Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

I ordered online for uber delivery. And they gave me a sauce that was different than what I asked for. I’m also missing 6 items that I payed for. And when I called to see if maybe they forgot about my add ons. I got the most nonchalant response of them being “Out@. But the items are still only for purchase.? I was charged for items I didn’t receive and for a buffalo sauce that I surly didn’t want. Never again.

Made us wait over an hour. Never brought out our order. They told us they ran out of boxes after we asked them where our order was (you could've told us that way earlier?). There was also like 10 customers who came in and left with food who all came after us.

This place is awesome. It’s bit further away then Bdubs on Taylor St but I will hands down come here over the Taylor St bdubs any day of the week. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Last night (Wednesday 2/20) I came in at around 540 after I placed an order at 510 and they already had it ready for us. Everything was smoking hot and the wings were saucy as ever. Prob the best wings we’ve had from here ever. Good job to everyone there cause they’re very nice to!

If they mess up your order, you have zero recourse to get it corrected or a refund other than driving back to the restaurant. They don’t EVER answer their phone or have a way to report an incorrect order online. Pisses me off to have to pay for their mistake.

Ordered delivery, paid for 5 ranches got 3. Paid 5 dollars for the attached picture of wedges. This is unacceptable and not a one time occurrence. They will always try to give you less than what you ordered

Latisha and her team are awesome!! The burgers are amazing 👏🏾!! I had a great time working with the team!! keep up the good work!! And hot and fresh food is all your gonna get at this location. They mean business!!

Fries were too chewy without flavor and the chicken had even less flavor. I will never go there again.

This isn't my first time ordering take-out from this restaurant. From my previous experiences the staff has always been friendly and the food mildly decent considering it to be a on the go BWW. However my last food purchase and customer service experience wasn't it. The guy was extremely rude and impatient when taking my order. Demanding my name and order before it could leave my lips. After waiting 8 minutes a very friendly AA man handed me my food (what a black king!). Got home ready to dig in to find out that my food was handled without grace or care. The wings (which I must say looked like little chicken nuggs) had not been tossed in sauce. Looked as if they slapped sauce in the box with the "wings"...won't be back.

They have a new seasonal flavor, honey sriracha and it is beyond delicious!! I still can't believe how good these wings are! They're located by the Rush Hospital and not super big at all. I believe they're one of the mini Go types. Came in on a fly to kill some time and get a quick bite to eat, and the young man taking orders who was super cool, super kind and super helpful suggested that I try the flavor because if you know anything about Buffalo Wild Wings they have 1000 flavors so unless you go to them often it's hard picking one and the last thing you want to do is pick a nasty flavor and be stuck with some wings you don't like, so I THANK him for putting me up on flava!!!' The wings were cooked to perfection! Not too soft and not too hard. I ordered the bundle which comes with fries and for $1 a drink. They have a special on Tuesday that if you buy wings you get the other order half off so if you buy 6 or 10 you get the other 6 or 10 half off. Great deal if you're looking to feed a couple people. It was just me so 6 was enough, only reason I dropped a star is because they high as a skyscraper! My meal came to $15.00. For 6 wings, a fry and a drink that's a little bit steep, but in all honest I will provide venture back again and pay again for them honey sriracha wings because as the young folk say....frfr they were really good.

I asked for six boneless wings. I got charged 9.99 instead of 8.99. It was not explained that the 8.99 charge included fries. I asked why I was being charged 9.99 instead of 8.99. The cashier explained he asked if I wanted fries and I said no. Therefore, I was charged more. Does this make any sense whatsoever? Even after I disputed it, the cashier just said, you didn't want the fries. In what world does it make sense to charge more without a bundle compared to less with a bundle. At least he gave me carrots when I asked...oh, and I could buy a water, they don't give out water cups even though the machine has a water dispenser.

I ordered through DoorDash and I had it picked up and the manager was great! The order didn't go through their system until 5:30pm and he had offered to have the wings ready and took down my order. He was very kind and did an exceptional service!

Ordered from this place for a quick pick up. Buffalo Wild Wings has always been a great place and love the wings they provide. Ordered 20 wings and wanted some extra sauce since they skimped out a little on the last order I had from here. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but for the order I just received, I got 20 sauce less wings with a single 2oz. cup of wing sauce. I'm attempting to get in contact since I'm already home and no one is picking up. I refuse to ever give this place my business again in the future.

Really liked this new spot. Closer to my house. The manager was really nice and helped me as soon as i walked into the door. Was in and out and the place looked really clean.
