Buffalo Wild Wings

We stopped by Buffalo wild wings to have dinner and watch some UFC fights. They had the fights going on on all TVs. However, they have the volume to zero, so we weren’t able to hear the commentators. Now to the food. It was good. However, we had extremely slow service. Everything took forever to come out, and we had also gotten all you could eat appetizers, but it was impossible to get seconds because of service was so slow.

I’ve had plenty of experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location was unfortunately the most disappointing. The service was incredibly slow—it took over 40 minutes just to receive a simple order of 10 boneless wings. Our server seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping, which only added to the frustration. When I asked if we could change the TV to a live game, I was told flat-out “no,” and instead, we were left watching reruns from last season. The atmosphere felt disorganized and chaotic, as if the staff was overwhelmed or simply not focused on customer experience. I also ordered the All You Can Eat wings, but there was a 20+ minute wait between each small round of just six wings. At times, it felt like they didn’t really want to serve us at all. The server just constantly complained about guests, orders, etc. You would have thought someone was forcing her to work there. It was downright embarrassing. Overall, this visit was far from what I’ve come to expect from BWW. I hope management can take steps to improve both the service and overall customer experience. I will not be returning.

Absolutely terrible. This is one of THE WORST Bdubs that I have been to. And I have been to several all across America. This is terrible. It is dirty. The staff are incredibly rude. We were there at a downtime and they were still extremely slow with a takeout order for two chicken sandwiches. They made us wait 50 minutes on the bench by the door after taking the order. I asked repeatedly for the order. They told me it was not ready. They lied. Only after waiting fifty minutes did they bring it out. The food was cold and nearly inedible. This is absolutely atrocious. Wendy’s or Burger King would be better by a longshot. At least the food from their, even if greasy, would be warm, and the staff would not be rude to you. Absolutely do yourself a favor and do not go to this location!

The wings at BWW are always pretty consistent, and I like mine extra crispy. Mango Habanero is my go-to flavor—perfect for anyone who can handle a little heat. The Buffalo Bacon was a pleasant surprise, delivering exactly the flavor you'd expect. Definitely a 5/5. The atmosphere here is pretty much like every other BWW I've been to. It was a bit chilly, but not uncomfortably so. However, I noticed some of the workers weren't fully committed to their jobs, spending a lot of time chatting with what seemed to be friends at one of the tables changing the overall vibe. Overall, I'd give the atmosphere a 3/5. The service was a mixed experience. The hostess didn’t make me feel particularly welcome, and the food took way too long to arrive, especially considering they weren’t very busy. However, my server, Jacob, was a highlight—attentive, friendly, and always kept my drink full, checking in regularly. Overall, I’d rate the service 3/5 overall… 5/5 for Jacob.

Coral was our waitress and she was absolutely phenomenal, she managed an entire section by herself while we dined and managed the $9.99 bottomless appetizers that each table ordered with ease!! She brought our drinks from the bar in no time and made sure we had all the side sauces and carrots that we asked for when we first placed our order (normally these are forgotten!) - any restaurant would be lucky to have her work for them, she has a drive that not many people seek anymore, we will be back to this location due to her!

We ordered the open wings and were informed that the rule is to start with 10 wings and then order 6 at a time. There was a 25-minute wait between rounds due to being understaffed, with 3 cooks off for the day. It was surprised to see 3 cooks off on a day when open wings are being served and the restaurant was not even full. Basically, scam of the year.

I received a gift card for Buffalo Wild Wings on Christmas. This past weekend I used a portion of the card while relaxing at home due to the cold weather to grab some boneless wings. These wings were excellent - warm, covered with the perfect amount of sauce and were reasonably sized. Today I decided to use the remainder of the gift card for the BOGO Thursday deal. Unfortunately, these wings were luke warm and incredibly undersized. For the same meal, I arguably received not even half of the portion size as the previous visit. Although I hope this is not the case, it is possible they serve intentionally undersized wings on BOGO deal days. A photo is below of a normal wing (Right) and undersized wings (Left). Unfortunately, most of the wings I received were undersized. Unsure if I will come back as this was extremely disappointing especially during these hard economic times.

