The ONLY positive thing was the front desk staff were nice. That’s about it. I don’t think I’ve honestly stayed in this awful of a hotel room before. The bathroom has a leaky shower, there is definitely hair still in the shower it’s nasty. The fan in there is broken so when you turn the light on it makes this horribly loud buzzing sound. Plus the ac thing is literally falling out of the ceiling. Next to that is a big bubble in the ceiling so who knows what kind of mold is there. Also door handle to the bathroom? Yea no that’s also broken in half! Legit no handle! Room was as bare as it could be including wires hanging from the wall where the fire alarm should be so if a fire happens your the last to know… uncomfortable beds and overall just gross.

I believe it's been closed and only reopened for the Keith Sweat concert that was going on... I wasn't there for the concert and while the concert crowd was lively, the hotel itself should close and never reopen again unless it is completely and totally remodeled.. While waiting to check in multiple people were at the front desk complaining of non working tvs, several people were booked to the SAME room as someone else... non working old air conditioners... check and it took forever...it was completely disorganized.. It's OUTDATED.. rooms are horrible.. There was some weird stain on the dresser top.. We had ONE face towel for our 2 person room. Tried to use the phone to call housekeeping directly and it didn't work.. Called the front desk and she said they'd be right up but they NEVER came .. The "casino " was more like a morgue... We were off-roading and just needed rooms for one night so I guess at $50 you get what you pay for which was less than the bare minimum... Hopefully they will remodel and give the place a major face lift otherwise they should never reopen.

A massive building raising the question of how it was built. Didn't stay in a room, but stayed across 15 at Whiskey Pete's for our honeymoon night in 2004. Went back to look around here in 2025. Pete's is closed and blocked. We gambled at what's left of Buffalo Bill's, a once booming resort as well as Pete's. Bill's at one time had the roller coaster, tram across 15 and other unique attractions that have gone to the nether zone. Worth a 30 minute drive from Las Vegas, almost to the California border to imagine what this had to offer.

The rooms are great, especially for the price. It's like getting an upscale hotel room for the price of a cheap motel. But, don't expect a meal to match. I haven't stayed there in over a decade before this last June, but I remember getting a great prime rib dinner for less than $20. This time, their restaurant wasn't even open. I had to eat at their Denny's, which was fine, but it's just a Denny's.

I was wishing this casino would turnaround but it keeps getting worse. Restaurants are never open other than disgusting Dennys, each week they keep taking out slot machines, and we run into so many issues with redeeming our rewards. This used to be our go-to stop when passing through but the only thing it’s good for nowadays is parking. I can’t imagine this place being open for too much longer and it’s a shame how fast it’s going downhill. Update: It’s officially closed now. All gaming has been moved to the Primm casino across the street and the rest of the amenities are closed. It would be nice if someone could bring this place back to life. It will be missed as a stop for us every time we drive by.

It's closed. We were not informed, so we showed up to a closed resort. Our reservation was forwarded to a resort next door again without our knowledge. That "resort" is a casino with all efforts going toward the gamblers. The room was tired, the halls were dark and smelled of old cigarettes, only one understaffed restaurant with limited options, and a bar that was all poker machines. They served our martinis in disposable plastic cups. WILL NEVER RETURN.

The room was not very clean. Carpet wasnt vacummed, pubic hair on shower floor, poop marks in toilet. Only one wash cloth in a two queen room. Sheets were clean and both beds made, so at least theres that. My wife joked not to breakout a black light (we dont have one). Air conditioning worked good all night. No dead bugs so thats why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Bottom line would I stay here again? Well at check in the charge was $93, whereby I was informed 50 of that was a security deposit and would be refunded. So the room was 40 something bucks. Not bad cost on a last minute saturday night reservation. We chose here cuz most the rooms on the strip were around $200. Not sure I would stay again, but it worked out cost wise for a spur of moment trip a day early to Vegas. Now we are off to Mandalay Bay for rest of trip. Just close your eyes or get drunk enough that you dont care. Good luck!

Traveling for work and had a 44' Fifth Wheel in tow. Decided to book a room because of the intense heat and they offered truck parking. Check in was simple, desk worker was pleasant but not chatty. We was assigned a room (1408A), confirmed where to best park the truck/unit and headed to our room. When we turned the AC on it was rather loud but was blowing cold air. We both got cleaned up and headed downstairs for dinner. Once we returned from dinner the AC seemed to be having difficulty breathing and not blowing cold any longer. I tried calling the front desk but after several minutes on an automated hold went back to the front desk. The same desk worker assigned us another room, no real concern of the non working AC in the current room. We went back to 1408A to gather our things to go across the hall to 1409A. The AC was turned on while we moved things across the hall, about an hour later we called it a night. A few hours later, around 11 pm the room was warm and not was not cycling on. This time my husband went to the front desk, as I was overly tired and extremely irritated. A gentleman working thr front desk offered to send the engineer (maintenance) or move us rooms again. This time, we was given a room on the 1st floor, so we packed everything up again and moved. The pillows in the final room were awful compared to the prior rooms, bed was comfy enough but most importantly the AC operated as expected until we left at 6 am. The casino was pretty empty, only a few people playing on the machines. I did not see any live tables but I wasn't there to gamble. A lot of the attractions that once made this resort shine are closed, hidden behind dust and despair. I wish I could have experienced this place in its prime. Only photo I took was of Desperado All in all, I would stay here again (but request a first floor room) simply because of the commercial parking lot.

Pretty sweet place! Their coffee was great, had a great time. Would recommend. Location is unique.

