The food is always good, no issues there. However, the service could be improved — things like bringing silverware, extra plates, or napkins shouldn’t be difficult. The restaurant could also use more attention to cleaning. Overall, tasty food but service and cleanliness need work

Don’t waste your time or money here. I took my little brother here for his 16th birthday. The hostess told us to sit anywhere. My brother really wanted to sit in the booth but it was dirty so I tried wiping it off for him, and the server Paige yelled at us and was rude and treated us like we were stupid. Then we had to sit someplace else and waited for our food for almost an hour and kept getting ignored. Paige went and loudly and obviously complained about us to the other employees, which was unprofessional and rude. People who sat down 15-20 minutes after us got their food, but we were given nothing. I had to ask another employee Maximo for help to get even the first half of our order almost an hour after. We were the only Asian customers there, and we kept getting ignored while all the other White customers around us were getting served and receiving their food, which was suspicious. Absolutely terrible service and experience, and it ruined my little brother’s birthday. Never coming back to this location ever again.

Our baseball family recently went there while we were in town for a tournament. Many places could not accommodate our large group of 25-30 people. So many places are even rude when it comes to wanting to deal with such a large group . This location was super accommodating and welcoming . Our waiter Conner was able to quickly take 10 families orders. Keep it all straight and our food came out super quick. We were so glad we decided on Buffalo Wild Wings. Great experience!

The afternoon manager,I believe her name was Alyssa, was amazing! I had a difficult situation with a gift card and she was extremely patient and helped me figure it all out. The food was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the desserts were awesome! I highly recommend this location.

The hostess did an awesome job. We were seated, but ignored by the waitresses. Several other tables were seated after and next to us while the waitress helping the other customers promised us someone else was coming. She apparently didn’t think it was worth her time to ask us what we’d like to drink. Ended up just walking out.

Quite literally the worst BWW I have ever been to. Took over an hour to get the appetizer nachos, came with almost nothing on it… had drinks left empty for over 30 minutes… food piling up in the kitchen no one running it. Worst experience. Tins of employees working as well

Disappointed to say the least. We got here and waited until someone told us we were allowed to seat ourselves. We sat down only to realize the table to sticky and the other tables were as well. We waited for 15 minutes and no one came to take our order. It was not busy whatsoever and there were 2 waitresses who passed us and didn’t say a word or even update us. One girl was on her phone at the register. Was planning on throwing my 21st birthday here with a party of 20 but after today, will definitely be going somewhere else

Was there for 2 hours and didn't get are food we ordered. She said several times she was going to check on the food. Everyone around us including people that came in after us received their wings. We also ordered our wings when we ordered our drinks. I finally asked her about why we didn't get it and she again said she would check. She said it didn't get put in. We asked to cancel our order. She also didn't refill our drinks. She got the manager then. They had excuses as to why we didn't receive our wings. Server had a attitude and threw the check on the table without saying anything and walked away. Have a lot of questions and how or what she was thinking. She also was very friendly with the table behind us.

This location has been our go-to since we moved over to KS from MO. We never really have bad experience here. All the servers are friendly. And the food came out quick and fresh. We usually come on Tuesdays for their BOGO wings. The wings are a bit smaller than normal, but still very tasty. Just want to give a shoutout to Brooke for being our server tonight. Also to Bryce, the manager, who took care of our issue in a timely manner and politely.

We've consistently gotten bad service at th OP location. Servers never want to bring silverware or napkins. Then when sharable appetizers are ordered they dont bring plates. The last time we went the house sampler appetizer had hardly anything on it. Service needs to improve and food can't go downhill because that's all you've got going for you right now.

The food is your typical Buffalo Wild Wings food, but this place has some of the best service around. Jason and Andrew are fantastic at the bar and always take care of me.

I liked the spacious, nice and clean dining area with a mix of classic rock and contemporary background music, many TVs tuned to various sporting events and a bar with 30 beers on tap. My chicken street tacos with choice of side ($10.49) were served 12 minutes after I ordered at the bar, where the service was friendly and attentive. The chicken tacos were okay, but not piled as high with meat as at the BWW location near 135th & Metcalf. I also noticed a variety of $10 M-F lunch specials. Overall, pretty good.

