Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

I hate doing these types of reviews but my experience warranted this. I ordered from the BWW website (desktop version) for a scheduled order on Thursday Oct 30th to be delivered on Nov 1st. My order was for $100+(see photo). On Nov 1st, I am getting updates from my delivery driver all morning (see photo) and when he finally arrives, he has the wrong order (see photo). I call the restaurant and explain the situation also telling them about the urgency of the matter as I was feeding a group of students with the food I ordered. The workers at the restaurant started to assess things but then got back on the phone and said that they could not find my order in their system and no manager was around to help so there was nothing they could do. This left me out of my money and my food!!! Unacceptable!!!

Ordered the 20 wing deal. The delivery was extremely late and the food was cold, not even warm. I wish i could take my tip back. The sauce was all over the bag and the bag was torn. Horrible

The food service here was off the chain. They were so polite and not only to the people that was paying they were polite also to the veterans this place need 10 stars.

This is unacceptable, ordered fried pickles and received battered pickles, I should have known when I picked up the pickles looked smashed together l, sure enough the whole center of the blob was raw uncooked. Never again. Can I get my money back for this? lol

Corporate should ban and close this location. I spent 60.41 for dried wings, no plates, no napkins, no blue cheese, celery, and the service was by far the most alarming experience followed by rude counter people. This experience left me in shock and lunch was thrown in the garbage. They said if you don't like it, don't come back. Shockingly horrible and shame on keeping this place open with employees spitting on customers literally.

I love this spot. It was a full house tonight because of the good specials they've been having lately and The kid at the register was smooth and organized a while getting orders out for all the people during take out in stor too. They always get my food right they always got it done on time. They're super close and convenient. Never any issues always fresh and warm and fire !

Hello. I recently had made an order through DoorDash with drinks. The deliver was good so far— but when we started eating we realized we didn’t get the drinks. I had called the restaurant and the cashier was not cooperative. The only options I had was to drive all the way to the restaurant or get them with my next order. Are we serious ? I couldn’t even get a refund for my drinks. I need answers now. Are you really scamming us like this. They didn’t even add forks and napkins— what type of service is this?

We came at 11:00, the guy that was working ( Middle Eastern guy) saw us coming and didn’t even bothered to greet us, there was eye contact made. Then he finally came with a bag of food and asked if we were picking up, we said we would like to place an order, he stayed in silence for an about a minute then he said, we are not accepting orders now until one hour so come back in an hour because we are cleaning. Waste of time, not service and really disappointed.

They have a new seasonal flavor, honey sriracha and it is beyond delicious!! I still can't believe how good these wings are! They're located by the Rush Hospital and not super big at all. I believe they're one of the mini Go types. Came in on a fly to kill some time and get a quick bite to eat, and the young man taking orders who was super cool, super kind and super helpful suggested that I try the flavor because if you know anything about Buffalo Wild Wings they have 1000 flavors so unless you go to them often it's hard picking one and the last thing you want to do is pick a nasty flavor and be stuck with some wings you don't like, so I THANK him for putting me up on flava!!!' The wings were cooked to perfection! Not too soft and not too hard. I ordered the bundle which comes with fries and for $1 a drink. They have a special on Tuesday that if you buy wings you get the other order half off so if you buy 6 or 10 you get the other 6 or 10 half off. Great deal if you're looking to feed a couple people. It was just me so 6 was enough, only reason I dropped a star is because they high as a skyscraper! My meal came to $15.00. For 6 wings, a fry and a drink that's a little bit steep, but in all honest I will provide venture back again and pay again for them honey sriracha wings because as the young folk say....frfr they were really good.

I asked for six boneless wings. I got charged 9.99 instead of 8.99. It was not explained that the 8.99 charge included fries. I asked why I was being charged 9.99 instead of 8.99. The cashier explained he asked if I wanted fries and I said no. Therefore, I was charged more. Does this make any sense whatsoever? Even after I disputed it, the cashier just said, you didn't want the fries. In what world does it make sense to charge more without a bundle compared to less with a bundle. At least he gave me carrots when I asked...oh, and I could buy a water, they don't give out water cups even though the machine has a water dispenser.

I ordered through DoorDash and I had it picked up and the manager was great! The order didn't go through their system until 5:30pm and he had offered to have the wings ready and took down my order. He was very kind and did an exceptional service!

Ordered from this place for a quick pick up. Buffalo Wild Wings has always been a great place and love the wings they provide. Ordered 20 wings and wanted some extra sauce since they skimped out a little on the last order I had from here. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but for the order I just received, I got 20 sauce less wings with a single 2oz. cup of wing sauce. I'm attempting to get in contact since I'm already home and no one is picking up. I refuse to ever give this place my business again in the future.

Really liked this new spot. Closer to my house. The manager was really nice and helped me as soon as i walked into the door. Was in and out and the place looked really clean.