GETTING HERE: Located in Primm Nevada (Stateline) off the I-15. It's next to the Primm Resort (the old Primadonna) and across the freeway from Whiskey Pete's (RIP). REVIEW: This is a very hard review to write. I too, like many other Yelpers, stayed here as a kid and in my early 20's. So much fun and so much history! I have great memories of the roller coaster, especially. All of that is now gone; thanks to shutdown and other extenuating factors. But, the memories remain. I visited recently to see a concert at the Desert Star of the Arena, so thought it best to get a room. I was in the B Tower, and suffice to say, it was horrible. I won't get into details, but it was bad. V bad. I felt it was too late to call the Front Desk (after the concert, when I returned to my room) that I just sucked it up and powered through the night. When I checked out I made sure to mention the state of the room and they were more than accommodating and courteous and assured me that I ^should have called them when I returned late to my room. This outstanding service bumped this review up from 1 star to 3, and I was close to rounding up to 4. There's a Denny's on property and be sure to check out the Bonnie and Clyde Car! There's an old/empty food court area and it's located at the back. It has a separate Yelp page that I will reiverw and update shortly. Prayer circle for Buffalo Bill's that it will power forward and come out even stronger than before. I know they can and will!

THE GHOST OF BUFFALO BILL's! It's a bit of a ghost town in here on some days. I noticed it's popular on the weekends with local gamblers but aside from that it's too quiet for a casino. It seemed like lots of things were closed, the coaster, restaurants, etc. I only noticed their Denny's was open. The restroom was kind of dirty on the casino floor level and my family noticed that the plumbing absolutely sucks here. It took me three minutes to get water from the sink "sensor". The water pressure is experiencing some issues. As for the casino floor, they updated a few things and it looked cleaner. However, the little indoor mining river is dry, it creeped me out having a mining attraction with no water and old figures. Buffalo Bill's is a decent choice if you want to stay away from Vegas' hotel prices, however it comes with less amenities than you would hope for.

Thanks for the memories. Sad to see this iconic hotel and casino is closing soon. From the early nineties this place was buzzing and a perfect stop before heading to Vegas. Sometimes it was all you really needed and didn't have to go to Vegas. With it possibly being demolished, I'll forever keep the memories in my mind. From the tiny rooms and buffalo shaped pool. It will truly missed.

Old casino off of the 1-15 on the border of California and Nevada. This was probably a really fun place back in its heyday with a roller coaster and what appeared to be a log ride that went through the casino. All of that is closed now. The casino was closed for a bit because of plandemic but it has reopened. We came on a recent Friday night and it was packed. Most machines were full on the rather large casino floor. I do not recall if there were table games. There are a few fun bars to drink at. The tree bar was very popular. Surprisingly the drinks were rather expensive for a place like this. We did not eat but they appeared to have some decent dining options. The hotel is open but we were only here to gamble and see the Bonnie and Clyde car. The exhibit is out in the open and free. You can see the car up and close. There is some literature, memorabilia, and videos to watch. Parking is free and convenient. No more valet.

Starting with check in. The woman at the desk was impatient and muttering under her breath during check in. Never a good sign. Then, upon entering the pet friendly room, we found it to be pretty beat up. They don't mop the floor so don't even think about walking on it with bare feet. Filthy. Stains on tables. AC unit doesn't get dusted. There is a remnant of some type of mounting bracket that was left as is when they removed something. AC unit doesn't work well. On the bright side, the door locks, the shower doors aren't falling off, and I didn't find bedbugs (yet). Keeping the luggage closed for sure. We decided to stay here since we could bring one of our pups for $20 and I had a player's discount offer. Otherwise, I'd be rather outraged. At least my dog is happy to be with us. Thank goodness we're on our way to pick up a cruise voucher at Sunset Station in Henderson tomorrow. One night is tolerable but no extended trips here. Okay for a football betting turn around but this is no resort even though you pay a resort fee.

Run down? Yep No maintenance going on? Yep Missing emergency exit signs torn off walls? Yep Roach in bathroom? In guest room? Yep Sad to see in such a state. Rundown is putting it nicely. We remember it when it just opened. Came for KC and the Sunshine Band which was great. No mixed drinks at shows, shots yes which seemed strange. Worse Dennys we have ever been to. About the same price as an uber from vegas, next time we'll Uber or Lyft.

My Fiancee and I did a weekend trip to Buffalo Bills Casino with my Aunt and her best friend. Neither of us, my Fiancee nor myself had ever stayed at this casino, and I've only had one other brief experience with this casino. However, both of us were so glad that we did! First off, the customer service. I would have given 5 stars but the cocktail waitress were super hard to catch and some of them seemed choosey on who to be nice to (I wish I could say more on this...). The rest of the staff, however, were simply amazing, on-point, exceptional customer service. From the second we walked in with our luggage, it literally was less than a minute while walking into the casino when one of their staff walked right across to us asking if we needed anything at all? From then on, the staff cleaning the rooms, to the bar tenders everyone just helped us to have a wonderful exceptional time. The both of us agreed, except for the cocktail waitress', some of the best customer service we have received in Vegas. The slot machines were nice and provided enough looseness for us to be able to play all day without breaking the bank and simply have a great time. I've never in vegas been able to stay within budget while playing slots, this was a first! Wonderful! One Bartender in particular, which I would remember his name but his bar was right next to the area with all the tv sports screens and stated he'd come over from the Primm (Older Caucasian gentleman). He was AWESOME, FRIENDLY, and kept us laughing and had a great time! Even the food vendors were all super helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend and will be back.

