Do better, BW3. You used to be above average quality, you’ve slipped. You rely on breading and sauces to carry the day. It’s sad. Also, check out this pic of a $9 appetizer of deep fried pickles. Really? That’s all? Ok, I know better now.

Let me tell you something.. I don't often do BDubz, but a young man named Leon might have changed that for us. I have never had better food, quicker or kinder service. I will definitely be back and those who serve should take notes from Leon!

I have to thank Ashley (I hope that’s the correct spelling) for her amazing service and attitude today! She’s a prime example of what it looks like to handle pressure and tough situations well, and with grace! My family stopped here in hopes of having a better experience than we’d had with a previous establishment we left and because of her and her support of the only other waitress at the time, she made that possible! She kept us informed, got our order correct, and the kitchen got things out much quicker than expected! Her attentiveness and genuine care made our meal even more enjoyable. I truly hope that this location knows what a special team they have with Ashley and the other young lady service today (3/8) around 2-3p! Thank you both!

Ordered two drinks, nobody in the place, other than 6 people. One beer and one mocktail for my daughter. Beer came 10 minutes later, mocktail 20. Sat three feet from bar. Bartender mia. Waiter brought the beer but had to wait on cocktail for Bartender who seemed annoyed. Never should have walked in, just did so to cool off. Next time will go elsewhere.

Let’s start with the positive. Clean and empty. That’s all I got for positives. The service was absolute garbage. What was even worse, was the excuse management attempted to give for their below lack luster type service. As pictured, establishment was barely 1/2 full but that was “busy”. 30mins to order food, 30mins to get us our bills as we watched management give his own family at a table 5 star service while our server elected to randomly clean tables as if we didn’t exist. The lack of prioritization was astonishing. After finally getting our food, orders were incorrect and food was lack luster. After seeing the behavior of management, I’m not even surprised at the servers inabilities. We remained kind and refrained from making a scene which would have been fully justified. Y’all looked like clowns!

I was there at lunch today, ordered the boneless wings combo, the wings were old and dry not fresh at all, the fries was cold as well. The waiter was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. He server the food without saying anything and when you tell him thank you he doesn't even respond. I asked to make me new fresh order to go and the chef gave me the food with attitude and without speaking a word or respond when I told him thank you. Completely unprofessional staff with zero customer service and appreciation.

Awful service, Unprofessional, and untrained. My friends and I went to BWW on State St. They didn’t have a host, we waited to be sat for about 10 minutes, eventually we sit ourselves. The stuff was untrained and uninterested in helping us. We went to the bar for service, but the bartender was very rude. She didn’t clean off a space for us to set at the bar. She had a bad attitude, and a lack of unprofessional. She gave very racist, don’t like black people vibes. Never again. April 25, 2025 around noon

Solid food and read fast! We ordered around 4pm and it was ready in under 15 minutes! Their wings are reliably and you know what you are getting. Best wings in the world? No. But solid if you like the flavorings offered. To be honest the reason that brought us back for a second time so soon is the fries! The are a really delicious shoestring with just the right about of crunch.

The food was just okay and there was practically nobody there so the ambiance was okay. The service though? Phenomenal. The girl was so so kind to us, offered us refills and to go refills, very fast with our food, gave us some free chicken because it was late, and was just overall very kind. I definitely feel bad because I can tell bdubs is going down hill but hopefully she can get recognized for her good service. Wish I knew her name!

At the Monroe Michigan restaurant with my wife for the first time since about 2014. Leah, our waitress was amazing, and handled what happened pretty well, outside fetching the manager for us. I ordered the beer cheese steak sandwich, which was $12.99, and upgraded the fries to potato wedges for an additional charge, so probably about $14.99 for this plate. What I got were basically two sliders, half of the bun was empty, the beef was greasy and overcooked, and not at all appetizing. I wish I took the picture of the plate and the sandwich next to a dollar bill for size comparison, but the bun was barely larger than a hotdog bun. For $12.99, you can get a foot-long Philly steak and cheese sub at Subway, and probably would've tasted much better. I sent the "sandwich" back to the kitchen, and told them the "sliders" were not worth $3.00, much less the $12.99 they were charging. I took pictures of the sandwich on the menu, which actually looked appetizing and looked as if it contained an amazing amount of steak than what was on these two little dinky sliders. Management never showed up at my table to address my concerns, as if they could care less. I'm disappointed in the visit, and while they could've gotten back a customer that had not been there years, it also appears that they could care less. I and submitted a customer survey about my experience there, but have yet to hear back from BW3. As of now, it seems like they just don't care about the quality, appearance, and portions they are serving to their customers. The depiction of the sandwich is nothing close to what was served. Sorry, you lost a chance to get a customer back. BW3 was a great restaurant 20 and 30 years ago, it seems this restaurant chain has "jumped the shark."