They have gotten rid of the host position. Which means if you have a to go order the staff doesn't care at all!! There were many of times they walked right passed me without asking if I needed anything. There were too busy being load in the back (enough they could be heard throughout the restaurant) and on their phones. I finally had to stop an employee to get my food which was supposed to be ready over 15 later than quoted. 1/2 the restaurant was empty!! To top it off I got home and found I had the completely wrong order. It wasn't even close.

Service was a little slow but given that it was his first week on the job I think that will slide a little bit. The chips and guacamole are what I ordered and it was just OK there's a lot of Guacamolé but. And ships were extremely hot at first but cooled off. The place was packed as they were holding the divisional playoff and a UFC fight night. There were tons of people on the fun but the service suffered because of it I think a little bit. Crazy atmosphere....

No host stand only a sign that says "Seat yourself at a CLEAN table" which is fine, however all tables were dirty and piled up. The floor was covered in food and trash. We understand being short staffed and/or busy but how can you expect to make any money when you don't have tables available and aren't friendly to guests?

We got here at 5:00 it is currently 6:00and the place isn't even packed if they ask for a tip I'm throwing a temper tantrum

I'm pretty perplexed. Why does Bdubs have such a low Yelp score maybe the service is subpar when you sit down but, speaking from to go experience only this location excels. Last night, I stopped in on my way home from a workout class out at Town Center and didn't even take the time to call ahead. My wings were ready to take home in less than 15 minutes! And I was hungry, so that was a plus. The only minus is they were out of one of the sauces I tried to order the Hot Barbeque that said it was back for a limited time but that wasn't marked on the menu that they were sold out. But, it was an easy fix, and I promptly just chose another wing flavor. I like the style of Buffalo Wild Wings boneless wings. Call me a non purist, but I like the crunchy breading that bdubs uses, and the sugary thick sauces are the best for a cheat meal. In less than 20 minutes from start to finish, I was well on my way home to enjoy my boneless bites of happiness...oh well who am I kidding? I definitely snuck some in the car! My new favorite sauce has got to be Jammin Jalapeño, it's fruity and sweet but has a small kick to make it interesting, try it next time!

Good deal with buy one get one free traditional wings on Tuesday but the wing sizes are very inconsistent. I had some that were gigantic pieces and some very small flats. The wings were all heavily covered in sauce so they certainly didn't skimp in that regard. Overall, it was a mediocre experience. Maybe their other menu items will knock your socks off.

Place was decent. Closes at 1am I get there at 11:30 order by 11:45. Endless wings. Start me with 10, okay I ask for six more which is all they allow. Server that did a great job comes back and says cooks are closing kitchen. At 12... they close at 1am. So the cooks are lazy as can be. Paid $20 for endless wings didn't get more than 20

Their Asian Zing sauce if my favorite sauce I've ever found -- that being said ordering to go at this location sucks. 4x in a row I've ordered my food, shown up at the time it said it would be ready, and still have to wait 10-20 minutes after that to actually get my order. The desk staff obviously knows it's an issue because they stay away from the counter unless they're brining food out to others waiting. There are always 2-4 people waiting along with me to receive their to go orders as well. This happens whether it's busy or slow so maybe find away to adjust the time it says the order will be ready to better accommodate the actual time it takes to make the food?

Great service and allowed my team to come in late at night as a bigger group and were so sweet to the kids as well.

Server Mason was great. Management was MIA and the bartender was a narcissist with a control complex. Good luck watching and listening to a championship game the bartender has no interest in. She has her regulars...

I haven't written a review in so long but this place is so BAD! A complete waste of money. This is so poorly run I can't even understand who is running this place.. I am thinking nobody! Cold burnt food, long waits when it wasn't even busy took forever to even get a drink It was literally like taking 200 dollars and throwing it out the window! Bad on every single level imaginable from start to finish! Go elsewhere!

You have customers seating themselves which leaves your waitresses running around like crazy doing the best they can. This also can have customers not waited on in a timely manner such as me and my family. Cierra is super nice and professional but doing her very best waiting tables, bussing tables, and taking care of DoorDash orders. We saw orders either being returned to the kitchen or just sitting on trays in the kitchen getting cold. Customers are literally walking out. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings!