Staff was overall annoying. The server was rushing, the seater was so hard to comprehend and the whole night crew was just rushing to kick us out. If your going to pay 35 dollars on your birthday don't come here!

It seems like this location is always short staffed. Service went fine, it just takes longer for everything, like getting seated, getting helped, getting your food, and receiving the bill. Our group liked our food. I think the potato wedges are fresher than the fries. My naked tenders were surprisingly good; they were juicy and freshly cooked. BWW does have good ranch

If you're a DoorDash driver, don't waste your time at this location. Dead on a Monday early afternoon but still will have you waiting 20+ minutes for the most basic order, and will keep lying about the wait time to just keep you waiting.

I have not been to BWWs in YEARS but living so close and hearing they had a by 10 get free 10 special on Thursdays for boneless wings we gave it a shot. It's a nice place. Clean. Lots of tvs. And our service was honestly fantastic but I just don't anticipate choosing BWWs over local places for wings. Although we realize boneless wings are basically just chicken nuggets they still were so lack luster. Hardly any sauce and so much breading that I was disappointed and unsatisfied. I mean really. Some of my wings were so dry I thought i accidentally ordered dry rub. It is nice how many sauces there are to choose from and the menu is more than just wings.

This was not a good experience. Food was cold, fries were soggy and I actually ordered tots but was not going to say anything to cause any more drama with the loud obnoxious waiter working late on Friday June 29th. He basically hollered so the entire room could hear him several times while we were there. Will not return.

After expressing concerns over my recent visit, the general manager was prompt in reaching out and making it right. I will always support a business that is customer oriented and I look forward to returning..

This sports bar has plenty of TVs; I stopped counting at 20. Each one seemed to be set to a different channel. From my seat I watched rock wall climbing championships which was a first for me. I'm sure it gets loud in here when a popular event is on, but today it was quiet. I'm not much of a meat eater and I don't like the flavor of Buffalo Sauce--gimme regular barbecue sauce please-- but since their menu was online, I knew I could find something I liked here. Southwest black bean burgers! This burger was packed with flavor starting with the challah bun. Add BLACK BEAN PATTY, CHEDDAR CHEESE, HOUSE-MADE GUACAMOLE, ICEBERG LETTUCE, TOMATO, ONION, PICKLES, and SOUTHWESTERN RANCH to make this a win! Sometimes vegan burgers can be dry, but this one wasn't. It came with fries but I substituted celery and carrots for a healthier choice. Bookguy was really pleased with his house sampler appetizer for an entree. Generously portioned, I even got a few nibbles and thought it was very tasty too. The sampler consisted of: ULTIMATE NACHOS WITH CHICKEN, BEER-BATTERED ONION RINGS, MOZZARELLA STICKS, BONELESS WINGS with CHOICE OF SAUCE OR DRY SEASONING, SALSA, SOUTHWESTERN RANCH, MARINARA, and CHOICE OF BLEU CHEESE OR RANCH DRESSING. The wings had Parmesan sauce, his favorite. He really enjoyed the variety this provided. There is a full bar at the back and more TVs. The service was great. I had a Goose Island beer of some kind, which was just okay, but there's plenty of drink options for another visit. I think it's the perfect place to gather with friends to watch the big game!

We've really been disappointed with BWW over the last few years. I'm sure it has to do with understaffing as a lot of restaurants struggle with that but it really seems that those who are here don't really care much. The food is decent but service has become all but unbearable. We tried going out to the Maple location a few times but it's very hit and miss there as well. I will say that they have a great app and it's easy to rack up the points for free food items. It's unfortunate because it lends itself to a good spot for watching sports but it's to the point that the negatives have outweighed any positives for us. It would take some serious convincing to get us back again.

Stood at the counter waiting to be seated for 20 minutes . Only saw two people working and the place was about empty. Never got seated so we left.

Went to a barely 1/2 full restaurant and asked if we actually wanted to wait for a table...10mins later, the same waiter came to bring my group of 3 to the bar. I asked if we could wait longer to be able to sit at a table & he said that was not an option. We left.

