Budweiser Brickhouse Tavern was a fun stop! The atmosphere is lively and upbeat, especially being right by Wrigley Field, you can feel the energy of the area as soon as you walk in. We tried our first Chicago-style hot dog here, and it was way better than expected — those sport peppers totally made it. The crinkle fries were absolutely perfect too. The service was friendly even with a busy crowd. It’s the ideal place to grab a bite or drink before or after a Cubs game.

Popped in on a busy Saturday the wkend before Christmas about 3pm. We were able to be seated right away for a booth for 6. Just needed apps to get by. Menu for drinks & food is QR code which I hate but is what it is these days. Wide selection to choose from for both. Had the fry nachos, pretzels, chicken tenders, cheese pizza, chilli and hummus ( love the hummus). Server was fast and friendly, food came out in a great time. Wasn’t too expensive for Chicago imo. Good place to catch the games on TV too. Have been here before in the summer before cubs games. Food here is much better ( and more affordable ) than inside wrigley. We were all very pleased.

Very bad service. Came in as a simple party of 2 and it took 20 minutes for someone to come up to us and get our drink order. Then, 15 more minutes pass and 2 tables who arrived after us got their food orders taken before we did. Can’t speak on the food because we left after waiting for so long when the restaurant wasn’t even full. Employees were barely apologetic. Would not recommend.

Our server was very attentive after the cubs game, ok prices and a nice place to visit. We didn’t order food, but the menu looked decent.

I wish I can give this place 6 stars. What can I say I love the food here. The menu isn’t huge but the food that they do have has great flavor, big portions and good quality. If you’re going to visit the Cubs game is a great place to grab some food before hand… Or if you’re just hanging out in the neighborhood it’s a fun place to grab a drink and some bites. Our server, Aliyah was amazing. Very attentive and super friendly! Food was delicious and atmosphere on brunch weekends is so lovely and fun. Highly recommend their brunch always!

Ironically after this being my third visit to this tavern especially during the postseason (NLDS Game 3); I was denied service and ignored because of where I chose to sit (rooftop)-- despite sitting in the same spot my last visit (NL Wild Card game 3). Hence, the young lady (brown curly hair, tattoos, solid build and tan skin) would only lead with distasteful, dismissive, and unpolite tonality/attitude. Then chooses to whimsically walk away to assist others. I would only gather a childish mindset from the observation. I truly feel disappointed and singled out as I was starting to like this place, and to my observation I was the only person of color patronizing at the time. Not displeased with the management but am with the discriminatory young lady/individual.

Ari was very customer focused! I don’t think I’ve ever had a bartender who paid more attention to us than Ari. It made the experience so great for me and my friends!!

Was really excited to try this place, they had great reviews and were right next to the field, as well as a great menu selection! It was a gorgeous day and came in to sit at the bar, which was opened to the patio. Great view of outdoors and of a variety of TVs for viewing pleasure. Unfortunately, the one star review comes from the service, or the lack thereof. When I came into the bar, went to the host stand and was asked for id and if I was here for brunch. I gave the id, said no to the brunch, it was buffet style, and didn't want a buffet. Asked if I could sit at the bar upstairs and was told no, it was only for brunch, therefore leaving downstairs bar as the only option. The guy and woman did not look interested in being there at all, didn't feel welcomed, but whatever. With downstairs being the only option, went to the bar and scanned the QR code to look at menu while I waited. I waited for about 5 mins before a woman finally came around from behind the beer taps. She came up, told me I could look at menu on QR code and left just as quickly as she came. Didn't get to order anything. I just watched as she talked some other severs behind the tap and after waiting another 5-7 mins, decided to leave without ordering so much as a water. There was no one at the bar except me, and only a handful of patrons outside on the patio. No excuse and just disappointed. Nevertheless, went out and found a pub on the corner with a great burger and beer, so I guess that's a win for that pub!

