I ate here for dinner on 10/28 I ordered traditional 6 and get 6 free Tuesdays. I got desert heat and original buffalo with ranch and veggies. It was good. Service was great also! I recommend coming back again

Got home with our meal for pickup and one of our wings is covered in feathers. I've never seen this before and am so surprised. Guess I know they're using real chicken 🤣😦

It took 20 extra minutes to get my takeout order from the time they told me it would be ready. I ordered in advance. Not to mention we had to stand in a super busy and congested area to wait for our food as they don’t come and find you if you sit down to wait for your food.

Tonight 10-21 my family and I went to eat and honestly had better service at a buffet. We got seated right next to a large group and they were very loud and there was plenty of of seating in the rest of the restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress to finally come to our table. We received our entrées before our appetizer and the appetizer was cold when we got it. Honestly just annoyed with it. Probably drive to another location from now on.

We ordered dinner from the Bellevue location. Since it was delivery the food was luke warm but kind of expected that. Hubby got the Nashville chicken sandwich and was super disappointed- the flavor just wasn't there. Buns were soggy, chicken was juicy but bland and the hot peppers/sauce wasn't spicy at all. I got the chicken wrap and it was pretty good. Not a fan of their fries at all... super flavorless, even with the lemon pepper seasoning and lord were they dry/hard! The onion rings were good (didn't get the ranch I ordered but since there wasn't an upcharge, not a big deal). We both liked the cheese curds. All in all- not great for the price but not awful either and we'll definitely try the tator tots instead of fries next time!

This place is great. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have never had an issue. The food is good. The bogo deals are awesome. The bottomless appetizers for $10 right now is epic. We just came in today and our server Freddy was one of the best servers ever. The atmosphere is nice, plenty of TVs with various sports playing on screen.

Our service last night was the best we've had there. Natalya was so friendly and attentive and always had a smile! The wings were the best we've had there. The only complaint about our visit was the music coming from the kitchen (maybe?) was in strong competition with the music in the restaurant and it was overwhelming to listen to. But we'll definitely be back!

Wow has buffalo wild wings changed! We walked in and there was a lot of open seating and the host didn't even greet us or say anything. She whispered something and I said table for two. She told us it's a ten minute wait which was odd with 15+ open tables. Our wings were so small that I'm actually writing a review. There is no meat on them and due to their small size they were dry. Very disappointing. This used to be my favorite wing spot but I don't think we will be back. They have decreased the size of the ranch cups and we did not get carrots and celery since it was Tuesday wing promo. Not worth the price.

Great wings and fries, and were still pretty hot on delivery! I hate the fact I need to write more here to be a viable review per this sites restrictions (must be suitable length of a review. I hope by now I have typed enough words.

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this was such a frustrating experience I felt like I had to share. I ordered the boneless wing bundle -- half medium for me and half hot buffalo for my friend. When I got home, I opened the box and they were all traditional wings. I called the store, and they offered me a refund, but I asked if they could just remake them instead since I had just gotten off work and needed something to eat. So I drove back, picked up the new order, and even checked before leaving to make sure they were boneless this time. They were. But when I got home... they were all hot buffalo. No medium. Two trips later, and I still didn't have the dinner I originally ordered. I get that mistakes happen, but to mess up the order twice in a row is pretty disappointing. Hopefully this was just a one-off bad night, but it definitely left me frustrated and hungry.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a buffalo wild wings not only did our food not come out at the same time, our food was cold and the wait staff was rude and condescending. We waited for an hour and could not even get a refill on our water. When they brought back our wings that were cold they just refried the same wings and sauce them and brought them back to our table and that was 20 minutes later. I would never recommend this buffalo wild wings, nor will I ever hear again.

Made it here for lunch today. The service was stellar but the food was a 3. We had the ultimate sampler with mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, cheese curds, and wings with original buffalo sauce and they were all pretty good. I got the 'sauced' chicken sandwich with spicy garlic sauce which was OK. It might have been better with a different sauce. The fries were salty and mostly tasteless. They do have a military discount.

