The atmosphere was energetic with sports playing all around, and the service was friendly and attentive. But the wings were a bit disappointing—dry and drenched in sauce that overpowered rather than enhanced the flavor. Fun place to hang out, but the food didn’t quite deliver this time.

Very cool place to watch most sports and hang out with friends, family or a date. Spacious, clean and has a great bar. The staff was friendly and professional. There are plenty of tables and TVs. They serve a lot more food than wings and French fries. The sampler platter was good. The entrees are a little pricey for the average budget. But so are most places on the strip nowadays. There is no parking, and the underground parking garage next to it is $25 an hour with no 3 hour free parking for locals with a nevada ID. It's a fun spot.

Tried the All You Can Eat wings at Buffalo Wild Wings on the Vegas Strip. Wings were good, but the deal was a letdown. After the first 10, they only bring 6 at a time — and the wait between rounds was over 20 minutes. Fries were included, but it felt like they wanted you to fill up on those instead of wings. I skipped the fries and waited, but the slow service made it not worth the money. You’re better off ordering a regular meal.

Sit in there for 20 mins before a server come to my table to order food. Server was absent the whole time during the dinner. I waited another 15mins after i finished my food to get the bill. I purposely didn’t leave any tip. But later discovered server gave herself an extra 5 dollar tip on my credit card. The owner please contact me!!

Great hidden spot for cheap beer in the middle of the Strip. Across from the Cosmo on the cross street of the Strip. $4 drafts during happy hour between 3-6pm. Bartender was great! Wings are always perfect.

David the person who served us and the best I've seen so far. He is just amazing and was handling the whole restaurant. He is just amazing He got our order perfectly and he is very patient. Wings were great and so are the tacos and chicken sandwich. Ordered some desert and it was great too.

I never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I just couldn’t help it! We waited for 15 min for our server on a slow Monday night and then an hour on our food, 15 boneless wings, that we asked to be a “to go” order at that point. The wings were beyond dry, hard as a nail, and flavorless, maybe reheated? But the sauces were also off. The parmesan garlic was actually lemon pepper with splash of the garlic — awful and gross meal! Ruined the Buffalo Wild Wings forever!

Tasty wings with a nice spice to the buffalo sauce. The ranch sauce and coleslaw were also nice. Lots of TVs for sport. Unfortunately, the service was poor. We were slow to receive our drinks, then we were rushed out and handed the check while still eating.

I've been to many Buffalo Wild Wings locations so I knew this would be a great place to watch championship football games in January. They have dozens of TVs including one that covers almost an entire wall. They also have tables, booths, high-tops, and a large bar area. I was surprised to find it pretty empty at noon on a Sunday; but it quickly filled up. They have a large selection of salads, sandwiches, and wraps; but their main focus is wings. They have so many varieties: traditional, boneless, and even "cauliflower" wings. They also have quite the selection of sauces and they are coded by how hot they are. There is a full liquor bar and so many beer choices and beer specials. We were a party of 4. We ordered several beers and a dozen wings to start out with. Later, my husband ordered a grilled chicken wrap and the rest of us ordered a plate of 20 wings to share. The traditional wings and the boneless wings were all super good. We had Asian Zing, Maple Chipotle, and garlic Parmesan flavors. Plus they came with carrots, celery, and dipping sauce, (ranch or blue cheese.) Everything was really good; but what made our experience so terrific was our server, Bryanna. She had the most pleasant and helpful personality. She was actually the one who recommended the Asian Zing sauce, plus she brought us a sample of the Maple chipotle before we ordered it. All 3 flavors of sauce were yummy and my husband really liked his grilled chicken wrap; although he said the mild saucy was a little spicy. The onion rings that came with it as a side item were fantastic! Bryanna told us about the 2:00 minute warning specials, and she kept refilling our water. She checked on us often and didn't rush us out quickly. She was running around to many tables; but as busy as she was she always had a smile on her face! She is an asset to the restaurant and having her as your server will make your visit to BWW even better!

2 1/2 hours and still waiting on a few orders. Orders are mixed up. Drinks were delivered 2 hours later after reminding them, and it's not even crowded here. DO NOT COME HERE! It doesn't even deserve one star but I have to give them one just to post review. We spoke to manager and he said he's cooking the chicken himself! What?!

Worst customer service ever ..... manager on night shift was so rude and unhelpful... sad because that location was our favorite spot ... we won't go again ...

