Great experience! The wings were really good and the place had really nice atmosphere. Shoutout to Sydney, our server, who made an incredible job and made us feel so comfortable! She gave us beverages refills before asking for them and also gave us 4 different buffalo sauces to try.

Quick to seat. Take forever to serve our main food, never mentioned the boneless wings deal. I did ask about the deal and was given the same exact ones I ordered without being asked what kind boxed to go when leaving. One drink, never asked again til after meal was served was half way thru eating. Our endless apps weren't really endless, the second round order came out as we will after our dinner came. Was completely dead in the restaurant including seeing any employees other then the to go person who widely ignored us. Photos are empty cups after we were half way thru eating.

I only ordered two things, a hamburger and 10 wings for pickup and the order was ready 18 minutes past the pickup time. Then when I get back to the hotel room the fries were room temperature. A pretty underwhelming experience.

My partner and I have been to this specific location several times, and not once has the service or food been disappointing, or disgusting. We've enjoyed every stay, and will continue to come to this location whenever we're nearby and want wings!

Great atmosphere food is definitely a 7 out of 10. Most of the staff are professional. A male staff named Evan was noticeably irritated when some of my party cancel plans. Left and went to the bar for this reason.

The restaurant inside is nice and clean and the servers are friendly but I didn't like the food, we got the spicy garlic wings and tasted like plain buffalo sauce, we also got the garlic parmesan wings and they taste like vinegar and the fries? Like you probably already read on other reviews, they were cold and rubbery, the basket had a sticker that says regular fries that tells me they're seating in a counter in the back not even under a heat lamp, for 17 dollars 6 wings and French fries you would expect fresh hot flavorful food, I didn't got any of that.

We were greeted and shown to our table right away.Our server was Madison and she was friendly and attentive. However here is the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. The entire staff and bartender were in a huddle with the Manager for over 12 minutes or more (yes I started timing) at this time orders were not taken and drinks not served. This was at around 5/515pm. I later learned after this huddle the manager does the same with kitchen staff. This makes no sense to have no staff on the floor at all and yes we tried to get their attention. I don’t blame our server she was apologetic and caring. However having been in management for over 33 years I can honestly say this policy is not customer friendly.

My first time here and we had a great time. Waiter was nice but it took an extra 20 minutes for my 6 wings to come to the table. My entire party has already gotten their food and eaten it. By the time I finally got my food my wings were cold. But that's not the waiters fault that's the kitchens fault. I just ended up taking my food home and using my air fryer the next day to heat the wings up. If I could I'd give it a 3.5/5

Last minute dinner. It was close to our hotel. I have always loved BDubs wing sauces. My wife ordered the burger in the pic and opted to upgrade for $2 to onion rings! That Is all the rings she got! The burger was best thing we got between the two of us and what earned this place a third star! I ordered a 10 piece bone in wing, two flavors, Orange Chicken and Jamaican Jerk. What I got was 10 piece pigeon wings (very small with not a lot of meat) slightly over cooked. (Lost the pic) I also ordered tots, server apologized and said they would be delayed because they "burnt" them! New batch was done, but very light in color. Server was polite and knowledgeable but not as attentive. We were waiting for 10 minutes for our check. My opinion, if you want wings, don't go to "BDubs"! There is probably a local place with larger wings and cheaper prices! If you love their sauce, buy it here or at your local grocery store and make the wings at home!

They serve you reheated Wings that are super dry and chewy! They are very skimpy. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants for wings but they have gotten pricey and the quality of the food is very poor. The ambience was ok but for a Saturday the evening the place was empty.

One thing I can promise when visiting this location, there will be something wrong with your food. Whether it's cold, the wrong wings, or not enough sauce, something will be wrong.

Went here for the first time the other night. The place was empty besides about six tables and three people at the bar yet it still took over ten minutes each time I ordered a beer. Tables were just left dirty when customers were done instead of being cleared and cleaned. I will never return to this location or any others.

