Buffalo Wild Wings

This was my first time dining at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. The food was decent but nothing exceptional, and the service was just okay. Unfortunately, what happened after our visit is what truly ruined the experience. Our bill that night was approximately $60, and I intentionally left no tip. I signed the receipt and left the restaurant. A few days later, I checked my bank statement and was shocked to see the total had increased to around $79. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty, who confirmed that the waitress had added a tip to the bill herself after I had already signed and left. This is not a misunderstanding — it is unauthorized, dishonest, and unacceptable behavior. Altering a signed receipt is a serious breach of trust and could easily be considered fraudulent. After a lengthy phone call, the manager agreed to reimburse $20, but I strongly believe the entire bill should have been comped due to the severity of the situation and the lack of integrity shown. What made this even more concerning was being told that the waitress has “worked there for years.” That does not excuse the behavior. If anything, it raises concern about how long this may have been happening to other customers who simply didn’t notice. I am confident I am not the first person this has happened to — only the first one who caught it. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and distrustful of this location. Customers should never have to worry about their bills being altered after they leave. Until this establishment takes stronger accountability and corrective action, I cannot recommend dining here.

Food was good, drinks were ok. Came for date night on a Monday night football and dodger game. Our server was ok. Hate to see our food sitting on the window and taking 8 minutes to be brought to table. Also didn’t like how I saw servers sitting down on their phone while I ate my food … workers being comfortable with guest in front ? Strong 3.5/5 stars

If I could give 0 stars I would. :) service was horrible, food was scary and looked like it was chewed up. Just don’t even bother talking to someone about it they’ll argue with you like they paid for your meal themselves. Let my photos speak for themselves.

I ordered buffalo wings with a 30-minute pickup, but they came out very dry and tough. It felt like they had been sitting out for a long time or were just reheated leftovers. Very disappointing experience, and I probably won’t be ordering again.

Unbelievable how long it takes for the employees to clean tables. While I waited to be seated, I seen 5 dirty tables. My family and I waited more than 30 minutes to finally see someone come out and clean. As the employee was picking up the tables slowly he was also watching the fight on the TV. The thought of how slow it would take them to bring the food out, we left not even being seated.

The only BWW I go to! They are consistent with the wings crispiness and they are always full of meat. I’ve tried multiple locations and they always disappoint.

FEATHERS on chicken, like a lot. At first we thought it was one or two feather so we were ok with it BUT! after wiping the sauce off of wings we noticed there were literally so many feathers on the wing and at that point we were SO DISGUSTED. We asked waitress to send it back to kitchen and requested to prepare new wings for us which she did (so we are not upset about her service) BUT yet again wings were full of feathers we were so grossed out so we did not finish our food only ate a couple of wings out of 30 wings. We didn’t finish the food nor asked for a to go box and told waitress there is still feathers on it and cannot eat it anymore, she still charged us full amount $70.66. No discount no sorry whatsoever Extremely disappointed as someone who enjoys going to bdubs. Never going back. Overall food came out fairly fast but this experience had ruined our night. + they don’t validate parking so we paid $5 just something to be aware of. If I could give 0 star I would.

Stopped by this plaza on the way to the Kia Theatre in Inglewood great location since it was only about 20 minutes away I tried the strawberry margarita 10/10, sweet and tasty with tequila & strawberries while my boyfriend had a Blue Moon with a slice of orange. Both drinks were great. We ordered their promo meal with 10 wings, two sides wedges and tater tots and a sandwich for $26.99. We chose lemon pepper and Asian zing for the flavors. The quality was okay was expecting better )): but I ordered wet lemon pepper dressing on the side which helped Ambiance was chill and the restaurant was quiet, likely since it was midweek. Service was okay overall, and staff seemed nice.

This spot is my go to spot. I absolutely love this spot!! The food is always on point and delicious. The service is always amazing. Doesn't matter when I go or what I order it's always phenomenal. All of the workers are so professional and attentive and courteous! My standard weekend spot.

Buffalo Wild Wings is very entertaining spot for food and sporting events. Depending on the time it can get pretty crowded and busy but the service when I was there was very good. When you're there it sounds like everyone is having a great time. They had really good deals and I had tons of food. Their All American burger was really good grilled great and the grilled onions were good. A very solid burger. The wings were good I had the mango habanero and the spicy garlic. The mango habanero was cool wish it was a tad bit saucier. I liked the spicy garlic better it had good spice and flavor. Overall good experience would go again to try new flavors and got the vibes.

