Buffalo Wild Wings

Super slow all the time. We would occasionally stop in when a chicken wing craving hit, but the service was so slow we stopped dining in there. But again, once in a while the wing craving hits (and yes there are other places, but i have always enjoyed a couple of the bdubs flavors), so started ordering carry out. Doesn't seem to matter when an order is placed (dinner time, big game night, a weekend or at 3:15 on a random Tueaday afternoon), even carry out orders are never ready when stated. Today was the last straw. 3 or 4 tables with people and maybe 4 people at the bar, and even though we were late to pick up, we still had to wait for our carry out order. It's Wednesday. No big games on and barely anybody in the restaurant. When a mediocre place isn't even mediocre anymore....its time to quit going. P.S. Save corporate or you social media/online reputation mgr/person or even AI some time by not replying with the canned response. Not needed. Failed too many times and today was the last straw. Won't be back to this location EVER.

We had a great time with kids at this facility. We came in for lunch and the place wasn’t busy at all. The food came in quickly once it was ordered. Stay that served us was really friendly. She was really quick about getting the food orders and drinks. Kids loved their wings and the lunch promos they have are fabulous. I also ordered food to go and it came out pretty quickly. Would defiantly come back and try more.

The host was rude and arrogant. I haven't seen such behaviour for a while. We had to wait more than 10 minutes to get seated.. because there were no available tables.. The picture tells everything. Food was also below mediocre.. definitely not fresh.

Placed an order for 6:40 pm pick up on a Sunday evening. Arrived a few minutes early and gave the host our name. Food did not come out until 25 minutes AFTER our scheduled pick up time. Restaurant was less than 1/2 full and maybe only 3-4 other pick up orders while I stood there for nearly 1/2 an hour waiting for our food. When asked what was taking so long, the host said they had messed up an item and had to remake it. When I asked if they messed it up at 6:40 does it really take 25 minutes to remake? His snarky response was, “I guess so.” Not once did anyone apologize for the unacceptable wait time. That will be our last visit to this restaurant.

I try to visit a BWW when I travel, if there’s one. I don’t expect the food to be different, but the service definitely is. The food here was acceptable, the ambiance wasn’t the best and the service was not impressive or worthy. Waited a very long time to get a server to get my food order, there were people around but non asked if needed anything. I won’t come back here when I’m around this area.

1. We have to wait almost half an hour before our menu served on the table. 2. The waitress, Michelle is really nice and helpful person. 3. If you don't like hot-spicy-as-hell chicken, please don't choose anything but the Tender Chicken. 4. Reasonable price. 5. Might be too loud for some people who don't like watching football. Because they have more than four medium screen TV broadcast sport.

This was my 1st time eating here- however my son and I were both very disappointed! The chicken seemed old- very hard and dried out- Just tossed in sauce! This seems like the norm with these type of restaurants being that that sauce is a cover up- The fries were cold and aLao old tasting- mind you this was 2pm doing lunch hours…. Totally disappointed!!!!

I came to watch the Broncos-Bills game and have been to this location multiple times before with no issue. I am the stereotypical "quiet dude at the bar that minds his business" yet I was told that they were no longer comfortable serving me. I had 5 light beers and mozzarella sticks for the duration of the 3 hour game. Never made a peep or any indication whatsoever that I was even remotely intoxicated, especially on such a low ABV relative to the duration of the stay. I have NEVER been asked to leave/refused service at ANY bar in nigh 20 years. I have been to countless BWW across the country over the years and as long as the manager and bartender present are at this location I will never return. I'm absolutely flabbergasted and disappointed in how I was treated.

Bad customer service. Would not recommend Dirty and nasty. It took me hours to get me seated.

This is a good spot for wings with a variety of great flavors. Hubby and I have been to this location many times, but I've never reviewed them before. We've almost always consistently had good service and our recent visit was even better than normal. The table was a little sticky on the edges when I sat down, I mentioned it to the waitress and very quickly someone was out to wipe it down. We ordered the boneless wings with orang and salt/vinegar and both sets of wings were very good, with way more on our plate than the 6-piece we ordered. Veggies were fresh and the Pepsi tasted great. Nothing negative to say and we will definitely be back again!