Diserves 3 stars today, but could have received 4! Good beer on draft. We had Samuel Adams Winter Ale. The wings, as I am a wings enthusiast were 6/10 = Decent. They were not Good / or Excellent being a higher rating from my 1-10 rating of taste for wings. I highly recommend when you come here for wings, order bone wings, do not, I repeat Do Not Order boneless wings because they come as tiny chicken-nugget sized chicken wings, not the full size. I am happy with the service, the wings could use improvement. I will gladly eat here again, but not boneless wings.

Worse service today... I'm just gonna stop coming here...they need to hire more humans...and everyone needs to know who the meals go to. they stay asking us if a few meals were ours...smh... And one of my dinner friends , got he's meal first then 10 minutes later and friend got there and I have to... wait like 5 minutes...smfh

The food was average. Service was terrible. Not to busy, less than 10 customers at the bar. Ignored and watched the bartender clean and restock without taking order. Bartender had time to talk to locals and restock but not serve the customer right in front of them. When she did take the oder, it was not fulfilled without asking for the manager.. Avoid this location, unless you live nearby and know the help personally.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is conveniently located off the highway. The wings are super. My favorite is the dry rub BBQ mix. They have tots on the menu that were a surprise and also delicious. The beer selection is decent. The service is excellent. BWW is total do again.

This is a typical chain restaurant. If you like a loud, sports type atmosphere, this is the place for you! There are a lot of distractions here so don't plan to come here if you want to have a quiet conversation. They have multiple televisions and a quiz game that you can also play. Our server was very friendly and helpful. I like coming here because I really enjoy a good wing and they have some of the best. I'm a fan of dry rubs and I prefer a traditional wing over the boneless type. I'm not even sure how you can call it a wing if it doesn't have bones. LOL. Somewhere there are chickens running around with no bones. They have changed the menus since I was here last and I'm not in love with the new style. It's possible that they just haven't been broken in yet. It's set up kind of like a clipboard where you flip the pages up. I just found it kind of annoying. The wings are good and I love their salt and vinegar fries. My husband loves the nachos. It's a great place to go with a group just to have fun.

Long day at work and decided to eat some nachos and burger. It was very busy but Emily our server was very friendly. Beth the manager was very friendly and made our night. She was very observant and made our visit great. The ambiance is alway great with multiple games, sports new on each of their many tvs. Thank you Beth and Emily. We are very appreciative for your attention to detail.

Took advantage of Covid. The rule is/was that every person needs to be served food "prepared on site." The rule is not that every person needs to have a separate check with a food order. It is normal for restaurants to serve an appetizer to two people. Congratulations for alienating customers during a difficult pandemic.

Went here for lunch, it was not busy at all, got sat by the hostess and waited 15 minutes for a waitress to come over. they never did, the hostess wasn't at the door when we left so I don't think they will even notice we weren't there anymore.

Delicious nachos and cheese with pico and salsa and fresh chicken chunks with a fresh crispy order of mozzarella sticks. Nice waiter named Patrick he was enjoyable and very friendly. We had a great time the drinks were very cold and icy and thirst quenching. Refills were brought without hesitation. We enjoyed our snack / dinner and we will be back again!!

Reservations were made for a 4 hour get-together of older adult s. The entire party was cut off of liquor 2 1/2 hours in. I arrived 1/2 hr before this occurred and I wasn't allowed to drink or even allowed to order food. "Company policy" cut people off because the bills "looked" like too much alcohol despite not knowing how many people were on one bill. Others were cut off at 2 drinks. Really.... 2 beers in 2 1/2 hours with food and people were cut off! Not a single person drunk or questionable, no drama- just people sitting talking. Bad business, bad policy, bad management. Whatever you want to call it, they lost a lot of money and many future patrons.

The service here was great, the waitress/bartender Nany did a great job managing specific requests and was overall a delight!

We went to watch some Sunday football, get some wings and even a few cold beers. It got kinda busy when the games started which then slowed the limited service down, but the food was still as good as usual and the beer was cold. All the TVS make watching all the games at once easier.

Ordered boneless wings and they came out extra hard and dry Side of fries were overly cooked and very small pieces as if it was the bottom of the bag.

