I had a last minute crisis and needed to get a suit for a wedding. Adam and the team helped me pick out options and figured out a way to get my pants tailored in time. Appreciate the care they provided. Great service - Just don’t be like me and give them enough time :)

Love the clothes and a big regular…. Customer service here is terrible especially compared to other locations. Employee didn’t understand the question and proceeded to give an attitude. Don’t care how cool you all think you are just hanging around… Service the customers and maybe you’ll actually be cool.

Love this store - and love the clothing line. Friendly, helpful and non-pushy sales staff. Clothes are simple, well-made, wonderful fabric, clean lines, no tags (thank you!), great colors. I purchased the Faded Black Slub Long Sleeve Slim Crew in small and it’s perfect. Make this same shirt in white and ivory and I’ll purchase 2!!

I might need one of each of these tees! Will (at Fashion Island, Newport Beach) was super helpful and showed me all the different styles. I am so impressed with the softness and reasonable price. I refuse to spend $80 on a t-shirt. This is my first purchase but I'm sure I'll be back.

One of my favorite clothing stores, whether online or in person. I first discovered them, either through social media or a catalog sent to my house, and fell in love with their men's clothing from first sight. Great quality, casual clothing, perfect for an afternoon out in the California sun. Their clothing has a relaxed elegance, made from great materials that fit comfortably. If I had a small criticism, it's that the jeans are button fly, which is not my thing. Otherwise, the shirts and jackets and T-shirts and other articles of clothing are super comfortable and look terrific. Love it!

I frequent Larchmont weekly and there's this men's coat (I'm a woman) that I've seen guys wearing and without knowing the brand, I'd ask those strangers about their coat-- and it was always from Buck Mason. Today I dragged my brother into the store with the intention of just checking out the brand. I'm obsessed with quality and design, and I love their product and the feeling of the store. We spent an hour there and my brother walked out wearing a new coat-- THE coat-- and it instantly boosted his morale. The coat is made of a material called "boiled wool." Ask them about it and try it on, it's innovative and very comfortable. The shirts, pants, etc looked and felt just as rich. The service was solid and the people were genuine, you can tell they give a sh#. Overall a great vibe and aesthetic.

Great clothing line - abysmal service at this store. The guy who helped me when I arrived, disappeared without a warning - just vanished and left me at the fitting room without any follow up. Note that the store was empty and we were the only customers there. No one came to ask if I needed any help - I had to call another guy that was very annoyed by being called by a customer. So I asked - do you have this shirt in off black? Answer: No. And he literally walked away. He didn't say - let me check the colors I have or I have this color in another style. Nothing, I had to ask again and again if I wanted more information. I don't know if it's poor training or bad attitude by these kids that don't like their jobs, but it reflects really bad on the brand overall. You are better off shopping online to avoid going to this store.

I have been going on search of the perfect T-shirt for years and kept driving past the store in Silver Lake but I never stopped. One day I was walking in Larchmont and I saw the brand, walked in and walked out with 10 T-shirts. Best Pima in the world, beautiful colors, no branding, soft, wash after wash. Love the Venice wash, not a huge fan of the slub (it gets baggy but that's a look which works for taller guys). No T-shirt is the same color in a batch, they dye them individually. The T-shirt last long and the longer they last the better they look. And the staff, in any store are the nicest, friendliest and honest. Great clothes, and Jason is always rad and a great help without pressuring you. I shop this location and the Sunset one both are solid. I guess i need a lot of sweaters for la and thats my own fault.

The people who work here are rude and condescending. They don't do what they say they are going to do and then act like it's your fault when you call them out for it. When I said "thank you" after asking a question the guy just walked away without a "you're welcome". Not customer centric.

Great store. Customer service is impressive. Young man named Zach was very helpful. Knew a lot about the brand and other brands that compare. Purchased a pair of jeans which they are hemming, complimentary. Brand is legit and inexpensive for what they offer. Highly recommended. These people even turned the AC on for me because they noticed my fat ass sweating...

Buck Mason Larchmont is a wonderful store with wonderful design/layout. The books, artwork and records playing are amazing. I always enjoying going into this store. The clothing here fits perfectly. Both Zach and Jason are so helpful and knowledgeable. They made great suggestions and helped me get what I needed.

This place is selling an image, not clothes. If you have to drop $145 on jeans, maybe you should be shopping in WeHo or Beverly Hills, where people only care what you look like and what you drive, rather than what you actually say or do. I went in there the other day, and tried on a pair. Nothing special, and didn't even feel like real denim. Gonna stick with my trusted Levi's for half the price.
