Ordered UBEREATS 10/4…This is by far the worst BWW I've ever had. For the night crew that is responsible for this should be fired! Why would you dump all of this powdered seasoning into the stuffed tots container like this? This wasn't edible at all! None of my food was edible. I wasted $45 bucks on this crap! Wings and burger tasted old. Someone did this on purpose and I hope karma hit you well and soon for this bullcrap! Extremely pissed!!

⭐ 1 out of 5 — Terrible Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings (Mount Prospect, IL) My visit to this location was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Our server, Jenny, seemed far more interested in chatting and flirting with her male companion than actually doing her job. I had to ask multiple times just to get basic things like plates and a drink refill. When she finally brought the plates, she dropped them on the table aggressively and immediately walked off to go right back to canoodling with her boyfriend. The service was awful, and unfortunately, the food wasn’t any better. Nothing about this visit made me feel valued as a customer. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will never be coming back to this dump again.

Came in Thursday after work with some coworkers just to eat and have a chill time. Food was delicious, wings were great as well as the drinks everything came out at a reasonable time. Our server however already sat us down with an attitude to a certain degree I can understand is frustrating coming in 2 hours before closing, but 2 hours is better than 1. After ordering and eating we decided to order a little bit more to which our server had said “just letting you know you’re my last table so i can’t leave til you leave so order whatever you want now”. Coming from food service industry myself, I thought that was very unprofessional to say because we are paying customers and we have no issue paying or waiting for a few more wings, but the attitude and approach was very unprofessional. I would not return to dine-in with service that felt demeaning. He also told us he was coming back with lids for our sauces, but then I see him putting on his jacket and walking out of the building.

Horrible customer service. Went in for a drink at the bar. Bartender no where to be seen. Waited about 5 min, she came out from the back door chatting with a female manager. Finished their convo before acknowledging me. Being the only one there at the time I would’ve expected some small talk or suggestions but it was almost like I was a bother to their gossip hour. Ended up finishing my drink and not ordering food. No wonder restaurant was empty.

This experience was so bad it’s always bad when we come and we come once every 2 years to this location. The service was so bad I asked about a drink if they had it and the waiter just said no and handed my the drink menu. There was no like “ oh let me show you something similar” no smile at all no. No acknowledgment to my husband and I what so ever. We have been waiting here for 20 minutes for my husbands food and I got half of my order still waiting on fries. The waiter has not once came up to us and said anything about oh I’m sorry the food will be out in one sec nothing at all. This is ridiculous. You guys need to do better.

We started with the Chips & House-Made Guacamole, which were fresh and flavorful. For wings, we tried the Asian Zing, Salt & Vinegar, Mango Habanero, and Maple Chipotle sauces. The Mango Habanero stood out with its perfect balance of heat and sweetness. Accompanied by ranch dressing, carrots, and celery, the experience was top-notch. The ambiance is perfect for sports enthusiasts, with plenty of TVs broadcasting games, creating an energetic yet relaxed vibe. Service was friendly and quick, making the visit even more enjoyable. Whether you're a fan of mild flavors or crave a spicy kick, Buffalo Wild Wings is an excellent choice for great food and a fun atmosphere.

So.. I heard a lot about this restaurant, so i thought to give it a try. Generally it's very busy on weekends so we thought to go there on a weekday for dinner. And it's really disappointing..it was not that busy on that day...we ordered two appetizers around 7.30...and they served one appetizer after 45 minutes and completely forgot about the other one..after waiting for 10 minutes we called them again to remind them about the other appetizer. After 20 mintutes they served the other one.food was cold.not even warm....alomost the same thing happened with the main course order as well.. i gave 3 stars only for the ambiance..that was really really good... Recently reviewed: Changed my rating after my recent visit..this time we had a great experience..food and service was way better compared to the last time.. i do recommend it.👍🏻

This place is a joke. Every single time I go there, they overload my wings with sauce to the point there is a pool of sauce under. Today I asked for the dry rub and it looked like they dumped half the bottle of seasoning on 10 wings. The wings were so salty because of all the seasoning I couldn’t even eat them. This doesn’t just happen here and there, this is all the time. The service is also a joke. I tried to order for delivery and they said I had to do it online, but then their website wasn’t working. It’s also very expensive, 40 wings for $62 is absurd.