Located in Primm between LA and Las Vegas right off the 15. It's an old school hotel far from a resort. Has a miner/Bonnie Clyde theme. They do host concerts there for latino and old school groups like the SOS Band and Confunction While the roller coaster no longer functions due to high maintenance cost I'm sure. Worth a stop to check it out.

Can we give a place zero stars? Awful. Don't stay here. Dirty room, broken door lock, no hot water, like ice cold shower, bugs, nasty sticky stuff on walls, shower so dirty it hasn't been cleaned in forever, mold. The list is so long.

The place is pretty dirty and the rooms are never clean! You get what you pay for so it is what it is! I came to see shows so I can't complain too much. Just don't expect a lot!

1 Star | Buffalo Bills Resort Hotel Review Disgusting Rooms, Closed Amenities, and Double Charges -- Don't Stay Here I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Buffalo Bills Resort in Primm, Nevada. This place should not be calling itself a resort -- it's more like a rundown motel with hidden fees. When we walked into our room, there was hair on the bed, the windows were filthy with dead bugs literally baked onto the glass, and the bathroom was moldy, rusty, and barely functional. The sink didn't drain properly, had no stopper, and the shower pressure was weak. The whole place felt dirty and neglected. The hallways were uncomfortably hot like a sauna, and the elevators were disgusting -- covered in graffiti and sticky from spilled food and drinks. For a hotel that charges a $40/night resort fee, NONE of the amenities were even open all weekend. So what are guests paying for? To make it worse, I was billed incorrectly twice. I was told I'd be refunded $50 and that my total should have been $188.87, but I was charged $237.87 twice. I called and was promised a fix, but nothing has happened yet. Bottom line: This place is dirty, overpriced, and poorly managed. If you're planning a Vegas stop or road trip, avoid Buffalo Bills Resort. Spend your money somewhere that actually values guests and keeps things clean.

Cool place to stop on your way to or back from California. Casino has a lot of slots. Plenty of places to eat. Clean restrooms. The roller coaster and log flume are seemingly abandoned.

We stopped in here randomly on a road trip weeknight. I'm an Old West lover and appreciated all the western decor inside. It was pretty quiet and not a lot of food places were open, but we discovered a very cool Bonnie and Clyde exhibit with the real bullet riddled car and shirt, which was a very cool surprise we weren't expecting.

Giving a one star, though I'll likely be back because my husband loves visiting as he did when he was a kid. Just got home from spending the weekend there, and I've been there several times in the last few years. Never felt the need to write a review until this trip happened. Our first room had an AC unit that stopped working less than an hour from when we arrived. Maintenance tried to fix it, then replace it, and nothing. That older gentleman from maintenance was nice and did what he could with what Buffalo Bills makes available for them. No desk chair, so we used the one fairly dirty couch-like chair. We aren't complainers and know not to expect nice rooms from this hotel, but we've always expected a clean room. Michelle at the check in desk quickly moved us to another room with a working AC unit. Give her a raise! She's great. This second room was the one that I found the roaches in, wall poo, and the same kind of water damage seen in so many other pictures here on Yelp. Many other things can be pointed out in re: to lack of cleanliness, but this is just what you're going to get here. I was surprised by the roaches, though. We had to be very careful with where we placed our food and made sure to shake all of our belongings when heading out. Last thing we want is to start a family of roachies here at home. Buffalo Bills is trying, though. They keep trying to improve the tiny Bonnie and Clyde exhibit. Oh!!! The rates for resort fees, pet per night fee, and check in early fee are absolutely ridiculous for the kind of hotel that this is. They should also invest in a heater for the pool water which never warms no matter how far beyond 100 degrees it gets. Great concert yesterday, and as long as good concerts keep happening there...I'll probably be back. Still gross.

Stayed here because we came to an event at the casino , so didn't have another choice but to sleep here . If I would've known I could park my 30ft rv here I would've slept there. Coming in the hotel , it smelled like cigarettes everywhere . When we went inside our room , the sink around it had mold & the furniture was very outdated. They only put 2 towels in our room . Next morning when we woke up there were 4 roaches in our room !! The nasty part was one of them was in our bed headboard !!!!!! Best part of the stay was Dennys !!!!!

This is place is dirty, unsafe and the food is expired please be careful. We had brunch today 11-24-24 the crab legs had a horrible smell they were expired. The oatmeal was burned. The soda machine had weird taste and things coming out of. I must say that I soon I told the cook behind the omelette area about the crab legs he smelled them himself and removed them immediately.

I would like to give out a huge shoutout to the amazing staff at Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino!!! Especially I would like to recognize Victor in VIP services!!! Victor you went ABOVE and BEYOND anything I ever expected and made our stay here spectacular and truly top class!!! From the master jacuzzi suite to the new seafood buffet...it was all Delicious and we had such a blast!!! Thank you for making this so memorable for us and we will definitely be returning here for years to come! It was truly great and thank you again for an awesome experience!! Thank you to Darrin and Michele and Cora and all the staff you all are superstars!!!