Just got to Las Vegas . In town for New Year's Eve celebration . It is 11am and my room is not ready . So I came here to watch Michigan game . This location is clean . The staff is attentive and they have sports and Wings. Happy new year to each and everyone on Yelp world .

Amazing location! I got the lemon pepper wings it was great. The carrots and celery is very crunchy and fresh. It came hot and fast!

There was music, a raffle, and the big game. What more could you ask for? Maybe .. a different outcome of the game but never mind that. Started off guns blazing ordering wings left n right. Then apps to support the wings. Then the game started and our collective attention deviated from the food. Suddenly, it became stress eating and at the end of it, it was too much to bear. Moreso the game than the food. Raffles eased a bit of the pain away. The rollercoaster of a game only added to it. Definitely worth the cover price for the big game.

This is a franchise restaurant but I think each store is still different when it comes to food, service, and maybe ambiance. Just depends on where you go. But for the most part they all look the same and have the same things on the menu. To those who haven't been, Buffalo Wild Wings is a good spot to watch your favorite sports (there are multiple TVs and seating). This one particularly on the strip is a good one. We ordered: Our favorite on the menu hands down is the tradition Buffalo wings and Asian zing flavor. Can't go wrong with either one. Also can't go wrong with boneless BBq/honey flavored wings. And the French has always been good unless served not fresh. This time I also ordered the cob salad (first time trying it here). It was made fresh and they weren't shy about the toppings. Service: I called to pick up. The lady in the phone was very nice, polite, and she got everything we ordered correctly.

This location has a big digital sign that was advertising BOGO boneless wings on Thursdays so we went in for dinner. When we arrived, staff were sitting around and no one wanted to come greet and seat anyone. Once there were 3 parties in the lobby, someone came over. It was a really quiet night so I'm not sure why that was our experience. Our server was super nice. Spent a while at another table and we were so hungry we were getting a little antsy, but once we ordered the food was delivered quickly. We did the BOGO deal and got 30 total. The 3-6 happy hour was on and we got the $3 large tater tots too. I tried the mango habanero, spicy BBQ, and orange chicken flavours. All were yummy. Honestly, it's such a good deal to go on a Thursday for the BOGO offer + happy hour.

Very unorganized restaurant, we did have a very large group, but food was brought out a various times, took 30 minutes to get drinks and then food was delivered between 45 to and hour and a half later. Manger was no help at all, he initially said he would comp some food, then ran off and we never saw him again. Waitress was nice and it wasn't her fault that the kitchen was overwhelmed and the servers were very confused

First time coming to this location and they were pretty good. We went 40 mins till close so wasn't too many people in. We got the traditional wings and my friend got the spicy margarita. The wings were fresh and pretty big which I was surprised after seeing previous reviews. I would definitely come back on a day they get busy!

It's the Playoffs!!! We came in on a Sunday night to watch the NHL playoffs. The place was quiet for a sports bar. Fried Pickles | Crispy breading. The pickles weren't too salty at all. It came with Southwestern ranch. Cauliflower Wings in Mango Habanero | These wings were bomb! The breading was very crunchy even when drenched with sauce. The Mango Habanero sauce was sweet with a subtle floral note that complements the spiciness of the pepper, absolute favorite Bdubs sauce! Southwestern Black Bean Burger | The patty was thin and dry. A bit crumbly likely due to the texture of beans and corn. The little serving of house-made guacamole was unnecessary, it was tasteless. The small amount Southwestern ranch and the slice cheddar cheese were bland. The burger came with fries which were not too bad. Menu: Sports bar foods, such as nachos, fried pickles, burgers, tacos, onion rings, wings, etc. weThere's a promo, "One and $1 Burger Deal" where you can order one burger and get 6 boneless wings for $1. Service: Only the bar area was open. 20 minutes had gone by and we were still waiting for service at the bar until we asked for it. It took another 20 minutes for the appetizers/burger to come out and an additional 20 minutes for the wings. The staff appeared lackluster and uninterested, can't blame them as they seemed to have a shortage of personnel. Location: At the corner of Las Vegas Blvd. & E. I am not one to go out of my way to complain ever, but I received overcooked wings with basically zero sauce on them and stale cold fries, when we called to ask if we could exchange them for new ones they said "no, you'll get a refund" and hung up on us. Still have yet to ever receive that refund. Even when we went in to pick up the food they seemed bothered that we were even there? Extremely strange and terrible customer service. I work in a fast pace food establishment, I will never understand why good customer service is SO hard for people to have.