Couldn't even get in because they were "at capacity." Glad I spent 30 minutes getting over here and will now miss most of the game. If I could offer some friendly advice to the business, post on your website, socials, or literally anywhere if you think you are going to be so busy that you will turn everyone away and waste their time.

I find it wild that they force you to tip 20%. It is very sneaky and not mentioned beforehand. At least mention it when I make the reservation or show up. What if I wanted to tip cash or found the service subpar? We are past the pandemic days so there's no excuse for a forced tip, especially for a party of two. I could see if it was 6+ but for two ppl? C'mon. I went to tip a hefty amount before actually reading the receipt and seeing that 20% was already tacked on. Is this selective?? Why is this not shown upfront? Why not even mention it when handing me the receipt? To the food, almost everything was overdone because it sits under these warmer lights, my burger bun could break a window. Now, if you wait it out for a fresh batch, you're in for a treat. Honestly, I think the best thing I had was the pizza, breakfast potatoes & variety of donuts. My friend had a made to order omelette and he said it was good. The drinks were also good, our waitress made sure our drinks never ran low. The Jell-O shots by the food, barely had any alcohol but they were tasty, the gummy bears were a nice touch. I also tried an espresso martini and my friend got a lemon drop martini, both were really tasty. Would I return? I mean, if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get there. Update: the 20% gratuity is NOT mentioned on the confirmation page, however, it is mentioned in the email, which absolutely no one is going to check because you have the confirmation page screenshot & the hostess can check your reservation using your last name, so yeah, that's how they get you.

Came here for brunch with fellow Elite Yelper Latrice A. We try to get out and check out new places while spending some time together. As a rule, I am not a fan of doing too much in Wrigleyville just because. In general, the area doesn't appeal to me as a hangout place. Usually when I am in the area, it is something very specific. When Latrice suggested this place, the name immediately was a red flag for me. But because I wanted to see her, I went with the flow. I am so glad I did as this was a very pleasant surprise, and I will have to bring The Doctor and The Queen to try it out. They have a $35 All-You-Can-Eat Buffet & $20 Mimosa Package for brunch. This is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., every Saturday and Sunday. There is an outdoor area and seating/bar area on the first floor. The brunch is on the second floor. While the brunch is the typical server yourself, we had a lovely server who brought over our silverware, arm bracelets to show we were old enough to drink, and she kept me in mimosas the whole time. I was really impressed with our server as she was working the entire section and somehow seemed to hit every table that needed a refill on the mimosas. As far as the food, there was your typical brunch buffet, but it was good and there was a large selection. Latrice got brisket, but she didn't care for it. I think burnt ends are not everyone's cup of tea, but I liked it. There was also an omelette station, sliders, pizza, nachos mac and cheese potatoes, French toast, waffles, chicken, pork and turkey sausages, yogurt, parfaits, and a donut/dessert bar as well as other stuff I can't remember. I thought the spread was great considering the variety and the price. I would recommend getting there early when the food is fresh, and it is not as crowded so you can have a conversation. They don't do brunch on game days and that is nice. Parking was not so bad, I did a Spot Hero about a block away for $6, but there were spots on the street when I arrived.

Great place to grab a bite to eat before going to a Cubs game. Inside and outside seating available. We had chicken tenders which were great. The crust was crispy and the chicken was moist and tender. The chicken wings were very flavorable. And the salad was fresh.

Brickhouse should not be slept on! Their apps are fire. I love both their BBQ Chicken Nachos and quesadillas. I also got a great margarita there, and with a special they were running got to keep the Casamigos cup! Definitely check this out!