Call me weird, but I prefer staying at the state line when I go to Vegas. It is a best kept secret with a pretty good following. Let me explain, and you can thank me later. The rooms are cheap. Usually, I only pay the resort fee with my players card. Checking in is easy, peasy. There is no struggle walking across the casino with a mile walk to your room. The check-in counter is right there with the room access points nearby. I've only experienced long lines on New Years or big concert weekends. On a few occasions, you may be sent to stay in one of the 2 sister locations, Whiskey Pete's or Primm Valley. I've stayed at all 3. Buffalo Bills is my personal favorite. I find it more convenient to stop here and check into my room, then drive into Vegas for the day. The drive to Vegas is always a struggle for me. It makes it a lot easier going home because you are 45 minutes closer to LA. Parking here is plentiful and free. There are also charging stations over in the other nearby lot. The rooms are decent. They are basic unless you get a suite. I usually bring my dog along, and they allow her to stay. She is well-behaved, doesn't bark, and is my lucky charm. There is a new Death Wish Coffee in the food court, which is a huge deal in my book. The Pink donut shop is within walking distance and a nearby Starbucks. The Dennys is inside the casino. I usually order Dennys on the app and then bring it back to the room. There are a few other places to eat inside the casino that are a hit or miss. There are also entertainment options here from car shows, concerts, etc. Staff have always been very friendly. If you like the simple things, good coffee, and maybe a jackpot win, this place could be for you. The roller coaster is still closed. The log ride is still closed. Maybe someday they will reopen

If I could give this place no stars I would. I checked in on Saturday the 26th. The girl who checked me in was very rude. First I was charged with a 30.00 dollar early check in fee. That I really didn't mind. I just wanted to get settled. She was telling me to speak up, she couldn't hear me, this place is so loud and etc. The next day myself and my boyfriend who has never been to Vegas come back to our room and discover that our room was not cleaned no clean towels or etc.... so I go to the front desk and inform the young lady what had happened. She seemed like we were bothering her . The only thing was 8 can move you to another room or have housekeeping come and clean. Who wants housekeeping at 10 pm? Not me I told her we just needs towels and I'll deal with it in the morning. Sunday morning comes and I speak to Brian the assistant manager and I inform him of what happened i told him about the rudeness of the hotel staff as well as the room not getting clean He documented everything and assured me the Room will be clean. He also stated how the housekeeping staff does not understand English and I informed him I put out the tag stating I wanted the room to be cleaned. So now we venture out that day and come back again to see that the room was not cleaned and again no towels. So we went downstairs again to ask for towels and why wasn't the room cleaned. The guy at the front desk stated he would make it his priority to get us towels so I played in the casino and waited till 10. Went back and still no towels By this time I'm upset. If it wasn't late I would've checked out. The guy at the front desk gives us towels and apologize. I ask for the manager number and name. I check out Tuesday morning and yes my room was comp but after the 3 days of he'll. It's the least they could've done. Called the manager and left a voice message never heard back from Cherry . I will NEVER NEVER STAY HERE ANMORE.

Front desk lady couldn't do a simple price match, had us wait outside for 30 mins then we get in and the front desk lady disappeared for a solid 15 minutes and took her dam sweet time with nothing even resembling even an half smile as though it was her mission to deliver the most Luke warm experience of all time. Rooms however very spacious and good number food options. Comfortable bed.

Sadly - a two - like others already posted, all the kids stuff is closed - flume, roller coaster. Arcade is small and really not for younger kids. Restaurants aplenty but only pizza and Dennys open. Buffet closed. Still permits smoking inside. Room was fine and shower has pressure that would strip the paint off your car !! Very hot ! Perfect there. No frig in room. ??? Plenty of parking and plenty to look at - just nothing to do! But gamble of course. We ate at Dennys - food was great. We watched the Bonnie and Clyde movie and enjoyed the real car they were killed in. That exhibit alone is worth the stop. The facility has no valet and clearly in decline. With everything closed and old and visitors stagnant- how on earth are they charging $33 for a "resort" fee? A resort fee for a facility with no resort ? Come on. Only benefit was the car exhibit and restaurant on site. The total fee we paid was $97. So that was fine - but still, lots to improve.

Buffalo Bills has been around for many decades. When you are driving to Las Vegas, you will see it on the right side about 30 minutes before Vegas. This Casino is known for the western style roller coaster that circulates around the hotel and casino! The roller coaster was running when I stopped by and it did look a bit worn down so probably need some maintenance. This is a good place to stop by if you need a quick bite, gamble, or restroom stop. The theme inside is the Wild West. The Casino was dark and very smoky too. There were able 10 tables and the rest were just slot machines. They had a few restaurants and a small arcade for the kids at the back of the casino. It was crowded when I stopped by so it felt spacious. What really bothered me was the bathroom. It was cleaned often by the staff. But what made me really uncomfortable was the toiletry. The toilet paper was hung with a plastic bag around the toilet pipes on top of the back of the toilet. Not only did it felt unsanitary, you also had to turn your body around to reach for the toilet paper while sitting on the toilet. I have never seen toilet paper hung up like this and couldn't understand why the casino just didn't install a proper toilet paper holder in the stall! I will never forget this experience for the rest of my life!

No wifi and no tv since check in. They gave me the tech support number and I spent two hours with them, but still nothing. Dialed 0 / hotel operator, explained this and he tried to give me tech support number again. I had already spoken with them for hours, so I declined. He offered to connect me to the front desk, it rang a few times, then disconnected. The mattress sheet only goes to about a foot away from the bottom of the mattress and the rest is uncovered. There is a dried milky looking stain on the glass top of the night stand. Not at all impressed with the customer service or cleanliness here and will be happy to leave in the morning.

