"Continuing to operate on the building's second floor at 2900 Clarendon Boulevard, Buena Vida Gastrolounge is Mexican-themed and will share its prized rooftop deck with the new downstairs tenant. I note that Fitzgerald Lewis bought Buena Vida from founder Ivan Iricanin (who is concentrating on his Balkan chain Ambar), and that Buena Vida previously occupied all three floors of the building before Green Pig took over the ground floor." - Tierney Plumb
