SO FIRE. We had the grilled lambchop lollipops and n’awlins barbecue shrimp for appetizers and holy moly. I usually stay away from lamb because it’s too gamey for me but chef Zoe changed my life with these lambchops. Not at all gamey and so tender and soft. The sauce on it was AMAZING. The barbecue shrimps were so saucy and massive, and I loved the baguette on it so I could use it as a spoon to pick up all the sauce on the plate. Then for mains, we left it up to chef Zoe to make her favorites on the menu and she did not disappoint. She made a vodka pasta with filet mignon and the blackened Texas redfish. I kid you not this was the best steak I’ve had in my entire life, and I’ve had many steaks. It literally melted in my mouth. The redfish was so juicy and fell apart when I used my fork, and when combined with the risotto, you had the perfect bite. The risotto was so flavorful and creamy too. Everything we ate here was off the charts, like unbelievably good I’m still shook and thinking about the food. Matthew, our bartender was extremely friendly and attentive and made us delicious drinks such as a paper plane, old fashioned, and his own shot creation that tasted like a lemon chocolate cake. The drinks were so tasty and paired well with our dinner. His service was on point, so definitely sit at the bar to get the best experience possible! In all, I would 10000% recommend this restaurant to anybody who hasn’t tried it yet. The restaurant is so pretty, but their patio is so spacious and beautiful, it’d be a great place to hang out for the upcoming football season. I would give this place 11/10 stars if I could. Can’t wait to be back soon, I can’t stop thinking about the food. Thank you again to Matthew and chef Zoe, I wish them and this restaurant all the success.
