I didn't know serving subpar food was part of the Buffalo Wild Wings experience, but apparently, it is. I wouldn't come to this place even if you paid me. Not only are they outrageously mediocre, but the staff is completely clueless about their own menu items and promotions. This place desperately needs a manager who knows what they're doing and a staff that can follow suit.
Here's my point: The location had a promotion that clearly stated, "BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE All American Cheeseburger + Fries bundle, get one free of equal value." Naturally, I expected exactly that. But no, the staff had the audacity to tell me I misinterpreted the deal and didn't understand it.
Going into my food order, I was told that the buy one bundle get one bundle free, was buy one bundle get one burger free, after asking where my other half of said free bundle was. While I understand mistakes happen, they printed out and distributed hundreds of these advertisement specials around their area. Being comfronted with this with nothing but disrespect with a dash of superiority complex, the cashier looking at me as if I was the problem for not appreciating their sorry excuse of fries they couldn't take back OVER FRIES! A small box of fries at that.
If you're aiming for the worst dining experience of the year, congratulations, Buffalo Wild Wings. You're definitely in the running.
Until they learn how to cook a proper burger and hire staff who actually care about quality and customer service, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster of a location.
