it at all.

Used to work here, and got fat eating the buffalo chicken pizza + all the subs. Bunch of good people making some good food for those of you in the North Quincy area who prefer sub-shop fare. Stuff you should try: garlic knots (best around, imo), buffalo chicken pizza, chicken finger sub, gobbler sub. They also make the steak and cheese with thicker chunks, for those who like that. I sure do! Just be careful on Friday/Saturday. The newer traffic patterns around Quincy can make it hellish for drivers. Just order ahead of time and save yourself the hassle.

I used to come here years ago when i was in high school. I used to love it but it is for sure not what it once was. It was very slow and the food wasnt great at all. Its also half the size it was with a wall where 6+ tables used to be. Now just sad sticky chairs.

Food quality is good but service is consistently poor. Orders being made incorrectly or significantly delayed is common place. I used to go here weekly but now rarely attend since the ownership change in mid 2017