The food was actually ok but I did have piece of hair in my Honey Garlic wings. I mentioned this to the offer I received was for a new wing which wasn't acceptable in my opinion. As far a as the service we didn't get checked on during, or towards the middle of the meal. So I really don't have much to say. The environment was nice, very clean and spacious. If your into sports probably would be great to be here the day of big sporting events. Overall they could've been better had I received better results and quality food. I doubt I'd be going back.

In their heyday they were amazing. Sad that service, food quality and temperature have fallen so poorly.

It was super bad service it was so bad I put wings in my drink in enragment. No no like it ambiance was bad.

The food was pretty good. We got mango habanero, mild, and garlic parm. We waited for a little for someone to serve us but in the end it was worth it.

Been a while since I've been to B-Dubs, but this location was such a let down. Ordered online and picked up, asked for to-go utensils because I was here on business and my hotel doesn't have forks, and short story they didn't have any... neither did they have carrots or celery. They searched the kitchen and hostess stand, all they offered me was a spoon... went to the bar and they didn't have any either. Like wtf now I got a spoon for boneless wings. They also said they were out of celery and carrots as a wing place

If I could get zero stars, I would this place is the most poorly managed location I've ever witnessed in my life ordered wings for the Super Bowl a day in advanced two hours delay last order even though confirmation was sent I'm not even sure how this place is in business it is Horrendous and I will never come here again.

The main dining room was closed for some reason so we had to sit in the high table area. It didn't matter much to me because it was still normal dining tables just with high chairs. Our server quickly greeted us and got us started on drinks. We ordered fried pickles, classic chicken sandwich, and the Nashville chicken sandwich. The fried pickles came out pretty quick, but our mains took a hot minute. Overall, good experience.

First time at this location, they were really busy but the waitress was very nice and did he best. I usually always order wings and I never have a problem. Today I ordered nachos and I added brisket for an extra 3.50 but my friend and I agree they did not out enough meat on it kinda disappointing. Last time we came to Buffalo wild wings she ordered chicken nachos and it had way more chicken and it cost less to add the chicken so I was a bit confused how that works. probably won't order that again and if I do I will probably say something next time. I also had a spicy passionfruit margarita, and it was really good. Other than that I love this place. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the nachos but if you were to see it, I'm not even kidding when I say there was like 5 small pieces of meat on there..

Food was sus tasted like rizz and was pretty Ohio somehow I got chicken in my water and it tasted like condoms the waiter was a girl and she should be in the kitchen

NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! The past two times I've gone we haven't been seated and there were 20+ tables open. Don't even get me started with the one waiter/ress, they said "I love the intelligence on your face" when asked by my friend why we can't be seated. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Lastly the food is always freezing cold!

For Fathers Day tried their Smoked Brisket Burger. Very disappointed. No bacon. Messy to eat. Very few fries served. Won't go there again.

The service was just awful. The waitress never came back to check up. Needed refills. Had no napkins. The place was not busy at all. We had 5 kids with us. We spent good money and won't be back.

I have never left a place as upset as I left today out of this location. The server came two times only to the table. Never checked on us. We had to getting up for utensils and straws. Wings were cold we told her she said oh I'm sorry and never came to the table. We asked for the check and walked out. I will never be going back for sure!! If I could leave negative stars I definitely would. What a horrible experience!

do not go here!! this location is disgusting and filthy. the service is terrible. we went there and both my husband and i got food poisoning. avoid at all costs

The manager was one of the rudest and most hostile managers I've ever interacted with. I downloaded Yelp just to warn of this, do NOT go to this establishment. When I brought up an issue with my rewards, the manager, TJ, had no patients, spoke over me before I was even done explaining the issue, and offered no solutions except more hostilities.