I stopped with a couple friends last Friday night after seeing a movie. We had the perfect amount of time to have drinks and apps while not being out too late since I had work the next morning. We came in just after 10pm and waited about 15 min or so. Not once were we acknowledged by anyone. Even if they had said they weren't seating anyone at the moment or if their was a wait that would've been enough. We were the only people waiting on a table so they clearly weren't dealing with a full house. They seemed very disorganized and inattentive. I get that it was a Friday night but not even being greeted or having our name put in is ridiculous. It's truly a shame, cause I liked coming here. My buddy and I are going to stick with the Schaumburg location for now. I hope this place is able to improve at some point since it's in a convenient spot.

Ordered online the 20 piece bundle for $19.99 came with large fries and 4 dipping sauce .Oredeted the traditional and garlic Parmesan . Very small wings , dry salty and overcooked. Take your 20 bucks to other Wing place this is terrible, I'm not ordering from BDubs again

SERVICE for takeout is AWFUL!! I only wish there was one closer I'm still waiting for over a half an hour for my takeout. For crying out loud it's Friday night, BE PREPARED! I have complained before and no change!

They have the worse food , chicken dry and burned and old and fries are horrible hard very old. Just ordered from them like half an hour ago. Worse food ever overcooked and old.

It was my 2nd time in this location. Tiesdays are the best. If you have the rewards you get Buy 1 Get 1 Free Wings. Place is great to hang out and chill with friends. My favotite is the Honey BBQ Wings and their Onion Rings with their house sauce. We were a big group and I wanted to thank our server JACK. He was very patient with us and we were a rowdy bunch! Great service! Happy Eating!!!!

Food was okay. Wait times for food on a dead Friday night was insane. 20-25 mins for food, food got put in the system wrong, had to wait another 15 minutes. Then the server completely abandoned us after that. Took 20 minutes after we were done eating to get our bill and had to wait for another 15 minutes just to pay. Another server came to cash us out (thank you to whoever that was) service was awful, no one apologized for the food screw up, so absolutely no accountability or urgency to fix the issue. No wonder this location has been dying over recent years.

I came here for a late lunch after a matinee movie show. I was in the mood for wings and I like BW3 which has good wings and sauces. When I got here, the restaurant wasn't too busy. We were told to it at a table of our choice and that from the food menu, only wings and sides were available. I didn't ask why that was the case as I only wanted wings. Upon checking the menu, I noticed that the wings cost had gone up. Usually, I get BW3 wings during their special on Tuesdays. 6 wings were $10 something and 10 wings were $15 something. To me that's high for a place like Buffalo Wild Wings. But anyway, I wasn't going to leave the restaurant because of that as I was super hungry and wanted spicy wings. I ordered 10 traditional wings (5 Mango Habañero and 5 Caribbean Jerk flavors). My wife ordered 6 traditional Asian Zing wings and 6 boneless plain wings with honey mustard sauce the side. I got two orders of carrots + celery and three blue cheese and three ranch dipping sauces. We also a strawberry lemonade drink for my son since they didn't have any fruit punch or gatorade/ powerade fountain drink options. The food came out promptly but the drink took a while to come. The drink had to be gotten from the bar. So, our server had to wait till the bar tender got to our order. The wings were good and delicious. I had ordered them extra crispy and wet and they came out as such. The wings were meaty as well and not puny. In the past, I have had BW3 wings that were puny and skinny. Not that case here. Overall, the service was good. The restaurant was clean and there were plenty of tvs for your sports viewing pleasure. Not sure why their menu was limited to wings only. I suppose if I came here for burgers or other items, I would have disappointed. But that did not warrant enough for me to give them 3 or 3.5 stars. Therefore, 4 stars sound good to me.

our server kayla was very inattentive. we ordered onion rings and got mozz sticks instead, no offer on refills, and asked for ranch and never got it. Had to ask for napkins and refills. manager was also disrespectful when we said we ordered onion rings and we got mozzarella sticks instead she turned back looked at us and walked away. when we got here all the booths were dirty, ALL 6. food took FOREVER to get and server was no where to be found.

