Against my better judgement, I came back to the Clarksville B dubs. After being seated, we were promptly asked for our (group of 3) drink orders. My first three choices were rejected as being out of stock. After I settled, the rest of my party went with basic drink requests to avoid the difficulties they'd just watched me go through.
Upon our waitresses return, she asked if we were interested in appetizers. I asked for the fried pickles. I was then told there were no pickles available. Next, cheese curds. Also, not available. Settled on pretzel knots which arrived in satisfactory condition, and in a timely manner.
Time to order the main course: I ordered boneless wings with potato wedges w/queso. My wife ordered cauliflower wings and three naked tenders. My kid had boneless wings with wedges.
Of the three orders, only my child's wasn't in some way messed up.
My spouse waited more than 30 minutes for her cauliflower wings which were ultimately delivered to the table after my son and I had already finished our meals. Her naked tenders (which were delivered in a timely manner) seemed to have been tossed in a fryer or mocrowaved (again, not breaded, shouldn't have been fried).
My wings arrived correctly prepared, but the waitress brought tots instead of wedges. She corrected the issue quickly, but without so much as a word of apology or explanation.
My child's food was correct, but we found ourselves frequently wandering away from our table to get refills for his drink.
Ultimately, a meal that should've taken 60 minutes or less stretched for 120 minutes. Without my wife and I guiding/reminding our waitress of our orders, and the unfulfilled portions thereof, we may still be sitting in our booth waiting for her cauliflower wings.
The manager on duty did remove the tenders and cauliflower wings from the check, but be forewarned, a short trip here can quickly spiral out of control. If you're u willing to be an outspoken advocate for yourself, the waitstaff is more than comfortable letting you suffer in your booth waiting for food that you ordered but they never submitted.
Finally, once we were finished consuming our meal and had received our check, our credit card sat on the table, unacknowledged for 10 minutes.
B dubs used to be a great night out. I've never left a negative review before, but tonight was the final straw in a long line of disappointment perpetrated by Buffalo Wild Wings. I have high hopes that they'll once again ascend to their previously held heights, but recent (and not so recent) experiences indicate that they're comfortable maintaining a modicum of mediocrity.
My one star review is not indicative of this single visit, but a median of their performance over multiple visits at multiple locations.