Horrible management. Doesn't have a clue what's going on ! Seems to me that this place is a takeout. Don't dine in this place is for take out and check order before leaving !!!

Even if you wait extra time, drive 20 mins (one way) for your food they have a habit of not giving you sauces, or any condiments you order with your food... and if you call to ask about them they just tell you too bad we don't charge for those anyway... So now I sit here with like 30$ worth of food that I don't prefer to eat... won't be going here again... no wonder it's rated 3 stars... my own fault should've checked prior to...

I Love me some Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings. This location is one of my favorites to come and grab me some good crispy chicken wings. They make sure that my lemon pepper wings are fried crispy with perfection. It is always clean and well kept. There is always someone at the front door to greet you like a guest. This place can get super packed and nosey on the weekends between noon time. There are flat screen TV's all around the place and a nice bar where you can sit at and enjoy a nice cold beverage and wings. This location has a lot of high school and college students that are trying to make a honest living. However, at times they do stand around chatting and playing. My order has been messed up a few times but the manager always comes out to the rescue and makes sure that your order is corrected. The ambience is pretty much cool. It's a place where you can come out with the family or friends to enjoy a fun filled day and watch a few sports games on the TV Screen.

Food was fine but the service terrible. Our waitress with pink hair dropped 8 waters total (3 different time). She than yelled at us for asking for separate checks. She put the wrong food in for the kitchen and than after she eventually gave us separate checks she mixed up who had what drinks and food. It took our group of 6 waited an additional whole hour waiting to pay even though there was probably a total of 4 parties in the restaurant. During this hour one member of our party paid cash and than she came back and said he didn't pay at all. After an argument she told us all to leave even though one of us was still waiting to pay with Apple Pay. This waitress is the worst I have ever had. The main cause of all this trouble was probably because she was definitely on something.

I went there after church this morning for lunch and the service was amazing. The food came out fast and it was a clean I can't wait to go back again. Our waiter was Taylor ( thank you Taylor for your service to me and my friend I hope to come back soon)

I came in asking to order a specific flavor of traditional wings. The business is the one in the wrong and they have the audacity to give me an attitude? Nah. Screw that. Check that attitude. You work in the customer service industry. Suck it up and be serviceable to your customers.

My son wanted to come here for lunch. It's his first time. On the way in, the hostess offered him a game box. My son was intrigued by it because not all restaurants offer that. He ordered a kids boneless wings. It comes with fries and juice. I ordered a snack tradition wings with Asian Zing sauce and street tacos with chicken. Waited about 20-25 minutes for the food to come. Our waitress offered me carrots but didn't come with any ranch. Because the food was so flavorful, it was actually ok to eat the carrots without the ranch. My son had a great time there and he wants to come back. Overall, I thought it was average. Nothing special to me but I didn't experience anything bad. Forgot to mentioned I was charged a snack traditional wings but she gave me a "small" size . So she gave me more than I ordered . I guess that's why she deserved the extra star. Until next time ..

Charged twice then also rude about it when i told her and tipped it by itself also switched my order to my card with my friend and i had to pay a extra 5 dollars.

We stopped in for lunch one day and had a decent meal. I'm going to assume, at this point, everyone has been to a Buffalo Wild Wings so I'll save you the details of a standard location. I would like to point out that the food tasted and was served as one would expect. It was hot and it was pretty well made (which hasn't been my experience recently at other locations). Where this location really shines is with the staff. Our waitress was very friendly and absolutely adorable with our 1.5 year old daughter. She had kids of her own so I'm not surprised, but she was very playful and fun. It was so refreshing. Not only that, but I saw a different waitress at a different table chit-chatting away like she was old friends with the customers (and who knows, maybe she was). My point is, great staff that you don't get to experience that frequently. This location doesn't stand out from a look/feel or food aspect but it ranks very high in the customer service. If I have to go back to a BWW again (like I said, the variability in food has turned me off overall) I am going to hope it's this location again.