So last time I was here. There was a guy drunk that I say was overserved because I saw them serving him. He was fighting to find a ride or Uber and the people at the bar where total jerks to him. I try to mind my business. This man next to me saying he was military. Was going off on this dude. Saying he was a coke head and on and on. So I jumped in and said this guy is messed up, he needs help then the manager is all yelling at me to stop like I'm the instigator when her friend is cause she says nothing to him. So today I arrive havent been there in a while and said I am banned cause I was rude last time. Rude for sticking up for a poor soul that was wasted and I saw BWW continue to serve him and I argued with a regular or the managers boyfriend because nothing was said to him. Look at the video tape. Worrying about someone wasted and possibly killing someone and banned cause I confront the managers boy toy. I see why this place is empty as I came in today. I guess customer safety isn't important for BWW and who you know is all that matters.You stick up for people this day and age and are persecuted because the manager is on a regulars side than being impartial and looking out for a customers safety. I was only trying to help an inebriated person and I'm banned and persucuted because your boyfriend or friends is talking smack. Looks at the video tape evidence and tell me who instigated the encounter

This location is LOUD with sticky tables and mediocre food. We went for a dinner with the boys because they wanted BWW. We were seated pretty quick. Our server was nice, he seemed kind of new, but still nice and friendly. The table was nasty, sticky and when I asked an employee passing by us if he could wipe down our table, he said sure and never came back. We asked our server to wipe down the table and he did with dry napkins. On to the wings ... they were small and overcooked! How does a place called Buffalo Wild Wings screw up wings... the one thing that's suppose to bring people in to eat. I'm pretty sure we won't be trying again.

I have been eating at this particular restaurant, dining in as well as carry out or pick up for almost 3 years now. This place is consistent. They are quick they are accurate and the staff no matter who I have encountered has been pretty helpful and on top of it. No complaints wish I had some pictures to share however, knowing that this is a chain, I do expect consistency, not only in quality service menu items and also prices considering the area. The only disappointing thing about the company but it's not specific to this particular location is when they changed the BOGO offer for Tuesdays. And they change this during Covid due to inflation rising cost, etc.. It is unfortunate. There wasn't something else that was offered to balance the loss. However, I do love coming in here watching a game having a beer and wings. It never gets old for me.

Yuck. Placed a pick up order for two people with an hour and half notice. Surprise surprise the food is not ready. Quite a few other people standing here as well with a silly look on their faces as well. I am hopeful the food will be correct when I open the bag but judging by the actions and demeanor of this crew I am about to lose a $20 bet to my 11 year old. Stay away. I know we will be.

The food portions were a bit small but came out fast. The service was mediocre the server forgot our drink orders. The atmosphere however was phenomenal as usual.

Starting off, we got sat at a dirty table and had to call someone over to clean it. The service was good at the beginning but then they had us waiting over 40 minutes for the food to arrive. it wasn't too crowded so i couldn't understand how they could've taken that long. Then when it came to the food, two of our orders were wrong and the food had clearly been made for a while before it was given to us. Though, the waiter was very apologetic about the whole situation and gave us a fixed order no charge. We've come to this location before but this is the first i experienced bad service like this. Hope that waiter guy is alright.

Jack was the most pleasant server I've ever seen in my 22 years of life. He consistently kept up with our drinks and provided us with the most excellent service. His engagement in conversation with us was most delightful. He has me eager to be back here. The unlimited boneless wings promotion may possibly be the most disgusting and outrageous thing to ever happen in America. Tasted delicious though. If you are in the chicagoland area, DONT waste your time with this promotion. Thank you