I stayed at Buffalo Bill's Resort and Casino from 10/12-10/16/23. What stood out to me about this place was the affordability of the hotel room. Room Rate: Very affordable in terms of price point. I spent under $300 for four days. Location: The hotel is located in Primm, which is 30-40 minutes outside of Las Vegas. Primm is not as congested as Las Vegas, which was nice to experience. Front Desk: I checked into the hotel late at night. The woman working at the registration desk was not too welcoming. She seemed a bit bothered. Bar Area: I ordered a Lemon Drop drink. The drink did not taste all that great. It was a bit disappointing. The bartender was nice. Casino Floor: There were a lot of options available, including table games and slots. Room/Hotel Services: The room was clean upon arrival. One day out of my 4-day trip, I requested clean towels and the hotel never brought any to the room. I decided to catch a housekeeper in the hallway. The housekeeper stated that the hotel was extremely limited in distributing towels and needed to reserve them for unoccupied rooms. I was only given one clean towel. Unfortunately, there wasn't a mini fridge available in the room either. That was a huge bummer. Just Baked - Smart Bistro Kiosk: Located on the first floor by the arcade. It was convenient to get food on the go. I usually got the White Castle sliders, a brownie, or a breakfast sandwich. Denny's: This is the only restaurant that's open 24/7 inside of the hotel. The service overall was good and friendly. Vaqueros Buffet: The buffet offers all-you-can-eat crab legs and shrimp on Fridays for about $50 per person. During my stay, I visited the buffet around 7 pm. I was only able to get one plate of crab legs. The buffet ran out TWO HOURS before closing. There was still a lot of shrimp left, so I also grabbed that. Overall, the entire hotel experience was OK at best. There were more negatives than positives. If I ever come back, it would be due to the inexpensive cost of the rooms.

Where do I start After seeing the incredible Death Valley Came here to see the Bonnie and Clyde death car and get on some rides Wow I get Clyde getting the bullet shower but why his girl? Anyway Checked in and get hit immediately with a resort fee ? On top of the room charge this wasn't online Hidden fees ? whatever this place has rides a casino and a bloody death car make that two Dutch Schultz armored car ? Sure didn't help him out ..... Ok so we go up to the room First the room had no bathroom vent so shite air is going to be in your face if you have to go numero dos just saying I guess the last guest had an emergency in their trailer and needed a smoke detector pronto because there was just the wire hanging where it should've been Hmmm? I'm sure that's not legal Luckily I have a good sense of smell So if there was a fire I would be good The view from our room was of the back lot which was a parking lot and some other odd building the bed was good king size the way tall folks like me like it but had all these sheets on it which didn't fit ? The heat did work which was necessary Because it was cold AF There was hair from the last guest in the shower and sink And their last French fry was hiding in the corner Yum Speaking of food We needed some so we go down to the casino to get grub this place was like a movie A bad one It was filled with nasty cigarette smoke slot zombies and desperadoes who looked as dusty as the building All rides were closed wtf No food except for pizza or Denny's This place was so much like Death Valley we had just visited Desolate Oh they do have an arcade With about 6 or 7 weird games I grew up going to the arcade and I have no idea what these games were Air hockey didn't work ? Back to dinner which was a delicious veggie pizza took a while to make but it was the highlight of our stay Plus the last occupant of our room was right the fries are good This place is massive and looks crazy from the outside but was empty Dusty and kinda lifeless once inside The next day we check out and have the nicest staff who jokingly says the rides were old as Jesus or something Like that Which gave us a much needed laugh but bigups to her because she refunded us the resort fee because Come on Buffalo bills You haven't been a resort for ages Don't go

Seriously...just demolish this place $53 buffet? Water ride emptied out ? All other rides closed ? Hotel has mold on hallways ceilings? No bellmen? This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Oh and the rooms? $250 per night...embarrassing

Unfortunately, I had to stay here last Saturday. Complete shit show. It started with the check in at Registration. After fees and taxes the original quote for the room more than doubled. Since I have never stayed here before a asked a few questions and it turned out the guy at Registration gave me the wrong information for every question. He also handed me a flyer to sign up for their players card. I asked him how to sign up and he said he didn't know, "maybe call the phone number on the flyer". Well, there was no number on the flyer. It turned out you sign up for it at the cashier's cage. How can someone hand out a flyer to everyone who registers at the hotel/casino and not have a clue how to sign up for it? By the time I came down for dinner all the restaurants had either closed for the night or were permanently closed except for Denny's. It was pretty bad even by Denny's standards. It was probably the worst steak I have ever had. I brought some bottles of water I had planned to put in the mini fridge in my room so it would be cold the next morning. Except there were no mini fridges in the room. I was going to start my morning in the pool before I had to leave. Except the pool doesn't open until 12:00 noon. WTF??? I went down to the William Hill Sportsbook at 8:00am to bet some NFL futures bets. Although they were supposed to be open at 8:00am I had to wait around until 08:30 until they opened and then the guy says "I don't know, the computer isn't letting me place the bets". WTF??? I had about an hour to kill before I had to hit the road, so I thought I would play some blackjack. They have one small section for blackjack, craps and roulette. They don't have chips and you have to place your bets using a funky computer. Whatever, blackjack is blackjack. But wait, the table games are closed and don't open until 11:00am! I have never been to a casino (on a weekend, no less) that isn't 24/7. WTF??? I grabbed my bag and walked to my car (no valet service) and got the hell out of there as fast as I could. I think this place closed awhile ago but they forgot to tell their guests.

