"I note the massive Buffalo Wild Wings chain claims a restaurant in every state and has a location adjacent to the Metro station just a few blocks away from the Walters site." - Gabe Hiatt

Buffalo Wild Wings was one of the few remaining stores in Broadway Commons that has not been closed for the malls renovation. Lucky for us, as my friends and I were starving. This restaurant was relaxing with top-notch waiters/waitresses. The only reason I gave this place a 3.5 instead of a 4.5 is mainly the pacing of service. The food and drinks took some time to arrive, but the service was very professional and helpful! As for the food: the Ultimate Sampler is a great appetizer for those that want to try a bit of everything. The mozzarella sticks were perfect: warm with the cheese still stretchy. We also ordered the Bacon-Smashed Hatch Chile Burger. This was slightly smaller than we thought, but was still filling! The Hatch Chiles provided a nice, subtle kick to the burger, which was juicy and flavorful. Please note that the burger comes with fries and if you want to substitute for another side dish, it will cost extra. Of course, coming to Buffalo Wild Wings, you have to try their wings. We ordered with the Blazin' Knockout sauce and it was hot! We later learned that this sauce is used in Buffalo Wild Wings's challenge and the flavor is mostly for "torture". So if cannot handle the heat, avoid this! No worries, their menu have a spicy level bar for which you can choose the level of spice you want for your wings. Even though the Blazin' Knockout was sky-high burning, the chicken was very tender inside with a nice crispy exterior. If you do need help with your spicy wings, let the waiter/waitress know so they can help change the sauce or help get you some milk.

A Go-To Spot for Wings, Sports, and Fun We’ve been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings location for years, and it’s been consistently a great place to relax, eat, and have a good time. Whether it’s catching a big game, enjoying a night of trivia, or just meeting friends for happy hour, this place has delivered every time. ⸻ Sports & Atmosphere The setup here is perfect for sports fans — screens everywhere, so you never miss a play no matter where you sit. The energy during big games is electric, with fans cheering, servers hustling, and that unmistakable buzz of game day excitement. ⸻ Food & Promotions Over the years, we’ve taken advantage of some great wing promotions, especially during games, and they’ve always been fresh, hot, and loaded with flavor. It’s a spot for sports, laughter, and good times — the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again.

Was around the area at Round 1 and looking for a nice lunch, so we decided to stop by Buffalo Wild Wings in Broadway Mall. The restaurant has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and the staff were genuinely kind throughout our visit. The only drawback was the pacing. Nothing felt neglectful, just noticeably slow, and it took a while for our dishes to arrive. Once the food came out, everything tasted pretty good. Some items were a bit oily for my personal preference, but that’s expected with classic bar-style food. We started with the Ultimate Sampler. The mozzarella sticks had that nostalgic stretchy pull tied to Italian-American snacking culture. The beer-battered onion rings were light and crisp, showing why beer batter became such a staple for creating that airy golden crust. The chicken dippers were tender, and the Parmesan Garlic wings had the rich, buttery garlic flavor the chain is known for. Our sauces included marinara, hatch queso, bleu cheese, and the B-Dubs rubs. The rubs sauce didn’t really work for us, but the rest paired well with the sampler. For my entree, I ordered the Triple-Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. With two hand smashed patties seared with bacon, thick cut bacon, American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, and bacon aioli on a challah bun, it started off bold, smoky, and rich. After a few bites though, it became noticeably greasy, oily, and salty. It’s a burger that would pair nicely with a couple of drinks to balance the heaviness, but on its own it felt a bit overwhelming. My boyfriend ordered the Beer Cheese Cheesesteak with fries, and his was easily the standout of the table. Made with shaved sirloin, American cheese, Fat Tire beer cheese, grilled onions, green onions, and a toasted sub roll, the sandwich tasted cheesy, smooth, and deeply flavorful without being greasy. The beer cheese added a creamy, slightly malty richness that brought everything together and gave the sandwich a warm, balanced depth. One friend ordered the Bacon-Smashed Hatch Chile Burger and substituted tater tots for fries. The burger includes two hand smashed patties seared with bacon, American cheese, Young Guns hatch chiles, grilled onions, pickled hot peppers, and hatch chile aioli on a challah bun. It still had the greasiness you expect from a bar-style burger, but the hatch chiles cut through it beautifully. They added a gentle heat with a touch of sweetness, giving the burger personality without overpowering it. My other friend ordered the Blazin Knockout boneless wings and upgraded the side to two spicy chicken dippers. This dish is truly not for the weak. I didn’t taste much besides straight heat. The sauce is made with nine different peppers, and the spice hits instantly. I took two bites and immediately downed five drinks. Thankfully they offer unlimited refills on soft drinks, which definitely saved me. If you want a challenge, this is it, but be ready. I also ordered a Blue Watermelon Cooler, an alcoholic drink that was refreshing, sweet, and a great contrast to the heavier, salty dishes. For dessert, I had the Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet. It arrived warm and freshly baked, loaded with milk and white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chunks, and topped with vanilla ice cream. The combination of the hot cookie and cold ice cream was amazing, sweet, melty, and honestly perfect for a rainy day. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings delivered good flavors, generous portions, and a comfortable dining environment. The pacing was slow, but once the food arrived, everything matched the familiar, indulgent style of American bar food and made for an enjoyable visit.

