How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. I love thee to the fiery depths of the hot, hot, chicken tenders and the smooth, creamy goodness of the Mac & cheese. I love thee to the cool, tangy heights of the house margarita (no ice, extra salt). But most of all, I love theeee fabulous, friendly service of sweet Amy!

I visited this location today around 3pm and was very disappointed. The wings were incredibly dry, making it hard to even get the meat off the bone. They were barely warm and tasted as though they had been reheated, with sauce added on top before serving. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

Came here after the gym and was served by Amy. She was so nice, knowledgeable about the sauces/rubs, and it was almost a 6th sense by how well she timed bringing refills. Cheese curds and the chicken wrap were great!

Let me just say it: Amy isn’t a bartender—she’s a whole damn vibe. If Buffalo Wild Wings had a Hall of Fame, Amy would already have her own wing (pun absolutely intended). This woman doesn’t just serve drinks, she serves joy, charisma, and life-altering customer service—shaken, stirred, and rimmed with greatness. From the moment she flashed that first smile across the bar, I knew I was in the presence of a legend. Amy moves like poetry in motion—effortlessly pouring, mixing, checking in, cracking jokes, and somehow reading your entire mood like a drink-whispering sorceress. She remembered my drink before I remembered my drink. She made the bar feel like home—if home had better lighting, better drinks, and better company. And let’s talk about her energy. Electric. Like if espresso had a personality, it would be named Amy. Every time she says, “You good?” it feels like a wellness check and a spiritual awakening. She’s part bartender, part therapist, part hype-woman, and part event coordinator for the best night of your week. If you’ve never had the pleasure of being served by Amy, I genuinely feel bad for you. She’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings are fire, the TVs are massive—but Amy? Amy is the main event.

This is hands down my favorite BWW! The establishment is always clean and the service is just as consistent. You are greeted from the time you enter door all the way to the bar. Kristi D is my favorite bartender and always greets me with a smile. She knows her customers and what they like. Keep up the good work!!

Amy was awesome. She was attentive and had great suggestions on what items to order. She made sure our pop was full and even helped me redeem my point when I wasn't quite sure what to do. Friendly, always smiling. Definitely a reason to come back.

I just tried a newer menu item and it was very good. It was the Beer Cheese Cheesesteak. It has lots of good flavors and texture. The service was excellent. All of the staff are excellent but Amy stands out. We actually go out of are way to make sure that she is working before we go there.

Chelsea was truly an incredible waitress!! she took care of every single one of our needs with such ease and kindness. You could feel her care in every interaction, and her hustle didn’t go unnoticed. She moved with purpose, always one step ahead, making sure we felt welcomed and looked after.

First timer. Been driving by for years. Finally stopped by to get a meal for an ill friend. Great burger excellent onion rings. They have specials in the app. Really helpful staff. Definitely going back.

Incredible service from Khiry! Such a friendly person who has a great memory and is on top of everything. Made the experience so nice. The wings had a lot of sauce and were cooked well. Restaurant was clean and comfortable.

The amount of food you get for the prices is a rip off. It cost $8 to get a handful of cheese curds. When I asked why there's hardly any in the order the worker said that's how many it comes with. They also didn't give me the southwestern ranch that the curds come with. The boneless chicken was also pretty dry and cold. Won't be coming back to this location

I don't recommend you ever leave this place without checking your orders. Today was the 3rd time they've F ed my order, I ordered online the receipt says what I ordered but when I got home totally wrong inside. The first time I ordered and got it wrong I thought everyone make a mistake give them another chance but this time enough is enough avoid this place.

Every time I come to this location something is wrong with my order, they are usually a little busy so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Today I ordered $50 worth of food which was 20 minutes late and every single item was wrong. I will now be driving out of my way to go to another Buffalo Wild Wings.

I sat on the bar side about 5 or 5:30pm. My food was hot and fresh. My wings we're saucy & meaty. My quesadilla appetizer was a nice size and thick/cheesy. It was so good that it didn't make the picture. Lol But, Originally I ordered guacamole but the kitchen just gave me avocado with no onions, cilantro or anything... I loved the waitress. She made up for it and She was fast and extremely attentive. I remember her from last time too. She's pretty awesome, unfortunately I don't remember her name. She was a tall blonde. I think her and the bartender worked there for some time now. They always so Pleasant.

Management needs to hold the staff accountable for their severe lack of professionalism. I over see staff where I work and I would get written up or fired for allowing my team to behave and work with such low public presentation skills.