We wondered over from WP to eat at the buffet at Bills, it reminded me of an old sizzlers buffet from the 80s, we approached the hostess to get a table, I said; for 2 please! She then said; that'll be $100+... The end

Stopped in just to see the Bonnie and Clyde's car from their death. It is super cute and I bet when the rides ran it was a really fun time. The cigarette smoke is really bad in casiom though and it took away from the fun. We enjoyed walking around looking at exhibits and the decor. Glad we stopped it made our teens happy to explore.

Mold, broken doors, holes...you name it and this room has it. Buffett was $32 and the person standing by the meat said "it is supposed to be meatloaf" and laughed. It has not always been like this but I would not stop here again ever after this experience. One hard and nasty pillow, empty spot where the fridge should be. Just wow.

We stayed at Buffalo Bill's on May 25, 2025. We are retired and travel frequently. This hotel was one of the worst experiences we have had lately as far as lack of cleanliness and customer service. The shower had mold and brown residue all along the entry; the carpets were filthy; the wooden dresser/tv stand in the room had severe damage. The shower was so dirty, I didn't even bother using it. We stayed one night and left as early as we could just to leave and get to our next destination to shower. The staff was also very rude and not helpful at all. We tried to get directions to Tower A to find our room, and the three staff we approached just looked at us and said "I don't speak English". My husband knows Spanish (I think that surprised them) and even when he asked in Spanish, we got no help from any of them. The least the hotel can do is train their staff to know how to direct a customer to the correct Tower for their room. None of the staff smiled, and they barely acknowledged hotel guests. The entire place, including our non-smoking room, smelled like cigarette smoke. We stayed at this hotel years ago and it was a totally different experience. Would not recommend it to anyone! I have included photos of the shower entry and the sides of the dresser.

This is a sad hotel and casino. The public spaces are dirty (carpets, floors, elevators, walls, outside entrance). The hotel is understaffed. The eating places are limited (Denny's, a Mexican fast food restaurant, a small pizzeria). They also had a fine dining restaurant that only had 3 menu items available. If the hotel is at capacity, that gives no options for guests to dine. My reason for staying is because of a concert I attended. When I reviewed the concert line-up, I realized the concerts are catering to black and brown people. It was then I summized, this event space is merely a money grab for the owners of this property. There is no care or concern for delivery of a quality experience for their guests. My hotel room was equally poorly maintained. Poor lighting, dirty carpets, stained showers, and broken tiles. The worst night of sleep! Even though the concert lineup is entertaining, do not patronize this property. They do not care about your well being!

came here to see Iam Tongi in concert. Concert was great but line to get into arena was a mess with just a few metal scanners working and short staffing. I guess they are trying to make more money to repair their broken roller coaster by rolling their customers at their buffet which also should be red tagged like their POS roller coaster. $88 per person and the showcase piece of meat they call prime rib is more like a chuck roast - lean and chewy and definitely not even the same cut as a standing rib roast. I would attend another concert there but arrive at least an hour early to get in line and eat elsewhere before arriving. Sadly this seems to be the only surviving casino hotel still open between Primm and Jean.

The Pizza restaurant in your establishment is THE WORST. You had the cashier (with a TOTAL ATTITUDE) barely taking orders. We were in line for almost a 1/2 hour just to take our order. You had 1 guy & 1 girl making pizzas when the place had a long line of customers. And did I mention when she FINALLY took out she had a TOTAL ATTITUDE. Our party will NOT be coming back to your establishment

After a 40 min long wait for check in the front desk receptionist was still smiling I love that energy it is a sold out hotel for 10/19/24 we are here for the west coast tour concert tonight . Rooms are clean unfortunately no fridge inside the room have a nice view of the rollercoaster track lol

Don't get buffaloed, hotel is dingy and run down, mold in the shower, cigarette smoke from other rooms got into ours. Restaurants were closed only Denny's was open, except for the nice waitress the food wasn't good, to top it off they charged Denny's to our room and that took an hour to straighten out.....rooms are cheap but more than they are worth

What I forgot on my last review the other day. I paid to the casino for my 2 day stay. Then when I arrived I was charged another fee for resort fees. No pool, no rides, no gym, no restaurants. So to heck with you. NEVER AGAIN....

This place has turned into a ghost town, it's empty, very few people anywhere. Whiskey Pete's across the freeway is worse, they're obviously closing. Too bad, I've come here in the past and brought my kids because there used to be stuff for them too. The big mall next door is closed, no little, useless anyways, train to ride from casino to casino. Just SAD!

Went here as a kid. Glad to see it's still running. The pool is cold but I got used to it, the Denny's is great, would recommend.

The buffet was the most disgusting buffet I've ever been to in my life. Stopped by on my way from Vegas back to LA because a few YouTube channels featured it. Saw that it was around $30 with crab legs, so I figured, why not. For some reason, when I went on this past Saturday around 1:30pm, it was over $40, almost $50 after tax and tip. No crab legs, no seafood at all, actually...unless you want to count disgusting crab cakes made with mostly breadcrumbs and imitation crab meat. The food was atrocious, especially for the price. Low selection, no flavor...nothing premium on the lineup that warranted $40. The biggest disappointment of all, though, had to be the rude lady at the cash register. I walked up, said "Hi, how are you!", was super friendly towards her, and for some reason, it seemed as though my presence was offensive towards her. On top of her weird, unfriendly attitude, a party of four showed up and stood right behind me, and she decided to engage with them/talk to them/ask them how many in their party before she was even finished with our transaction. It was really rude; she literally ignored me to take care of them, holding my receipt in her hand that I still needed to sign, while engaging with them (in a way friendlier manner, mind you). I'm sure it's because I'm a younger woman that was by myself, but that shouldn't excuse her rudeness. It was like she went out of her way to make me wait...for literally no reason. I walked away to find a table, and she blurts out, with a disgusting attitude "EXCUUUUUUUSE ME" to hand me silverware. Oh, I'm sorry, I had thought our interaction was over, considering she decided to take care of the party behind me instead of me. So, Buffalo Bill's management, the older, miserable woman working the cash register at the buffet on 3/29 at around 1:30 needs to be taught some manners.