Honestly, the service here was terrific - the food wasn't bad, it was just meh. The appetizer deal was actually not bad (although pricier here in NY than elsewhere). They also had a buy one get one deal on the Boneless wings, so it wasn't a bad experience.

Google
The experience was aawwwwful! The lights were super dim it was a little hard to see the menu & receipt. It made me feel super sleepy too. At first glance they were super small. In the past, I’ve seen bigger. My boneless wings came out super hard like a rock & the white meat on the inside was super chewy & discolored. It was like they were frozen & it came out of a microwave!!! Same thing with my partners bone-in wings. Small & overcooked & way over seasoned with the dry rub. The best part of our meal was the veggies & water. The waitress was wonderful but I kindly asked her to please let the chef know bc spending $70 in total was completely unacceptable & the fries were so skinny. I could get better & thicker fries from the frozen aisle at target. Do better Hicksville BWW.

Enjoying the Tuesday wing special. Very good chicken wings. Plenty of sauces to choose from, from mild to spicy. Very good service from the bartender. Happy Hour specials are good. Specials on beer, alcoholic beverages, appetizers. The best chicken wing special is during Monday Night Football with 50 cent wings. Even better than the buy one get one free specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Regular prices for the chicken wings are around $1.30/wing. Would definitely recommend for the Happy Hour specials.

This was my very first time coming to buffalo wild wings ever in my life. And I just say. The food was pretty good. Chicken was a little dry but still very tasty. I would come back again. Food was good!

Yelp
I firmly believe that Buffalo Wild wings is a hit or miss place. Sometimes the wings are excellent, hot, fresh and crispy. Sometimes the service is excellent. Sometimes the vibe is great. Other times they really struggle. I pick up food from here and I feel like the amount of customers being served impacts the experience. I happened to go the opening night of football season and they were a mess. I had to wait for like 20 minutes for my pick up order. It was supposed to be ready at 8:00 and I didn't arrive until 8:10 and I didn't get my order until 8:25. This was rough. The staff was super busy and from my perspective, they looked understaffed. The food was good.

Yelp
It is the slowest one I've ever been to. And the service is sooooo slow. Not busy and waiting 40 minutes for appetizers. Never again. And the people who work here seem very unhappy.
google avatar

Vincent G.

Yelp
Worst wings ever, dried out from being old and previously frozen. If thats not bad enough they were very small as were the fries which were also previouly frozen. I will never go there again. Bartender(heavy with beard) was bad as well. Stay away.
google avatar

Paul L.

Yelp
Wings were dried out and very small seems like they were frozen and then recooked fries came out cold and from frozen. No wonder place was empty food was bad here.

Yelp
Incredibly slow wait on the takeout side of things. Had to ask a busy server myself about the order after the people working takeout just up and left. Then I waited some more by the takeout area until a different busy server asked what I was picking up. Would give one star if it wasn't for that nice server who saw me hopelessly waiting and finally brought out the food.

Peter D.

Yelp
1. Food was ok. The service was horrible. We waited over 20 minutes for our check. Seemed like once you got your food that was it. Will not be going back. Mentioned something to the manager and they didn't even seem to care.

