They participated in the White Plains Wing Walk! They were eager to accommodate us and they had a special designated area for all Wing walk participants. As expected the wings were good. The place is huge! They have several large TV monitors and at the time very appropriately had sporting events on. Excellent place for large groups but they're also more private areas for smaller groups, couples and of course plenty of room for barflies!

Went to BWW for the NBA finals 😋. Went with 3 of my friends 🧡. Although it was very noisy and crowded, we didn't have a problem getting seated... not even a 5 min wait. The food was great and amazing 👏 🤩 Highly recommend the Chocolate Fudge Cake... 8 dollars for a slice, but worth every cent. I also had a Triple Bacon Cheeseburger. Ngl, it was kind of bland. Needed a kick of spice or smthng in it. The burger was very boring...! Also the fries were outstanding 👌. Also, the waitress we had... it was illegal for her to look in our direction. What I mean is, whenever we needed something, she would ignore us. I expected more from BWW. That's why I'm giving service 2 stars, and they lose a star in total for that too. But otherwise it was a great vibe, great food and great memories.

Very Cool inside , good atmosphere, lots of sport, but quite disappointed with the food , the wings were okay, sauce was very nice but they were a bit overdone and not what I expected. The fries were a bit limp and unseasoned and the Mac and cheese was quite bland and again, overdone. Service wasn't the best either, waited a long time for anyone to come take my order and the staff were quite blunt and unaware (just different from my other experiences in the area during my stay) this would probably go down better with a few pints in me but I just popped in for a quick bite on this particular evening and felt a bit let down

Sat at the bar, bartenders were quick and attentive. Got wings, burger and wedges. Wings and wedges were barely warm. Burger was decent. But I just saw today when I went to add the QR code from my receipt to my rewards that it was torn off. The bartenders must be collecting them from customers they think don’t redeem rewards.

No longer the place I just to go. The service terrible. We were 6 people standing waiting to be seated. Servers passing by ignoring us at all, almost 10min waiting. We needed to ask to be seated. Next time I rather go to McDonald’s to eat a better hamburger and order wings at any pizzeria. I bet you the size and flavor will be better.

The chicken smells and tastes strange, the wings still have feathers, I think they should be more careful with cleaning.

Love the vibe here. Sebastian the bartender is not a chit-chatty bartender - but boy oh boy does he get the job done! Never had an empty glass… order was taken accurately and served quickly. Appreciate his efficient attention to detail and quick, sharp service.

A great place to catch a football game or any sport for that matter! They are linked with mgm if you like to place bets while enjoying your meal. The food all comes at a good price. If you like a beer, you can grab the house beer. As of now they have a deal with the pick 6. For 19.99 you can pick two sides, two sodas and two main meals. Ask for the menu, since they don't promote it much.

Have not been for a while and was there last Sunday with a friend. Our waitress was very sweet but could not get anything right-everything about our order was incorrect and had to be corrected-I actually felt bad for her. The place is nice and I like the layout with tons of TV's. The food is OK and fine but nothing special as everyone knows. I was actually greeted by a nice host when I arrived who found myself and a friend a table pretty quickly which was nice-I am not used to that as normally when I go I stand at the entrance for a long-time until anyone comes by to seat me. I will still go back because of the many TV's and the location is close to where I live...wings are decent!

Only giving 2 stars because of the hostess and one of the managers. A group of friends and I came here after a long drill day. When my friend & I arrived first, we waited 15 minutes to be sat. Yes. There was plenty of open tables, but I guess it was understaffed. One of the gentleman' actually skipped over my friend and I who have been waiting first, to attend to a group of 3 teenage boys. lol the looks they gave knowing it was wrong. Anyway, he came back. We requested the bar area, and LORD DID WE MESS UP BY CHOOSING THAT.. I'm going go be STRAIGHT forward, the short, Hispanic girl with the colorful lashes was TRASH. ABSOLUTELY TRASH. We waited 20 minutes for her to even ARRIVE to take drink orders, completely disregarded our question over "happy hour" because there is a sign that says DAILY HAPPY HOUR 9-CLOSE. & I use to work at a BWW and that applied for an everyday promo unless there was another promo that was pushed out. This incompetent a** female took 30-40 minutes to take our order. We tried to call her snobby a** over, completely disregarded and ignored us. Okay. Bet. Rude. Oh ! Then wait an HOUR for our actual food. Everything was just WRONG, & she needs to find another profession. then had the audacity to get offended because we requested another server, feel some type of way and tried to close us out, at this point she wasn't in the loop anymore. It was between the manager and the other staff we snatched up . In which case, my friends and I stole the hostess & honestly she was a sweetie. So THANK YOU MAMA FOR STEPPING UP :* , you did AMAZING on your first try! I'm just going to say this place is all over. The hostess and the funny manager, he was a white bald headed man ( sorry lol ) were amazing to us. And didn't give us a problem, and actually listened and fixed the problems we were having . I know they were trying to cover up the horrible service from Ms.Tortilla. But still. Thank you BOTH, and to the manager who thought I couldn't "take the heat" - YUP. NOT ONE SWEAT DROPPED ! Lol