Started off by getting heckled in the parking lot by some young children on bikes. Ordered a black cherry margarita, waited 20 minutes to get a drink that tasted only of tajin and water. Food came out lukewarm and carrots had plastic still attached to them.Then the waitress charged us for two extra ranches ($1.50 each) when we only ordered one. Couldn't wait to leave this place, won't be back.

Do not even waste your time with this excuse of a restaurant. This is what you'll get for a 6-piece boneless wing order. Chicken scraps and powder

This is definitely the spot to be on a Sunday afternoon during football season! The wings are great, they have many flavors to choose from and they allow you to split and choose different flavors if you have a difficult time making a decision. In addition, they have tons of apps to choose from. My cousin and I decided to get the sampler since it had a little bit of everything. However, the best part about Buffalo Wild Wings is that they have every NFL game available, which is the reason why my cousin wants to go whenever the Ravens play. Yeah, he's a Ravens fan, but he's family and I guess I'm stuck with him. However, the Wings at Buffalo Wild Wings will make him more tolerable when the Pats and Ravens play each other. Definitely recommend their Spicy Garlic if REALLY cannot decide what flavor to choose.

I've gone here a few times over the last two or three months. I always put in an online order, at least an hour before I'm picking it up. Every. Single. Time. They forget something. How can you forget stuff when you have an entire hour to put it together? Without a doubt, there are always sauces missing. Sometimes it's a few of them, sometimes it's all of them. And the boneless wings are good, but not good enough to be eaten plain. They are waaaay too dry to be eaten without any kind of sauce. Since Wings Over is in the midst of moving and becoming a Hangar, BBW is temporarily the only wings place along the drive. But seeing as they can't get my order right, even at the deadest time of the afternoon, I will stop eating wings for a while.

they put no sauce on the wings why wouldnt you put sauce on the wings, but our waitress was great. good beer, no sauce.

Don't come here. I'm from California where BWW is the place to go to watch the games. We came to eat and watch the playoff games and this place is empty. Hardly any guests but we haven't had a single server come and check on our table. Our drinks have been empty for the last 30 minutes and everyone walks by without saying anything. We tried to stop one of them who happens to be the manager and she acted like we were bothering them. Her name was Beth. There's no wonder why this BWW isn't doing well in comparison to the others. She offered vouchers to make up for the poor service but I declined and told them we won't be coming back.

By far the most mismanaged Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever experienced. They are incapable of handling the most basic of functions for a restaurant- completing an order. I placed a takeaway order more than 3 hours ago via Uber eats, had four different drivers attempt to stop and pick it up only to be told it wasn't ready and then canceled the entire order. Re-ordered on the off chance it was an isolated incident and had the exact same thing happen again. Four more drivers arrived to no food ready. So three hours later we have no dinner. Absolutely terrible customer service there already but this experience guarantees I will never return.

First and last time we will ever go there.Ordered the classic chicken wrap.By far the worse sandwich I have ever ordered out.ninety percent shredded lettuce with what chicken that was on it was tasteless. Never ever will we go back.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but under no circumstances should you go to this one. I've been here 3 times, asked for double extra crispy, 18 minute drop, triple extra crispy, anything to convey the same common request. They will not do it. Bartenders chatting with each other forever and neglecting everyone, this place should have their franchise taken. Stolen my money again!

I've been a fairly regular customer of BWW's at many locations because I spent years as a consultant traveling the country. I find their wings to be better than average, and the service is normally pretty good. This location is actually fairly close to where I live, so I've come here more than most other locations. I'd rate this location as average to slightly below average with respect to other BWW locations. Tonight though, tonight was the worst. It wasn't a busy sports night. My team was playing though but none of the TV's had the game on. I walked up to the bar and the bartender ignored me for 15 minutes. Finally acknowledged me and then proceeded to service other customers multiple times and never did put my game on or bring me a drink. Horrible service. I won't be coming back until management addresses this. Update: Went back to give them another chance today (12/8/2019) and was told the bar was closed. On a NFL Sunday no less. How do these people stay in business?

