"Polk Street beer temple Buffalo Theory rolled out its first Sunday brunch service this past weekend, with chilaquiles, biscuits and gravy, and Filipino-influenced dishes including hangover hash with a sisig pork medley from chef Lawrence Lee. Owners Gil Hoh and Quinn Wong are opening the doors for brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., plus pouring beer from 42 taps at their 1735 Polk Street home." - Caleb Pershan

Real good spot to come in and grab some food and tasty beers! The oysters were delicious and the flight of sour beers were great! Real good place to catch up with friends and network. They also have a big projector if you’re looking to catch a game.

Got lured in by the adobo wings at happy hour, and ended up being blown away by every delightful bite we ordered. The beer selection is impressive (see menu picture), but that was overshadowed by the high quality and creativity of the food fusions. The sticky rice aranchino and the truffle fries were outstanding, especially compared to everywhere else that I've had similar dishes, and the oysters and wings were delicious as well. Don't forget to order frozen custard for dessert; huge fan of the ube flavor!

The food was sort of gastro-pub inspired and was good, but not outstanding. We had friendly service and sat in the back room without a crazy amount of noise which was nice.

Pretty okay place! Great beer selection but not so great food preparation. Orders the nachos and they were served in a small pool of grease. Ordered wings and they barely had sauce. Ordered pico and guacamole and it's was about 20/80 proportions. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great fusion bar food and am even better happy hour running everyday from 5-7 with ones dollar oysters and basically 1/2 off wings. Casual but hip and can serve as a sports bar.

A nice casual bar/restaurant with decent food. We have come back here a few times and have always been satisfied. Today we has the sisig nachos which were great!