I came in and got seated right away but orders werent taken for another 15 mins. Waited 30 mins for my food and i ordered wings and fries and only got the wings. When i got my check there were fries on the check and told the waiter to take them off since i never received them anyway. Waiter then said "oh, they are probably still in the window". like huhhhhhh then why didnt you bring me them?!?!?! Will never eat here again. And it wasnt even busy either.

Literally have never written a review in my life... but this pissed me off lol. Called in a togo order on the way to work at about 430pm, the guy who answered the phone said about 15 minutes. I get there at 450.. (20 Min later), food was still not ready.. which i did not have an issue with only 5 minutes.. but fast forward.. finally got my food at 515pm, 30 minutes past my 15 min ready time.. get to work to start my 530 pm shift, and these dudes gave me 9 wings instead of 10. apparently counting to 10 is hard now too.. I probably woulnt have written this review, but I have not had my caffeine yet, and am salty. The shorter dude with a buzzcut was attentive though. **also worth noting, the restaurant was maybe 20% full, so being busy was no excuse**

I sont know whats with all the bad reviews on this place!!!! They can take a little while to bring out the food when they are jam packed but thats understandable!!! They make it so good and tasty it makes me come back multiple times! I dropped my burger on the way out one night right as the kitchen was closing and they offered to re make it for me for free now thats amazing service!

I've loved coming to Buffalo Wild WIngs for years. For my 13th birthday, some mentors and my best friends drove from Blair to Omaha to watch a UFC fight. I hadn't eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings before and I hadn't watch UFC before either. The food was incredible, and the fight was too. For years, we've stopped into Buffalo Wild Wings to watch fights and it's always been some pretty good times. So, I know some nostalgic is mixed into my reviews of this place! The food is definitely decent. Compared to most sit down places, it's probably on the cheaper end. Tuesday and Thursdays, the prices of Wings becomes significantly cheaper with either buy one get one free or 65 cent boneless wings. If you like their wings, I don't get why you would go on other days. With all of that being said, the service is pretty terrible, especially at this location. If you grab to-go orders, the attendant might be missing for minutes a time. Unless if you snag their lunch deals, you may wait a long time to be seated, or items may be missing from your table. There seems to be some good servers here, but as I've lived in Omaha for five years, I think it's definitely hit and miss. If you're coming here to watch a game, and you're okay waiting a while for food.. maybe this is a good spot for you. If you're looking for a great dining experience, taking out a fancy date... nah, that's not what the chain is and that's not what this place is trying to be. Come for cheaper food and a chill environment.

terrible service, asked for a ranch and had to go to the kitchen opening to get one, we all asked for another water and waited 30 minutes no water in that time span.

I think our waiter was high and had social anxiety. Could not do basic waiter services. Food took over 40 minutes to get and they gave us all boneless when we ordered traditional wings. Burger we ordered was wrong. Waiter showed us that he put in the order correctly, but did not think it was his job to fix the order. Bathrooms are dirty, floors are greasy. I'm surprised I didn't get sick. Really about the worse experience in years. I will never go back, and tell everyone I can what a crap hole this place is. I felt really bad...I still tipped 20%, because I felt so sorry for the people who work there.

I wish I had read these reviews before putting in my online order because they're very accurate. I ordered online and was given a pickup time. I arrived on time and gave my name. About 10 min later they asked my name again. About 10 min after that someone else came out and asked my name. After having been there 30 minutes I asked what was happening and was informed my ticket had been lost and they were going to have it done in 5 minutes. They gave me the order and I checked the bag and it was missing an appetizer but at that point I couldn't wait any longer and left. I had pre added a tip for the carry out and lost money on the missing item. Not once did anyone offer anything to help make the situation right. I can confidently say that I will never return to this location.

Really enjoyed my experience here! Buy a set of wings and get one free for a Thursday night deal brought me and some buddies. The environment was well-spaced and I felt comfortable in how well-kept the place was. I never felt worried about being sick or being an environment warranting unhealthy precautions to get their customers sick. Blazing wings here hit me different than other places. I definitely had a gallon of milk right after, but overall I really enjoyed my experience here! The service was timely and courteous!

