I had high hopes, as it was my first time ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings, but they were instantly dashed when I received my salad. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad, but requested Ranch instead of Blue Cheese dressing. I asked if it was homemade and the waiter said, it’s prepared at Corporate. So, I was like, ok, it should be good then. My salad arrived about 5 minutes after everyone else food, with the wrong dressing, it was Blue Cheese dressing. Had to send it back for the Ranch. By the time I got the Ranch and could eat, I noticed the white pieces of lettuce were dry/discolored/orange on the edges. The Ranch had a tangy flavor which I dislike. It tasted like store bought. Just to let you know if you like homemade ranch, this isn’t it. Probably one of the worst salad’s I’ve ever gotten in a sit down restaurant. The Buffalo Chicken was the only good part of the salad. The salad was $14.99 so, not worth it. The waiter, while friendly, wasn’t attentive, he was nowhere to be found on several occasions when we were looking for him. So, the service wasn’t great, no refills on our drinks. I arrived first, got a water, but then the waiter wasn’t around when my other family members arrived and wanted drinks. My husband ordered the burger/fries, and while the burger was good, he said his fries were cold. His meal and my son’s meal came out first, so why were the fries cold? To make things worse, when we got the bill, they charged us twice for one salad. When the waiter came back, with the new bill, with the 2nd salad removed, it said, “customer” didn’t like” for why the price of the 2nd salad was removed from the bill. That wasn’t what happened, I received Blue Cheese instead of Ranch (which I ordered Ranch), and that’s why they said, well you returned the salad, I said, “no, I returned the dressing only”. So, on the bill, even though the 2nd salad was removed, the bill showed that the tip was based on the bill that had the two salads. My husband talked to the manager, but it was a very young manager (maybe inexperienced?), who said, that’s how we do the bill, if you send a dish back. But we didn’t send the dish back, they brought the wrong dressing only, and needed the proper salad dressing. My recommendation is provide more manager and wait staff training, don’t prepare a salad with non-fresh lettuce. Make sure the fries are hot when you serve a meal and don’t serve stale chips with the Hatch Queso dip and don’t charge a customer twice for one salad. If a bill is changed/corrected, don’t base the tip on the wrong total. Thank goodness, my husband looked at the bill closely to make sure our bill was correct, because it wasn’t. I won’t be returning to this specific restaurant, unfortunately. For those wanting a bar scene, it might be good for that, they have a good drink menu and the bar area has bar height tables.

Ordered onion rings, boneless wings with Blu Cheese and Ranch. They packed in just ONE dip (Blu Cheese) and gave the other sauce that comes with onion rings. All the items were packed together in one box. We expected the onion rings to be packed separately. Taste was great but attention to detail was lacking.

6/24 UPDATE: We ordered from this location and experienced the same issue. We sent the order back twice and when we received them, it appeared that someone had SPIT on them. There was a clear sticky substance on our wings and we ordered a dry rub. Will be contacting Health Department. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I now understand why this location is usually empty. Every time I order wings here, they are fried very hard regardless of how you request them. They are hard, dry, and sometimes burnt. Sauce is thrown on top of the wings so the bottom of the wings are plain. Do better BWW!

Cory is the standout employee here! I was at the restaurant around 10:30 PM on July 21, 2025, and he was the only one who seemed genuinely attentive and committed to providing great service. While others appeared disengaged and uninterested, Cory stood out for his professionalism and clear care for both the customers and the success of the restaurant. Kudos to him!

I didn’t even get a chance to eat any food. First coming in, the host was very unprofessional. There were at least 4 tables including a large table that had not been bussed. We sat down for about 12 minutes without being greeted, both a male and female server looked at my direction and did not stop by even though they each had about 3 tables. Went to the front to ask the host when we would be seen by a server and he just walked past me without acknowledging my presence. So we decided to leave instead of waiting for them.

Don’t order the bottomless appetizers. They didn’t even arrive after the entrees came out, they arrived after we FINISHED eating. (We ordered a burger and 6 wings with a sprite). We asked for them to void the bottomless apps and instead they charged us for the first round of apps that arrived after we were done. And can you guess how much that was? 10 before tax. Just as much as the bottomless apps.

