Buck Mason

Aside from the extremely chic design of this store, I had the most phenomenal customer service in years, thanks to Mario. I came in looking for the wool felt jacket, and Mario greeted me, and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and he was patient, calm, and extremely friendly. He gathered the pieces I needed to try on, spoke to me while I waited for the fitting room, and even offered me a bottle of spring water. When the room was ready, he even brought my pieces inside. They also do alterations here for free! I found the sleeves of the jacket too long, and he measured my sleeves. I told them I had a flight out on Sunday and the manager said they could turn it around by then. It was literally premium service -- and the store is so well refined and elevated in the design and the vibe it creates. They have an old Porsche 912 in there and an actual vinyl player where they rotate between records. Such a great experience to even step in. Pieces are definitely very expensive and questionable in pricing lol, but it's not something I'd shop for blanks

Stopped in last night for a men's shirt purchase (Buck Mason has really well constructed men's collared shirts that don't shred in the dry cleaning process - in fact, the fabric quality of their pieces are higher quality than most mid-price men's lines). A friend visiting from LA loved the vibe, but more importantly, Emil helped him pick out the perfect boiled wool shacket. Shout out to Emil - helpful, no pressure, funny and attentive. Great experience, thanks.

I work around the area and always laughed at the porsche in there .. then I walked in and found out their clothes matches the porsche. timeless and well designed. aesthetically they beat the competition. It’s all in the details: the material selections, flecks of color in sweaters, the hems on sleeves and collars, the way the pants and jeans fit, nuanced patterns on their clothing, and honestly best of all is their customer service. I’m the worst with remembering names but justice, chris, shak, and veronica are all amazing and helpful. The store is a vibe and the people are too.

Buck Mason has always delivered on the quality of their clothing. Unfortunately this store does not carry any of their women’s clothing they sell online, but carries a large variety of their men’s clothing from denim jackets and pants, linen shorts and soft cotton jersey shirts.

I usually have great experiences at Buck Mason, but this 5th Ave location was noticeably different. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at any point, and my husband shared that he had a similar visit on a separate occasion. It’s a shame because the Georgetown (VA) store set such a high bar...hoping this store can get there too!

Amazing. Good price point + contemporary, extremely intriguing interior design, clean, simple, elegant, minimalist styled clothing for any man that has a good build. Lovely staffs that greets you like friends

Despite some issues and confusion including unavailability of the item (size) of my purchase, the Store Manager Payton and Sales Manager Shaq more than made up for the issue. Great customer service. Quality and stylish clothing, sweaters, T-shirts, etc. Worth checking out.