Yelp
Definitely stepping up their game with some of their food. Got a chicken sandwich, and it was so good! The chicken was juicy and tender, with just the right amount of seasoning. The bun was fresh and soft, and the toppings were perfect. Can't wait to try more items from their menu!

Yelp
Nice looking establishment in a dying mall. Found staff to be welcoming and attentive. Not really impressed with the wings. Seems small and not worth the effort. Flavors are nice but so messy. Onion rings were good but don't think I need a return visit. A bit pricey for fast food. They do have more televisions than most other restaurants.

Yelp
I sat and waited for my food for too long an hour at most just took to long and pissed me off

Yelp
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Walked in nobody was in the front to greet so I continued walking towards the waiters and noone cared to acknowledge if we needed seats. Decided to just walk out. Not worth dining.

Yelp
Good service and food; I always enjoy stopping by here for dinner, (love the tall beers for $5.00 and t/Tuesday night BOGO special,) thanks Bill and Caitland for doing a great job at the bar. Thank you Kevin and Stacy for always taking the time to come over to me to say hi and see how things are going, very much appreciated.

Yelp
Came to this location with a girlfriend for a 4/20 lunch. It took about 5 mins before we were able to be seated. But once we were our sever came and introduced himself quickly. We decided to order a few things so we got the Asian zing cauliflower and onion rings as apps. We got boneless Teriyaki, lemon pepper (sauce not dry) and the original boned chicken as honey bbq and Parmesan garlic. We also decided to share fries. Delicious and food came out faster then we thought. The waiter was a bit clumsy and kept asking we we could wait a min (when we ordered refills for our Shirley temples).... like if i had a choice . There was even a guy who did the spicy wing challengers eat 10 bone in wings with the hottest flavor (California pepper). He did it and won $150 BWW gift card. What a show that was I also have the app so i was able to check in (for reward points) and had 50% off my order.

Yelp
My granddaughter wanted Buffalo wild wings. We went there as a big family big group about 10 people overall the food was OK. Service was OK. Nothing great. I reviewed this place several years ago and it's improved.

Yelp
Food was good. Kind of spicy, but I really liked it. It's sport related and I love sports. Went there a couple times. The last time with my dad. It is amazing.

Yelp
Was in the mood for wings, and it was Thursday. Thursday BBW does bogo on boneless wings. Although boneless wings aren't "real" wings, it still helped my craving. The way their bogo works is if you order 6, you get 6, 10 you get 20, and so on. I opted for 6 (12). For my sauce/flavor I chose 6 with parm garlic and 6 with Caribbean jerk. Garlic parm was good. Caribbean jerk was a bit spicer than I expected, but still delish. I also ordered cheese curds. They were so delish. The breading had a great flavor and was seasoned well. It was severed with southwestern ranch, which paired very well. My server was Cassandra, she was great and continued to check in.

Yelp
Finally had the opportunity to eat at this spot. This particular location is much larger than it looks from the outside entrance in the mall. The menu had a lot to offer and they had discounts such as $5 mozzarella sticks and $1 pint Blue Moon to celebrate the winter solstice. And yes the beer was cheaper than the soda which coats over $3!! In addition they have a variety of seasonings and sauces organized according to spice level/scale. Since this was a wings place we went with the combo: traditional and boneless wings with fries and Cole slaw. For the traditional wings we went with the lemon pepper seasoning and the boneless wings we went with limited edition of the bourbon honey mustard sauce. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were on point, standard. The combo definitely feeds two people. The lemon pepper wings were better than the bourbon honey mustard wings. The bourbon honey mustard wings definitely had a spice kick which should be placed on a higher level. Fries were well seasoned. Coleslaw was not really coleslaw it was julienned vegetables with different dressing. I would definitely return to another location and try out other wings.

Yelp
Terrible service, no manners, never coming back to this shit hole ever again. Genuinely fucking pissed waited for 2 hours just to get seated, waited 40 mins just my mf food.
google avatar

Kenny C.

Yelp
Incredibly depressing cuz they tint all the windows by the front. I guess so you can watch the million TVs. They had a $3 gigantic beer special though, so that's all that got me through the meal. Got the southwestern chicken sandwich, which was fine. Crap ton of soggy fries. The back room where the bathrooms are has a ton of arcade games (and leads to the rest of the mall).