I don't have a comment on the atmosphere; I ordered takeout on Easter Sunday because I was working the graveyard shift. The ordering process was easy, though the website didn't like my company credit card, the prices of the combos were good, and the food was delivered quicker than I expected. I thought this was going to be a positive review, but alas, the quality of the chicken wasn't good at all. I've had chicken strips before, but these were terrible. Chick-fil-A chicken strips are better, and that's a fast-food joint. The same bad-quality chicken was used for the boneless wings I ordered. I guess I was shocked at how bad it tasted. The only positive thing I can say is that I liked the Everything pretzel appetizer rolls. Didn't wanna write a negative review, but I wanted to be honest.

Came here on a weekend to watch foodball and get wings. I got 15 wings split across medium, maple chipotle, and garlic parm. Overall the Wings were ok, nothing too fancy or crazy flavor wise. Food came out quick but the issue was the waitress was terrible. Super slow on getting to our table and took quite long to get drinks and the check. Food(50%): 5.5 Staff/service(25%): 3.0 Value(25%): 5.0 Overall: 4.8/10

It's Buffalo Wild Wings so you should know what you're getting. The wings are never going to blow your mind but it's typically a solid enough option to curb a craving for wings. My fiancée will get a craving for wings every so often and we'll stop by. I personally love the Caribbean jerk, mango habanero, wild, lemon pepper and more. I would say that Caribbean jerk has been a go to since I was 10 or 11. The Buffalo tots were pretty good as a starter. The fried pickles are always a great choice. The beer selection is vast and sure to have something to your taste. The service here is quite different from what it used to be. No longer are servers necessarily taking your order. They encourage you to use the QR code to order and the staff bring it out when it's ready. Feels really lifeless in my opinion. One of the biggest reasons for visiting a sit down restaurant is the service. The servers can still take your order, but it's not the norm anymore. The ambiance is sports bar. If you're a sports fan, they're sure to have all the games on. Whether it's NFL, NBA, MLS, MLB, UFC, or something else, you can likely find it here. There's also trivia that you can play while you eat and earn free rewards.

It's been several years since we've been to this BWW. Unfortunately, it's gone downhill. We arrived around 11:30am/11:45am (not long after they opened for the day) and the place was visibly dirty. We passed up 2 tables before finally sitting down because the first 2 had dried food and sauce on them. The restaurant wasn't busy so they had time to make improvements, but didn't. Most everyone I saw was sitting around on their phone. Our server was very nice and we were her only table. I felt kind of bad for her. The food was fine, but I started to question the cleanliness of the kitchen after seeing the unclean conditions in the dining area. I couldn't finish my meal after thinking about it. Overall, it was a fairly disappointing experience.

It took over an hour just to get our food on a Tuesday night at 8:30 pm. We didn't get our food until 9:40 and we had to ask them to check on our food. The service was very slow and the place wasn't that busy. The ambiance is casual. The living room apparently closes at 8:30 pm so everyone is forced to sit at the bar area. Overall, not a great experience here but the food came out fairly warm (not hot). They at least added enough sauce to the chicken wings.

It is my third and final time ever coming to this location. I am not picky and I don't expect that much from a chain restaurant but waiting over an hour when the dining room only has 15 people is absurd. This was my first time ever leaving a restaurant before ordering food. It's not like this was the first time it took forever either. Every single time, without doubt, this location's service takes forever. 3rd time is a charm. I will not ever come back. In the past year, the food here is inconsistent and the customer service is so so bad

The food was good, but the service was atrocious. I come to this location with a big group once a month. There seemed to be one server for the entire bar area, and the server was doubling as a bartender. The restaurant knows this group comes in and should have staffed more servers for that afternoon and evening period. What was worse was when you needed to get fries (one-starleft off the plate), utensils, or more beer or water. It took about 20 minutes to get their attention. That isn't prompt service and, in reality, it isn't the waitstaff's fault, it is management not realizing that more waitstaff was needed for a large group coming in. The food that I had was good enough to save the review from being a one star review. Again, service needs to improve, and management needs to staff at least two additional servers in the bar area for the night the group comes in. Do better!