Came here for a work lunch with a few coworkers! I've been a Buffalo Wild Wings fan for awhile but more so for the specials than the food itself. This lunch special was only $7.99! Really can't beat that unless you're headed to a fast food spot. While the breading on the wings isn't usually my favorite, inside the wrap it added a good amount of crunch! I'll be back!

Awkward experience. We eventually gave up after an hour of wrong orders, staggered orders, orders flat out never coming out. No one had a clue what was going on from front to back the waiters didn't know what they were doing not one table had food and the waiters were handing people random food that they didn't pay for and the waiters would just storm off when they tried to tell them it wasn't there's my food never came out because I'm pretty sure they gave my food to some teens that didn't want it. at the end we payed for two meals one we didn't get and random food we were given will never come back!

Pass it up, pass it up, pass it up. Flavorless, over fried, little meat wings. They must just take naked wings from the freezer, thaw them, throw them in grease and then toss in the seasoning of your choice. Once you get past the coating on the chicken, you will just turn your attention to the celery, it has more flavor. NOPE!

Customer service is awful here. Our waitress was awesome but the kitchen and counter staff was very unprofessional and inattentive. Food was fair. We will not be back

Tonight my son and I were seated immediately but waited fifteen minutes and nobody came to even drop off water or take our drink order so we left. I'm hoping they can improve their service as their food is really good.

Went here the other day for lunch with a friend, or so we thought. Stood at the enterance for at least 5-10 minutes while watching employees walk around and not help us. There was a sign that said wait to be seated, so we didn't want to seat ourselves. Finally, I walked up to the carry out stand, where employees were talking, laughing, and not paying attention to customers. A girl looked at me and it took 2 tries for her to respond to me. I asked her how we could get seated, since there wasn't anyone at the front, so she hat us in a booth by the bar. The guy that was supposed to be our waiter kept walking past us and not even saying anything. I get it, places are busy and short staffed, but I would've appreciated a "be with you in a minute" or something. By the time he came to our table with menus, we were getting up to leave. I told him that we had been waiting a while and we will just find somewhere else to go. With an attitude, he said "no you weren't" and laughed at us. Absolutely rude and will not try this location again.

As far as safety and spacing goes, BWW is doing well. Tables are spaced out and waiters wear masks. Service is not doing well. It took until 45 minutes after sitting down to get waited on. And then another 20-30 minutes to order food and get another drink. We had to ask for our drinks a second time after waiting 15 or so minutes without being able to flag down wait staff. When we asked for water, the waiter passive-aggressively walked away claiming they will "Get a TON of water." After another 20-30 minutes, we had to work to get the attention of another waiter for our tab. Since getting our ticket, it took over 30 minutes before anyone came anywhere near us to take our payment. We had to go to the To-Go window to try and pay. 3 hours on a Saturday night for poor service.

I always liked BWW - this time I tried the boneless wings as they had a special that day (I never get boneless), and I wasn't that impressed. Maybe I'm just used to the normal "bone-in" wings, but I don't think their was enough sauce/the flavor stuck to the boneless wings. Based on prior experiences, normal bone-in wings would be the way to go.

Got there and place was basically empty... went to watch game since my streaming was down. When seated specifically asked for my game on one of the 20+ TVs... ordered got 10 min in and they put on a diff team.. one that was already playing on 7-8 other screens already.. asked for my game back and got an attitude.. so cancelled my order and paid for app and drinks and left... on way out someone else was also apparently done with them... will never go back to this location again no wonder the staff outnumbered the customers even on a Goodman Sunday

This location sucks! 10p, me and 3 other tables with a manager and 3 servers working. It took 90 minutes to order a burger and eat. Another 10 just to check out. Stay far away

We go to this Buffalo Wild Wings with a trivia group. about once a month. B Dubs as we call it (why I have no idea) Is a pretty fun chain. Happy Hour is great deal for a bunch of different appetizers and some draft specials. there are also wing special's on tuesdays night. The service is usually spot on and good. Always new faces and plenty of people and help. The food is solid in the aspect of the price for what you get. Frozen with nothing fresh pub grub. and for the price at happy hour is pretty appealing. There is always a police officer at the front that to be honest makes me wonder about the reasoning behind it?. Wonder what happened