We drove by this location today during lunch so we decided to call in. I wanted to call in my order for pickup instead of ordering online but the woman who answered right before 11 am stated that they didn't take orders until opening time. I found that pretty ridiculous as I could easily go online and do it then. That's what we ended up doing. However, they got our order wrong and gave us the wrong sauces which we didn't realize until we got home. I don't think I'd go out of my way to go here again or recommend. Their wings are average and the bbq sauces we got weren't all that great in my opinion. It's very pricey too.

Location is the absolute worst. Wings are constantly dry and sauces NEVER come in the bag even if they are ordered and paid for. This time when I ordered we called to make sure entire order was in the bag and it still didn't happen.

just now They legit just gave my order to someone else . I came to pick up food for me and my family but my order was lost and I only got my families food. Now I'm dropping off food to their house to after drive home because I'm not gonna eat their food. Such a disappointment. Don't go there.

Very disappointed in our meal. The wings are hard and dry barely any sauce. Feels like I'm chewing on rocks and my teeth are going to crack. My order was ready for pickup at 530. An hour after I ordered and when I arrived the food was just sitting there. We called to see if we could pick up earlier. Let alone when I got there there was nobody in there but maybe 1 family. I will not be visiting this establishment again. Also no carrots or celery and the ranch container wasn't filled to the top of the container.

It's my fault I guess for continuing to order from here but they just can't seem to get an order right, further the staff does nothing to remedy the situation.

Honestly, I have seen terrible reviews for multiple locations. I always thought wow how bad can it be? Well I will never order online. I ordered two things tonight: boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce and fried crispy. Wings came in with a bone and fries were barely cooked. I ordered through grub hub. I called restaurant first and they put me on hold and told me to contact Grubhub. I did that and sent them a picture of the wrong item. Grubhub gave me a refund but COME ON!!!!!! Don't people double check if the order is correct or not? Oh and did I say that the bone in wings had no sauce whatsoever? They were plain. Get your s$&@ together. People are paying for delivery fee and tip, the least you can do is have the order correct. Peace.

I would drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to this buffalo wild wings location over the one in Bloomingdale and Warrenville. After leaving the Warrenville location because we never got our food we were seated right away by a very personable and polite hostess. Soon after Samantha our waitress came and took our order and brought our drinks right away. We received our food in 10 minutes and Samantha was very attentive. The wings were great the wedges were tasty and the beer was cold. My son and I had a great time. This buffalo wild wings location on Roosevelt Road is now our new and only Buffalo wild wings we will eat at. Great job to all!

Disappointed. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but not this location. Went in on Saturday night, not bust at all, seemed like a lot of people working there. Sat down at the booth, and it's got fries and other food I the table. It was clearly not cleaned, so asked fir a different table. The floor around us was visibly dirty. We ordered or meal and waited a while for our meal. My wife ordered the southern chicken sandwich, I had a burger, and my kids had the mac n cheese. They bring the food out, and my wife's sandwich is missing the coleslaw, which is the main ingredient of the sandwich. They inform us that they are out of the coleslaw. Isn't that something that you should maybe let someone know before you bring the food out? Also this is not the first issue I have had at this location. They are often so slow bringing food out, and service is poor. Very disappointed, do better BWW

Ordered for a party in July and they completely lost the order and we were an hour late to the party waiting for the wings . They said they would refund half but never did . Whatever . Stopped going but decided to try again today and it was an order for TWO people that we placed online and they "couldn't understand the sauce choice " so when we called to check on it they had to fix it so it was late and then they forgot half the items we ordered . It's my fault for trying them again .. but I thought I'd warn others .. also , the " customer service " when you mention the issue ( the one back in July ) the staff are argumentative , and not even a speck of any professionalism. You can tell they don't care what so ever .

I've came here 3 times within the past year and every single time they either take 30 minutes to an hour to sit people. When you do sit down they don't even check on you for a good 45 minutes and take your order about 30 minutes after you sit. Gotta be racist.