Food is fantastic. Service is a bit slow, especially when it is crowded and you order AYCE. They are likely understaffed. We went on a random Tuesday, service was fantastic, we got our food in less than 15 mins. Another time we went there and there was a game, food took longer and one of the orders was bonless instead of bone-in so we had to wait, but they fixed it really quickly.

Went there for dinner. The staff were sitting down on the benches and didn't immediately get up to seat me. When I did get seated. I ordered the 10 wings, fries, and a drink. After 20 mins, my wings came out and there were only 6. On top of that, I still didn't get my drink until I asked after I got my food. I might have understood to an extent if they were busy, but I was one of 3 tables at 5:30pm. There were 3x as many staff as there were customers.

I had a coupon for Uber eats which was so good that I couldn't pass it up, and decided to use it on some veggie burgers and fries. It had been a few years since I ate here and was curious to see if the veggie burger was as good as I remembered it. It might have been the delivery rather than eating in restaurant but the food was meh at best. I reheated everything as it came... not warm, but not cold... and it was ok. The fries were also not impressive, even re-crisped.

Bellied up to the bar for dinner like I do often when traveling. Beer options ended up being limited because my first 4 selections were all blown, so I finally ended up grabbing an overpriced bottle. The hot barbecue boneless wings, however, were on point and perfect. The bartender was nice enough, but definitely on the slow side, driven mostly by side conversations with co-workers and not because of a heavy workload. In general, not great but not bad, which is true of many Buffalo Wild Wings franchises.

Buffalo wild wings is one of the best places to go on a Sunday to watch football. They have NFL Sunday ticket so you will be able to watch any game on Sunday. They have plenty of TVs so you can catch all the games. The food has definitely gone down in quality since last time I have been. The vibes and good time you will have will make up for it.

Sometimes, businesses just give up on customer service and Buffalo Wild Wings is one clear example of that. When you are a chicken wings restaurant, your whole business models centers around sports events, and the Super Bowl is like your Christmas day, your Black Friday event. If you are not prepared to serve your customers that day, you have no right to be in business or accept orders from customers. So here's what happened to me and why I am being so generous with a one-star rating: I placed my order through their website at 3 PM on Super bowl day, with a request for the wings to be delivered at 7 PM. At 6:49 PM I get a text message indicating my ordered will be delivered at 7 PM. Great! 7:20 PM. Nothing. I check the status and the driver is on the way to the restaurant. 7:40 PM. Nothing. I call the restaurant and they have a hard time even finding my order. I wait 15 minutes on the phone and they hang up. 7:50 PM (order is now almost one hour late) I call back and I am finally able to talk to the manager, only to learn that they are so backed up that my order is not even processed yet! I explain that I got a text message with the confirmation and the manager says to me that "just because you get a text message, there is no guarantee you will get your order by then". After more than one hour of lost time I cancel my order and request a refund. Will I ever order from them again? Impossible. You are a chicken wing restaurant and you cannot deliver on Super Bowl day and keep your customers informed and happy? Please closed your doors. You have no business staying in business. Let other more capable restaurants pick up the slack. We ended up ordering from Popeyes and McDonalds and got both of our orders within 30 minutes. That's how a business should operate.