Standard Buffalo Wild Wings. Just the closet one to my house. I have a lot of personal and business meals at this location and it serves it's purpose. The staff is friendly and the food is standard. Just wish they'd put a little more sauce on their wings! ** great iced tea!

Bad service they have you waiting all day the strawberries drink is so watered down I been here for 30 minutes and they kept walking past me and didn't ask what I want I will never come back .

The gentleman I spoke with is very rude. Has no customer service skills. This isn't even about my order because I don't have it yet. he needs to find another job. This is the first time I've been here, and it will be the last

Probably one of best wings out there, I recommend trying their honey garlic wings. It has a sweet and savor flavor with some of that dawg on garlic. Great service only took me 10 minutes to get my food even though place was packed to the brim. And don't get me started with the sporty atmosphere and the tv's on the wall playing some of the local games.

I ordered a mobile order from here. When I went to pick it up, there was nobody at the counter. I waited 15 minutes. Finally, I had to flag down a waitress who got me my food. While I waited, i watched somebody take out garbage touching every inch of can, then proceed to handle food. Food was tiny for the price. Bad experience all around.

So, over the years I've not enjoyed bee dubs as much as I have in the past. SO, I was hesitant coming here for dinner last night. But, we wanted to dine out and this place it was. Walking in, there wasn't a system in place for getting seated, and we couldn't find a hostess. I joined the waitlist via Yelp, thinking that would somehow reserve a spot in line since there were other parties ahead of us waiting for a table. After about 5 minutes, I saw a gal, who I also think was a server doubling as a hostess. I approached her after she seated the family ahead of us and let her know that my date and I were waiting for a table for two and had been here for a few minutes. I also informed her that I had joined the waitlist via yelp to let them know I was here, so there wasn't any confusion. The poor hostess/server gal was kind of frazzled trying to do double duty, and rightfully so. I I get it. She was clearly overwhelmed and probably could have used help. Maybe their understaffed, on a Saturday night? I have no clue. Anyway, she was kind of short with me and told me they don't take reservations (DUH, its Buffalo Wild Wings? LOL) and that they they don't even have the Yelp app open to see any sort of folks on the wait list anyway. Ugh, fine sassy pants, can I get seated or are we going to stand here and have a pissing contest about why I can't seem to figure out how to get a table in your fine dining establishment for some classy wings tossed in sauce for an obnoxious amount of money that's way over priced and not worth half of what you charge?! But, I digress. Anyway, she said since it was 2 of us, we could seat ourselves at the bar, which we did. We get to the bar and had to move since a party of three needed the chairs that we were sitting in. Fine, we went to the end of the bar and had the corner slot which was fine, since we could have a bit more privacy. The menus are electronic and was easy to navigate on our phones. Fortunately, the bartender (her name was Amy, the best name out there) and she really made up from the poor hostess/waitress who was having a hard time. She was super helpful, friendly and made the experience so much better then our initial contact. We got onion rings as an appetizer and it was a lot of food. We were starving! Bartender Amy was fabulous, and we ended up both getting boneless wings with different sauces for our dinners. We tried a few new sauces that they have on the market, and some were good, some were not. Overall, a SOLID 3 stars, and the bartender saved the day. As you know, Bee dubbs isn't what it used to be, and has become known as over priced chicken and slow service. I would dine at this location again, especially since the one near my house is the worst location in the world and then some. Also, please check the hours before dining in as I believe they quit serving booze at 9:30 due to the pandemic. Hopefully they get their act together soon, but thank you for a good time bartender Amy!

Food was good but our server was rude. Her name on the receipt was "og"! I'm sure you remembered us since you know and we know you was rude! You can just read her energy that she did not want to serve us or maybe she couldn't wait to go home. She asked us if we wanted appetizers and I said ummm yes let's get and she walked away. Later we asked for boxes and placed a Togo order we didn't even finish talking and she cuts us off. She got nicer when she gave us our check..of course!! Really wanted to give her No tips so she's lucky she even got tip from us.

