I came here for lunch. The staff member recommended ordering from the breakfast menu even though it was lunch time. They serve breakfast all day. I got the breakfast huarache with suadero and a Jamaica to drink. The Jamaica isn't sweet like other places I've had it before. Really refreshing. The breakfast huarache with suadero was delicious. It's masa stuffed with black beans, then topped with salsa verde and salsa roja, onions , cilantro, eggs, pickled onions and pickles jalapeños, queso fresco and the sudaero. Adding a meat for the breakfast huarache is an extra $4 charge. However the sudaero addition was worth it. The whole plate of food was good, good portion size, and with all the toppings on it, it's not heavy at all. Relatively light. Also, there's 4 different salsas you could use and add to the dish you're eating if you want. The sauces range in spice level.
This restaurant is a nice addition to Vancouver. I haven't seen a Mexican restaurant focusing on breakfast foods like this in the Portland metro area. Definitely reminds me of some places I've been to in SoCal. This restaurant is really clean, relaxed and welcoming - a wonderful place for breakfast and lunch. They have a large parking lot too.
Next time, I'll try their chilaquiles.