Ate here for lunch alone around 115pm. Everything is clean inside and out. Very slow and limited staff. Only bar side of restaurant is open with Hightower tables, which is fine. I only see the one waitress. There is a QR code stuck in the middle of the table to order off the app. I attempted to do this but the app said they were put of ranch dip and made me start over and I chose no extra dip and the app said they were out of this as well? I could not advance within the app and told the waitress who just verbally took my order the old fashioned way...lol. she is very polite and apologized. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Food arrived in decent time and was hot. Everything tasted good. I would return

Food and customer service!!! Waited almost 30 minutes for wings, boneless wings and a burger. Only 5 tables in the whole restaurant. Food came out and was cold. Asked to have food remade and then realized I wasn't super confident in their ability to do this correctly. I asked to speak to a manager. When she came out, she was super rude and never apologized. She comped the food and then tried to charge me for the one beer and two sodas. I was like "Really?" She was like "You ordered 'em, you drank 'em." I told her I also ordered food but, couldn't eat that! She threw her arms up and said she was going go get her GM. She came back alone and said "My GM is back there cooking burgers. He's not coming out. He said you have to pay for the beer but, we can take care of the sodas." I thanked her (sarcastically) and left. I'm also in the restaurant business and understand it's hard to find quality staff these days... it's also super easy to lose guests when your customer service is so bismal.

This is a horrible chain as it is. But this particular location is hell on earth. The only place more miserable than a Chuck E. Cheese. The staff is incompetent, disinterested, &/or checked out of life. They cannot get a to go order right to save their lives. Ask them to add. They will fail. You can be the only customers in the dining room, often you are, & your food will come out late & cold. They take a whole smoke break while you're waiting on them to check back on your table. Consistently. For years. The app may be the worst written app in human history. It steals points. The checkin doesn't work. The captcha seems to be designed to torture the user. Good luck getting back in if you forget your password. Zero stars would be too many. Embrace the suck if that's your thing. It's a no from me.

Unethical business practice. We ordered 15 wings drum only. When we got it home we had about 25 very VERY small and EXTREMELY overcooked wings. I called the manager and he said that sometimes they dont get their regular wings from the distributor and they are much smaller but they give you more. This is not acceptable. Then I asked why are they so over cooked? He told me that they are cooked on a timer same as if they were the bigger wings so since they are smaller they over cook. This is crazy. I got my money back from this false advertising unethical business.

Our waitress was actually good!!! It's the kitchen and the bar that need to get it together!!!!! I've had bad service, but NEVER BAD WINGS at a B-Dubs!!! First, mine came out with dry w/o sauce and then they came out over sauced!!! I've never seen brown Mango Habanero wings and my family were regulars at the Virginia Beach location (NO COMPLAINTS). Hence, this is my regular order and I know what it should look and taste like. Good food and service never faltered even in California (way on the other side of the country)!!! You guys NEED to get general managers in these stores more often. In NY, I even had a similar experience, but the food never faltered!!! Shameful, but I'm done B-Dubs. Oh by the way, my daughter ordered a chocolate cake blender and it was watered down. Also, had to return that for a Sierra Mist.

We ordered chicken wings last night they forgot both of our sides. We called them to try to let them know they forgot part of our order and the person answering the phone was rude she said there's nothing that could be done by now, asked to talk to the manager she said the manager is too busy, we asked to talk to the manager anyways she put us on hold and then hung up. Tried to call back the phone doesn't work now. Terrible customer service. Also, the chicken n wings that we ordered the sauce was spilled all over the bag. Never coming back here again.

Carpet was dirty, floor was sticky in some areas. Girlfriend had a chicken sandwich, about 1:30 in the morning she ended up with vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night. Sick all the following day. Chicken sandwich was all she had to eat. Ordered three meals, they couldn't bring them out all at once it was like one every 5 to 10 minutes.

Garbage operation. Came at noon with seven other people, no one else in the place, and was told we couldn't be seated because they only had one server working and they "weren't allowed" to have so many people with only one server. Really?! Nothing to do with our skin color, religion, or one of us wearing a US Navy jacket?! As far as I'm concerned this place can shrivel up and die.

The staff here are working their butts off. There are very few employees here AND it's freezing inside so patrons have on sweatshirts and hoodies. People keep going to the restrooms to get warm which seems to be the only place where the heat is working. I can't imagine the ppl who run this place are sitting at home in the cold eating cold food. Take better care of your employees and they will take care of your patrons.

All of the employees were chillin with their eyes glued to their phones They could have wiped down the sticky tables or otherwise work to make the place better. The bill came with an obligatory minimum 17% suggested tip. Are you kidding me? I feel sorry for small business owners.