Good quality is subpar. It really just seems like they don't care about how they send food out of the kitchen, specifically with the boneless wings, fries, and Mac n cheese. The cheeseburger, salad, and potato wedges were fine.

The Restaurant was overall clean and we were seated quickly. Everything seemed kind of rushed and our waitress didn't bring us anything but the drinks. Someone else brought our menus , then another person (who i happen to know which made it very awkward) brought out our food. They got our flavors wrong, so we waited until our waitress finally came to our table for our food to be corrected. Overall the wings were good , i went on a discounted day because i don't believe it's worth paying full price to be honest. I got the new limited time buffalo ranch flavor & i got to say it's so much better! It doesn't have the weird peanut oil taste bdubs normally has. i do prefer wingstop but overall it was a nice experience. bonus the cheese curds were delicious.

I just went in and was going to get seated in one of the middle tables and asked for a booth and was denied the booth unless I wanted to wait. grant it there was nobody waiting it's a Wednesday so only god knows when another human would walk in. there was around 10 booths if not more available. but I guess it was the middle tables turn to have someone seated which I don't appreciate when if you are going in order them I would think half the middle tables and half the booths would be occupied but nooo. I told him I would wait and literally I was told okay. very nice guy and I know it's not his rules he was very polite but that's ridiculous. so needless to say i left .

We decided to use Uber Eats to order pickup here for a large order for five people. It was not busy during this time, which was helpful. However, I feel either Uber Eats needs to recalculate their timing for when meals will be ready or everything is always behind schedule, because if you show up on time, based on Uber saying your meal is ready, it's never ready. The one thing that I always have an issue with at BWW is that you don't get much food for the price you pay. This is across the board at all of them. I don't know when wings got so expensive, but it's wild how much you pay for them these days! And they have the smallest drumsticks in town. I enjoy their sauce varieties though! Most of them are quite delicious. And the tenders were really crunchy, which is always a plus for me. And I like that they have a pickup station which keeps me out of the way of other customers while I'm waiting. I can't say I'd come back here on my own. It would have to be someone else's decision. Probably my kid's, so I'm sure I'll be back again.

Hey this place gets a bad rap. Yes the bathrooms are scary as hell but the kitchen staff seems to be pretty good most of the time but we(wife & me) love the BAR staff. There are regular staff we love to sit at the bar and chit chat when they have time. So mosey on back to the actual Bar Proper and have a beer and chill. After meeting a few cool bar people we have come here probably way too often i should invest if it was a public company still. Also playing the trivia is fun and bank points to get free food. how can you beat that?

This is an average BWW in my experience. This review is based on food, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and value. The food has been good. I'm glad they revamped their sauce selection a while back. Definitely more heat than a few years ago. I like the hot stuff, and now, the insanity actually burns. Mango Habanero is my favorite, and of course they have to be traditional wings. Last time, I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was really good! Service is hit or miss, depending on luck of the draw. We've never had the same person twice, and I always see new faces here, so if you get a bad server, chances are it will be a different person the next time. Last time, service was pretty good. Cleanliness... hmmm. Could be better. I'd start with wiping off menus. Handling a sticky menu in this day-and-age is not pleasant. Maybe clean the floors a little. And, it would hurt to wipe tables with a clean cloth, rather than one that is mildew infested. If I can smell it when I sit down, it's bad. The atmosphere is fun. One of the reasons we dine in. The game play has changed at some point. The last few times, couldn't figure out hot to get it going. Instructions would be nice. I miss the BWW trivia. The value is average. We pay a little more here than other places, but there's things here we can't get elsewhere, such as Mango Habanero with nice heat. For now, the value is on the threshold of acceptable. We will be back.