Got to love me some BDUBS! Food came out quick, and Diamond our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a great quality visit, super attentive to my gf's spicy meter . Always come here and it never fails me. This place gets really busy on special event occasions, so have some patience. Ambiance is perfect for a fun time and some great sports. Always recommended!

I ordered from the Buffalo Wild Wings on Crenshaw. I gave this place a 2 because the chicken was dry. The fries were ok. This place used to be great when it first opened. I worked in Corona the chicken was juicy not dry.

It was way too loud and the food isn't good. For being a wing spot, I was surprised at how underwhelming they were. Very disappointing. They get an extra star for good draft beer lol and the service was good.

What a strange place !!! First we stopped by BWW to catch a beer and bite before our flight , we came in and the "manager" said we don't have any seats available right now , our next shift hasn't showed up , so we waited about 20 minutes there were others waiting too , there was plenty of open tables but no servers , I did see all the employees in a corner laughing and giggling about 4-5 of them , and no one doing there job . I finally went to the bar requested a beer and food , she said someone will come soon to seat you and take our order , no one came , so finally the bartender took it upon her self to take our order , the food came quick, good !!! food is always good at BWW , the kids played basket ball which entertained them while they waited for there food , place was loud , lots of games on the tvs , with employees looking lost !! Tables were all dirty no one cleaning . I think if it weren't for the kids asking to eat here we would have walked out of this place as soon as we walked in !!! Horrible management!

This BW is a stone throw away from us, which means we WALK here for the yums. Their serving size is really generous, and often we just order an appetizer platter to share. The onion rings are crispy, the loaded nachos has nice toppings, the wings are great. The only thing on that platter that's meh is the mozzarella sticks. They tasted from like they were from a deeply frozen place far in the north. Their services is what puzzles me the most. The servers are nice, food comes quickly. But one you get the food, it is next to impossible to find help. A couple of times we waited 15 minutes to get the checks, and that's because we went inside the kitchen to grab someone. Should we just have walked out without paying, can't say that hasn't slipped my mind. But we are neighbors, can't condone that type of behavior. I hope they can make improvements after reading. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings for late night dinner with my family and expected great experience! What is going on with the Culver's city Buffalo Wild Wings !!!! I spent so much money to see my family smile however thanks to the staff especially the manager (Oscar) who outright told me no can do it when I came back for the rest of my order ! He was not politic considerate in fact made it very overwhelming for me when I had to bring my 7 yr old child with me back for the rest of my order ... this was definitely unexpected Culver City !!!!

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had at any restaurant, let alone a Buffalo Wild Wings. We had to repeat our meals multipleeee times. Our food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, it was stone cold. They forgot part of our order not once, not twice, but three times before we finally got it. One staff member dropped a container of ranch right on the floor and just walked away, leaving it there in plain sight for the rest of the shift. The bathroom was absolutely revolting blood on the toilet, overflowing trash, paper towels everywhere soup dispenser was broken. it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. For a place that serves food and drinks, basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum. The server was polite and clearly trying his best, but he was overwhelmed, and it was obvious the place was severely understaffed and poorly managed. Management should be ashamed to let the restaurant run like this. I would never recommend this location to anyone, and honestly, I don't know how it's even still open in this condition. And ps it took me 30 mins to get my bill and it was wrong!

My husband and I love Buffalo Wild Wings. First time coming to this location. Wings were so tasty. Javier: our server was nice, friendly and very attentive. I screw up redeeming my points, but he fixed it right away. Great server! Thank you

Good food and service was amazing, only downside was the two white humpbacks outside talking about how they hate black people but other than that the place was great!

Worst experience. If you're looking for good wings don't come here. The wings are disgusting. Not tossed,over cooked and when the manager came over he blamed on quote quote being a weird day because it's memorial weekend and then blamed it on the server for not picking up the food fast enough. Btw,the server was great. The food was gross. Out of 20 pieces of wings we ate 10 and that's because we forced ourselves to eat them. Put it this way, I paid 52 dollars and I am still hungry. When I complained to the employees the wings were bad they all agreed. Save your money and time and head somewhere else.

Service was great and food came out pretty quickly. Lina was great. The issue was the food. The boneless wings look like they literally chose the smallest wings in the bag and the bone in wings look like the poor chickens weren't ever fed. Definitely not worth the price. Wish I had pictures of it to show. It's been a while since we came in and definitely won't be coming back for wings.

The service was terrible! Do not come here.. ever!!! If you want the servers to argue with you and charge you for things you did not order, and then proceed to not apologize to you, then go for it I guess. I understand it gets busy, but we came an hour before the game started and it was empty, so no excuse.