Food was amazing. Even though it was busy, my waitress Desha was so attentive to my table. I didn't need to ask for any refills she was on top of everything. She gave excellent customer service.

We came here for lunch and when we arrived a employee walked by and said, I'm on break, someone will help you shortly. Well, shortly wasn't shortly, as we had to waive down the server who was in the bar area making drinks to get assistance. We finally got seats and shortly was greeted by our server, who did an amazing job. We ordered from the lunch menu and got the 10 wing special with a Old Fashioned. The wings were done to perfection, but I was greatly surprised at how well the old fashioned was for the price. I'd stop by here just for the drinks. The ambiance was nice with clean and well kept interior with plentiful televisions to watch. I'll definitely be back to this location when in Vegas.

No sauce and over done wings . Underwhelming forsure . I asked for side of Buffalo and ranch . Hopefully just a mishap, but 2 stars for the trip.

Food usually good but I was only here picking up an online order. Service was horrible Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I was picking up a take out order I was able to get the attention of two people and they brushed me away; there was three other individuals that were just standing by the bar looking straight at take out and didn't help. Understood they probably had about 30 people in the dining area but there was also four more tourist individuals trying to place an order. Lloyd was also unable to help per his server Daniel.

Honestly. The hostess in the front seem a little clueless. It's weird to me the volume they receive and they are still clueless to how the sitting arrangement works. Only come here if you REALLY craving this spot. If not. Then don't come. No need. Unless waiting is part of the experience you want hahahaha.

As we walked down the strip, in 100 plus degree weather,we needed a cool place to have lunch . I was pleasantly surprised to find many menu choices other than wings on the menu. I was even more happy to find that they served cocktails as well! I'm giving this place 4 stars just for the expertly mixed, $8.50 Old Fashioned!The General Tso's wings were great as well.The service was pretty fast and there was very comfortable booths to relax in.

I really upset and disappointed with service. I love coming here because I like the food and alcohol however when I got there the host sat me in a table and a waitress called "Clarence" came to move me to another table claiming I would not have a waiter so I agree. Later on another party came to sit to the same table they move me and when I ask to speak with manager (Eliza) he was basically blaming me, telling me that customer like to sat there!! What kid of manager is this?? She said " I was the one who made that decision, I'm sorry!" It's that the only thing you have to said?" I said" and she nodded. I was so update for this service I have never expletive this service bedsore and less like for a manger!!! The other waiter had to interfere and try to apologize for this. I don't think this is a right position for this person she doesn't how to provide a good customer service

We arrived at the entrance and waited 20 min. I asked two servers if they came sit me and my wife and they were both too busy they said. What a crock a sh*%! Don't bother coming to this place. Eat somewhere else. We left and went next door at Nacho Daddy's. We got seated right away and our server was super friendly. Buffalo Wild Wings at Harmon - You guys suck!!!!

There service sucks, we waited like 15 minutes just to get service, no water, no one said "I'll be with you in a minute" they just let us sit there. They are racist against others if you're not white. We were assigned to Sara Marie's section and she did not want to wait on us, she kept walking by our table avoiding eye contact, then finally someone from another section came to help us. Welcome to Las Vegas!

The manager and employee walking away after we told them we weren't waiting on them to remake our food, especially, after already having waited for over an hour for the cold food they served us. Her only offer was to remake the food for us because she didn't want us to have cold food. Why was it cold in the first place? Was it busy? No! We got there at 9:20pm on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. It's pretty empty so we go in. Other people got seated after us and got their apps and food before we even got our drinks and appetizers. Another waitress asked us if we were ok and we asked for a manager. She must have sense something wrong as she was the one who came with our order. The manager followed shortly. We touched the food and looked at each other noticing the cold food. The manager asks what's wrong and we tell her.. and we'll... Why would anyone who's been waiting so long want to wait for you to remake the entire order? That's another 15+ minutes for them to do that. Uh.. so you're asking me to wait another 15+ minutes after waiting over an hour for the cold stuff you gave us? Wow! Worst place EVER and so is management! This manager and employee are completely inept. Thanks for the memorable night. This place should get zero stars as we never got to enjoy the food.