Look, there's no two ways about it: Buffalo Bill's has fallen on some hard times. The entire Primm area never really took off. I'm not sure if it was ever designed to, but you have to be real about what this area is and not what it might be, was, or could have been: it's a convenience stop. Just over the Nevada border from California, it's for people who don't want to go the next 40 miles to Vegas, or who want to push past Vegas but not head out into the California desert. Maybe some Vegas residents would head out here for a little vacation and outlet shopping experience, but with so many new shopping options in that town and the state of the outlets in Primm, it's dried up like a short-lived rain in the southern Nevada desert. Well, that's the context. As for the resort and casino itself, it certainly is far past those glory days of the '90s. I didn't expect much for my stay. It ran me $39 when booked through work +$29 for the resort fee. The signs start out front, where the parking lot was nearly empty. The valet is all blocked off (no valet service anymore) and the entire front pavilion is blocked off in caution tape, where a single light flickers like a strobe in a bad post-apocalyptic movie scene. The gaming floor is actually in pretty good shape, with plenty of new games. The sports book looks to have been redone at some point over the last decade. Check-in was pretty quick as there was no one else checking in, but there was only one clerk on duty, which seems about right given the traffic. Oh, the days of the Desperado roller coaster are over--it's closed, likely for good. The log flume ride is also closed, drained, dry, and defunct. The food court is dark and abandoned entirely, save for a sign boasting a Mrs. Fields and TCBY space that has also been vacated, leaving behind just the signage. The latest health permit showed a 2022 date, so it seems they have recently left. But the Chinese fast food seemed to have been gone longer. There's still a 24-hour Denny's inside the property, and a few other dining concepts, (steakhouse, buffet, Mexican food) that are indeed open. The room was a mixed bag. Again, you don't expect much in the sub-$40 category. Cracked mirror taped up with masking tape, stains on the comforter, furniture that has long outlived its use, no fridge, and an air conditioner that sounded--no joke--EXACTLY like a cricket. I know what a cricket sounds like, because on the first floor there were crickets in the hallway. One was in the room with the ice machine and it was very loud. They have redone the rooms in the last decade, and the decor was up to date. And though the shower was old and had hair wads strung up on the wall (why do you do this, ladies? and why wasn't it cleaned?) it was very hot and the pressure just about put me through the wall. In a world of pressure reducing showerheads, this was a rare blast of pure PSI. Is this any better than the other properties in Primm? I dunno, the last time I stayed in the area was probably 15+ years ago. My guess is they're all on hard times now that gaming has eased in CA. But when it came time to sleep--truly the only reason I came here--the sheets were clean, the room was quiet (in a cricket kind of way) and I got some rest before getting out of there. What will the future hold? There's plenty of speculation in this desert, from airport plans to competition a few miles north, to talk of more renovations. For the ownership, and for you as a customer, Buffalo Bill's seems like a roll of the dice.

While staying at this rundown, sad establishment me and my father were verbally assaulted by one of the "regulars" named Rose. She wasn't satisfied until she had the cashier and the security guard on site laughing at us. When we asked to see management, we were told there was no one there. When they finally got someone over to try to help he quickly shuffled off and got his replacement. She was not able to take control of the situation. I called the Police but was on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up. When I asked if we might get some type of compensation for our treatment we were then asked to leave by the saddest little man I have ever met. The joke is on that place, it won't even be open to m a year. It just was a nightmare from checking in. I would stay in a dumpster on fire before I would go back there. Seriously, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Got off to a bad start that didn't get much better. Coming home from Vegas on a Sunday morning, we wanted brunch. The reviews of the buffet were mixed. We called the hotel and asked the price. It was under $25 (I think $24.95), so we decided to try it. The procedure was unique. You pay first, they hand you a napkin with a fork and knife inside, and then you're seated. However, the price wasn't under $25 as we were told just 30 minutes earlier, it was $44 ($47.50 with tax). We told the cashier about the phone call, she said it was been this price for months, and somewhat rudely said "do you want it or not." No concern or empathy there. We had already parked and walked in, so we reluctantly decided to stay. There were some highlights in the food, but not many. The yogurt and granola was good, as were the blintzes. Most everything else on the hot sauce was mediocre. Even the beef ribs and sausage were cold when served. There was only one person working in the omelette station so there was always a long line. It appeared that most of the people had plates full of shrimp and skimpy crab legs for the chef to cook in garlic butter. We had wanted an omelette but the wait wasn't worth it. I grabbed a bagel to go with the sliced salmon (which was good), but it was so hard that I ate only one bite. The service was poor. At times, there were no bowls for the soup or plates near selected areas. Some employees were standing around talking, and the manager had to go tell them to clear tables of empty plates. The hardest working person was the manager, John, who we expressed our unhappiness to. He listened and will likely take action where he can. He was one of the shining lights (as was a young lady near the fruit display). John explained that many of the employees are students who work for only three months, so it's a constant training process. I imagine it's hard to get employees in a somewhat remote area. He also said they hand out the napkins and utensils when you pay because they don't preset the tables as they don't know how many people will be at each table. The experience of paying and being handed the napkin and utensils made me feel like they were afraid people would eat and run out without paying. Our original intent was to eat and gamble. The casino area was very nice and seemed to have good slots. However, our experience was so poor that all we wanted to do is leave. So if the food is an enticement to draw people in to gamble, it failed with us. And it definitely wasn't worth the price. If it were my business, I would have charged the amount the my employee told the customer 30 minutes prior. In any event. My cashier would have handled the situation better. As for the food quality, we won't be back.