This place as far as food and beverage was just okay. Now I will say that back in my early 20s.. this place would've served it's purpose for my friends and I but maybe I need to let go of the bottomless mimosas dream haha. Don't get me wrong.. AMAZING space! Right by wrigley, beautiful rooftop with an even more beautiful view! The inside is decorated very urban and has a lot of seating which I always appreciate. This is your buffet style mimosa package. I would say one of the best I've been too but still not worth the price. It ever really is. I rather have 1 bomb meal for the same price but it's okay. They did have a lot of variety which I can appreciate. It just wasn't for me and that's ok. I recommend for big parties looking to get lit :)

We decided to check out Budweiser Brickhouse Tavern because who doesn't love a bottomless brunch with bottomless mimosas?! We did not have a reservation, so we got there right when they opened. For that reason, we had to sit on the 1st floor. This meant we had to go to the 2nd floor to get all our food. No worries though - they have an elevator. If we go back, we will make sure to get a reservation because the rooftop is everything - way more of a vibe than the 1st floor. It is a pretty standard brunch, but they provide a lot of stations. We had everything from eggs and omelettes to chicken and waffles, to salads and dips, to desserts and a donut wall. Some of the donuts were even infused with your favorite beverage. The bartender kept the mimosas coming and even swapped out the standard orange juice for pineapple juice. Note: the mimosas package is per person, not per table. We stopped by here after a Cubs game for some drinks. They have twisted tea on tap. The potato twisters are more like curly potato wedges than the think twists you get at a fair. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive!

The Budweiser Brickhouse Tavern doesn't have to have good food and decent service. It's location - nestled in close next to beautiful Wrigley Field - pretty much guarantees them a ton of business on game day. That makes it even more refreshing that the food is good. The service is decent. At least it was this past Sunday as my wife and I dropped in before the Cubs took on the Diamondbacks for a bite to eat and a cold beer. The Buffalo Wings we're really meaty and delicious. The Fish Tacos were loaded with flaky fish and topped with a slaw and tasty dressing. The Budweiser was cold and the bartender was more than attentive and very friendly. Lastly, the view was amazing!! It was the perfect start to a great day. Nicely done Budweiser Brickhouse Tavern!! Great place to eat before a game!!

3.75 stars This place was a pleasant surprise. Actually saw it on Instagram and I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, we went on a very cool rainy day and wasn't able to sit outside on the patio area. There was an issue with me checking in. It was not crowded. The young lady at the mitra d. Counter or it was just being a brat when it clearly was not crowded. It was only two people she could have let us up. She was being really snotty. When we got to the second floor where the buffet is located, we had a really nice server who made sure that we had silverware and we had our arm bracelets and that my friend who was with me got her mimosa cups. Now they do not leave the bottles at the table. They come to you and pour and when it's unlimited you can expect to be around every couple of minutes. I think that kind of a lot this young lady was working that whole area by herself. Trying to keep the drinks flowing. As far as the food it was a nice variety. I did not care for the brisket I did ask for. Well done but they basically gave me the burn in. They have an omelette station. They have nachos mac and cheese potatoes. Huge carb load on the other side. More brunch related foods like French toast, waffles, chicken, pork and turkey. Far as the sausages were concerned, lots of condiments, whipped cream, yogurt, parfaits and even a donut bar, which I really loved. I think for $35 is definitely worth it and if you want the unlimited mimosas then it was an extra $20. I think I will bring my family there very early as soon as they open. About 1:00 its hard to hear your your party cuz people there get very loud