So in Las Vegas BWW would comp you small beers at the bar if you were playing!!! Last night went to BWW put 20 dollars in played poker only dimes!!! The bartender asked us if we were drinking said sure take Coors Lite. He asked me do you want the comp smaller size since I was playing!!!! I told him that be great and continued to play for an hour while we ate and drank. Had 3 {comp} beers during the time. Near the end hit 4 dueces got 100 dollar win amazing and cashed out!!! When we got the check my 3 beers on there 17 dollars asked why since I put in minimum 20 dollars and did max bets who;e time!!! She says you won so cant comp beers!!! Never have I been told you won so no comps only 17 dollars but no casino ask you if your winning when they provide comp drink service total BS BWW!!!!!!!

First time sitting in the bar at this location, (I usualy sit on a table) stoping by for lunch after work, I'm form SD, the very south area where the influence of big turisim/world class customer service is highly noticeable, the attentiveness and go far and beyond restaurant culture is a common thing there also. I have been visiting Vegas every other month for the last 6 months now. In all my visits, it's very rare that a server exceeds my expectations of service. Today, I had the service that any culinary knower looks for in a sports bar, the Place I sat was CLEAN! Ready with wet napkins and menus for me to look for whatvI wanted, the Bartender approached with the precise great attitude a hungry and thirsty customer looks for, he informed me about drinks and took my food order like a professional! He introduced him self and made aware he was gonna take care of me, not even the 3 min goal any other similar sports bar, he gave me my drink and my food was all ready confirmed on details and ordered, my food came just perfectly cooked and on time. I must congratulate this location management for training so well this bar tender, BUT I want to honor those who deserve to be honored and congratulated. THABK YOU COWBOY FOR YOUR PROFESIONAL SERVICE. Definitely, I'm coming back and spreading the voice to my collages at work. Once again , grat job COWBOY! YOU ARE THE MAN MAN!

Food was good. But this review is mainly on the service we had from Deshaun. Was absolutely amazing! Dude deserves a raise or a promotion. Hard working! Polite! Took care of us for sure! Went above and beyond. Whenever I'm back in town, he's someone I'll be asking for. I wish him nothing but the best and your work sir was noticed and appreciated.

Our server CJ was amazing !! He was very quick and hard working that he took care of us as well as the other tables around him. I liked how he asked us for more water right away as soon as he saw 2 empty glasses. He was attentive to check and ask how the food was to see if we needed anything else. Food was amazing and delicious. Brought our beloved family from the Philippines to try Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time and the server we had was perfect ! I have been waiting for 20 minutes for service and there is just one server. Nothing has been picked up and the restaurant is a mess. Furthermore some of the workers have been sitting around drinking instead of doing their jobs. The food is served separately and no together and left half my family waiting. Would not recommend as next door has better meals at a better price.

I walked into this location and was told to sit anywhere, which I did. I sat there for 20 minutes without the slightest acknowledgment from any server. Then I they went to a table who arrived 10 minutes after I did and took their order. At that point, I complained to the person who told me to sit anywhere and left. It was disgusting and deplorable, and no one should eat here. And it was far from crowded, so that isn't an excuse or a reason. They're trash, simple and plain.

Larry was super cool. Place is clean and is probably one of the few left places open for after hours. Food came quickly. Decent food for the type of restaurant. Ambience very hip and loud. Probably a good spot for game night.

Came to this buffalo wild wings for a family vacation, the food was good overall but the service sucked. We didn't get everything we ordered and not once did the waiter apologized for the inconvenience when we asked for our missing items not once but three times...we didn't end up getting our missing sides and the waiter cared less about our disappointment.

This past Saturday we wanted some wings and I jumped online and was able to make a reservation for this place. I arrive at 6:30 and tell the girl I have reservations to which she said we don't take reservations well I have a text and somehow I made them. She puts us in an area where there is a huge party. After 10 mins we had no acknowledgment of us being there not had someone come to take our drink order. I go back to the not so friendly hostess and ask if we can more to the bar she was like all of you?? Now she just sat us not sure if she thought we were the big party but I said no there is only 2 of us. She was like yeah go ahead. Never apologized for the delay didn't offer to walk us to bar nothing. As soon as we sat at the bar we were immediately acknowledged by the girl working, forgot her name she had red hair and was short, she got our drinks and food out in immediately. The guy working the bar even came over to make sure she got us. Shout out to those two working the bar!! They rocked. We had our food so quick and she was on top of it with getting us refills as well. The review is for the hostess bad attitude and the waiter or waitress that never appeared.

Once a year I remind myself why I don't come to BWW more often. Just passable wings for too much money.