Still haven't got my food and I've been waiting for an hour and 10 minutes. The waiter told us there was only one chef when we can literally see the kitchen and see that there are three chefs. She might be seeing one chef because she looks like she's on fucking crack. If my food is cold I'm going to kill myself. Update- She came out with the food and just didn't have my order. She also messed up another one of my friends orders. I will be praying every night that this lady gets fired and the three chefs learn how to make a chicken wing in less than a year and a half.

Ordered a meal for pickup, and they forgot to include the vegetables and ranch in my order that I paid for. The fries were cold and some of the wings barely had any sauce on them. I recommend going to the location in council bluffs instead.

It's super run down. Got our food before our drinks. Awful service, server had no clue. Will never go back. I'd very strongly advise anyone reading this to reconsider.

Cannot make hot wings!!! We've gone several times and begged for the wings to be served hot. They are always barely warm. No matter how often we ask when we order they still come out cold. Got tired of having to send them back every.. single.. time!Manager got rude about it the last time and we'll never go back.

Go to any other Buffalo Wild Wings. They forgot half my online order and wanted me to come back to get it instead of refunding me.

We have been loyal customers for Buffalo wild wings for 16 years. The time frame is based on our oldest grandson. He is 15 and our daughter-in-law was pregnant with him when we started coming after church. This afternoon after volunteering up at the elementary school I went to pick up my order I had called in. When I get home and looked at my receipt if there was a pickup fee of $0.99. There is no way you guys should be charging that. I called the corporate offices and they said it was due to inflation. Okay so you're telling me that your customers have no trouble with inflation? Yet you still jab them for more money you charge them to come pick up their food! And then you want a tip on top of that! Don't anybody order takeout from Buffalo wild wings

I've ordered from the location several times by their official website. I've never had problems before. This time, half of my wings weren't placed in the bag and delivered. It's fine, that stuff sort of happens. However, having it delivered turned a $30-33 meal to a little over $50. Im happy to pay that $50 for the convenience I call the location to inform what happened and he confirms they were not even given to the driver. It wasn't the drivers fault. I let him know I'll come pick them up and I expect a refund of some value that equals the entire delivery portion since I'm now coming to get the rest of my meal and using my time and gas to do so. He says okay, his name is Quantavius. I get there and he says I get $12 off. Absolutely NOT. That's it, $12?! Not even half the order?! He's so damn high, he is talking so slow, is barely walking, just baby steps to get the wings, doesn't bag them, nothing, just tries to hand them to me then drops them on the counter, they simply just fall out of his hand. That's how high this manager is. I ask for proof of my refund, he tells me he can't give me proof because they don't do refunds until another time. WHAT?!?!?!?

This place sucks. Terrible service, wings tasted like an ass that hasn't been wiped in 5 years. Took about 10 minutes to get menus, they forgot our silverware, took about 30 minutes just to check out after we ate. Don't come here.

This place sucks. Management was rude to customers (experienced) and staff (witnessed). Many of our Sundays in Minnesota and Missouri have led us to BWWs as this franchise invests in NFL Sunday ticket. We typically spend a bit of money and time there weekly. Not anymore. Since we moved to Omaha and found this BWW outpost, I'm very turned off. When I made a simple request that I didn't know was a problem (standard at other BWWs), management approached me at the table and schooled me about their "bottom line" and food costs. Those things usually aren't a problem if you have return customers and 30%+ tips. I'm sure they don't. We left at halftime to go elsewhere. I don't like the fact that my negative review may hurt the local person cooking in the back of the house, doing a great job. I'm also sorry for the local server just trying to make minimum wage, with no tables to serve, trying to obey the boss who makes her rearrange all of the tables in the dining room while he stands and watches. So many other options for patrons and employees to go in Omaha.