Take out service. Not a lot of choices of restuarants in this area of concentrated hotels. Wendy's only did drive through (not enough staff?). So we walked to this restuarant for carry out. The 20 piece boneless wings were good.

It's BWW, you know what the food is like or should be like. The problem is this location is way too understaffed which leaves the waitstaff running around sweating and tables all over with dirty dishes laying on them. I ordered Caribbean Jerk and Bourbon and I was given Caribbean and Blazin Knockout. They fixed the situation but this is the 2nd year in a row I've had the wrong order brought out.

Wings were great. Medium had just the right amount of heat and sweet bbq was good too. A little on the smaller and size and quite expensive ($16 for 10). You need to specially request veggies or ranch/blue cheese with your wings but they are included although both very small. Our server was very kind and it's a great sports game atmosphere with lots of tv's.

I arrived after attending a concert at Hill auditorium so this place was just around the corner. It was 10:25 pm and no one greeted me at the door. The sign said to wait to be seated at the bar or table, so I waited and waited and waited.... I tried to make eye contact with a waitress or the bar tender or someone at the kitchen window, but no one acknowledged me. I was about to leave when the manager finally came over to the wait station. He hastily cleaned a table with a dirty rag and allowed me to seat myself in the booth. I should have left when I had the chance. The waitress seemed exhausted and distracted. The cheeseburger and French fries arrived cold with too much salt. It tasted like food was cooked yesterday and reheated today. Even ketchup could not save this meal. I asked for my bill. It was $12.18 for food I could not eat. The waitress never came back for my credit card, so I ended up paying cash and I had to find my waitress to hand her the money. I will never be back. Bad food and worse service.

This is a convenient spot for wings in Ann Arbor and hit the spot. My friends and I really enjoyed the traditional lemon pepper and honey bbq wings. It was also my first time having cheese curds at Buffalo Wild Wings and they were really good. The restaurant itself was not that packed but there weren't many workers so it took us a bit to get seated and the food took a while to come out. Our server was very kind and understanding and even let us keep our plate of boneless wings which we got by accident since we actually ordered traditional. (My unofficial official review of the boneless wings is that they were not the greatest) The vibes inside this Buffalo Wild Wings seemed a bit more calm than others I had been to and they also had some arcade machines in the back. Overall the food was good but took a while and the storefront is conveniently located near campus on State Street.

Boneless Wings great! Luv the bourbon flavor sauce! Burgers: can't remember the exact name(but the most popular one) tastes good, the burns is chewy( my favorite) The only shortcoming is that they serve the meals too late and when we have them, they are warm instead of hot.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, and these wings over here are mad crispy and they put the perfect amount of sauce on these wings I had to give it a 5. The service and location is also good.

I placed a pickup order over the phone (6/18/2023) Johnna (may have spelled it wrong) took my order and was very patient with me when I was indecisive. She was very helpful. When I arrived to the store, a friendly young man helped me, I believe he was the host and cashier? Johnna came out to greet me to let me know my order was almost ready with a huge smile on her face. I had a pretty bad day and their simple acts of friendliness and customer service helped make my day better. :) The food was good too, nice and fresh wings!

Efficient location and no complaints! Great to come for watching games and participating in BOGO deals. Good margaritas too

I accidentally placed my order at the wrong BWW. I had to go into downtown Ann Arbor to get it during rush hour. When I got there there was absolutely no place to pull my car off the road so that I could run in and get it. I called them and asked if there was anyway somebody could bring it out to me if I stopped in front of the restaurant. They said they would do it!! I even had to pull around the corner to find somewhere to stop and they still brought it out to me with a smile!! They went above and beyond and I am so grateful!

customer service awesome but the food could of been a little tastier. Had a burger and the cook forgot to put the burger on bun! That's right they forgot!!!