Didn't even get to the food part. Sat there for 20 minutes without a single person coming up to us or even getting us waters. It wasn't even busy. There were so many open tables. Last time we came to this one we got hair in our food too. As a former server myself, STAY AWAY!!

The food and initial hospitality were great! The bartender was rude and standoffish. We arrived at the bar 2 hours before close. The bartender had to be flagged down multiple times (at an almost empty bar). We were constantly ignored for the regular customer that he knew at the end of the bar. I have been a frequent customer of BBW over the years and the location on Metcalf gave me such a bad experience I'm not sure when or if I will go back to another BBW.

While I'm fan of their wings, I decided to try other items on their menu this time around. They have really upped their game by changing how their menu looks. I was very impressed with the food presentation. Everything we ordered was super delicious too! The wings (we always order extra wet) were great as usual. The buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was fantastic! It came with fries and I enjoyed it very much! It was tangy, well arranged with lettuce, cheese and pickles and very tasty. The chicken quesadilla served with sour cream was amazing as well. It was crisp and generously loaded with chicken and veggies. The service was very slow but the food made up for it. I can easily say that their buffalo ranch chicken sandwich is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in a very long time and I definitely recommend BWW for a sporty dinner date.

I wish could give a 1/2 star. I had placed an order to be door dashed. Upon getting it I immediately found that the order was missing one of two burgers. The burger I did receive (can I upload pictures?) was supposed to be a double burger with bacon. I can't say what arrived was bacon, but moreso the charred and entirely blackened remains of what should have been amazing. Then, After picking off the surface slices of bacon(?) there were two more pieces stuck to the burger through the cheese....and that's also when I noticed that both burger patties were also....blackened. Well done specifically. (Like burnt/blackened toast that you cant scrape off the burnt bit to salvage something of it... there's no way I could salvage and enjoy this $12 burger). How could one murder bacon?? What cook in the kitchen thought..."yea! now there...there's a burger!" and places charred bacon on overly well done burger within a bun, and then puts it in cardboard box to be sent off with door dash. I seriously wish I could provide pictures.... i can't make this up.

I am usually a fan of BWW but not this one!! It took about 10 minutes after sitting down for someone to take solely my drink order. My friend and I ordered our appetizer and entree. It seems as if everything was disorderly there. Both the cooks and the wait staff had issues tonight. We simply waited 30 minutes just for our nachos appetizer because the waiter had given us someone else's nacho appetizer which was different than the one we ordered. And when the waiter did bring out our correct appetizer, he also brought out our actual food. I usually have a lot of patience but my patience did run thin tonight. Once we were done eating and asked for the check, it took another 20 minutes or so for it to be brought out to us. I have always been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but please stay away from this location!

I've come here a few times over the years but this is the first time I had a great server that actually smiled and was friendly! I have to say I usually don't go to Buffalo wild wings because I think it is pricey for what you get but this time we went on Thursday which is buy one get one boneless wings and we got there early enough that several appetizers were also on special. Not the healthiest meal but the Caribbean jerk and garlic Parmesan wings were excellent. I enjoyed the pretzel pillows that had everything seasoning on them and came with queso as well as a honey mustard sauce. Husband got traditional mozzarella sticks with marinara. Great for satisfying the urge for wings. I also noticed that happy hour was ending soon but at 9 pm s ooo me items went on special again. If you really want to save money, you can get gift cards and they are running a promotion through the month of November where for every $25 you spend, you get five dollars free! What a deal! Do plan ahead because you are not supposed to use the gift cards on the visit of purchase.

We went here because my friends and I were having a wing craving and what better place than Buffalo Wild Wings! The server was phenomenal. Greeted us promptly, made sure drinks were full, and food was out pretty quick! When it came to the food, their wings were dry on the inside. Which wasn't how I originally remember them being. I'm not sure if I had a bad batch or what, but maybe it was just the shipment they had that day. I'm obsessed with their Asian zing sauce and highly recommend! We were so hungry that I didn't get a chance to take photos, but they do offer an extensive menu as well as sauces. I personally think there are better restaurants in the area with wings, but not a bad spot if you want to get your fix in!