The ONLY reason we are here is because it the only wing place open. I walked in and waited to be seated. Three groups walked by be and were seated. We finally seated ourselves. Our waiter was very nice, but overworked. The wings were undercooked. The sauce was nothing special. Normally our family of 5 goes anywhere else but here because of the stupid No Guns sign on the front door. No reason to stop here. Go across the street to the Wing Factory for some real wings and real service.

I ordered 6 traditional wings to go and I picked the Buffalo ranch sauce and I guess it wasn't available but when I received my wings they were just plain. I would have gladly picked a different sauce if I knew it was not available but I didn't receive a call or notification about this. How could you know if a sauce you select isn't available? Very disappointing

My first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and we really enjoyed ourselves. I like that this place is laid back. Cool place to meet up with friends for some wings and fun conversation. Our server was super sweet and attentive. We enjoyed our appetizer and wings. The price wasn't bad for the generous portions. Overall, I'm glad I got a chance to visit.

The food here is extremely EXTREMELY SALTY. I got an order of salt with a side of fries. I couldn't finish my food because I felt my blood pressure rising. Of course if you like salty foods then this place is for you, but it is an ungodly amount of sodium we are eating.

We had a blast. Service was good, food was good, people were very nice. The only thing about BWW is the wings are cooked plain and sauce is added after. I understand this formula from a logistics point of view, but it does make the wings less savory than other wing places. But, they make up for it with really good entrees and other menu items. Still like this place and will definitely be back. To all the haters - keep hatin' - and go somewhere else so I can enjoy my BWW with the good people.

Don't recommend coming here. Customer serves: host was nice, but it took a good 30-45 min for our waiter to take our order, we had to actually ask if they were gonna take out food, we waited because they seemed short staffed which is understandable Food: we ordered boneless wings, fries, and fountain drinks. I came in here yesterday with my friend expecting to eat some good food, as I've previously done at other BWW, but I was very wrong. While getting sat, we were told that there was a choice of ordering online or that a server would come to over to our table. We waited for around 10 minutes, looked around the online menu and decided what we wanted, and then the server finally showed up. They didn't show up to serve us or even say hello or anything, the first thing out of her mouth was "you know you're supposed to order online right?" We tried telling her we just wanted small modifications on our food like adding different cheeses on their burgers and I was met with a very rude "you can only get one, order it online". I had placed the order, thinking it would be fine, but then me and my friend decided going someplace else would have been much better. While getting out, we saw that there were at the very least 3 dirty tables and only 3 other occupied tables. I then head over to the front desk to try and get my order cancelled, and they take my phone to the back and everyone is staring at me perplexed as if no one has ever tried cancelling their order! I am then told to just close the tab and it will be fine. It was not fine because after an hour I then get a notification that I was charged for my order! Overall this place has no need for servers as they are only there to hand over your food, and they aren't even able to clean up tables at all. This place is horrible!

The service here is really bad. Keep in mind - I had no expectations when I stopped by here for lunch. I mean, it's BWW, not a restaurant owned by Top Chef's latest rising star. All I wanted to do was come in, eat a quick lunch, and bounce. They are SO SLOW. I arrived around 2:00p. There were no other customers in the restaurant. By the time I placed my order, one additional person came in to eat. Not only did the food take forever to arrive, but I never received a refill on my water and I literally had to flag down the waiter in order to get my check. I won't be back for a while, not until they work out the kinks.

Great wings and great $3 draft beer! We got 15 wings and buy 1 get one boneless wings (Thursday nights) for a total of 5 flavors. We wanted to try more exotic flavors and went for: Mango habanero, chipotle bbq, spicy garlic, Caribbean jerk and smoky Adobo. It was all good, but our favorite was the dry rub chipotle bbq. Boneless was moist and tender and their wings were really crispy.