Had a great experience eating wings with an old friend. We were looking for a good spot to eat that would be quick and convenient. After debating for a while we decided to grab some wings and meet here. Quickly greeted by our server who grabbed our drinks and returned promptly for our food order. We ordered a small of probably 6-7 diff wing variations. I'm eating less carbs so we opted for the traditional wings. Within about 12 min the wings were ready and at the table. So many flavors of chicken all fried to a nice crisp texture and sauced. I was very happy with the food and for leftovers I had to take home. I haven't been here in years and might need to start coming back more often, it really was tasty and the service was great.

I personally never give out one stars because I respect the food industry. However time and time again the workers and staff at Buffalo Wild Wings are rude and inconsiderate. I really loved going to bdubs and enjoyed the food but the staff really ruined experience there. I love their Tuesday's and Thursday's special deals but each time I go I have another problem with the staff. It breaks my heart and I hope there is a change.

Even though they are open until 2 am, they won't seat anyone past 11. They also give no explanation. Very rude when you walk in the door

All Bdubs are roughly the same. Roughly. But let's talk about this one. I've come here probably 20+ times : the amount of times I've ordered the sampler? Countless. Some of my best college memories were made here - doing homework while drinking and eating wings, joking around, watching a game (my bro says this store has the most TVs he's ever seen) or having that post-turn up meal. The food is the same as every other bdubs. But the service here is the slowest I've ever seen. I can be sitting here waiting for 2 hours with nothing. While there's no other customers... wyd? Sometimes we'd just be given dirty looks by the waiters for no reason. Most are nice though! Basically : an average Buffalo Wild Wings with slow ass service but happy ass memories

It was an empty night and service was terrible. Took like 20 min to get waters. Won't be coming back.

I ordered 15 boneless wings and tater tots. When I asked on the phone how many sauces it came with, I was told two. It's actually three. The incompetent on the phone couldn't even tell me what cross street they were located at on State Street. I picked up the order and when I got home, there were no tater tots and no carrots/celery, which come with it. Serial incompetence.

You can't go wrong with BDUBS. I've been to this location multiple times and I've never had a problem. The restaurant is usually empty if there isn't a Michigan game. The servers are nice and obviously the food is good. My BF and I always get the large boneless wings with a basket of wedges. My favorite sauces are Honey BBQ and Asian Zing and I absolutely loves the wedges (BDUBS wedges are so much better than their fries). This is one of our go-to places if my BF and I can't decided where to eat.

I usually only come to BWW on game days and I think the atmosphere is perfect for that type of thing. I came in with some friends to watch the Michigan/OSU football game and this place is perfect for any sporting event. There are TVs everywhere. I mean...everywhere. If you've been to a BWW location before you'll understand. They also have a large selection of beers on tap and the boneless wings are my favorite menu item. This time, I got a snack size (8 pc) half honey BBQ and half Medium. The only downside to coming on game day is that people camp at their tables. So, if you don't get here early enough you'll wait over an hour for a table like we did. Which normally would be understandable aside from the fact that the hostess told our party upon arrival that the wait would be 30 minutes. All in all, plenty of beer and TVs, perfect for game day.

I've been to this b dubs location multiple times and this is absolutely the worst of them all. Staff is always super rude and unhelpful. You ask any of them, servers included, the simplest question such as "can I have an extra ranch", and they always have a look on their face like you asked them to jump off a cliff. Always ungrateful. Food takes at least 45 minutes, even if you are the only party in the establishment, and even then it's cold and tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for a hour. This is my last straw. Won't ever be back. The owner/GM should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely awful.

I drove out to Ann Arbor to meet up with my friend to fly Drones. Afterword we decided to get some food and came to Buffalo Wild Wings. We sit down, and it took a minute before Kayla came to wait on us. She did make up for the wait. I got Mini corn dogs and Traditional Wings with lemon pepper rub. Mini corndogs were pretty good. I loved the Bourbon Honey Mustard dipping sauce. The wings were pretty good. I would order again.

Love this location. I come here with my buddy every other week and we love sitting at the bar. Staff is friendly and the area is typically clean and presentable. I definitely like the lunch menu and would recommend that if you have never been to bdubs before.