Popped in on Sunday with a couple friends after we got poured on during our Sunday funday walk. We've been on a mission for about the past year ... find the best bottomless brunch/brunch buffet in the City. I think we finally did it. I do have to admit I found out about the brunch offering from TikTok so we must give credit where credit is due! We had a great time! We got there around 12:15 on Sunday and had a couple minute wait to get checked in as the hostess just brought another reservation upstairs. In the meantime, we got out IDs checked and had a round of witty banter with the door guy after we joked about looking like drowned rats. We quickly got checked in and brought up to our table. We were greeted a few minutes later and confirmed all of us would be doing both the bottomless mimosas and the brunch buffet. (I almost forgot to mention that they had fantastic live music going - he bounced around from 90's hits to some rock and other hits - we really enjoyed our singalong session). After confirming our order we got our wristbands and headed over to the buffet. They have a fresh pancake bar with all the fun toppings like m&ms, chocolate syrup, berries, and more. There's the standard breakfast staples like sausages, chicken & waffles, breakfast potatoes, bacon and then they have a few different sliders like pulled pork with slaw, Buffalo chicken, and a mini burger, pepperoni pizza, 3 different salads, 2 different Mac & cheeses, pretzel bites, mini hot dogs, boneless wings (Buffalo and bbq), nachos, and more that I don't even remember. You get to pick the juice for your mimosas (they had oj and pineapple juice) so you can add as little or as much as you like to your glass, there was a Bloody Mary bar, a coffee bar, and donuts galore. My favorite part was the made to order omelette! The gentleman that made mine was fantastic! The egg was perfectly cooked. No brown at all just a super fluffy egg aaaand they have a lovely variety of ingredients to choose from. I got bacon, sausage, tomato, onions, bell peppers and cheddar cheese. Our server was great - I believe she was also the bartender and despite being super busy, she was very prompt in refreshing our bubbles for the mimosas. The staff was constantly cleaning the buffet and refreshing the items. Everything I had that was supposed to be hot, was hot and the cold items were cold. Bottomless mimosas are $20 and the buffet was $35 (per person of course - so $55/pp for both plus tax and tip) and ONLY available on weekends when the Cubs are away. I will be back!

Great atmosphere, great service, and plenty of drink and food options. I had a Margherita Pizza and it was great! My husband had the Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich and said it was ok (too much bun). Overall, we would go back.

Brickhouse Tavern is a nice bar just outside of Wrigley Field. I came a few weeks back with some friends and walked into a huge, multistory bar&grill decked out in Cubs & Wrigley concert memorabilia. The downstairs bar was pretty crowded but the hostess tipped us off that the upstairs bar was practically empty, which was very nice! The bartenders were super friendly and served drinks quickly. We stayed longer than we thought because we enjoyed it so much. I'll definitely be back before a game!

I threw up almost immediately after I left. It was awesome. Was taken here on Saturday morning for my birthday brunch and I was in complete awe. We got the buffet and the bottomless mimosas. I usually love bottomless mimosas but I love buffets way more. I didn't even take a sip and immediately darted over to the buffet. My jaw dropped so many times. There was. so. much. food. And it all was absolutely delicious. I tried every single thing and loved it. I had about four plates. I wanted to stop but I physically couldn't. I just wanted to keep eating. That sausage link may just be the best sausage link i've eaten in my entire life. I wish I could've had enough room to dive more into the dessert table but I enjoyed the little nibbles I got. This was fantastic. Will come back many many more times.

Definitely recommend going on one of their bottomless brunch days and getting the mimosa deal. Went for my birthday with my friends and we were seated outside on the roof with a great view of Gallagher Way! The Bourbon Donut was the MVP. Special mentions to the loaded potato twists and pancake lady (she made them perfectly). Just make sure you go with an empty stomach because there's A LOT to try.

Came here after the Cubs game to watch the Raider game. We got the loaded potato twists which has BBQ pulled pork, chedder sauce, banana peppers, scallions, sour cream, and crunchy chips. Omg, sooooo good! Definitely get this if you come here. The menu is on the smaller side, but highly satisifed with the potato twists. We also got beer and lemonade to drink. The service was great! We sat indoors, which was nice because of the AC. Huge big screen TVs decorate the tavern. Great place to watch sports.

Went in here with some friends while enjoying ticket holder appreciation day at Wrigley. One of the perks was 10% off at this restaurant so we figured we would check it out. They were pretty busy, which wasn't surprising. But you'd think they would staff appropriately for this kind of event. We didn't have a server... a server from another section, a manager, a food runner, and someone else (maybe our server?) all took care of our table. This place is ridiculously overpriced, but that's expected given the location. The only good thing about our experience here was the soft pretzel. It's good! We ordered two sides of cheese instead of mustard and cheese, but only got one. We were also charged $1 for another cheese cup. My husband and I split the kids chicken fingers. The chicken fingers were a weird color and texture-mostly fat. I spit most of mine out. Our friend's burger looked fine, not worth the $18 for sure. The fries were overly salty. Ours even came with a big salt ball. Given the Wrigley location and prices, it would be nice if this was a more unique spot that drew people in with good food. But it's not even mediocre. At least the patio area is nice.