Have a order from here many times and like I said before no bang for the buck not worth the money. If you get hungry though it's some thing better than supersize me. But every time I order somethings missing or they don't get it right

I know how hard the food industry has been hit and even now many people don't want to return to work because they think they make more just staying at home. As a result the employees that have come back maybe doing more then they normally would. Some customers may not fully understand but I do so thank you for all you have done. Shame on those that verbally abusive or take their frustrations out on your employee. Richie

I have visited Buffalo Wild Wings many times in other locations. Every other location I visited I had a great experience. A couple years back I was frequently working in the Fitchburg, MA area and would visit the location there for the Bruins games. Always had a good time. But I digress, been to the Chicopee location a couple times now. It has not been the same pleasant experience I was looking forward to. Disengaged waiters and waitresses, food was wrong on one occasion, fries were cold on both visits. I think they probably need a new manager.

Buffalo Wild Wings got HACKED! My account was used by someone in Nottingham, MD. They stole my ID and password and redeemed over 4,000 points! I was going to have a big party with those points. I sent the company an email several times, which were ignored. I left messages on their Facebook page which were deleted. I understand in this time of hackers that some businesses don't take security very seriously, and, honestly, rewards points are not that big a deal. But to have a company blatantly ignore you, not even a "sorry" or an attempt to reimburse the points, is wrong. And that's why I am spreading the word. I suggest that you use your points or you may lose them.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night and had a bad experience. First off, I was told the kitchen was backed up and it took a while for me to get food but when it came out it wasn't even hot. I ordered the American classic burger and added onions and bacon and said no tomatoes or mustard as well as I added cheese to my wedges. When I received the burger it had no bacon and onions. And my wedges had no cheese. I told my waitress who was very nice that it was wrong and she immediately took the burger back. It came out again it had the onions and bacon but it also had the tomato and mustard (I'm allergic to mustard). I told my waitress at that point the time I had waited I no longer wanted to wait for them to remake the food. They have a deal with the burger that you pay a dollar for the wings if you order a burger so I had already eaten the wings while I was waiting for my burger, something I wouldn't had necessarily ordered if it wasn't for the deal but because I had waited so long I had to eat them because I was hungry. The other waitress who had brought out the second burger had sent me wings to make up for the mistake (after I had already said I didn't want anything). But when I received the check I ended up having to pay full price for the first wings and they had the complimentary wings on the check that I hadn't even eaten or ordered. When I told my waitress that I didn't order these and she could take them back she took them. While I still paid and tipped my waitress I feel that I paid way to much for what I actually ate and the experience. Also never did a manager come over and apologize for how poorly the experience was. I will never return.

This is a major one along the MA Pike but if along your traveling or you get tired & come off the Pike & opt for a spot for bar food & sports & such don't worry because this one is a one I'd recommend no doubt. The other game in the area is Hooters in West Side which I did a bit ago but if you might not be in a certain mood (I'll just leave it at that) the attire of the waitresses are more a sports-apparel type (plus to me a wee more classier but it isn't to say the other spot was bad so Hooters don't get me wrong). Wings are great & yes they'll let you sample the sauces so you don't get in over your taste buds & inadvertently kill them or your stomach plus they got specials which are good pricewise plus the place got burgers, sandwiches, po-boys, cheesesteaks, tacos & good desserts. Prices are great as well & if you wonder of spirits there's the brews & I caught a glance of some top-shelf spirits also the music is a wee I caught more a modern flair which a bit will like varying on own personal tastes & yes they got sports network channels on a bit of TV's trust me so you got it all down pat. Now you see why this & also the other spot I noted are tied for the four & to me they're doing to me a tug-of-war for my taste (LOL).

My boyfriend and I wanted wings tonight so we decided to order from this location. When we tried to order online we went through the whole process and when we went to checkout it told us that the traditional wings were not available. We then called and we were able to order. We were told it would take 20 to 25. When we went my boyfriend went inside to get them he waited another 15 minutes. When we got home (literally 4 minutes down the road) our wings were cold and the sauces were not added very well to the point where some wings didn't even have any sauce. We also got an order of fried pickles and those were soggy and cold. If the prices are going to be what they are then the food should be somewhat decent. I guess this was a good reminder to not get food from chain restaurants and stick with local places.