Hey you! Yeah you! You like spending money on food, right? Well how about spending money on food that takes forever to reach your table, is only lukewarm, AND your waiter never talks to you? How about all this on a place that's only half full during National Wing Day of all things? If you say "yes" to all of this you might be best looking at Yelp reviews for a psychiatrist instead of a restaurant, but rest assured, Buffalo Wild Wings is here for you if you want to financially self-harm! A 2.4 (as of 7/29/2024) ain't good, chief. I last ate here about two years ago, told myself "Oh wow, I don't wanna come here again," and am now leaving this review as a testament to remind myself to do never do it ever again. Despite not having a full house, it still took about... 25ish minutes for our appetizers, thin mozzarella sticks that cost almost ten bucks (ten more than they were worth), and then another 30ish minutes later came out food: a single plate of the endless wings. Although, I think "Buffalo Bites" would be a good rebranding for it. They're much smaller than the normal wings. No vegetables like celery or anything on the site, just some soggy lukewarm fries at best. Credit where it's due: my bacon chile burger was decent, but that's like putting a small bandaid on a big wound at that point. Not once did a waiter talk to us. They brought us our food and check and that was it. Even sitting there for half an hour with an empty tray, nothing. After we finished our meal, nothing. We waited about ten minutes to see if a waiter was willing to offer more wings, but after nobody came, we decided to just pay and leave. So in the end we waited about an hour for 10 Buffalo Bit- err, "wings," and left hungry and dissatisfied after paying essentially twice as much for about 10 wings. But at that point, we'd been here for well over an hour. I noticed that they were preparing takeout orders like crazy though... maybe it will be in this location's best interest to close the restaurant and become a ghost kitchen instead? Clearly the customers dinging in don't matter, so why not just focus on the only thing coming out of the kitchen consistently entirely? Maybe that was like the point. It's National Wing Day so the people inside don't' matter as much as takeout orders? Regardless, kind of weird the place wasn't even completely packed and barely capable of servicing the people inside it... 0/10. I have many regrets, ranging from "I came here wanting to treat my girlfriend to something nice" to "Wish I had taken a picture of the pathetic small fry servings so I could've posted it with my review."

Service! Went there last evening . Seated at a table instead of the requested booth. Worst service EVER! Ordered appetizer, never received eating utensils until I went a found another server as the one who took our order promptly disappeared! Runner brought out entree albeit the order was wrong! Again no server to assist us. Found another server. Correction was presented with our bill! Hostess never checked on anything lest of all our server and/or meal. Go anywhere but there unless you want bad service and food!

I am usually a fan of B-dubs, but this location is pretty bad and has been even prior to COVID. Seriously, if it were not for a few cars in the parking lot, one would think it was an abandoned B-dubs. So here is what to expect if you attempt to eat here, and this is based on my last 3 visits in 4 years (take out or eating in). In two of the three last visits, I paid for my drinks and then walked out when the food showed up cold and not very appetizing. - Looks like an abandoned building, the parking lot is in rough shape, there is clearly no landscaping, etc. - Most staff in the front and back of house are local teenagers, and clearly have not been trained. Be prepared to put in your order and not be asked if you need anything, and if you get what you ordered and it is warm, go buy a lottery ticket. In other words, the service is pretty terrible for eat in. - Even while not that busy, food/drinks takes a while and food will likely not be hot. Servers generally don't check in. Once I asked for new wings because they were served cold. I noticed one of the flats was deformed. Got new wings 5 minutes later, but the deformed wing was still there (they must have microwaved the same plate). - Wing quality is volatile but usually pretty poor. Even on half off Tuesdays, wings are tiny and wouldn't pay for them even at that price. - I always order wings extra crispy, extra wet. This might as well be latin for the folks who work there. If you have any change-up to your order, good luck with that. - Usually the bartenders are pretty good. That's the only good thing I have to say about this place. - It's expensive. Even with the specials, I don't think the value is there when you compare the quality of the food to any other restaurant. This is a great location, it's too bad that corporate neglects any review or follow ups for this store. At times when I have brought my concerns with the shift manager, it was pretty much a blow off. But, the good news is there have been plenty of other places in the area open up in the last few years to get your wing fix.

Terrible service Everytime I go there for pick up, I'm left standing at the counter while countless waiters pass by me, ignoring until I say something. Also, add this place to the list of places that are shrinking portion sizes and jacking up prices. I won't be gong back there for a very long time.