Wing lover for life so it's hard for me not to like wings. I ordered 10 traditional wings with fries for their lunch special. I ordered spicy garlic and jammin jalapeño (I think). The spicy garlic was flavorful but not too intense, and they tasted great with blue cheese. I liked the draft beer options and tried a new lager that I had never had before. Our server was very friendly and quickly corrected our bill when my wife noticed an error. Our booth was clean, and our food was delivered quickly for them being somewhat busy during lunch.

Picked Sunday night to go, poor choice. They are never staffed enough for the crowd. But the bartender (Melissa) was great and was attentive as she could be. Another employee (manager Cadine) leaned against a table talking while others busted their tushes. He was there for 20 minutes! The food was delicious but it took longer to get our cheesecakes than our food. I prefer lunch time visits over dinner time.

NASTY NASTY NASTY. I don't think I've ever been to a nastier location or restaurant in my life. I have never noticed a restaurants floor being that gross before, the smell is like when you were a child playing in a jungle gym. It reeks of feet and it just feels gross. I would never eat here, let alone eat at a restaurant that I'm trusting to properly cook meat. It makes you think, if the floors are dirty, tables are dirty, there's an odor to the restaurant, and they obviously don't care... then what's going on in the kitchen? This place needs to be completely redone with new management. Gross

I don't usually review large chains but I thought a quick review on a new menu item might be helpful. A buddy of mine had heard about Bird Dawgs here at Bdubs so we walked in and gave it a try. We ordered all three versions and a large side of tots for the win. I liked them all at varying levels. Basically, it's a chicken tender in a hot dog bun with toppings. Like with so many burgers, it's the toppings that make the difference. They weren't amazing, but fun to try and worth it for a lunch meeting. I'd probably get them again given the opportunity.

I couldn't believe how bad the service was at buffalo wild wings they were out of alot of things and out of silverware which they were no even busy had to use plastic silver were forgot half the food

Service is completely ridiculous. Walked in and asked if we could seat ourselves. The employee available said bluntly "wait for the hostess" and went back on her phone. Food was mediocre and took over an hour to get out. There was also only 3 groups in the entire establishment.

Waited over 40 minutes for my order, fries were cold, burger was ok. The service girls were very helpful, but the kitchen was slow. I would of gone back and tell them about the fries, but I am a truck driver and had a scheduled delivery to go to. Will not be coming back again to this place.

We we're starting to lose hope with this BWW location after multiple bad experiences but our server Jessica was amazing all around. Food came out fast and she checked on us and always made sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. More servers like her could really bring this location back to life. Thank you Jessica!

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a hit for me as far as food. The queso dip is a must have every time I eat here. I had an order or sweet bbq and mild bone in wings with a side of wedges. They definitely hit the spot and I had plenty to take with me for another savory meal. The only reason there wasn't 5 stars is that I did have to wait for some time to be seated do to it being busy and the staff was running around doing other things.

Consistently good wings and so many sauces to choose from. This location always seems to have decent staff too.

We love the flavors that BWW is famous for. But we can't take it anymore. I called to make a carry out order on my home. I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes later and was still on hold. I mentioned the hold, but tried not be mean. I just wanted them to know. I know everyone is short staffed and I don't want the people that showed up for work to be punished for others not showing up. They were quick and managed to have our food ready in 15-20 minutes. When we got home 1/2 the celery was soft, slimy and old. One of the wings tasted like they dipped it in salt. The potato wedges had so much seasoning on it that we could barely see the potato part. I was excited that they gave us so many ranches but lost my appetite when they were bubbling. There was also hair in the ranch. We started but couldn't eat the food and will be calling management for a refund. (Couldn't upload pics.)

the food was nice and filling, however my burger was a little too greasey. But our server, Jessica, was famtastic. She was nice and super duper helpful. Even with our table of 10 she took the time to get sep checks and meals. She was polite and one of the best servers we had. We in the business would call her an awesome possum

The service was terrible! I come in to get a table for 8 the restaurant was only half full we ended up waiting 45 min when we asked if they could just connect one of the tables for 8 they said no there was only one table in the restaurant that could hold eight people so they made us wait. Well 45 min go by and the people at the table still haven't left finally they took our advice and connected one of the tables. The greeter was not very welcoming nor for helpful in trying to get the costumers a seat! Server was great though and very kind. I think this location should look at there reviews and fix them clearly 2 star ratings for this restaurant means y'all need some fixing they need to do!