Do not eat here if you want fo eat wings because your order wont go through at 12:29 like they say it would Dont show up at 12:20 to eat or drink because they close at 1 Update: MELISSA made everything right. Changing my review from a 1star to 4!

Nice location for BWW! Originally our group tried for the Island restaurant around the corner, but the wait was too long there and we were crunched for time. The BWW was easy to walk into without a reservation and the waitress was extremely friendly and attentive throughout. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries which I thought was a great deal for the price. They have lots of screens too so you can watch whatever sports game is on.

Came to eat here with my family & friends right after this past Sundays Super Bowl game , right when we walked in to ask for a table of 8 the server immediately made a face and was unwelcoming. When it came time to order she had a very nasty attitude & mind you all of these men that came to eat just got off a 14 hour shift cleaning up the palisade fires and have been working long days like this for a month with NO breaks . We asked to split the check and she even stated " can't you guys just give me a card and you guys pay each other " . I have never had someone so lazy and rude attend to me at a restaurant before. Other than the bad service from our server , the food was good and came out quick

I come here twice a month for years now with my cousins and family. I was there at 230pm this past Friday, 2.20.25 we sat at the bar, there were three of us. I don't like saying this, we ate boneless wings all three of us. At 9 pm I woke up with the absolute worst food poising of my entire life. Had me dying until just this morning, three days could not lift my head off the ground. I don't what happened, I'll never in my life ever go back to any location. This was a brutal experience and highly highly suggest staying away from this location. Service and such was fine, the food tho, I pray nobody else to ever experience what I did for an entire weekend. Missing work, sick worse I've ever been. I have my receipt if any corporate management wants to reach out, so be careful

The literal worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. I was hoping I could leave a zero star rating. Absolutely no service. No care. It was like it was it ran itself. We literally had to leave after being ignored for 30 minutes. 0/10 would recommend

The food was OK the service was absolutely horrible had to wait an hour and a half to get seated and then another hour to have no one come in service size so when I went up to the manager and ask if we order at the bar he said no a waiter should be walking by and when I mentioned to him that he had walked by me at least minimum 10 times he made eye contact didn't bother to serve me and then he proceeded to say that it was my fault that I didn't just order at the table with the QR code But I also asked him if I can get waters because we had already waited about 2 1/2 hours at this point honestly one of the main reasons why I don't come to Buffalo wild wings the service always sucks

I give this a "meh". My friends and I arrived very late around 10pm. We had to wait one hour for a table. Once we were seated, we ordered our wings. The food came out in an okay amount of time but it was frustrating that some of the items were out of stock. One of my friends wanted a specific beer that was out. Another issue was that our receipt wasn't accurate. The waiter forgot to take out the beer that was out of stock on our receipt. The wings are just ok. Not really the best. My favorite of the ones I've tried was the lemon pepper (sauce).

The worse bww ever. The staff there is miserable, we got there on a Wednesday evening and the hostess told us to sit anywhere only to not get helped when we sat there! The wings were super dry and the basket of fries was a joke. Definitely won't be coming back. The restaurant itself is not taken care of, trash everywhere.

Silly Customer Service. Decided to finally give Buffalo Wild Wings a chance after always ordering from Wing Stop (on Door Dash) Spent 15mins on the phone requesting "All Flats" for an order I had JUST placed because the option wasn't available via the app. The associate on the phone kept explaining that there's a $1.99 up charge for "All Flats" that he didn't want the company losing out on; which I was more than happy to pay for. I also mentioned that Door Dash allows me to add other items; so that I added an order of $5.99 Mac n' Cheese that they can just ignore because I just wanted all flats. Took a whole 14mins for the associate to finally relay the message to his manager who told him it's too late because they already made the order. Now I have an incorrect order, an order of Mac n Cheese I never wanted, the company ended up wasting 15mins of an associate's time, and my dissatisfaction with the order had DoorDash refunding me back partial on the order. Just silly

Delivery is spotty, might want to visit in person. Decided to order some wings on a Sunday for football. As expected, I'm sure they are slammed during the football game, but it took a particular long time to get the wings. I could see on the app that the driver made several stops, so I likely wasn't the first wing delivery which led to them not being hot. Also, I ordered 30 and only 25 came.  At that point I can either wait another hour and a half for five wings, or get a credit which they said they did process but I have yet to see a refund.  I know this is fast food wings so it's not fair to harshly judge them, but they were over cooked and over sauced in my opinion.  Below is how I would rank them if I had to get them again. Parmesan garlic Mild Teriyaki Honey barbecue Asian zing Orange - skip this one. Go to Panda Express for some good fast food orange chicken. The potato wedges were actually pretty good. Nice crunch, good seasoning, and they went perfect with the ranch we got with our wings. I wish I tried more of the apps they had.