First of all, I hate the service here. I DREAD coming to BDubs because of the service. The servers are rude and slow. They give an attitude when you ask a question. They walk by you quickly so you can't ask them for anything. I love BDubs' food cause I mean, WINGS, BURGERS, SIDES. Who doesn't like that?! But honestly, slow and terrible service makes me want to come back less and less. My boyfriend and I decided to dine in and we were seated. Another group of people came in about 5 minutes later. The server took their order before ours even though we've been ready for over 5 minutes. We finally got her attention that we were ready to order. After we ordered, I asked for extra lemons and it took for 10 minutes to bring them to me. We also ordered a soft drink which doesn't take longer than 10 min to arrive, but we got it 2 minutes before our food came. It took 15 minutes for the food to come. Are you kidding me?! I'm hungry so I want to sip on my drink. It doesn't take 10+ minutes to get my soda. I finally let it go. I ate my food. Super excited and happy. However, whenever we tried to get her attention, she would ignore us. She would walk by and avoid looking at us. We wanted to get a refill and that took her awhile to get. Honestly, I'm so disappointed on the service. Even after all that terrible service, we gave her a good tip and that's when she was happy and fast with her service. Next time, I'm just ordering from Wings Over and not deal with the terrible service.

We ordered online yesterday at about 6 pm to eat their wings as dinner at Ann Arbor Summer Festival. I ordered 12 piece boneless wings (and onion rings) with two dipping sauces of my choice. When I opened the boxes there was no sauce for the wings and the wings were actually small pieces of TENDERS. They were very dry, tough to chew, and smelled like old chicken meat. We already had our things set up on the lawn and were very hungry, so I didn't care to go back to the restaurant to complain, but I don't think I'll ever eat here again.

Never really liked the food here. Service was really slow even when it wasn't that busy. Food makes you feel unnecessarily heavy and bad afterwords. Although it's all fried food, nothing was really pleasant. Been here twice, and both times the service and the food wasn't pleasant. At least for service I am referring to speed and professionalism (because the staff are actually kind - but slow and unprofessional). Had the shrimp po boi and it was badly seasoned and it tasted really really generic. Nothing special. Also had the fried pickles and they were just extremely soggy and the batter kept falling off. I guess if you are really hungry and in need of late night fried food you can order here but when it comes to good taste, id honestly recommend somewhere else.

I've been here many times, and today was my breaking point. Yes, the food is mediocre, but you expect mediocre food at a place like this. That's part of the deal. What you are supposed to get for your over priced mediocre food is fast and efficient service. This place fails at that consistently. Slow, unfriendly and uncaring. They do a bad job, and what's worse is they don't care they are doing a bad job.

Terrible service and extremely long wait time. I ordered online on 6PM and my scheduled pick up time was 6:20 PM. But I DID NOT get my food until 7:10PM. What irritates me the most is I NEVER receive any apologies or compensation from the staffs. Burger tastes OK but the TERRIBLE service makes me to give a 2 star. Never come back again.

I ordered online several hours early due to the order size -- 100 wings to bring for a picnic. Was supposed to be ready at 4pm for pickup, it's 4:30pm and still waiting. Place is not busy at all so no excuse. Very disappointing. I wouldn't depend on the Buffalo Wild Wings on state street again.

They messed up to-go order (bone-in wings instead of boneless). I couldn't come back a 2nd time and working out a solution was impossible. I had to call 4-5X to get issue resolved. Finally got fed up and spoke with a manager, and they fixed it by refunding order. But it was a lot of work. Dining in is fine, easy to fix orders Food is fine

My boyfriend and I stopped in because we were craving the classic bdubs lol. And we had a great time. Staff was very nice, the food was excellent, and we have nothing bad to say about it! Great job everyone!

I work downtown and expected a bit more from this restaurant . Placed take out order, was told 45 mins....arrived within 40. Food was cold, wings had hardly no sauce and the fries were stale/ hard. Was not provided dipping sauce nor was I asked. Not good service, very unsatisfactory. A bit disappointed used to be fun and enjoyable food.