I am done visiting Buffalo Wild Wings. No matter what location I visit the service is absolutely horrible. Our food came out separate for each person in our party. We had to flag down our waitress to get drink refills.

Decent sports bar if you're looking to catch most games whether it's basketball, football, baseball or even soccer. The place has a ton of tvs setup in the back by the bar or in the middle of the main area so you won't miss the action. My last trip here I got the a couple tall boys of their Vanilla Bean Blonde (my go-to these days), and their boneless chicken wings. Honestly the food tasted aite, but I found the price point on the wings to be just a little more $ than what I was expecting but overall not bad. Personally I prefer this place to DJ's Dugout. Overall decent place with slightly more $ on the food but would probably only go to this place to catch sports games.

For the third time this year, we left without ordering because we were seated and ignored for ten minutes...not even offered a glass of water. At minute 8 this time, the waitress threw plasticware over to our table but did not greet us or ask what we wanted to drink. Once it hit 11 mins of sitting there during a quick lunch break, we left for a drive thru.

I've been to a few "BDubs", though all of them have been in airports across the country. This one was the first ever at an actual standalone, brick-and-mortar store. It was a pretty decent place. The service I will come out and mention off-the-bat is good. Our server was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was good too, nothing spectacular or memorable, but solid. Everyone in our party had one version or another of their signature wings. Whether they be boned-in or boneless, the sauces and heat levels were to everyone's liking. I will mention the heat errs hotter rather than milder, so if you're a medium heat level kinda person I would suggest a lesser heat selection. Ambiance is totally sportsbar, so conversation is a bit tough under those conditions. Food was pricy considering they were offering Americans can fare of wings, burgers, and chicken selections. Otherwise, it's a decent place for those weekend game days with close friends.

So here we were coming back from the Big 10 Basball Finals and wanted some dinner. We stopped here and that was the problem, the parking is a nightmare no one can see the lines in the lot because it hasn't been repainted in some time. We risk it anyway, walk in to no host and a line of 4 different groups that, when asked, had not even spoken with anyone yet. No biggie maybe they're understaffed. So we go into the open seating bar instead of waiting for those groups to be seated. Good idea right? WRONG, other than the bus boy who got us some waters while we waited for 15 minutes for anyone else to say a word to us. Now I hate to do this but there is a gentleman who works there that has ruined the BWW experience for me now and for a good while. This server is very distinguishable and had walked past us sitting in his section a minimum of 10 times and never even looked our way... after the busboy brought us the waters he finally came by and said I'll be right with you. (15 more minutes go by and we still haven't ordered drinks)... Tito comes back finally and tries to take just drink orders and run off but we ordered all our food at the same time. Tito then gets us our drinks pretty quick and our orders are in. The food was as good as any other bdubs but fast forward to the end of the meal Tito takes my check for $29.41 (gave him a $100) asks if he should keep the change..... I'm sorry but if this guy is the face of your company you might want to see if any of the cooks or the busboys want his job because I'll request ANYONE BUT TITO.

Our waitress didn't write anything down, but she should have. Our food wasn't correct and we didn't get our appetizer until we were ready to leave and it wasn't even the right one. Very disappointed in this trip. Had to ask for silverware twice and finally walked to wait stand to get it myself and she finally brought it. Wait staff seemed more interested in standing around talking than taking care of customers. Waitress may have been new but she wasn't putting in much effort.

