Friendly service. Big portions. Lots of interesting things to try. Come hungry and take home a box of everything you couldn't finish. Good live singer. Breakfast served only 10AM - 12 Noon on Sat and Sun. Adjacent shop open until 8 PM I believe.

Steak was black on the outside and raw on the inside. I sent it back and they burnt it to a crisp. Smelled awful. It was incinerated.

Service: Excellent. Our server was super polite and friendly. We couldn't ask for better. Truly. Food: Good to very good. The Fish and Chips was pretty good. Bridies and Chips was solid, but nothing to write home about. I first ordered the Roast Beef but I had to send it back. It tasted very game-y. The mashed potatoes and peas were okay. Decent. Ambiance: It's a dark bar. If you are planning to drink and have a good time with your friends. Warning, the food is really heavy. You may not finish your plate of food. Rating: If I could, I would really want to give Buchanan Restaurant and Pub 2.5 stars.

We found The British Crown Jewel of Burbank! The Buchanan Restaurant and Pub! We had a party there recently where our guest list kept changing right up until the event. But nothing seemed to alter the owner's or the staff's kind and professional service toward us. We descended on them later than we had planned to and with more people than we expected. But were greeted with smiles and a very friendly and inviting reception. Everyone in our party was treated to excellent service and I am still hearing rave reviews about the food, from our guests that evening. Evidently the Fish Tacos are fabulous! But so are the many traditional British dishes that were flying out of the kitchen as fast as we could order! A full bar and a sharp bartender made our festive gathering all the more jolly. Going back for another Jameson and coffee real soon! :) One last but very important mention, The ladies-room gets an A+.

I've been to dozens and dozens of pubs in the USA and the UK, and this is one if the best. Ever. It's easy to forget where you are after being inside and starting your meal. The food is authentic, and everything is made in-house, including the Scotch eggs. Great beer selection! I recommend this place highly.

First time here and we loved it! Very good fish and chips and good live music! Nice variety of food and an attached small English market. The owner and his son were very caring, sincere and friendly! A unique landmark in Burbank! We’ll be back!

Outstanding food and service. Staff and bartender are awesome. The fish and chips are my favorite, and the best I've ever had in my life. I highly recommend coming here for good eats, drinks or both! ;)