I guess this dining experience was a sign of the times (limited seating due to staffing shortage). When we arrived, the majority of the seats were empty. So, we were expecting to just walk in and be seated. Instead the host said it would be a 5-10 minute wait. They said the restaurant only had one server working all the tables and the bartender working the bar area. We could not sit down in the bar yet as they were limiting customers. Half the dining area was roped off and no one could be seated. See pics. We went on a Sunday (4/10/22) around 4:30pm, with two people. With all things considered, once we got seated, the experience was great. The bartender took our order and got drinks and food timely. Wings were delicious. We've dined here and ordered take out several times, and always good quality wings. Taking one star off due to the lack of staffing. I don't blame any of the current staff for any seating delays. Just looks like management/owners need to hire/plan better here.

It's a bad sign when on a Sunday afternoon, the place is empty. There was probably 3 (maybe 4) employees working, and our food took well over 30 minutes. I felt bad for our server, because she was the ONLY person waiting tables. More people came in, and this poor thing had to wait on everyone by herself. It wasn't her fault our food took forever. I can only imagine there was one guy in the kitchen cooking all the food. It probably isn't that guy's fault either that our food took forever. This is 100% on management. This place use to be HOPPIN' back in the day, but truthfully it's probably time to close this location.

We ordered some boneless wings and fry's! Hot and fresh, we got a few different flavors. The teriyaki flavor had strong ginger taste. I would not suggest that flavor. Also next time I order I will say easy fry salt. The fry's were loaded with salt .

I picked-up my order before the Bears game yesterday and when I got home I could not find the 30 wings I had ordered. I should not have been surprised since the white board behind the cash register listed the accuracy of orders as 47%. I then called and spoke with a disinterested young man who said "did we forget something" after I gave him my order number. We then had to go back, and got something for our trouble, but this is a very poorly run location with disinterested employees. The white board also listed a friendliness score of 59%. That is a very poor score when 41% of your customers do not find your personnel friendly.

I called to see if they were busy and the man said no. We arrive 5 minutes later and ask for a table and the man at the front says, "Go sit at the bar." I explained that he just told me they weren't busy and we'd prefer not to sit at the bar. So he said we could seat ourselves because he didn't want to find us a table. There were many open tables - he just didn't want to walk back to one with us. Ok. Whatever. Then our server shows up and whispers something - maybe her name? We couldn't hear a thing she said all night. When she took our order, I asked for the 5 piece naked tenders and pointed to them on the menu. 30 minutes later, she came out with crispy fried tenders. She mumbled something and then said it was my fault because she couldn't hear me. I reminded her that I pointed to the item on the menu when I ordered. She just shrugged and walked away. When she reappeared a few minutes later, I asked if I could get what I ordered -- the naked tenders. She said it would take 10 minutes. I said that was fine and to please put the order in for 5 piece naked tenders. 15 minutes later, they came out and were rock hard from being over cooked. The food was just gross. The service was slow and the staff is not good at communicating. They made it seem like we were inconveniencing them by being there. It was not fun. No, they didn't apologize for screwing up my order and they didn't do anything to compensate. In fact, we had to ask her to take the crispy tenders that we didn't order off the bill. We paid and left her a 20% tip and got out of there. We won't be back. It was a disappointing experience.

The lady that works the bar here is AMAZING! Sadly, she has literally 9 tables right now while no less than 4 other employees are arranging chairs in the "dining room." Literally. Arranging chairs and talking about arranging chairs. And one is vacuuming. I appreciate the service of the bar tender but what manager completely disregards the satisfaction of their customers and stress level of their employee so they can arrange chairs? I've never seen anything like it honestly.

I had ordered through doordash, waited forever for my food but that was a doordash issue. Then once it arrived, my two kid mac n cheese meals came without their fries, drinks, and without silverware. Very disappointed, would not order through take out here again.

Took them 45 minutes for some boneless wings and 20 minutes for a beer. I am blown away and confused how a simple order can take this long.

Watered down drink. Asked for replacement. Got half a drink and charged for 2 full ones. Manager shrugged when i asked for refund. Very rude. Waitress bored and eye rolling. Nasty tasting burger. 75 bucks for 10 wings a burger and a shot. Disgusting food and service.

I would say that I have ordered once in the last two weeks during the weekday and was not dissatisfied. Although I will say I was very disappointed with my latest experience. I went in to order and specifically ordered a salad stating a food allergy. I usually check my order before I leave the restaurant and did this visit but was in a rush to be home so all my items were there and left. I got home and realized the wings were not even warm. The salad was not prepared properly and had to be discarded. We work her hard for our money and it's really unfair to be treated in this manner and as a customer it sucks. I live really close to the place and am a loyal customer but service like this leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Put yourself in the customers shoes please.