The food here is amazing. Great to come before games or after for a cold drink. Yesterday we went for brunch. AMAZING. be sure to make reservations. The brunch has everything from salad and sliders to typical breakfast food. In addition they had boozy desserts that were very good!! Service here has always been great, even to drunk idiots. The staff hustle and work their asses off. Great outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing.

I have never been so rudely treated at a restaurant. There was eight of us and we requested separate checks. The waiter said they could not do that. We talked to the manager, she said we could not do that. However, they can take as many cards as we want for what ever amount on each of the cards. Which is like seperate checks. The music was so loud we could not talk to each other or even hear the waiter. Customer service does not exist at this place. The food is not that great. Typical bar food but since it is at Wrigley field it costs alot of money. There are plenty of places around Wrigley to go to. They must be doing okay because they showed me they do not need my money. I will never be back here again.

Yes, on game days you'll pay more than normal. But the location is great and the beer was cold. Get the tacos. The steak tacos are an app but they're delicious and over-filled.

I visited for the first time last week for Super Bowl Sunday. The Food: I did the $25 unlimited buffet which included pizza, chicken and beef sliders, BBQ Chicken Quesadillas, Hot Dogs, Tater Tots and Baked Pretzels. I don't like to see pink in my meat (again personal preference) so I was cool on the beef sliders but everything else was good. I mean you can't beat that for $25! Drinks: There were $5 Strawberry Lemonade shots that were good! I also got a (non special) Margarita (more like a couple lol) which was yummy! Service: Aliyah (who also said she had been there working since 9am-give her a raise!) rocked! She had great customer service! Thanks again Aliyah!

Got weekend brunch here last weekend, and it was great. For $30 dollars you get a wide variety of options for the brunch buffet from made to order omelettes, brisket, wings, sliders, salad, waffles, etc. There are plenty of options. Everything was very good. Alot of options and they refilled everything relatively quickly. My favorite here were the buffalo wings and the chicken and waffles. Definitely done right. Bottomless mimosas can be added to the brunch for an extra 20 dollars I believe as well. Service was great. Most of the seating is a bar type area with stools and such. Lots of TVs if you are wanting to catch some games while eating. Definitely a great weekend buffet brunch option in Wrigleyville.

My wife and I are staying across the street at hotel Zachary and we needed a late evening snack. It's a Saturday evening around 8:30 and the place isn't very busy. We was promptly seated and our waiter was right there. We ordered cheese sticks for a appetizer. My wife ordered the home run bbq nachos and I ordered the Chicago polish dog. All was good with friendly service. Only thing that I could have done with out was a couple loud mouths around the bar that think everyone in the place wants to hear them use the F word which is very annoying. Over all good good with friendly service.

Great pregame spot right next door to Wrigley with some pretty good apps and a great sports vibe. The wings, sliders and pretzel were all good and went well with some brews. They close pretty early but for a pregame experience it cannot be beat. Go here and Go Cubs!

I got the Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was pretty good. Not very spicy, but there's still some flavor. Lots of TVs with basketball on and blasting loud music. Nice place to hang out, drink a few beers, and watch a game. The roof was only open for Brunch buffet

Such a great spot, right outside of Wrigley Field. On a Saturday night, kitchen closes at 8:30, and last call is 9:30, the restaurant/bar close at 10pm. Staff was friendly. Food was not bad for bar food. Portions are huge. Loaded potatoes piled high, nachos plentiful mounds of chips and toppings, wings are a half dozen, basket of fries are crinkle cut, served with ketchup. Beers on tap, nice and cold. Lots of TVs and music was good. I really liked the location and would definitely come back again.

Nice location next to Wrigley Field and friendly, attentive staff. The outdoor patio is spacious and casual environment. Decent bar food but a bit pricey for what it was. For the area, it's understandable.