It's sad when my girlfriends and I used to look forward to our 'girls night out' on Tuesday's because it was 10 Cent wings. We could have a couple beers, and a dozen wings for under $15! Now you pay over $1/wing and the quality sucks. Wings come out overcooked, burnt, and they give you a hard time when sending the brick wings back to the kitchen. I almost guarantee they won't be in business much longer if the quality continues to SUCK

I don't even know how people are giving this place 5 stars, on god. Their workers are so lazy. Got seated at a dirty table to start. Old food and napkins under our table, didn't know it was hard work to vacuum. We waited 15 minutes, after our food got dropped off, for silverware.. SILVERWARE. Our food was freezing cold by the time we where able to eat it. After asking for the manager, someone come over to our table and proceeded to just stand there. No name, no inquiry, no suggestions on how they could make our experience better. I had to ask who he was and if he was even the manager... he gave us a new plate of wings and they where again, cold. Not coming back. I'd drive to Troy first.

All the servers standing around in a circle being loud and annoying ,not doing anything at all. Super annoying. The bartender was the only one working at all running the own food and doing everything while everyone else just stood around.

The only reason for the missing star is because I waited at the host stand, near the carry outs, for 5-10 minutes being stared at by two workers and not being seated. I finally asked them to get sat. It took a few minutes for the server to come by to take our order. Ordered was the queso dip and twelve wings. The queso dip was watery and flavorless in my opinion. You're given a ton of chips, with hardly any dip. I wouldn't get it again. My Asian zing and garlic Parmesan boneless wings we're delicious though. But they charged $.060 for ranch, which I've never had done there before.

I've been here in the past and everything was excellent but tonight was very different. I decided to get a carry out. It was ready when it said it would be and everything was correct but the food was horrible! As soon as you opened the boxes you could smell the grease!! The fries and tater tots were so shiny greasy. Just picking up a fry my fingers were covered in grease. The naked tenders and breaded chicken tenders were also extremely greasy. I get it's fried food and it's going to be somewhat greasy but I've had McDonald's better than this! I'm very disappointed in the quality of food for almost 40.00. I'll say I won't be back here for awhile! I gave 2 stars because the service was great and my whole order was correct .

Just like most bdubs locations!! We sat at the bar and our server was fun! She kept our drinks full which is a plus in my eyes! Wings and burger were good! She did forget my avocado for my burger but she brought it she told me it was on here! So awesome customer service!

Ordered here today. wings were WAY WAY over cooked, door dash delivery, rest of the order was ok. wings were so dried out, could NOT even pull any meat off. Terrible,

This particular BDubs at 12 Mile / Mound Rd is a cut above the rest. Great service staff and fast kitchen service. I matter how busy they are you always have great service. I drive past the Royal Oak location to get to this one. I suggest you do the same.

It's Buffalo Wild Wings, it can be hit or miss. The last time I got wings there, they were decent. The time before that they were overcooked and dry. Usually going there it's not my choice, but the people I'm with. I do like their potato wedges and the choice of sauces. It's just sometimes, it's how they're cooked. At least it seems like they solve the problem of missing items in there carry outs, they're checking orders as they're going out the door has solved that problem.

Terrible customer service . I walked in at 9:40Pm they told me that I couldn't eat because I wasn't 21 and Told Me To Read The Sign And It Said No one under 21 after 10 PM and they still didn't let me eat

There is no other synonymous place for wings, beer and sports than buffalo wild wings. The undisputed king of a sauce game and there's no denying it. A lot of people come for Tuesdays as their wings are roughly around 60cents each. Yea they use to be 25 cents but that's back when the dinosaurs walked the earth and gas was $6 per gallon. Here we had the 20 piece. They gave us 4 sauce to pick, so we went with the Wild, Mango Habanero, Honey BBQ, and Thai Curry. Cheese fries and Nachos to share. Not really impressed with the Nachos, but you can't go wrong with the cheese fries. The wings are wings,, just like any buffalo wild wings, they're all quality controlled, so they all pretty much taste as similar as the other. Plus I love their spicy wings. I killed the Wild all to my self. Service was pretty good. They took our orders, served our food hot and fresh, and our drinks servers iced cold. Plus our waiter was exceptionally nice.

Food took over an hour before the food came, once it did come most of it was very hard and over cooked, not to mention our server was in a bad mood for most of our visit, by far the worst B-dubs experience I've had in my years. Won't be coming back to that location.