BWW in Bellevue has been a regular hot spot for me while I'm traveling for work. Since there aren't many restaurants to choose from in the area, I always choose BWW because it has a fun atmosphere. I sit at the bar since I'm always a loner. The staff has been so nice and friendly. They're attentive and do a great job making sure I'm doing ok even when they're busy. I've kept my meals semi-healthy when visiting. It's hard to travel and not eat junk. They have healthy options and they're pretty good. It's hard to go wrong with chicken though! Tonight I ordered the garden chicken salad with blackened chicken. I got the fat free ranch (I know, sounds gross, huh) and balsamic dressings on the side. Both were great if you're looking to cut calories. I've also had a grilled chicken salad and fries. It was great too. The reason for the 4 stars is that it's always freezing in here. I'm looking around the restaurant and everyone is still wearing their heavy coats from outside. The people next to me were even commenting on how cold it is. I get that the staff are moving a lot but if the customers are too cold then you should probably adjust.

I'm not sure how to to put it. Well the service was great food looked good but I did throw up in the bathroom there. I'll give it another chance in about 6 months. Gotta watch my spending but I liked the service.

B-Dubs, more like E-Dubs, as in the grade "E". I would give a participation grade to them too, but if this was a class, they would be considered absent, as I have waited painfully long for even a mere water. You want food, you'd be better off walking across the street to Walmart, waiting in their long 50 people deep lines, coming back to Bdubs with food before the rest if your table has their drinks. The faucet in the bathroom is so broken, it looks like someone lost the blazin wings challenge and chuck norris round house kicked it in the jugular. For real, someone needs to hire an exorcist for this faucet. Trivia doesnt even work, only got 1 of 10 questions correct. For real, i do feel like this staff is undermanned but food quality has gone down over the years and service as well. I am done giving my money to this business. No utensils and refills were provided unless asked for. Check came with additional items that were not ordered. Check was sent back and then returned with the exact same information. Went to manager and they stated i would be refunded within 3-5 business days...and i was unsurprisingly never refund.

Very poor experience with the food and manager at the Bellevue Bdubs. We frequent this restaurant often and it has quickly gone downhill. Tonight my family and I went there for dinner. From the moment we sat down the experience was terrible except our server, she was amazing.The seating hostess sat us at a table that was soaking wet and did not offer to wipe it down for us. We asked her for silverware and napkins which were never brought to us. Our sever who helped us was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the issues we had we're addressed. When our sodas were brought to us they were very flat and had zero flavor and carbonization. The replacement sodas she brought to us were equally as flat. When our appetizer arrived( we ordered the Signature sampler)the wings and mushrooms were lukewarm. During this time we had to ask three times for silverware. The sever said they were so busy that they ran out of clean silverware and had to give us plastic to go utensils. The margarita I ordered did not come in a margarita glass like it advertised. It came in a normal beer glass and missing most of the garnishments. The lady who delivered my drink just shoved it at me and did not offer a straw to go with it. Once our food came again we were disappointed. My children's fries were cold. I had street tacos that was missing toppings to it and the side salad that I ordered was on a filthy plate. There was so much sticky old food on that plate that my food was touching it all. This is one way people get sick from eating out. Our sever was amazing through this entire experience. She replaced my salad for me and went to get the manager. Our server came back and said because our experience was terrible the manager took off our sodas and my salad. Not once did the manager come to talk to us or even apologize for the horrible experience that we experience we had. He completely ignored us!! Our server should not have to continuously apologize for the kitchen and management issues. I highly suggest going to a different Buffalo Wild Wings

We ordered BWW to be delivered through their website for the NFL draft. My bf tried the Nashville sauce and said that it was good and that he would order again. I ordered the Southwest Black Bean burger (I have had it many times and it is my favorite black bean burger when I eat out). We put our order in earlier in the day and asked that it be delivered at 6:45. It was about 15 min late (not a big deal) but we were disappointed that the food was cold and tasted as if it had been made over an hour earlier. It all tasted good, but was not nearly as good as it would have been fresh. I love BWW food when we eat in the restaurant, however I was disappointed with how it was when it was delivered.

