Buffalo Wild Wings

DO NOT order the chips and dip they give you a little bitty bowl of queso and a ton of chips I guess they expect you to just smash straight up plain chips??? I used to love the fried pickles and if you used to as well DO NOT order them now they are disgusting they changed them into sweet pickles and it threw off the entire recipe. They are gross. Wings were good as usual but definitely a sad experience.

Placed an order to go on Wednesday evening at 5:00. Super simple: 6 boneless Asian Zing wings, large ff with desert heat, carrots with ranch. Took 30 minutes to get my order. I should have looked before I left. I assumed it was correct; My fault but I won’t make that mistake again. Got home and all I had in my bag was 6 measly wings. That’s it. I’m out $6.49 for a large fry that I never got. Ive worked all day…. I don’t have the energy to drive back across town to get the rest of my food that I paid for. Do better BWW!!!

Waitress had no clue about drinks, menu or the app. Was shorted a wing, mentioned to waitress, she laughed and said she was going to go complain. She came back several times, was mentioned to her and she just joked about it. Then, I presume, a manager came by our table and asked if everything was ok and it was mentioned about being short on the wings, he freaking laughed and went to the next table, wth ??? So he wasn't really concerned, just making the rounds. My traditional wings were overcooked and drowned in sauce... store being ran by kids ??? Appetizer wasn't even fully cooked, how can you mess up fried pickles ??? I spent $130 for a bad experience taking friends out to eat.

I ordered a 20 piece boneless bundle w fries for carryout and when I got home the fries were so stale I couldn’t bite them. The wings were horrible barely any sauce and overcooked couldn’t even take a good bite. So disappointed of this location

First timer at this location and its a very nice clean restaurant. Server was chill and efficient. The food came out fast but cold. Flavor was there but everything was room temp to cold which was off-putting. I took a few bites and felt like I couldn't eat anymore. I wish it was hot n fresh but I understand they had other customers. I would go back again to watch the game and have a beer but I wouldn't order food from here again.

Bri was such a wonderful waitress had the best attitude and was so nice to us even though it was busy, she made sure we had everything we needed and always made sure to check on us throughout our stay. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE ASAP!

I had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to the host Dylan. As soon as we walked in, he greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. He was friendly and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for our table. You can tell he truly enjoys his job and cares about giving guests a good experience. Little things like his positive attitude and attentiveness really stood out and set the tone for the rest of our visit. Dylan definitely deserves recognition & we look forward to coming back.

Went here with three friends and had a pretty bad experience. The wait to be seated was long, which we didn’t mind at first, but then it took over an hour for our food to come out and the restaurant wasn’t even that crowded. Our waitress disappeared and eventually a random waiter dropped off our food. By then, most of the wings were cold. The flavors that were hot and the Nashville Hot wings just tasted like pure salt. We had to ask another waitress just to get silverware and someone else for water. It felt really unorganized all around. We mainly came to watch the game, and even though there were plenty of open seats, they weren’t seating people. The whole experience felt like the staff was brand new and didn’t know what was going on. Definitely disappointing.