My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings turned negative I have visited first time along with my friends food was good and i liked the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant the only bad thing is I have ordered 20 boneless wings got 20 and me aling with my friends ate that so we were shocked when we saw the bill as we are being overcharged for 30 boneless wings instead of the 20 we ordered. Despite requesting a check of security footage, the staff declined, and the manager sided with them. Whoever planning to visit first time be caution to avoid similar overcharges just like me and my friends. Just check the flier on the plate which you will be served we didn't know this as we are visiting first time.

Everything about this experience was slow and sub-par. It's clear they are understaffed and poorly managed with dirty floors throughout. We had 6 people in our group and there were only 1 or 2 dirty tables that could fit all of us. We sat and asked for the sticky table to be wiped down. We ordered drinks and it took about 10 minutes for the waiter to determine if he could sell a bottle of wine. He eventually came back with a dusty bottle he cleaned off tableside, and charged us $16; quite the value! Longer than the it took to dust off the bottle of wine was my colleagues Corona, which we had to remind the server was ordered 10 minutes ago. We ordered food. Both orders of mac n cheese were cold. The server said this took longer than expected because one of the mac n cheese had chicken on top. Being a chicken wing place, you'd think they'd have a good chicken game plan... the hatch green chili burger was fine; just a burger with chilis on top. Fries were cold. after receiving our food we had to ask for napkins, and forks, and a few knives. we literally had to ask for everything single need, and some items we had to ask for twice.

If I can rate it 0 I would. DO NOT COME HERE! First, the wait was very long. My boyfriend and I had to waited 30 minutes for our food to come only when our server said that there was a mistake and they were going to have to make our food again. We were starving. it was horrible. The manager is so rude !! he told us to go sit back down. Fire him now. NOW!! And all that , we only got a 2 dollar discount. This is unacceptable. Needs to be fix now. Never have I gone to a restaurant so horridness. All we wanted to do was to enjoy our meal but that stuck up manager and server didn't let us.

Going down hill in a hurry. Last 3 times I have been here it has been understaffed. Now.... Limited menu too! During the 1St Chiefs Game!!!!........Only 1 cook showed up..... no burgers....no wraps..... nothing but what's out of the fryer. Pay your people a fair wage and invite some talent. This was my first visit to this location, an as we walked in a sign read.. for guests to seat themselves. We sat at 4 tables before we found a fairly clean one. , most of them hadn't been cleaned. We waited 20 minutes and still hadn't been greeted by a server, I asked a random waitress for menus and more time passed before our actual server came surprised we had menus and we were ready to order food. We just decided to order it to go. The food was very good! It would of been nice to enjoy it at your restaurant with my family.

Sometimes when you want to get some wings, this is usually the spot get it especially on wing Tuesdays. I was greeted and had to wait to be seated since they said they had the clean the table. Waited 10 mins, and finally got called to get a table. The original table that was meant for me was still dirty and next 4 tables surrounded too. Found the 5th table to be clean. Waiter was attentive and nice, she took my order and my food came out 15 mins later. The food was good. Just the service can be improve.

No, patio this place is the oldest of buffalo wild wings, but the bartender are nice but I sit at the bar too, Right now they have tall bud light for only $3.30 with tax not bad,it's easy to get to and in the same area that walmart neighborhood store is, haven't try the cooking yet , I'm cheap and enjoy watching some sports, the day bartender Alessia ls big on dogs and is one of my favorite

My order was supposed to be ready by 5:50 and I got there about 5 minutes late thinking it would be ready by then but I had to wait another 15 minutes which is fine bc it's chiefs opening day I get it but they messed up every single item in the order and about 5 other peoples orders that I noticed. Once they gave my fixed order back there were still items incorrect. I get it being opening chiefs game but that's ridiculous.

Crazy night on Thursday due to game night. Long wait for order, cold fries on delivery, online special was unclear re: but one get one free (all because I wanted to order fries too). Hopefully my next order will improve. I'll update the review if their service improves. Finger crossed!