I've been waiting for an hour now. I see my food is ready but it's sitting there. I feel it getting cold from here. The waitress said there was only 1 chef in the kitchen and that's why it's taking a while. Consequently my friends have been monitoring the kitchen and we see there are actually 3 chefs.

I think the low ratings are from people who don't take this for what it is; a chain making bar food. Yes it's greasy , yes everything is fried but isn't that what you want when you're drinking and watching a game? I go maybe once a year and when i do i get the dry rubbed chipotle topping . It's got a smoky heat that I love. It comes with veggies to cut through the richness of the wings. This visit was my first time getting onion rings and they are fire ! They use a beer batter topping and it's served with an awesome sauce!! Service is quick and you can order online.

This restaurant is so slow. They take forever on orders to go. Plan on waiting an hour every time.

They have the great french fries and pink lemonade.. the place is a bit noisy there's also a little Gane to play while waiting..

Buffalo Wings is a national powerhouse sports bar. I have been coming to this particular BWW since 2002, and though there have been some highs and lows I can confidently assert that the current management and kitchen is serving a high quality product with consistently solid service. I typically stick to the wings. With 12 award winning sauces, there is something for everyone. One cannot go wrong with spicy garlic. If your a sauce lover, be sure to order the wings "extra wet" to ensure copious sauce will decorate your hefty chicken wings. Cool ranch accompanies any wing order. The onion rings are so-so, nothing special. But, salt and vinegar potato wedges are the perfect balance to a fiery inferno of spicy wings. Another app worth trying is the spicy queso dip. I have witnessed others order the chicken wraps and observed their approval, however I have never strayed from a trusted order of wings. There is a captain who controls The tvs: this individual is typically good with technology, so find him or her to get the game you want on tV. As a frequenter Of the establishment I contend that turnover among waiters is high, but the core group of managers is strong and thus the service is generally good. The takeout service is fluid and The quality of the food doesn't suffer. The clerk typically opens all containers to ensure no errors occurred. I will note that there does seem to be confusion about the role Of the hostess at BwW. As a person who typically sits in the bar area, it is not too much of an issue for me. However, I have observed larger groups struggle with the seating process in the main dining area. Price: a few large beers , a full order of wigs and wedges will run you about thirty bucks wth tip- so it's not the cheapest option. But well worth it in my opinion. Tuesday's are cheaper bone in wings and Thursday's are cheaper boneless. Overall, I recommend this BWW location to anyone looking for a friendly sports bar with good service and great food. If your looking for a craft beer escape and farm to table freshness, BWW is probably not for you. But if you want a place unwind, Enjoy steaming hot wings and an down ice cold domestic draft while watching the game- You've found your spot.

This location is pretty hit or miss. Some nights its great, other times its terribad. The last time I came here, I ordered a medium sized boneless basket, and my wife ordered the buffalo wrap, with grilled tenders and blue cheese. It took about an hour for our food to come out, and when it did come out it was obvious it had been made wrong at least once, and rather than remaking it, they scraped the breading off, and added blue cheese on top of the ranch. The time before that our wings came out in about 15 minutes and were okay. The time before that, 45 minutes and they weren't that great. I realize its just a B-Dubs, and I Really shouldn't expect greatness, but I figure consistency isn't too much to ask, is it?

Their customer service is terrible and I have no idea how they think that this is a passable way to sell food. They also didn't include any ranch when I requested two for the wings and paid for two extra.....

Never eating at one of these shitholes again. Wasted a whole hour and a half and never got my food. Canceled my order and won't be returning. Horrible experience

My wife and I went to BWW off of South 144th St Omaha today (9/10/2022) This place was down right HORRIBLE!!! There may have been 4 couples they eating. It took over 45 minutes for our food to come. My wife ordered the Ultimate Nachos, the chips were old and stale, don't even count on anything being on the chips, it was downright disgusting. I ordered just the 10 piece boneless, it came dry, with hardly any sauce on them, the wedges were overcooked, and I may have received maybe 10 wedges and extremely small. Lets not forget that I had to ask the manager to bring our food to us because the waiter was no where to be found. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Hey! BWW you better get your act together or you will be gone!!!