Yelp
I came here on a Sunday evening my husband and two children (ages 2 and 5). We walked in from the mall entrance and did not see a hostess so we made our way to the front entrance. A few servers passed us by but they seemed preoccupied with waiting tables. One told us to go to the lady sitting in the food pickup section... she pointed us to the hostess podium which did not have anyone. Finally after awkwardly standing there and waiting a few minutes someone finally came by. A young man with light colored longish hair. I requested booth seatings. I was mid-sentenced and he said he'll check if they have any and walked away. He came back a minute later and l said there were none in the back, but we cannot be seated in the front booths because there are no servers there (yet there were customers sitting in the area already). For a split second I was wondering if I went blind because I passed the entire restaurant and saw several booths in the back and even told him so. He suggested we can walk back together and see. And so we did. Of course there were two open booths and that was where we sat. After we sat down he said it may be a while before someone comes to us and walked away. So this is where I'm confused. There were obviously open booths in the back and he personally walked back there, yet denied any available seats. Not only that, but we're not allowed to sit in the front booths because "there is no staff"?! Can a staff not walk an extra few feet to wait the tables there? Or who the heck is serving the tables already seated there then?! The saving grace was our waitress was Victoria who was very pleasant and good at what she does. She brought this review up by a star. The food was exactly like what you would expect. Typical bar food. And I don't mean that in a bad way. It was decent. Traditional wings are large. No extra charge for celery and carrots. Prices were fair. Likely would never come back by choice. But I'm sure the workers here won't be upset about losing a customer anyway - I mean, less work for them! We certainly did not feel welcome.

Yelp
When we came in we we're greeted by the host and seated quickly. Was a rather empty night (Tuesday). We came for the BOGO wings which only apply to the 6/10 piece combos. We selected the 10 piece and got to choose up to 4 flavors. Parma garlic, chipotle bbq, mango hab, and lemon pepper. All of these flavors we're so good I couldn't pick a favorite. Beer; I was trying to try something new but the server suggested the light sky blue moon. I've tried blue moon countless amount of times and didn't want to try the light sky version but decided to give it a shot. I've got to say it was quite refreshing that I had to get myself a second one. Service was great, the other reviews really set my standards low but the tall guy with a stash and beard was very attentive and didn't seem annoyed about his job at all.

Yelp
They just taste weird to me, like they've been microwaved. Should be renamed Buffalo Weird Wings. The company is from Minnesota by the way, not from Buffalo. Just as an FYI. I have to be honest, these are some of the worst Wings I've had and I'm not a fan are all. I've never been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings especially not in Buffalo, but at any given location such as this Long Island spot, a lot of the time they're just not fresh and I can see why they get such bad reviews. Their attitude isn't great either. What they are good for is watching sports and hanging out and drinking and stuff and that is what a lot of people come here for - just try to skip the food because you really don't need to be eating this food - it's just not a good example of anything that it has.

Jimmy B.

Yelp
I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but my friend said the food was cold, and that was his singular metric for a restaurant. Me and my friends come here every year

Ricky B.

Yelp
My girlfriend went out to eat with her team. Waitress seemed a bit slow, but she looked new so it didn't really bother anyone. She approached us very quickly and took our order for drinks, she forgot our straws tho. After a few she came by and took our orders. Food came out very quick, wings were tasty, but when asked for blue cheese she never gave it to me so that was kinda annoying. Overall the experience was okay, typical bar food. Typical vibe. Wish they had more tvs and more selections of drinks but overall decent.
google avatar

Vivica C.

Yelp
Place was pretty crowded, a 40 min wait, Wings and food was hot and fresh but the service was lacking.

Alyssa D.

Yelp
Food was mediocre. We did go at like 3 in the afternoon so that could be it. Fried pickles and French fries were good. Nachos were bland we paid to add chili there was barely any. Mild was def spicier than most other places but it was fine. Mango habanero was tasty, too spicy for me I only had a bite but my fiancé loved them. We got honey bbq and sweet bbq boneless wings also couldn't taste the difference truthfully. Coleslaw was good too. There was only one waiter who also acted like the bartender. Would try again maybe at night instead to see if there is a difference.
google avatar

Gazelle D.