I ordered a buffalo ranch sandwhich and it was good so overall the food was decent but the fries were too seasoned. I ended up going home and I was on the toilet for a solid hour, the food gave me diahrea do not eat the buffalo ranch sandwhich.

OkTERRIBLE SERVICE. We waited for someone to approach our dirty table. When the waitress finally came I asked her if she could clean the table and she did. I ordered CRISPY chicken salad with sauce on the side. My husband's wrap came out first. He asked for sauce on the side also. The sauce was not on the side. Several minutes later my salad arrived. My husband had eaten half of side wrap. My salad had grilled chicken with sauce NOT CRISPY. It took several minutes to get ONE of the servers attention NOT OUR SERVER. The 2nd server sent it back for me. I waited another serial minutes.....my husband was done eating when I finally got my salad.....still no sauce on the side. AWEFUL SERVICE!

Ordered food for pickup saying it would be done at 5:20 PM. Left my house at 5 and got there soon after. When I arrived my food was cold and had to have been done for at least a half hour, and no message or email was sent to me saying my food was done. Instead several of the workers were sitting around talking.

Ordered delivery last night from this locations. Boneless wings were hard and barely any sauce. Bag holding ranch was ripped and open at the bottom. Will be a while before I order food from them again.

The rudest server I ever encountered in my life works here. She was aggressive and had an attitude from the moment she greeted us. She made us move around and barked at us. We left because we were so uncomfortable with her. I believe her name is Brittany and I hope this establishment is aware of her behavior.

The Mount Prospect location was horrible. This location is suffering the after effects of the COVID pandemic still. Short staffed means the food takes forever to be made and by the time the meal is served, the food arrives cold. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap combo lunch meal that was supposed to be ~$8. My friend ordered 20 boneless wings and her order came out about 15 minutes ahead of mine. When my food arrived, the fries were stone cold and the server saw that my lunch companion's soft drink was empty and never offered to bring a refill. I had to walk our cups up to the bar and ask for refills there. On top of delayed, cold food, poor service, the bill arrived and my combo lunch special was billed at $11 instead of the menu listed price. We arrived at 11:30 and by the time we left, the manager was telling people walking in that there was a 15-20 minute wait because the location was short staffed even though the restaurant was 80% empty

After asking if we could seat ourselves and waiting 10 minutes in line we were told to just seat ourselves. Our server was prompt and took our order in a decent amount of time. The food expediter/runner was clearly eating something as she tried to auction off our food to the table, not knowing what we ordered. Thankfully Michael our server made up for the awful front of the house staff and food runner.

Came in with a party of 5-6, we all decided to get some drinks, and I decide to order a cocktail. The server checks my ID, says he will be right back with our drinks. We're talking amongst ourselves thinking why is this restaurant have 2 other parties at 6 PM on a Friday, but none the less, we waited. And waited. And waited. Needless to say we were waiting at least 5 minutes for drinks in a place with nobody in it. Okay, that's weird. Our server keeps looking at us in disgust and had the bartender come over again, "Can I see your ID?", "sure, here you go" this is the second time being asked for ID, and she says thank you so much and she'll be right back. Finally some service. Don't get your hopes to excited, as our server comes out with the stores presumed "manager" or "general manager". "Can I see your ID please?" Dude come on, get over yourselves, I frequent places like Clark Street Ale House who are very strict on ID's and have never been denied service, I say, is it really necessary to have 3 people check a single ID, maybe you should hire a competent bartender or get an actual device to scan the ID's to ensure they are real. Nope. He decided to take my ID, bring it to wherever and "scan it". "It didn't scan". Okay LOL, so why did you give my ID back to me? My ID is completely legitimate and I even have a screenshot of the paper it came in the mail with. Clarks scan my ID at the door every time and it works and pops up MY information, and they've shown me the scanner and how it works. This place is ridiculous and the "manager" did not even care about loosing out on the $200-$400 in business on a slow day. None of our party will ever return to this horrible establishment, and tell the manager to learn how to properly identify a fake ID before putting a incompetent mutt in charge of managing your business.