Only reason I'm giving 1 star because they maintained the OG BWW recipe. However service was terrible. They took my order but didn't bother checking if I got my complete order, which I was missing the fries and 4 wings. I didn't make a big deal about the wings not gna tear the place up for that. I sat near the bar and my seat was sticky af and it smelled like expired margarita mix and a**. You can't tell management doesn't care it's noticeable with the ambiance. If you have to drive 5 miles to a different BWW it's worth it. Don't waste your time and money here. Wing Tuesday is a marketing gimmick.

Pretty disappointed in this location. I frequent Buffalo Wild Wings in Orange County. Was in palms area helping a friend move and since it was kinda late... most places closing we went here... around 1115 they started cleaning and shut off the music like hey we're closed... and I asked them their hours they said 12 midnight. Server was nice service was really bad. Staff was nice but maybe they're understaffed, bad management... or who knows? I felt like we were a burden since we rolled in 1.5 hours before closing ordered 2 rounds, 2 meals and 1 appetizer. Was trying to catch up. It wasn't like we rolled in 30 min beforehand. Also they don't validate here at all. No plans to visit this location ever again.

Solid wings, solid service, solid ambiance. This place is... solid. Great place to catch the game.

I had a great experience here today with excellent table service on the patio for Tuesday BOGO traditional bone-in wings. I love me some chicken wings & this location delivers every single time. After closing out my check, I realized I had an active reward on my blazin' rewards account & the manager took no issue in reopening my check & adding the discount for me with a smile. I wasn't expecting to be able to redeem the reward after already closing out, but figured it couldn't hurt to ask. As they say, ask & you shall receive! And that's exactly what happened today. Thanks Chris for the hospitality you and your staff have provided- it doesn't go unnoticed (: Pro tip: This location is a bit quieter than most other BWW. You can bring a date here & actually hear them talk or enjoy the game whilst also chat on the sidelines. Sweet, huh?

If I could put -100 I would. I came in at 11:06. They close at midnight. I had my daughter and mother. & since my daughter is a minor they could not accommodate us because they have bar seating only . Not once did the manager even try to be kind & understanding. As a bar manager myself the customer service was very lousy... do better BWW.

Service and quality have improved significantly at this spot. Always a favorite, especially for a Tuesday night basketball game or a must-see Dodgers game, we love BWW and are always down for some great wings at the Hughes Center location.

The restrooms at Buffalo Wild Wings are in dire need of improvement. Attention to detail and thorough cleaning are necessary to enhance its condition.

the place is so dirty ! so short staffed! the staff that is working is poorly trained on basic restaurant and courtesy etiquette- never smiled at me once!! never came by to ask if i needed anything- i had to flag them down to get another drink and get condiments- i rarely go to BWW for this reason- i gave them a chance and left there so disappointed- this starts from the top!!!! this can be a great location but has turned into a dump- so sad

Why are they keep missing orders? I normally order 3-4 items only but they forget something every time. I was in rush today so I couldn't check my order in person and when I checked it at home, they forgot one of my french fries and I spent 4-5dollars for nothing. They have so many workers there and they are just talking. They should hire better people.

They only will take orders, pay, etc. through their online service. Additionally, some choices aren't shown up front (etc. kids' drinks only appear and are required when ordering kids food). Basically had no waiter or server, one person dropped drinks off, and another few others just dropped off the food. We had issues where our appetizer showed up 25 minutes late, or basically after everyone has their food (which was ordered 10 minutes after we ordered our starter). 10/10 would recommend staying AWAY from this Buffalo. The staff don't care, are helpless, and the food was so slow getting from this online service to the table I could have gone to Dave & Buster's and had everything ordered on time and spent half the time there.

Wasn't even able To eat there because apparently in this location there's a curfew where only 21+ and up can eat here and even though your 18 you have to have a 21yr old with you just to eat . Stupid

So this is my second time here. I should have gone to Dave And Busters. This Burger is so tasteless. No seasoning. Just dry taste. At least my waiter was ok. There isn't anyone here at this time. So my food came fast. But now I wish I could it was late smh ‍. I can't believe I gave this place a second chance.

We had a server name Johnathan that gave us great service, the food was pretty good as well but Johnathan made our experience wonderful for us especially after one waiter refused to take our order because we got there a little late and did not arrive at the same time as our party of 45 and he was busy with taking care of the rest of the party we there were with , he lost a nice tip, his lost though ‍,overall I'm giving 4 stars because of the overall experience. And we did have a large party.