Buffalo Wild Wings tends to be one of our hang outs for sporting events. We enjoy sitting in the bar area and cheering on our favorite teams. They have a great atmosphere with a plethora of flat screen tvs for your viewing enjoyment. We also enjoy their wide selection of bar drinks and we can always count on ice cold glasses for our summertime brews. We like to take advantage of the BOGO promos on Thursday nights. We decided to order some wings for the NFL Draft Day. You can't watch football without a platter of wings to keep your mouth entertained! We decided to make things easy and order online. We both enjoy the boneless wings, he ordered his with jumping jalapeno sauce and I ordered the sweet bbq. I enjoy a little heat, but too much just overpowers my taste buds. We also split a cheese "curd" burger, which was interesting and had a good flavor. The reality, it's hard to mess up chicken wings! We always enjoy our experience here. Due to social distancing, when picking up your order, they only allow 5 people in at one time so plan accordingly; it can get busy. Make sure to sign up for rewards. Points add up quickly and you can enjoy some freebies!

I come here a lot for happy hours, so it's on point from that standpoint. If you get Danielle or Jessica, they are fantastic and will make your visit that much better. My dining and lunch experiences have always been good, but you may want to take caution with big groups for lunch. There has been some long waits on food, but its understandable when the place gets slammed for lunch hour. The facility is always clean; of course you have all the TVs everywhere; in the summer the garage style doors open and a nice patio is available.

These places have gone downhill! Our wings came out cold. My wrap had wayyyyyy too much sauce on it. The only reason we come is for the atmosphere. Other than that, food is mediocre. Waitresses were on top of everything.

We ordered our food online at 6:30. Food was projected to be ready at 6:50. We get there to pick up the food at 7:00pm. It is now 7:54 and I still am waiting here for 1 10piece boneless wing and 1 6 piece boneless wing. I've tried to give this place multiple tries but every time I come here, I am let down with the lack of communication and efficiency.

Horrible service. First time I called I was on hold for 7 minutes and the second time 5 minutes. I called at 3:30pm and even when I pulled up for food the place was still dead. Even when the lady repeated my order it was still wrong! So frustrating, at least the wings tasted good but the rest was just blah, not worth my time nor money. Either hire new people to do the work or close down

This place sucks waiting to get a table for over 15 minutes and nobody even walked over the hostess booth while a line 20 groups long formed behind me and still they ignored us until we finally gave up and left screw this place I'm never coming back

Came in to try out the cheeseburgers in the commercial. Have not been here in a while and after the commercials figured I would give these new burgers a shot. Decent burger, not crispy like the commercial says, decent flavor. If I compare this to Red Robin (which I think is a fair standard for all chain restaurants that serve a burger) I think Red Robin is better. If I am here I would order this again and for SURE this is better than the previous burgers. It is just not as good as I was expecting from the commercials.

Just another one of your typical buffalo wild wings. Really is not anything special from the others. Who doesn't like going some where for some chicken wings and some cold beer. They have a decent happy hours and late night happy hour. During the weekdays they have special but we love to go on Tuesday were their traditional wings are buy one get one free. Is only for the snack and small size.

Food is just okay. Not a bad price if you're going on Monday's. $0.70 boneless wings. Service is okay, nothing special about the service. My biggest issue is bringing out cold food to the customer. When the meal is ready bring it to the table. Makes for a better meal. Lol.

If you go here to really fill up on food and have some drinks you are looking at a pretty big bill BUT the wings are SO GOOD. Comparable to much more expensive wings at other restaurants. I go for the garlic parm wings and never regret it. This place is great for a small to medium sized group and if you don't mind paying a little more than seems reasonable, just don't think about that and it's a great time!

I am so happy we came to this location. This Buffalo Wild Wings has great service. Our waiter was Brian. He was phenomenal. He did a great job balancing all the tables that he was waiting on. The food was very good. He checked on us the perfect amount of times. Wings were very fresh and the onion rings are so good. The spinach dip was tasty and cooked to perfection. I am coming back for sure. Also join the Blazin rewards so you can redeem food. You can download it on the App Store.

This place upset me so bad last night. The manager that took our order didn't even come back and tell me they couldn't substitute part of my meal not only did they not even ask me did I want what I wanted to substituted. Nothing, Then they didn't even come give any refills or ask did we want any. Then they tacted on an 18% gratuity per ticket. Now I've be the one to tip. But last night was ridiculous and they got our orders wrong didn't even try to accommodate us. We got a measly 1.00 off. Personally I won't be going back to this establishment by any means. It's one thing if the place was packed and they was having this type of service I could understand. But it was not packed and the service was terrible. On I forgot to mention that when they brought out the appetizers they had frozen food in it. I was overall appalled by the customer service last night.