We just got up 5minutes ago and as we are walking we saw one of the hostess pick a nachos and eat on top of the nacho plates that was about to be served. I cannot believe what I just witness. Not ordering that again. That is why I like places where you can see when food cooked and you can see it when its about to be serve . Now how do we ever know if our food being serve and no staff tasting our food. Omg.where is there manager overseeing there staff.

Came on a sat at 6pm.. the "greeter" if u want to call her that' was not in uniform, she looked like she just rolled out of bed, and was not professional at all! It didn't get busy until we had already ordered our food, so was a little disappointed that it took about 40 min for our order to come out. We ordered fries before our actual food order and when she gave us our 2 orders of large fries for a party of 5, it came with 2 ranch cups lol & getting her attention was a challenge.. looking around and observing the employees it's by far the most unprofessional bww I've been to. Definitely recommend going to an off the strip location! Gave it a one star because at least the food was good.

Absolutely the worst wings ever. Don't waste your $$ even if you are desperately hungry. The wings are terrible tasting...might as well be eating the cardboard carton it's comes in. Dry and tasteless Durango location in Centennial Hills 10/31/23

We drove from Cali and I was hangry at this point, checked in at the hotel and noticed the place right across the street, I just needed no wait time, and something to eat pronto , it was super hot, southern CA is under extreme heat warning so even crossing the street was brutal. We walked in greeted immediately, I was actually surprised there were not many people there. They were short staff but the lady that greeted us was friendly, attentive and she understood when I told her I was hangry. We were seated right away, we had the option to order on our phones or with her but she immediately came took the order and made sure my sugar levels were good and that I was ok (specially with the heat)). Food and beverage were at the table in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier for their care and service at that time. Yup, I'll be back soon.

Well we were greeted right away and pleasantly, our actual server was very nice so I hate this review may reflect him but when I get sour service I have to speak on it. Long story short, we waited way too long for our food, we had missing items and the "greeter" who pleasantly greeted us now threw our celery and carrots rudely on the table and walked off in the midst of me trying to say "Thank You." Maybe it was bec minutes earlier my husband got up from the table to go complain about the wait and missing items. Mind you ppl who came after us got their foods before us. We didn't order fancy or complicated. We ordered wings with onion rings. Our server was apologetic and kept a smile on his face, but he was also very busy and overwhelmed so we took it easy on him. The rude one was the tall African American idk what their pronouns because they look like a man, had a facial hair, yet had breasts/tiddys. I have no other way to describe this person, but just know this person may greet you fine but will quickly execute poor customer service. Our actual server was a Hispanic guy with an infectious smile. My husband and I couldn't agree on a dipping sauce and our server solved the impasse and cracked a good joke. Sadly I will never patronize this BWW again. Too much money for poor service. Now nacho daddy next store was fun and great service even being busy from start to finish.

My experience was pretty good despite being such a busy place. Our service was pretty fast not rushed.

The short bulky lady w the red/pink hair at the bar is RUDE and DRY. when she's there I already know my drinks are going to take a long time and my food is going to be dry.. but when JAXON is there .. he provides EXCELLENT service nothing compared to the other lady. Wish that lady would change her stank face and attitude. Shot out to JAXON!! Give that man a raise. And Booo to that lady she sucks lol

Honestly, for drunk people at 5:30am with a friend trying to drunk flirt everyone was a pretty hilarious sight to see. The waiter was hilarious as well in playing along and swerving expertly while the sampler and chips came out. Hats off to that. With that being said the wait to even get a table was somehow super long in spite of the place full of empty tables and only a few guests. At least we got to order while we waited so the food came out right when we got seated. Now the sampler was fried as heck and probably horrible if you had acid reflux, but given that if you're drunk af and want greasy heartburn in the morning after (if it isn't already), then this is the perfect thing for you. Bathrooms are better than the street too but not posh so you'll be okay there. That being said I'd never come here sober as my memory being tipsy here was probably more interesting than what I make it out to be.

Had a great server - Fran - and it's not her fault everything is so slow here. When we arrived, there was a line to be seated, but there were sections of available tables. It took 45 minutes to get our food, and the table next to us was unbussed for 20 minutes. The wings were unevenly sauced. Do better.

Our waitress Nina was awesome! Really nice and she provided excellent customer service. She really went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food took forever, wasn't hot, and came out once at a time. The environment is a typical Buffalo Wild Wings, but the service that Nina provided was astounding!