Would definitely eat here again! Service was amazing and the management takes care to ensure all guests are having a good time! Great food great atmosphere

Went for Monday Night Football at the bar and left uninspired. While I was hoping for some boneless wings that were prepared with care of the customer, the nutritional information was anything but customer focused. The wings tasted overly processed and a review of their nutritional information confirmed they use soybean oil, maltodextrin, questionable preservatives and the sodium is way too high. As for the atmosphere, the volume was low and the lighting was too bright, which seemed uninviting. Also, set an a comp a drink at once above and come and drink which I usually get from fine establishment and the occasional times it happens to me. This painted me more as a profit give her and someone to serving of their attention which was the biggest fail also the inspiration for the review. You better! The better!

This place does one thing right, and that's wings. So if you're looking for a place with good wings, you'll get it here. Big tv screens all over. Our server, River was great. Drinks were alright. Love the lemon pepper, mango habanero and Caribbean jerk flavors among many others.

My friends and I have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings a few times now for trivia. And while it's not fine dining, the food is good, the servers are lovely, and we've had a decent time on each visit. I've had lovely service on all visits. Two names stand out: Taylor was an excellent waiter (quick, funny, friendly), and Dallas was also super friendly and attentive. I've also had a good experience with the kid with glasses who often works the host station (sorry, I don't remember your name!) and a very sweet waitress. Trivia is a bit of a mixed bag: The DJ isn't great, and the game isn't as much fun as many of the other pub trivia games in the area. It's also not very organized. One plus is that there's no limit to the number of people who can play on a single team. My friends and I have enjoyed all the food we've tried so far. (A few favorites: fried pickles, fried cheese curds, the wings.) There's also a pretty extensive beer menu (reasonably priced) and some decent cocktails. And while I wouldn't necessarily come here just for the food, it's a tasty accompaniment to playing trivia or watching a game on one of the zillions of TVs. We'll be back, especially if we can sit at Taylor's table or the table with the lovely waitress who served us on our first visit.

Wanted to stop in and watch some football today. Headed to the bar area to find a seat and was hunted down by the 2 hostesses to be told they had to seat us. We apologized and went back out to the hostess stand area. They proceeded to seat 3-4 more patties that obviously came in after us and ignored that we were there! We walked out! Worst experience I've had in a restaurant in Months! Need to work on hospitality for sure!

cashed in a gift card for cauliflower wings and boneless wings and it was quite a treat. i ordered over the phone with chris who was a complete delight and sounded like he deserved a raise. he alerted me to a deal whereupon i received 20 free wings and i wish every bww employee a good nights sleep forever

UConn game, final four game was not available tonight. I get it, Women's sports not as popular as most pro sports but geographically they are the local team. In a nationally televised game. ESPN top billing. ESPN had the national championship game on. I requested it on. They put it on in the far corner of the restaurant close to the take out exit. It was pretty cold outside with that door open. Channel was changed to a meaningless baseball game five minutes into the first quarter. I left as my request was not valued.

Incredible wings! Ordered takeout/delivery during COVID-19 and I live pretty far, free delivery!!! Could not beat that. The wings were extra crispy like I had asked, the fries were very good considering it was delivered. The only thing that went wrong was when I asked for 4 ranch dressing containers, they were spilt on the way over. Not BWW fault, but @DoorDash.