Yelp
Ordered the teriyaki and honey BBQ, I liked the honey BBQ better. Wings were fresh and satisfied my craving for wings. We also ordered jumbo crispy shrimp as apps, it was good, they are sort of fried. Needed a sauce though
google avatar

Tracy D.

Yelp
The only reason we stopped here was because my fiance was extremely hungry. I've been to a different Buffalo Wild Wings in the past, but there are definitely much better wings places on Long Island. The food is just okay. Its edible but not the best quality chicken you can get if you are going for the wings. This visit we ordered wings and side of cheese curds. We did like the chipolte sauce that was given with the cheese curds. It had a kick and went well with the cheese curds. Wings can be ordered boneless or traditional or a mix. If I'm too lazy to use my hands to eat off the bone, then I would do boneless, but of course traditional is the better way to go for chicken flavor. I always find that the sauces/ dry rubs here can be a hit or miss depending what you choose with the wings. I got the buffalo dry rub (which I usually order here) and decided to try the Caribbean jerk which I never tried before. The buffalo was pretty standard same flavor of buffalo sauce just not so messy as the wet sauce. I wasn't a fan of. I though that the sauce was way to sweet for a jerk sauce flavor. For drinks I got the strawberry lemonade which was served in a tall glass and did enough to refresh my palate. Service was good here. Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed and even told us about their rewards program that you can sign up for for free and discounted offers for future visits.

Yelp
My wife and I were in the mall doing a little early Christmas shopping when she started to get "hangry". She suggested Buffalo Wild Wings and I said ok... mostly to avoid any type of conflict (you married guys get it) . We were seated and our drink order was taken. My wife's drink came out first and 20 minutes later my drink can out.... Not good.... good service 101 says drinks come out at the same time. 50 minutes after we got our drinks our food came out and our order was completely wrong and cold with no apology or explanation from our waitress........ I'm not a picky guy and I have actually worked in the restaurant industry before so I understand what the wait staff goes through, but what I experienced today was completely unacceptable. The only thing they did right was comp our drinks.... That being said, in the future I would rather eat out of a dirty trash bag before I eat in Buffalo Wild Wings again....The Worst!!

Yelp
This review seems to be a trend with the location. Came in on Sunday evening for dinner. Restaurant is very light with customers. The first thing that gets your attention is the awful smell in the air in the whole restaurant. Hard to describe but just smells damp and unsanitary. Should have just walked out at that point but decided to stay anyway. Walked to the host stand in the front of the restaurant and waited a while to be greeted & then had to wait while the hostess checked the nearly empty restaurant for any available seats. Ended up getting seated right next to hostess station My wife asked for a cocktail recommendation, something not too strong and was told that ALL the drinks are pre made and can't be changed. We looked over to see a fully stocked bar which must just be for show. Passed on the cocktail. All this time we could not get over the awful smell in the air and the generally dirty appearance of EVERYTHING. Order our wings and the disappointments continued. We asked for extra crispy but ended up with what can best be described as very stale tasting wings. And the fries were no better tasting like they were fried in very old oil. Our carrots used to be large sliced pieces but this location served a handful of baby carrots, like the ones you can buy at Costco. Overall a very unpleasant dining experience and we will NEVER be back. Not sure what's going on with BWW...the brand new location nearest me stayed open for about 3 years then suddenly closed. Quality seems to be going very downhill. Manager was on duty but seemed oblivious to the issues in the restaurant; sat at the bar while a long line of customers waited to be seated at the hostess stand as we waited for our bill.