This is the worst experience i've had at a buffalo wild wings. Very poor service. Servers won't even come take your food/drink order (you have to do it online). These people expect a 20% tip? Not going to happen.

This had to be the worst experience I've ever had a Buffalo Wild Wings. I sat there for over 25 minutes and yes I actually counted the time and not one server or one person said hi to me or even asked me if I needed a drink or anything. After 25 minutes of sitting there I finally got up and ask for a manager and all they had to say was I'm sorry we're really short staffed. That was unacceptable to me because I told him since the moment I walked in no one has even said hi to me not even the person at the front door because GuessWhat there was no one at the front door. If you come here I'll do expect your food to be very cold I don't know personally because I didn't get anything to eat I ended up leaving but while I was waiting for the manager for about three minutes I saw food sitting up there getting food waiting to be taken down and not a single person took it out of the customer.

You can't even get them to answer the phone. They should lose their franchising license, that or fire the whole crew starting with management and rebuild their staff

Everything is scan the QR code and place the order yourself instead of having servers. Food was slow, drinks didn't come out first like they should. Ridiculous.

This place is straight up nasty. Literally half of the tables in the place needed to be bussed and it was not busy. There were maybe 10 customers and what looked like nobody actually working there. No hostess for the 5 minutes we waited. Nobody behind the counter. The one employee we did see was just screwing around with her boyfriend. With most of the tables dirty and nobody around we decided to leave. I've had their food before and it was good, but I'll never step foot in there again.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Called to try to place a pick up order and got hung up on and on top of that I end up making a online order through the app and it says my order will be done around 5:20pm got there 13 mins late and still have to wait 40 mins for My order and plus wait in a long line and come to figure paid 40 bucks for two wing bundles and forgot one order of fries and the chicken wings are dry hardly no sauce on them!!! Won't be coming back

It was self seating at the time we went too. We waiting for a little bit which is fine, the food was also okay. The only compliant I have is the way the servers talk to other coworkers. You don't do it in-front if customers. There was a girl who talked beyond rudely to the elderly guy picking dishes up. There's a time and place and that wasn't it

You guys are tanking hard! Not just here but on a global scale! Wings over cooked all the time like dried up twigs. Most of the staff standing around or moving like a snail. portion for the price well that is a massive pain point as to why the entire company is going down. Ohh and the carpet walls tables are dirty all the time. Seriously just close it. You get a 2 just for being better in years past.

The wings weren't as great as other locations. The cole slaw was not good. Service was slow, inattentive, and subpar overall.

The last 3 times we have ordered pick up or delivery from this restaurant they have forgotten to include part of our order. There is always something missing. Tonight I waited 7 minutes on hold for a manager and gave up. Decided to leave a yelp review instead. Also, tonight is Tues BOGO wings only if you dine in but if you order pick up, then it is buy one get one 50% off. So if you have to pay more for pick up, you expect your wing order to at least be correct. Plus online when you order the cake dessert it shows a pic of cake with ice cream and chocolate sauce on cake. The restaurant says that the cake doesn't come with those items. Btw the online order takes you all the way to pay for order then tells you that you need to call the restaurant to order. Do better BWW.

Look, the waitresses are always nice and friendly and constantly apologizing for the lack of staff and terrible management. Every time I come here they're understaffed and running around like chickens with their heads cut off.. Yeah occasionally they'll forget a sauce on the side or to bring you the beer you ordered but the waitresses aren't the problem. The problem is that they literally don't have enough hands to help the crowd. I have an idea: hire more f*cking people and stop overworking your underpaid staff. Oh, and my tab was $31, I gave $40 and she forgot to bring me my change. I looked up about to say something and she was running in circles trying to help everyone else's tables. Needless to say, I left her the $8... Get your sh*t together bdubs. I won't be back to this location.

The place has a lot of TVs which is great to see sports. We ordered boneless wings with medium, thai curry, buffalo original, Caribbean and parmesan garlic sauce, will never order again, sauces are too salty, very dry and small size. I don't recommend the place to eat boneless wings, maybe some drinks and an appetizer is not that bad
