Bucharest Grill

This is absolutely crazy this is the 3rd time ordering here and every time they give us about 5-6 big pieces of chicken bite and a whole bunch of tiny shredded up little chicken on all of this lettuce. It’s suppose to be a bed of lettuce not a chicken salad if I want a chicken salad that is what I’ll order. I ate it but I will be going back to the Grosse pointe location. This location was just more convenient. I will not spend my money at the St. Clair shores location again. If I am paying for chicken bites that’s what I want not shredded chicken salad. And I will be reaching out to corporate.

I got a door dash order so cannot say anything about the service or atmosphere but the food was fantastic. Hummus is top notch and the chicken was so flavorful. I love how they have the chicken and hummus option. It’s a ton of chicken for 1 person for sure.

This was by far my worst experience at a Bucharest (June 14). I placed my order while sitting in their parking lot because my husband wanted food from the place next to them. Anyhow, placed the online order. My husband goes in to pick it up and they let him know it'll be a moment because they're bagging my order. No problem. He comes out and hands me the order. My fries are cold, hard, and quite a few of them were so dark I didn't even try to eat them. My chicken quesadilla stick didn't seem to have any peppers in it, just cheese and chicken. My food is always hot and fresh at the other locations I frequent (west side of Detroit/Downtown/Midtown). This was very disappointing.

If you’ve been wanting to try Bucharest Grill, wait no longer! I finally ordered dinner for four last night, and it did not disappoint. The Chicken and Lamb Shawarma was absolutely incredible—so overstuffed with perfectly grilled, marinated chicken breast, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, pickles, mayo, and their signature garlic spread, all wrapped in a soft pita. The portion was so generous that I could only finish half, and I’m already looking forward to enjoying the rest for lunch tomorrow. Amazing flavor, great portions, and fast service—I’ll definitely be back!

Love the chain for the flavor although the scs location after 3 visits has been disappointing. Flavor and food again been great, service is in great number though I failed to receive xtra ordered garlic 1x, missed side of pita chips for salad next and 3rd visit pop machine wasn’t working and staff was pressing for tip more than anything. Mgmt needs to step up with training and I gotta check the orders thoroughly which is annoying

Ordered the chicken shawarma meal with curly fries, extra pickles and extra garlic sauce. Doesn't seem like I got Xtra pickles, there was one whole pickle cut into 4ths. Says it comes with mayo and garlic sauce, with my extra garlic sauce, the wrap wasn't saucy at all. The chicken is super salty. Most importantly I didn't know these came cold. Anywhere else the meat is warmed up, this place the meat is cold. The fries were cold as well. PS, I ordered while I was nextdoor at Savy sliders, and picked up the order as soon as it was ready.

Walk in, place an order. Get handed a receipt and told that they will call the number on that receipt when ready. So after sitting there for 20-30 minutes waiting for my number to be called I had enough watching other people walk in and out. I walk up to find out my order have been finished and sitting off to the side for who knows how long! They when you call your young crew out about not doing what they are supposed to do. You get attitude and treated poorly. Trash! You have a lot of crew members just sitting back Chitchatting while people are waiting for there’s food. Work harder or you won’t last in scs

Chicken shawarma stick was very good! Seats were a bit to high. Hummus was very good! The salad, hmmm, the house salad was without lettuce (I assumed it would have come with lettuce. My bad) No knifes (you had to ask for extra utensils) No spoons at all