Ordered online for my birthday reward for 6 free wings on Oct. 6th. As I was checking out, I realized there was a takeout fee of $0.99 plus $0.10 tax, which came out to be $1.09, so much for a free gift. Came 10 minutes before the expected pick up time and it was there on the shelf ready to go, so that's a plus. Came back to the office ready to eat and when I opened the box, there were only 5 wings. The receipt had a "check by" area which was unmarked so someone didn't do their job to check to make sure it was the right amount. Disappointed. Wings were alright, like a typical bdubs wings would taste like. I'm also still salty I lost my reward points without any notice but that isn't this restaurant's fault but the company. I had about enough points to get a large size traditional wings.

Wow!! I ordered the Traditional and Boneless combo. The point is I used Wild and Spicy Garlic for my sauces and wow! The best flavor. The wings are perfectly cooked! I travel for a living (PILOT), and this is hands down top of my favorites! If you like Wings, stop and try this place out. It's better than my hometown BWWs and better than a lot of BWWs I've eaten at. Y'all lucky to have a BWWs like this one! Please make all BWWs as good as this one.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Worst service we have ever received 3 times in a row. PETER the Service manager is no help, and will just deny your call. He will not correct and blame someone else each time. He should be fired. IF PETER IS THE SERVICE MANAGER, your food WILL NOT be good. We have ordered from this location 3 times now and they have messed the order up every time. We called Peter to ENSURE we had our order correct, and they sent us the wrong food. This is THE WORST service I have ever seen and Peter needs to be fired from his role.

The worst wings I have had at a bww, I live in Chicago and always get BWW TODAY I had to go to lombard for a doctors appointment. Decided to get some wings but the wings barely had sauce on them and they were xxx fried that when you bite into them they cracked!Such a waste of money!

The nachos are deficient in cheese and meat topping. Not sure if I dislike the rationale the wait or provided more or the lack of adequate toppings. When this disproportion was called to his attention, he replied "that's the way they proportion it." The ratio of chips to meat and chews was wayyy off. Check please....

Ordered the traditional sampler with traditional wings and no chili and got the opposite! Boneless wings and chili on my nachos food was cold. Likely won't be returning!

This place is always extremely slow. Even if the restaurant was only half-full, the food would still take a half hour to come out. Some friends and I completed the Blazin' Challenge here, and they didn't even put our pictures on the wall. That made me sad.

I ordered 20 Boneless wings with two large fries for me and my mom, after I had just gotten out of work. This order was for delivery and I noticed after I had gotten the food delivered there wasn't a single fry in the bag. Then, I decide to call the restaurant back, to let them know, I spoke to the manager and she "gave me a refund back" for the two large fries and told me I would see the money back in my account in 3 to 5 business days. I NEVER GOT ANY MONEY BACK. This is the last time I order from this location.

I come to a restaurant to eat together as a family, not for the 3 orders to come out at 3 different times. I get my order, my husband get his 5 minutes later, my daughter gets her 8 minutes later. You would think they would start cooking the stuff in the kitchen from the item that takes the longest to shortest so all can come out at the same time. On top of that the waitress didn't bring out the food someone else does and they don't ask if you need any condiments. And please don't blame COVID this is just plain oh common sense!

The manager was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me at 10pm in June 4 because I was asking why I hadn't received my order over 90 mins later. She couldn't say where it was, got loud, rude and disrespectful because I wasn't pleased that refunds would take 2 weeks to process!! I just asked her to pls stop yelling at me and she hung up the phone! Refused to pick the phone again! WOW never ever had this happen in my 40 years of existence! I will NEVER order from here again!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Scary that anyone would ever employ her as a manager!!! It I could give this Zero stars I would!!!! RUN AWAY!!!!!!

Came here at lunch time during the Vikings/packers game and it was busy. Which I understand - but to wait 35 minutes after being seated to not even be acknowledged by the wait staff, given waters, place settings, etc? Ridiculous. We ended up leaving and two other tables in the same situation did too.
