Yelp
Bueno y Sano is excellent. It's got very good food, good prices, and it's a perfect place to take kids. I usually get a burrito; good fillings include BBQ pork, buffalo chicken, and steak. They pack the burritos full of beans, cheese, and the other standard burrito fillings - it's like you're eating a little dense football. There are a number of choices for kids and my kids have enjoyed quesadillas and tacos, and they like coming back here. One weird thing: they have chips, but they serve them in a ziplock bag. Even Moe's flops them out on a tray, nice and hot.
The interior is a bit spartan, and ....acoustically harsh? It's not terrible, but it's just got a bit of sharp-edged industrial feel. My biggest complaint is with the temperature. It feels like a meat locker. The test for whether the temperature is good is, "what are the customers wearing?" There were four or five tables occupied when we were there, on a cold winter night, and *everyone* was wearing a jacket. Usually people take their coats off, even when it's cold out - so long as the interior temp is right to do that. This could be improved, and pretty easily.
Finally, I saw a commenter complaining about them serving the burrito with sour cream on the inside, as though that was a bad thing. I'm thinking the guy was a burrito rookie - is there any other way to have sour cream on a burrito? If you're someone who likes to dip your burrito in sour cream, you're probably a few tacos short of a fiesta.