Ordered take-out bundle of 20 boneless wings with sauce on the side and 20 bone-in wings with sauce, fries and veggies. I waited for them to bring me sauce on for the 20 bones-in wings. They come back with 1 small side side. I asked for 2 more as one wasn't enough to sauce 20 wings at home! After waiting again, they came back with one more small sauce! Totally waste of time. Staff didn't care and wings were cold when we got home. Ended up heating the sauce and wings were just too dry! The boneless wings with the Asian sauce was too spicy to eat. Horrible experience!

It was nice because I could get Lost Rhino on draft here. I enjoyed their brew and they are located down the street if you want to taste more of beer. My husband got the sampler and I got the new pretzel burger with brats on it. The food was just okay. I would also recommend if ordering the fries to get the salt and vinegar seasoning. The burger was super dry and not really favorable and it was kind of small in size for what I paid. The service here is not great and the booths were super dirty

Me and a few guys from work went in after work got seated quickly place was dead not busy at all. Our server she was great but as far as the food that kept coming out wrong or missing half the ingredients it was supposed to have was not good at all nor did we once see a manager to talk to. Let alone they tried to charge full price for a shot that wasn't even a full shot it was the last in the bottle had stuff floating in it. Definitely will not be returning to this location

Major disappointment with my last visit. Terrible customer service from the start when the waitress doesn't come to your table after being seated (20 minutes). Then when you ask if a waitress will take our order or drinks, you get one who is bitter and appears to be upset that you even asked or maybe just having a bad day. But still doesn't mean to treat a paying customer badly. Food came out (another long wait - but it wasn't busy) and one of the orders was incorrect. Answer we received was that item you ordered is only offered a few times during the month - we replied, so why are you advertising it on the menu and why did you bring us something different. She took the wrong item back to the kitchen and we she didn't come back for another 15 minutes. She appeared mad and returned the correct item (wow that special time of the month must have just occurred that hour!!!) Sad to say that amongst getting the order wrong and long waits, our waitress didn't even refill our drinks and with my order of Mango Habanero wings, I was a bit thirsty and needed a drink. My wife eneded up going to the soda fountain and refilling our drinks. Waitress came back and asked if we wanted dessert...really? I asked for the check and departed. I expressed my concerns with the customer service and long wait for food (again it wasn't busy) which I got a sorry to hear that response. Safe to say that I will not be returning to this location again. I should uave read more of the reviews for this location as I am not the only one having a bad experience here.

Decided to stop in for drinks at the bar. The bartender was very busy. My friend already had his drink. As we were waiting for my drink, the gray hair middle age manager came up all aggressive putting his face in ours (it's COViD) telling us to have patience that they were short staffed. Hello, we were patiently watching him on his cell phone, pausing to watch the game on the TV and pretending to clean up the dirty dishes while the 1 bartender was continuously working and busting her butt. He should be ashamed. Finished the 1 drink and went somewhere else with better service and a manager that had customer service skills.

Not impressed at all. Came in around 7:30, no hostess to seat us at the table so we went and sat at the bar. The waitress took our drink order and came back 15 minutes later to give us our drinks. Every time we try to flag her down to order she disappears for 30 minutes. No complaints on the food. The dining area and bathrooms were very clean. Just very disappointed on the service.

Consistently the worst service of any B dubs I've ever been to. Takes 5 to 10 minutes to be seated 15 minutes for weights after visit your table and then service is slow and incorrect from there. Recommend anywhere else but this place for a family dinner or to go out with friends. I have Dane here at least 50 times both pre-and post Covid and pre-Covid they were perhaps slightly better. Don't waste your time.

I remember being impressed with their Wings. Large juicy and tasty especially with their Asian Zing sauce. But not anymore, despite friendly service, wings were small and fried to the point they were fried out. No pride anymore to deliver tasty food when it comes to Wings. Sad.....

I placed an order for delivery and it took 2 hours to get to me. An hour just to cook it which is ridiculous because I didn't order a big meal. And an hour to get delivered. I finally got my order and it was completely cold and wrong. I ordered a chicken sandwich and didn't get one. They put just the filet in the box. I checked the receipt on the bag and it was correct so they just didn't pay attention.