This was the place that brought me back out of the shadows on Yelp. We came in at 3:00pm on a Tuesday, place was dead. We ordered a small order of the boneless wings ( comes with 2 sauce choices). While I will say the flavor of the sauces were tasty , the chicken was inedible chunks of tiny, dried up, extremely over cooked pieces that we were unable to cut through, let alone, chew. Waitress witnessed my attempt to cut into it & she admitted it looked awful. She asked if we'd like to try a fresh batch ( as opposed to the stale crap they just served us??) or to take it off bill & given that our entrees were due out any moment, I opted for the latter. Ok, mealtime. If you knew me you'd know I do not possess the figure of a picky gal. Lol .. I am now being served 3 of the tiniest tacos I've ever seen! In fairness it probably stated somewhere that they were very small, I just missed it as the print was probably the size of the tacos? I wouldn't have minded the size had they been good but alas, more fatty, completely dried out "meat". Waitress asked if i wanted to try a "3rd option "..( dare I ??) I was hungry so, I tried. This time ordering the "jumbo" crispy shrimp. It was sad, frozen medium-large shrimp w/sauce on the side. Second piece was a bit funky tasting ( soapy?) By this point the waitress sheepishly asked " how's everything, you're still eating?" I'd had enough & just asked for the bill as I was left hungry & wanted to go Eat!! To me this is 1 of those places that relies on their customers getting a good buzz on so they don't notice the extremely poor quality of the food? The service was nothing to write home about either, especially since it was dead & she seemed to "disappear" after dropping off food. There appears to be no standards & the " Manager" was walking around, even stopping at table next to us to see if everything was alright but conveniently skipped ours! * we were 1 of 3 booths with seated customers & about 3 people at the bar. In a nutshell.. $25 to leave hungry..NEVER AGAIN!!!

Wait staff is extremely rude. The tables were not even full with seated customers. Me front Hostess had order sitting in the hot container. I was she was telling the customers that the orders were not completed by the kitchen. Waited over almost an hour for an order. Have to say I will never be returning to this restaurant again. Mine is to say it was not busy at all. A very rude customer service

This place is solid. Clean atmosphere with a shit ton of televisions going, great bar tenders, great wings and a large selection of beers. Jay was my bartender, he kept my glass full and walked me through the menu, which is a little vague as far as what you can expect from the portions/sizes of wings offered....... extra crispy is the way to go, I don't think you can go wrong with any of their flavors.

The worst chicken I have ever had. I ordered 10 naked tenders. First they took 35 mins to have them ready. Then they came out with fries. They arent pictured in the menu with fries and she never asked if I wanted that or anything else. So I inquire, what would it be without the fries? Oh, it's still $11. For 10 small chicken breast peices?? These should have been the most amazing pieces of chicken I'd ever tasted....Yeah, they were unlike any chicken tender I have ever had. The seasoning on the bbq rub was soo salty and hot without significant flavor and the salt and vinegar (which you would expect to be salty) tasted like a chicken breast, with a dash of salt and pepper. So glad I threw away 25+ on 2 dinners that will not be eaten. Save your money and go to Popeyes. I thought they were expensive, but I would gladly pay twice what they ask for at Popeyes for their amazing tenders.

Ordered 20 traditional wings to go. Once I got home I opened each box to find half of my order was incorrect. I received 10 boneless wings. Off the menu, my order of 20 traditional wings was $10 more than what I received. When I called to receive some sort of restoration I was told I had to "call on the day of the order. Not the next day." I told the manager I had my receipt, time of purchase, order number and any information needed to reimburse me. I was told I'd receive a call back and it's been 4 days now. It seems that not only is the restaurants run very poorly but the management has no interest in improving the business or making the customer happy. I was extremely disappointed with my order and the way I was mistreated. Ironically, I haven't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in several years so I was excited to eat there again. Don't eat here. It's a disappointment, and I can only imagine how many people this has happened too. Shame.

How can a restaurant that sells itself as a place to watch sports try to close in the middle of two big games? I have had positive experiences at other BWW but my experiences at the Chicopee site have been subpar. Last night the Red Sox were playing in the ALCS and the Bruins were playing, both late games. I stopped in @ 930 to watch both games and was assured that they wouldn't be closing until the game was over. That decision was reversed by the manager who closed the bar and the kitchen at 11?!?! It was the fifth inning and mid-2nd period. The place emptied out very quickly. If you are gonna be a sports bar you gotta stay open til the game ends!

Meredith at the bar was so helpful just watching her around the bar you could tell she knew what she was doing. The manager was very helpful place is very clean men's and ladies room were immaculate