Found the server disrespectful and didn't pay attention to our table even though the bar was basically empty.

Good music and live DJ. Drinks are a bit watery and not particularly great, especially considering the price. Two levels, more space upstairs. The interior design was interesting too.

Moved near Wrigley 11 months ago and just tried the brunch last Sunday. We had a party of 4 and it was amazing! Zero complaints, food plenty & delicious. I cannot believe it took me this long. Thank you Brickhouse and I'll be bringing others next time

Great Sunday brunch spot!! They have a phenomenal brunch package, $40 for AYCE and $20 for bottomless mimosas. The food selection is surprisingly great. I figured it would be basic eggs, bacon and sausage. NOPE! They have an omelette, mac and cheese and pancake and waffle station. A huge dessert table, our favorites were the tres leches cake and carrot cake cups. They also have freshly made, super tender, well seasoned brisket! I'm drooling now just thinking about it!! I'm kicking myself for not taking any pics, just know that if you go, you WON'T be disappointed! Shout out to the omelette man and pancake lady, they were fast and super nice! Our server was also great, we literally never had an empty glass!!

So. I've been twice so I feel like I am giving Brickhouse a fair shake....it's not great. Food is lower end bar-variety. Not very generous portions. I'm no mathematician but we ordered a margarita pitcher for $48 which yielded three cups worth, which were $12 each. Should've just gotten three for $36 but we got hustled. Pretzel is quite solid- can't say anything bad about it. Nachos are pretty decent too- which we ordered late in our visit as an afterthought and they came out pretty quick. I am sure we will be back, as we live so close and convenience is hard to beat on busy afternoons- but I will definitely not be grabbing a pitcher of marg.

We went for the weekend brunch and loved everything about it. Cool atmosphere filled with great Cubs memorabilia, they have a fantastic outdoor space and live music. All of the food was delicious, our favorites were the Mac n cheese, brisket, sliders, made to order pancakes and the donut table.

We went for a birthday brunch. We were a party of 9. Some got the endless mimosas and the server we had was great. She made sure the glasses were never empty. The food was great there was a great variety to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be going back again.

Terrible service, extremely unkind front host staff. Rude to us, same gentleman laughed obnoxiously at tourists (which I have to imagine are a good number of folks who regularly patronize the establishment while attending Cubs games). I can only hope he's the owner's kid or relative because there's no other good reason to keep someone that unwelcoming to patrons. Ambiance was fine, food was nothing to write home about. Close proximity to Wrigley feels like the main reason to go.

Great at accommodating large groups. Service was great. Outdoor patio overlooking Gallagher way is nicely set up and great for entertaining. Drinks were good and priced fairly, and food wasn't bad. Quesadillas were alright, polish dog was great. Nachos were a big portion. The servers can throw any drink in a bucket of ice for you too.

I came in with my 3 boys and absolutely loved it here! The reservation was easy to make, and the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our special requests. The ambiance was great, and the food definitely lived up to my expectations. We tried the nachos our server recommended and loved them, my boys could not stop talking about them! This is a must try if you're doing Winterland at Wrigley :)

Came here after Winterland at Gallagher Way and cannot say enough good things! They had delicious cocktails, I couldn't get enough of the slice slice baby. The grilled cheese and tomato soup was exactly what my kids wanted after being out in the cold. Our server Maddie was so sweet and everyone working seemed so cheerful! We loved it, can't wait to go back!!

I came here again because I had such a great time after the cubs game this summer and at the friends trivia. We sat at the bar and our two bartenders were amazing and so attentive. I had the winter sangria and nutter butter cocoa which were both so good! All the decorations inside made me feel like I was still at the christkindl market! will be back again soon.

Horrible service. Was at the restaurant for over 4 hours and the waitress came over 3 times. We started ordering from the bar due to the lack of service. Horrible staff and service.

Such a great experience. Ari was our server, deserves a raise, so kind and honest. Will come back many times, and will request her!!!