Yelp
After my happy hour visit yesterday, I probably won't be returning unless there's a big game on, cheap wing deal, or some other compelling reason. With so many other similar, yet better food places nearby (Hurricane Wings, On The Border, Fanatico, Boulder Creek), this place is way too average to deserve your business. We rolled in around 5:30 on a Friday afternoon, in search of a few pints and some light food. Although there couldn't have been more than 20 patrons inside their warehouse-sized restaurant, service was insanely slow and we had to practically throw stuff at the bartenders to get them to even acknowledge our existence. Despite being told on the phone that almost all the apps (and WINGS) were half-priced for happy hour, the bartender told us that there were only four discounted appetizers. They have no printed happy hour menu, so she just told me the included items: chips & salsa ($2), Southwestern bites ($4), mozzarella sticks ($4), chili con queso ($4). Not to nitpick (well, I'm going to anyway) but the items were regularly priced at $1-$2 more, so the "discount" really wasn't a great deal. We ordered the chili con queso, took three dunks into the forgettable dip, and sent it back for the Southwestern bites. After being asked, the bartender removed the chili con queso from our bill. The Southwestern bites were much better, but nothing spectacular. OK, on to the drinks - domestics were $2, imports $3, and "crafts" were $4 for happy hour. After attempting to order two different types of beer from the menu, I was told by the bartender that "we don't offer that beer at this location." Oh really? Then WHY THE $#&% IS IT ON THE MENU? Her response was that it's a corporate menu, which is the dumbest thing I ever heard in my life. Either order the kegs, or at least place a sticker or something over the menu stuff you never intend on stocking or serving. To add to my humorous experience with the menu, Bud Light Lime was on the "craft" list....really? OK, they have a lot of TVs, but the entire place is way too open. There's an area of high-top tables, and a (presumably lower-key) area with booths, but no real partition between the two. The whole space felt very cold and desolate, although we were there during a slow Friday afternoon so I'm sure the vibe changes on busy nights. As LARGE sports restaurants/bars go, I think Miller's Ale House in Levittown really got it right, balancing the restaurant with the bar, having an open space, while also having enough privacy between the different areas so the entire place isn't too insane. Perhaps Buffalo Wild Wings could take some notes from Miller's playbook...

Yelp
Extremely good, now I'm not trying to over exaggerate but we ordered a few apps the beers were nice and cold and the food didn't taste like it was sitting, I think sitting at the bar is the best idea

Yelp
I have been pretty rough on this place. I think it is due for an updated review. Accidentally I have been finding myself coming here for lunch, dinner, happy hour and football Sunday. It has been growing on me and the wings as long I tell them how to make them it comes out as expected. I don't expect 5 star food here but it is not bad. I have had some bad experiences but if I come here when they are not that busy the food is not that bad. So give them a try and happy hour 4-7.

Yelp
Came here after doing two games of bowling at Round one. A bit of a wait but Buffalo Wild Wings is always packed. Seems a bit understaffed but the staff do their best. Sat by the bar and service was okay. Must try Asian zing cauliflower. You can pass on the Parmesan garlic and the jammin jalapeño ,both seemed extra salty. Beer was good!

Jatin K.

Yelp
Great local spot to go to watch the games and have some wings with beers. Usually always go to this location and the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of how inconsistent the food is. Often we go and order the same flavor wings and each time the wings come out a little different, sometimes a tad bit undercooked or not saucy enough or crispy enough (which is the way we always order it.) The staff is always amazing and extremely friendly and accommodating but the food unfortunately not always the same. Will still come back because wings are life but sometimes it's better to get a small order of wings for the table with a bunch of appetizers.

Yelp
If I could leave no stars I would. Walked in and walked right out. There was literally no one in this place. Host asked if we wanted a table or booth; we asked for a booth. After walking to the back of the restaurant and passed 1927383 open booths, we were told we had to sit at a table in front of the busy kitchen because he "couldn't skip one of the servers sections". Are you kidding me? I can't sit where I want to sit as a paying customer because you need to accommodate the next server who is up to get a table? Now you get no customer.

Yelp
Some servers are really nice, but there are always a few that are not helpful at all. I've been to leave if I wanted to select a different table, which is absolutely absurd. Luckily there was this really nice man who helped move us and make us feel welcome. The food was fine and we tipped the man a lot.

Yelp
So we came in for a family lunch/dinner. All was well until I finished drinking my ginger ale. After eating my food, I was thirsty and I had to wait a while for the waiter to come over to me. I actually had to call him. I asked for a refill and when he came back I noticed it had the same straw. However, the straw had coke stains and I only had a ginger ale. This made me suspicious.... Now I'm not sure if I should drink my ginger ale.....