I just recently moved to Ann Arbor, and was excited that there was a location near me! I've come here a few different times, and I have to say I'm really annoyed by how slow the service is. I ordered a medium-size of boneless wings, a kids mini corn dogs with fries, and lots of ranch online, and was told that the estimated time to wait was 2.5 hours. Now, it was a really busy night. And I have worked in the food industry and know how flustered restaurants can get on really busy nights. I wasn't mad at all, just hung out until I had to go in and pick up my food. When it was finally time to pick up, I walked into the restaurant and waited in line. When I got to the counter, it seemed like they didn't actually have my order in rotation. The manager came up to the register and said they were "just making a fresh order" but in actuality was re-putting in what I was supposed to have because they never actually made it. It took another 20 minutes for them to actually bring out my order, and not only did I not get the mini corn dogs or fries, but I also got no ranch. My order has been messed up every time I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location, and I've always had to wait around for someone to actually give me service. Just really annoying to drive back home to figure out you paid for more than what you actually got. Probably going to try going to other locations even if it's farther, because at least my order will be right.

Had a pickup order. Arrived 5 minutes after order was ready and no one was at the pick up station. Asked a waiter to go check and she said the order was being prepared. Waited for another 15 minutes before they realized my order was in the heater. The chicken wasn't seasoned well.

30+ minute wait for cold appetizers. But at least we had the family entertainment of hearing the manager tell a customer to "f" off because he expressed disappointment with the service. Also "grill isn't working" so we could only order fried food.

The chicken wings were excellent. I ordered 5 with a spicy sauce and 5 with a medium sauce; both were good. One thing that I liked a lot about Buffalo Wild Wings is that they offer many different sauce flavors (16 I think) the customer can choose to have the wings cooked with the sauce or the sauce can be provided on the side or just ranch dressing to dip. Some of the sauces are: sweet BQ, teriyaki, honey BQ, spicy garlic, Parmesan garlic, etc. The waiter was attentive and considerate. The restaurant size is quite large, is attractively decorated, has many TVs, and plays pop music. Being close to campus, the crown included a lot of students, but others were there and were treated well. Parking can be an issue. Street meter parking can be tough to find sometimes. There is a pay parking structure a block away on Maynard. The only thing at Buffalo Wild Wings that bothered me is their menu claim to sell "boneless wings." There is no such thing. That is deception. What they are selling are strips of breast meat, which I do not like; that is why I chose real chicken wings. There are other items on the menu (wraps, salads, sandwiches, burgers) and I have not tasted them nor rated them.

Place is pretty empty Friday night. Interesting. Question is answered fairly quickly. No one up front to greet us. After waiting around a while we seat ourselves in the bar. Then no waitress. We finally go to the bar and find Mr. Cranky bartender. (Someone tell this poor Richard if he learns to smile he will make more tip money) What a hassle to get a simple beer. In any case, this place and service was a mess. No wonder the place was empty. The restaurant manager needs to get fired.

You pretty much know what you're going to get with Bdubs-- my experiences here haven't been great. The food is pretty love it or hate it, I happen to be on the latter side of the issue. I find the food to generally be pretty low-quality and overpriced, the sauces have some flavor to them but they can't fully mask the poor quality chicken. The french fries are similarly meh, barely seasoned and more akin to the fries you might find at a McDonald's or Burger King. And never expect to pay a reasonable price for a beer here, although to their credit BWW tends to have a decent selection. At this particular location, I've had some pretty surprisingly underwhelming service my last few visits. Even when we've gone to a mostly empty restaurant, our servers rarely stop by, usually forget to bring waters, silverware, etc. The atmosphere is fun though, and the TVs lining the upper walls make this restaurant great to watch sports in. Regardless of my criticisms, I know I'll still end up here every once in a while (it's Bdubs), but I'm never excited about it.

You all forgot my sauce. No marinara for my mozzarella sticks. No ranch for my wings.

Wings here are fine, the space is newly renovated and spacious, and the service is good too. The many times I've been here, they've gotten my order mixed up a few times, but they've always promptly fixed their mistake. However, what frustrates me is the inaccuracy of their late night menu. The $3 apps sound great at first, but my order of roasted garlic mushrooms turned out to be nothing like what one would expect. Roasted garlic mushrooms are apparently equivalent to fried cheesy mushrooms, a surprise I regretfully discovered. The other menu items seem pretty accurate, but I'm still disappointed by the lack of attention they pay to details like these that distinguish an average sports bar from a good one.

I come here often with my friends as a way to hang out and eat with them since it's close by where we live and we love eating wings, but every time we've come our order always takes an insane amount of time to arrive. Our waiting time has ranged from 45 minutes to 2 hours on one night, on which they messed up half of our orders. Generally very disappointed with the service and timeliness of the food as some of the staff are unfriendly (not straight up rude, but looked like they didn't want to be here and were cold to not just us but other tables as well) I hope for improvement since I do like the food that they serve and the location that it's that but my experience has not been pleasant at all.