I love Bdubs, but this location sucks! Won't be back! Ordered take out from here twice now and this is the 2nd time I had to wait over 30 mins past my promised time. The lady at the pick up spot said the kitchen was busy and that no orders were done yet... After waiting 30 mins I asked to cancel my order and the lady said she would check the kitchen and FINALLY came out with my food. When I finally got my food, it was poor to say the least. The 10 piece boneless box had 2 tiny pieces which were all bread and they considered them as a wing so I only really got 8... The wings also had barely any sauce. Then the fried pickles had half potato wedges in the box rather which i didn't order and the box was half filled. Would not recommend getting the fried pickles! Also the restaurant was half full and the staff said there was a 45 min wait to be seated. Seems like they are understaffed....

We waited 5 minutes for someone to seat us. I finally asked the take out person if we can seat ourselves. She rolled her eyes and said someone should be up front to seat us. I could overlook that if the table wasn't filthy and the food edible. This is the worst BWW I have ever been to. I couldn't not wait to pay my check and leave.

I honestly don't know why I keep giving this place the benefit of a doubt if it ALWAYS disappoints, BWW is VERY well known for the terrible service the employees provide world wide and the employee at the Howard Hughes location definitely proved that right. I went 2/6/24 @ 8pm, I wanted to place an order at the take out register since I had an email that was sent to me by BWW stating for 2/6/24 ONLY the email was valid for Traditional BOGO Free, not half off but free. This employees tells me there's no way that's true and the BOGO is only on Thursdays, I showed her the email where it said TUESDAY and in BOLD letters it said Traditional BOGO FREE, she tells me the email is not valid as that's only for Thursdays, she was VERY rude, the email expired and NOW it's no longer valid thanks to her rudeness, she didn't even care to actually look at the email instead she just argued and argued. This is my last straw with BWW, I will not return. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location or any other.

Used to be my favorite place to go. The service is good but the food always gets delivered cold. They say they are understaffed but the new phone service to place orders is bad.

No persons under 21 past 5:30 PM? Kinda a strange rule, but I understand since it is a bar, and Howard Hughes center usually has rules for persons under 18 past a certain time. However what bothered me was that me and my friend went to get the 19.99 meal deal, and both of us being 20, we were unable to dine in. So we asked if we could do it to go, which they declined. I understand the no dine in rule under 21 past 5:30pm , but you could at least honor the deal if we did it to go. Just not a good policy as you're losing money and customers.

This place is such a hit and miss. Some days they're great, other days it seems like they don't really care. I work across the street so I have lunch here quite often. With only a 30 minute lunch break, it's easy to run across the street to pick up a quick lunch. The problem here is consistency. It's virtually non-existent. I usually order their quick lunch specials since they're reasonably priced. I pay an extra dollar for flats, an extra $.60 for a second ranch, and the built in $.99 takeout fee. Problem is, on multiple occasions I have received five wings instead of six, a mix of wings instead of all flats, one single measly ranch when I paid for a second. I'm getting nickel and dimed for the things I want, I'm paying for it, and I can't get my correct order 80% of the time. It's infuriating. I would check my order while still at the restaurant, but unless you want to tear the bag into pieces because of the amount of tape that is used to seal the bag, it's a waste of time and when you're on a lunch break in a race against the clock, it's just simply not feasible. I understand that mistakes happen, but almost every visit is ridiculous, especially when you get shorted and don't receive what you are paying extra for. It's straight up highway robbery here.

First off fuck this place. This my second time coming and they push "managment" or basically common business problems on their customers. i asked to be seated at the bar and the hostest said "per managment request that we stop seating because once the game is over everyone is going to check out and leave, so we have to handle their tabs, clean up." and i responded why is that my problem ? there is seating at thw bar i can see many table open. but She refused my business because they were going to be too busy ? like that is worst excuse i have ever heard coming from a commercial business that promotes watching sports, drinking and eating. Like wtf ? of course its gonna be busy but i was going to be there passed the game and enjoy some time with my girlfriend but i guess not, So this is deff the last time i will be here and ill be going to eithe BJ's or another establishment that wont mind taking my business even if its busy.

I was not expecting much because of all these reviews but I showed up For UFC 307 10/5/24 , there was a 70 minute wait. And the Hostess Was Amazing and energetic. Cracking Jokes and make sure we were aware of when we were Next. Server was Nice As well. Food was Good I give it a 8/10. Loved this Bww will most def be back:)