Yelp
This place SUCKS. I blame my friend for picking this place. But the drinks were slow (and we were sitting at the bar) the food was NOT good at all, my boy got some wings that didnt taste like anything, i got a burger that was so greasy i coultn eat it. The bun was hard but warmed up an buttered (gagging as im writing this). All in all terrible. So many good sports bars around, dont go here. Main event, dugans down the road. Literally anything. We left after taking 1 bite outta my burger.

Yelp
Seems to be understaffed. Wings are good. A little pricy but ok. Servers are cleaning floors and rearranging tables while trying to provide good service.

Yelp
Horrible service. I called 30 minutes ahead to place an order for takeout because I was trying to avoid rush hour traffic. They told me they'd delay the order so its not cold when I get there. Not only was the food not ready, they made me wait about an extra 15 minutes. This was a small order mind you and there were barely any customers in the store.

Yelp
This has to be the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to in my entire life. Not once, not twice, but three times I've ordered take out and all three times they messed up the order and got things wrong. I've come to the conclusion I'm better off driving further to go to a different Buffalo Wild Wings. Stay away if you don't want to be disappointed and waste your time and money.

Yelp
I came here a few years ago with some friends and I had gotten a BBQ chicken wrap with French fries. I'll admit that the wrap I had gotten was very disappointing, there was way too much sauce inside the wrap itself, i probably only tasted about 2 pieces of chicken but they were just drenched in the BBQ sauce and it was too overwhelming. They might as well should've given me just a wrap with BBQ sauce because that's all it tasted like. As for the fries, they were just okay, a little too salty for me but it was just okay. I came here again with my friends to give it another chance and I was disappointed again. This time I asked my waitress if they can put only a LITTLE BBQ sauce in the wrap. I finally got my wrap but yet again it was drenched in sauce. I'm sorry but I've had better BBQ food.

Yelp
Terrible. Service was bad, order came out wrong. Don't come here-- save your money. Waitress made it seem she was doing us a favor by serving us. Ummm, no thanks.

Yelp
Went to Wild Wings for sons graduation his pick, Also went with wife and daughter. We were seated immediately, As the restaurant was basically empty. We sat down and we got menus, Then it was about 10-15 minutes before waitress came for drink orders???????. We arrived at Wild Wings at 7pm we ordered our food about 7:20 give or take a few. We got the spinach dip appetizer which came out pretty fast and was pretty good. Then 20 minutes then 30 minutes 45 minutes still no food, What the heck!!!!!!! I finally sore out waitress and asked if we were ever getting our meals???, She said the kitchen staff was backed up and food would be out soon. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Backed up there was maybe 10 tables filled, I would hate to see it when they are busy and 60 tables are filled. Luckily after about 10 minutes more food finally came out. Food was definetly not worth the wait at all, I had a bacon hamburger with lettuce and tomato and fries. The hamburger was about the worst i ever had, I would of rather had a mcdonalds hamburger. Once the food finally arrived we asked the waitress for some extra hot sauce and mild sauce for my kids wings, That never arrived. Waitress never came back to see if everything was good or if we needed anything else. Finally got a hold of waitress to say bring check asap. That was another 15 minute ordeal. I would say overall 1 star is being extremely generous, as they really deserve minus stars. The service was terrible and the food was terrible. I would never go back again even if they offered me a free meal. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU WILD WINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!! get your act together.

Yelp
Upon arrival, my boyfriend was presented a shot glass from one of our friends as a souvenir gift from Shanghai. He pretended to take a shot and no sooner did our waitress (whose name I shall not disclose) stormed up and started to lecture him. She asked, "What are you taking a shot off? Put that away, I can seriously get in trouble because of you." When my boyfriend tried explaining he was only pretending to take a shot and received the shot glass as a souvenir, our waitress cut him off responding, "I don't care, put that shot glass away" and stormed off without even taking our order. An hour into our meal, my boyfriend asked the same waitress for an extra serving of ranch. 20 minutes later, his ranch still did not arrive so I asked our waitress again. After 10 minutes of waiting, I gave up. I left my dinner early and as I was walking to my car, guess who I ran into smoking a cigarette outside of BWW? To the management of Broadway Mall, Hicksville BWW: Please re-evaluate/re-train your staff. I've been to several Buffalo Wild Wings franchise and never have I experienced such horrible service. Judging from the previous reviews, it is clear that I am not the only angry customer horrified by the rude and unprofessional service.