I have ordered from them through Uber Eats quite a few times now. Each and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the amount of chips I get with my chili con queso is just a handful of chips. There number, (402)991-9464, is ALWAYS broken. I have even had to call the manager from the other store in Shadow Lake to call the manager at the 15th Street store to fix my order. I tried calling this store literally over 30 TIMES. I will no longer be using this location. If BWW cannot fix a simple phone issue, then I will no longer be using them as well in the future. This is the 4th time this has happened... I am done with this... I am calling corporate. I just got off the phone with them. If you need corporates number it is 1-866-704-0777. EDIT: To top it all off... they messed up my order AGAIN. I got Chili Con Queso... and they sent me just the Hatch Queso. I am so done with this store. The manager at this location voucher'd me for 2 chili con queso's, which were the issue "today". But that does not help the other 3 times this has happened. Nor does it fix the phone issue that you are apparently NOT helping with, to your own employee's. As the phones not being fixed has been an issue for over a month now. The manager was quite courteous, but your email response saying that it is Uber Eats fault in this, is disturbing to say the least from any food establishment. For one: the Uber Eats driver is not trained on proper food handling, and therefore should not be opening and looking into anyones food. 2: they are not the ones that put the food together. It is solely your establishments fault in this issue that has now happened 4 different times. I will now eat my COLD food with my family. Unsatisfied Consumer, Jeff F------

Great wings and sauces. I love Caribbean Jerk and Spicy Garlic. The chocolate cake is a slice of chocolate heaven. Always consistant and freshly prepared.

So here's the deal with B Dubs. The place is decent with their food. Wings are ok, but the sauces are a lot better. I go to these places so I can play some buzztime trivia. I went to this location and grabbed one of the tablets. They had buzztime stuff on it but not the trivia I was looking for. Really disappointed. The food was fine and quick but damn now I need to find a place to get my trivia fix on still.

Had a good experience here. Ordered one of the sampler baskets at the bar. Most of the food came hot.....there were a few items that had cooled off. The big screens were showing the wwe pay per view and other sports were being played on the other televisions. The staff was friendly. The new guy working the door did not acknowledge me when I walked through the door until I was literally inches from him. Not my favorite BWW's but, not the worst either.

Went to place an order over the phone around 10 pm the first time I sat on the phone for a hot minute then they hung up on me and I was like okay maybe they meant to answer and pushed the wrong button so I called back and not even two secs after trying to call back they hung up the phone. Tried to call once again with no answer. It's Thursday night at 10 pm. Service is a joke!

If my husband could eat here all the time, he would. That being said, I send him here all the time. The service is usually pretty fast. Although they do need to stop hiring teenage boys as hosts. They only care about 3 things and one of those is not seating people at a restaurant. They have no idea what they're doing. They redecorated the inside. Lots of lace and flowers...just kidding, it's sports themed of course. Also, I get that we have an obesity epidemic here in America, but why are the booth seats so far away from the table...? The food is great if you like bar-type food. Great selection of wing flavors, wet or dry rub. Blazing is the hottest if you want to test your manly man self with your other bros. Other options too, like burgers, wraps and chicken sandwiches. Lots of beer selections and awesome mixed drinks if you're looking for something stronger to numb the disappointed of life. Great place for guys night out,watching sports or bringing that annoying date since they have lots of tvs.

I see many bad reviews of this BWW and it baffles me! The service here is awesome. It may be because I am the same age as majority of the people working there, nevertheless, I always feel welcome and taken care of. Yes I feel like crap every time I walk out of there but that's what happens when you stuff yourself well past FULL.

THE RUDEST SERVER AND THE SLOWEST SERVICE EVERRRR! Will never go back to this to location to be not server for 20 mins have seated and then wait a HOUR for food that was COLD. We ended up having to take our food Togo because of how long it took to get our food. AND ON TOP OF IT ALL OUR FOOD WAS MESSED UP!