I can't believe that I'm about to say this, but: Best sports bar in downtown Ann Arbor! After their recent renovation, the bar is much more conducive to conversation, and with more televisions easily within view, Buffalo Wild Wings is now my Sunday game day go to spot! They always seem to have a drink special running - $3 Jameson shots last Sunday. Sadly, frosty mugs are lacking, and their beer is not as cold as similar big name competitors. I have never been a huge fan of their wings or food in general, but they have a more than decent selection of sauces to please most palates.

DO NOT ORDER PICKUP FROM HERE If it takes 90 minutes to wait for 10 chicken wings to go then that's just ridiculous and rude. Especially if I was told there would be a 20 minute wait for a pick up order on a Tuesday night that was not busy at all. What is more surprising is that multiple customers after me walked in and out faster than I did. One of your staff members (Alexis) was very rude and unapologetic to me and my group of friends there. I don't really understand why she was giving attitude for the slow and inconsiderate service for us to wait an hour and a half for TEN (the small size) wings. Avoid and please just order to go elsewhere!

I had a horrible experience! Gray tator tots, overcooked wings, horrible service! They didn't even clear our table untill 20 minutes after we got there!

B DUBBBS! If you are like me, the only reason you go to a Bdubs is to watch some sporting event that you cant watch at home. You are too cheap to pay for PPV or cable, and you tried to stream it off an illegal website but then freaked out when that ad popped up that goes fullscreen and opens up an additional dialog box each time you close it. Anyways, for this purpose, Bdubs is awesome. Instead of paying 70 bucks for PPV and herdings cats to get people to split the cost with you, I can go to this fine establishment, order really salty meat covered in bread and fried, and lie to myself that carrots and celery count as eating my vegetables. However, for any other reason, I cannot imagine going to Bdubs. I wouldn't really choose to eat her just for the wings, and I would never recommend that you take a date here, unless you guys are into post dinner intestinal discomfort.

We came here as planned to watch the NBA playoffs. It's few blocks from Ann Arbor Bed and Breakfast so it was very convenient to just stroll back if we had to drink more than usual. Well BWW will always be loud but not excessively loud. Everybody was just having fun! We had 2 rounds of cold draft beer,lemon pepper and buttery maple wings and everything went well at the bar. This was on a Sunday night.

I generally like to stay away from reviewing chains, but bdubs is too much a part of my college experience that I couldn't leave it unreviewed. The atmosphere in here is great, though it's not much different from other BWW restaurants; there are tons of TVs, and all kinds of sports -- from baseball to basketball to football to MMA, you name it. It's not like exceptionally rowdy, though you do have to understand that it's a sports bar with passionate sports fans. Of course, they serve wings here to go with your TV, and they're exactly as advertised! They have boneless and bone-in options, of all different quantities and sauces. My favorites are honey BBQ and Asian Zing, but all are good (except spicy garlic, I wasn't a fan of). The prices are pretty reasonable, I think $7 gets you 5, $10 gets you 9 maybe? I can't quite remember. The important part is that the chicken is always well cooked and the sauces always add that extra somethin somethin. I think carrots and celery are extra and drinks are reasonably priced. Other important thing: Mondays and Wednesdays are 70 cent boneless wings and Tuesdays are half off traditional wings. Save the date! Another awesome thing about this location is that they offer trivia on Wednesdays from 9-10 and 10-11! The rounds are completely independent so you can come play either one or both. It's super low key since the trivia host will announce the questions over the speakers and you just fill out the answers and give it to him. This means you can sit anywhere in the restaurant and still order food and watch sports and whatever. Best of all, it's free (though you should buy some food/drink), and winners get gift cards! No matter when or why I come, I always know what to expect from the food and the atmosphere, and I'm always pleased with what I get!

This location is TERRIBLY unorganized. They didn't even put my order in so when I got there they couldn't find it; not that they tried very hard to look for it. Then I tried to re-order and they wouldn't let me use the sauces I ordered last time. I call another location and it ends up this location wasn't even telling customers the right special and was giving out the wrong number of wings to people over the phone. Don't go here, the one near Briarwood Mall has had way better service and employee training so far. They just don't seem to care at this one.