Literally just picked up my food, I was there before the time it got ready so I made sure my wings were fresh, I drove 20 minutes excited about BOGO boneless Thursdays even decided to give them a decent tip just because of the sale they were having. I came home and opened the box to DRY AND STALE WINGS. I ordered mango habanero and there was barley ANY SAUCE AT ALL ON MY WINGS! It doesn't even smell like the mango habanero I usually get. It smells like the MILD sauce. But nonetheless it was DRY af. It such a shame how I honestly picked bdubs over wingstop but this place in mount prospect made me reconsider. PS do not order here especially take out during deals because they do not care about the customers whatsoever. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I also tried calling and it gave me an automatic voicemail saying "sorry no one can take your call right now, goodbye" lol

If you're gonna hire people. Train them on simple things. Answer the phone. Realize that the biggest thing in customer service is the actual service. Or keep hiring young morons who are too busy texting and snatchchating in the corner on their phone to pick up the store's phone. Quit caring more about how many wing sauces you can come up with and maybe care more about money you could be making by the easiest steps in customer service. I'm sure the door dash guy tonight messed up and grabbed the wrong bag. That's half on him, and half on the fact that there's no one there to ask if this is so and so's order, if it's all been checked, and be on his way. What's really the worst part is some TikTok genius at the front counter area was too busy on their own phone texting or snatchchatting to make sure of this, or even answer the phone after the mistake was made. Luckily for us, we contacted another location close by, the manager (Peter) was awesome, and not only took another order from us on the arm but also was so understanding and apologetic for the situation. Him and his crew over there were so helpful and quick to fixing the situation, starting with ANSWERING THE PHONE ON THE FIRST TRY. What's worst of all of this? Somewhere there's a guy named Arturo out there right now who not only didn't get his food that was sent to us, but can't get a phone call in to ask questions and get answers. Thanks again, Peter. At least one store out there is doing a great job.

I had some friends in town and decided to stop for wings and fries, took 15 minutes to get our drinks and 35 minutes for the over cook wings and cold fries; It was after 3pm and the restaurant had 2 other tables and a few people at the bar so I got up and glance over to check the order and saw what looks like my order far at the end so I got my server attention but still took some time for us to get the food. The place lacks direction from management and basic attention from professional servers.

I've been a regular customer here since they opened the store in the Randhurst village. Always great service with a smile, and priced well. Quick service & great wings!

Numbers baby! This location is great wit knocking out orders and they're always double checked by management; There's a promo on the bottom half of your receipt for $5 off your next time visit.

My friend and I stopped in for dessert the evening of Sept. 1. We both ordered the loaded ice cream, which was described on the menu as vanilla ice cream with chocolate, caramel, cinnamon sugar and tortilla strips. What we received was plain vanilla ice cream on top of sugar-coated tortilla strips, nothing else. Moments later our server returned and realized we had no toppings. She brought back two tiny cups, one with chocolate sauce and the other with caramel, which was enough for one of us, so she had to go back and get two more cups for the second "sundae," which we concocted ourselves by pouring the sauces out of the cups. It was a weird experience, but the staff was super nice and friendly and I think our two sundaes totaled only about $6. (I guess you get what you pay for?!) It was a decent-sized dessert for the price, and I'd order it again, but I hope next time the loaded ice cream is served "loaded" already.

DO NOT COME HERE it's been the 4th time that they tell you that they don't have any other food other than wings. I always come to BWW for the house platter. If you do decide to get wings they make u pay seperate for orders of onion rings and cheese sticks which makes it more expensive than being able to get the platter. It's just annoying how we come for a good time and get told that.

Service was terrible for our 3 orders which came out piecemeal. Waitress was mediocre at best and 1 of the 3 orders (6 wings) arrived after a 40 minute wait due 'to a mixup in the kitchen' (Mgr comp'd the order)

Came for a quick lunch with the gang at work. Service was great, food came out quick and correct which, they split the checks without batting an eye! Especially with March Madness happening they were slammed and didn't miss a beat. It's times like this I wonder why we are not here more often than not.