This place like the rest of Primm will be a Ghost town in no time. Sadly ineffective management. Totally USELESS Security. No consequences for actions. Room were dated and we had to move rooms. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays everything but Dennys is closed. Outs7dw is totally r7n down and zero amenities but you are charged 39usd resort fees.. nothing else is open close but one store in giant empty mall..Whiskey Pete's is closed.

Probably best bang for your buck. In an age where casinos on the strip and downtown charge you upwards of $75 for "resort fees" Buffalo Bills offer a more affordable choice. Buffalo Bills is comparable to a "local" casino. It doesn't go overboard like the casinos on the strip and it offers more gambling space when compared to those downtown. Yes, it's not the Venetian, but you ain't paying Venetain prices either. Sign up for the players club, play a little and enjoy the free concerts and rooms that come with it.

So the beds look like there was a bunch of matting underneath the covers, it was kind of like the mattress was like balled up. There was like Brown film on the windows. There was oil and hand prints all over the top of the desks and on the dresser, the nightstand looked like someone got it from a thrift store. The floors were disgusting, the bathroom was gross. Someone dyed their hair in the shower. And then there was like red and Brown stains in the shower. It was gross. Final outcome is, I would not let my dog sleep there .This room was over 200.00 on Friday March 8, 2025

I checked in after an 8 hour drive & I found myself unable to push on for another four hours, so I decided to spend the night... First thing, while standing in line, I checked online reservations and it was $84 a night. When I got to the counter it was $134. When I told the gentleman about the online price, he said yeah that's not us and I can't do anything because it's Friday night and that's considered a weekend in Las Vegas. I asked if I could step out a line and just book the room myself and he said yes, but that won't show up over here for three or four hours so at that point, I decided just to pony up and pay the money. When I got to the room I discovered that it was hot and stuffy but it was 112° outside so I put the air conditioner on high and headed for the shower only to discover there was no hot water. But like I said, it was hot outside, so I pushed on and took a cold shower only to discover when I got out that the air conditioner was not working still. Then I attempted to call the front office but when you dial zero, you get this weird voice recording that ask you to type in a number and to text your problem to the hotel. Well, my mama didn't raise any dummies and you and I both know that nobody was monitoring that so I packed up my bags and headed downstairs and asked if I could have a new room. I could see the young lady helping me was having a bad day so I tipped her $20 and headed up to room number two only to discover that the door was a jar and all the bed clothes were on the floor with a vacuum cleaner in the middle of the room. There was no housekeeper inside, so I headed back downstairs for room number three. The funny thing is when I got in line; I got the same young lady and I explained the situation only to have her look at me like I had three eyes and I said I was just here 10 minutes ago. I was the one that tipped you $20, she replied oh yeah all right I'll put you on the first floor this time. Room number three's air conditioner never got below 77° but at this point I figured that was the best it was going to get so and I headed out for dinner. When I got to the steakhouse, I was greeted by a woman who clearly knew God's dog when it was a puppy. God bless her. She was leaning on a bad hip and seated me and I immediately ordered a gin and tonic. She came back a few minutes later, and said there was no tonic, so I ordered a margarita and she looked at me oddly and said The-Bartender left for break and she didn't know how to make a margarita; can you tell me how? I did the best I could to keep it simple and bless her heart she came back with my margarita in a champagne glass full of ice, and after two sips, it was gone but it was cold and refreshing. I immediately ordered a ribeye steak with a double order of vegetables with no mashed potatoes or gravy (KETO guy) 20 minutes later, my meal showed up with no vegetables & a double order of mashed potatoes and gravy ha ha. I will give them credit as the steak was on point; it was juicy and delicious and well seasoned and cooked perfect. As I was eating my steak, I could see this poor lady suffering from an obvious bad hip going from table to table doing the best she could. She came back to check on me to see how I liked my drink which I told her was fabulous and when I finished my meal she wanted to know why I didn't eat all my mashed potatoes and gravy and I told her because the steak was so big and delicious. The bill came to $44. I left $100 bill on the table and headed for my room via the casino. I was no more than 25 feet in the casino when I heard this: Hey mister, mister and I turned around and it was my waitress and she said you didn't wait for your change. I told her no change that the tip was for her & at that point she look like she was going to cry and she hesitated, but I could tell she wanted to hug me. I said do you need a hug? Which she smiled and said that would be nice and I gave her a real hug like I would give my own mother. This poor old lady, waiting on tables in her 70s was a bag of bones and shook like a leaf, but clearly it made her day which made my day. Lessons Learned: #1 No matter how your day is going; others can have it worse. #2 Always try to be kind to others. #3 Unless absolutely necessary; just drive past Buffalo Bills because honestly, it was a two star ha ha at best.

The rooms here are absolutely disgusting! Hair in the shower, vomit on the wall, just gross. You would be better off just throwing a blanket down in the desert and sleeping on the sand. I sent an email to affinitygaming.com (owners) and never got a reply. Of course they don't give a shit!