This place was Terrible I've never in my life had service this bad . In 31 years of my life my blood has never been boiling. Not only did they mess up our order we were there for my nephews fifth birthday and when his mom told them it was it was his birthday they said they would give him a desert and sing happy birthday like most restaurants do they never came back as promised. We got no refills they automatically added a 18 percent gratuity that was not deserved frozen food came out on our plates and and when they made multiple mistakes the only thing they could do was take a dollar off our tabs I will not be going back to this place and corporate will be getting a call from me this place has honestly made an enemy and this is far from over and the thing this pissed me off the most was they were empty there was no reason for this service to be this piss poor . You have lost a customer for life and this is my nephews favorite restaurant. They have no compassion no empathy they are not professional a dog could of done better I felt robbed

This place should close. Bad service, crappy food and rude staff. It seems like they're too busy and understaffed and don't give a crap. Did I mention that the food tasted like garbage? Whatever they use to cook their fries the grease tasted horrible. It seems as if the management just doesn't care. Will never ever go to a buffalo wild wings again.

WORST location!! I ordered lemon pepper wings and thought I was ordering the ones with sauce. I tried to eat the dry rub ones that they gave me, but the wings were very hard and dry. So I took it back to tell them the order wasn't what I wanted. The manager came out and said, sorry, can't do anything about that and gave me two sauces for all the wings I had. Giving someone sauce and the sauce actually coming on the wings is TWO DIFFERENT things! She was not accommodating at all, even though I explained to her the mixup. She was not hearing it and gave me back those dry wings that I ended up throwing in the garbage! No sauce was going to help what was a bad batch of wings. Thanks for all of your no help!

Good Buffalo Wild Wings location, if you have been to one then you have kind of been to them all. The staff here are very friendly and attentive! The bartender Amy did a great job not only with the orders but setting us up on the Blazin rewards app! It's always a great place to watch sports, but I have to say I really like their boneless wings since they made their menu changes!

Disorganized and chaotic. I was put on hold twice within 10 minutes to call in my carry out order - 6 wings, blue cheese dressing, celery. The girl on the phone said it would be 10 minutes. Cool beans. Well, 10 minutes turned out to be 30. And I was surrounded by folks who were also waiting for carry out orders, some who had been waiting longer than me. There was one employee to handle everything. Utter chaos. This was about 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, so the place wasn't packed. Anyway, after returning to the car with my carry out order, I discovered I had only 5 wings. Nothing like giving me 83% of what I paid for!! There was also 3 whopping celery sticks. Sigh..... lesson learned. I enjoy BWW, but this particular location leaves a lot to be desired.

They don't do all drums or all flats or anything in between the her exact words were "you get what you get"... bitch and your tip isn't gonne be shit... you get what you get!

This location is the worst. They accept orders on DoorDash then cancel them after 45 mins. I understand that everyone is short staffed but don't cancel existing orders that you've already accepted. Thanks for wasting my time.

I went here for lunch today. It gets a clear 2. So, I shall start with the positive. I have been to BWW many times before. And I heard that they started going downhill. I was skeptical and went here with several coworkers anyway. The wings were good, in fact great. The sauces were fine. I've had them many times. Their prices are getting steeper. Their menu no longer tells you how many wings are in a Small, Medium, Large basket. That's sketch. That service, though...ouch. I ordered chips and salsa with my wings, and got fries. I was not the only one who received incorrect food. I'm chill, and I did not say anything. I will say to customers, "Dang, their fries are salty!" Jeesh, calm down on the salt! Waitress never refilled our drinks for the 45 minutes we were there. I actually went up to the drink machine and got more water myself, and no one even noticed. The wait staff was clearly overworked, and to the point where everyone is getting crap service. This is clearly unacceptable. It took way too long to get the bill and pay. They automatically charged 18% for gratuity for parties 6 people or more. And normally I say that is very acceptable. But you better refill the glasses on that table every now and then. If you want the same quality of wings with good sides and much better service, hit up Jimmy's Tavern off of Van Dyke.

Great place to eat! The last time I was there I could tell they were under staffed which sucks so the wait times were longer than normal. I overheard a couple customers complaining to the workers at carryout about how long their food was taking and that it should be ready at that exact moment and I felt bad for the employees that they had to deal with all those rude and impatient customers. Staff is amazing, customers need some attitude improvements.

I have been to numerous BWW restaurants, and I would have to rate this one the lowest. I usually come to this location because it is close to home, and just more convenient. The wings are usually what I come for, (Boneless Thursdays), and I would say that about 3 out of 5 times, I have to send them back because they are either too dry, or too cold. If you have the opportunity to visit Buffalo Wild Wings, take it. Just not this one.