Two stars for having many TVs and showing the UFC fights when they're on. Other than that, I don't think I would drink the water in this place, and that's not because I believe the water is filthy; it's because after eating here once, I don't think they could get that right. This review is not solely for the one in White Plains; it's for all of the BWWs. BB

The wong's are delicious and the selection of sauces top notch. The wings were cooked to perfection and sauced just right. I could eat a million of them. Everything else was was--at best--edible. Service, as usual, sluggish and uneven attentiveness. The place was fairly lit and was able to see ok. The seats were not uncomfortable. Noise level was as a little loud. Loved being able to watch the games!

The food is affordable and tasty. Service is terrible. Imagine being on a stranded island eating that's what it's like. Come here if you wanna wait 50 minutes to get water(that's what happened to me and my friend and me.

This Buffalo Wild Wings had the worst service i had in my dining career, making me and friends wait for 2:30 hrs just for 3 plates of food, don't come here if you wanna wait.

You come for the beer and the sports and that's it. The service is horrible. Celery is supposed to come with the wings and then they charge you for it. You ask for water, they bring everything but your water. Then when they bring you the bill, they bring you the wrong bill from the wrong table. After they know that you are upset, they disappear never to return. If they didn't have the sports game on, this place would be out of business. Worst staff experience ever. Honestly this place used to be good but no longer. The staff never came back and I saw a table just get up

Saw the happy hour menu the last time we were here and thought it looked good so we'd come back to try it. Went in all excited to have some wings and cheap drinks only to find out they took away their happy hour menu! What a downer. So I definitely don't recommend this place if you're looking for happy hour specials now when trying to enjoy a game.

still a one star place. my boyfriend and i went to grab dinner and were seated in a timely manner which was nice. upon getting sat, there were employees walking around and serving other guests. when we reached the 40 minute mark we decided to get up and leave due to not getting approached by a single person while we tried to get other employees attention but none seemed to care. right as we were about to leave a server was heading right to our table to we sat back down. turns out she was going to the table behind us that got sat two minutes ago so we just left. once we left i called the store and canceled my interview i had for later that week.

I'd like to start off by adding that I visited at 5pm on a weekday. That being said, my whole visit was perfect. The service was great. My waitress checked in on me multiple times just to make sure I enjoyed the experience. The wings were fresh, juicy and they were very generous with the dry rubs I ordered on them. My favorite was the chipotle BBQ. Food came quickly for me. The ambiance is dim lit, with TV's playing live sports. Honestly the best looking BWWs I've ever seen. I genuinely am satisfied with the experience I got from a place like this.

Would not recommend this BWW. Just wanted a quick meal after doing a bit of moving today in the area. When walking into this establishment, despite being super slow- almost every bar seat was dirty and unkempt with empty glasses & food. To keep it short and sweet, flies were scattered throughout the place just like our server. He was in and out and very unresponsive as a server, including disappearing from the area for periods of time throughout out stay. Our wings finally came out, and ill just leave the pictures to speak there. Managers or what seemed like it just sitting on their phones at the bar while the bar is still not tidy. We were just very taken back at out experience today. Unfortunately just a bad experience from the start.

Ordered three times too many. When I first ordered it was great. When I ordered the next time the wings looked dried out and they left off my drink order. The last time and final time (which is 4/12) it was not good at all! I asked for Nashville Hot and the wings were dried out and huge!!! Of course they left off the extra items that I ordered. NO MORE. The wings at Applebee's is 10xs better. I should have ordered from them in the first please. This review is for the one in White Plains. Buyer beware...

Do you enjoy $12 beers that are $3 off? Well then this is the place. Had 6 chicken wings that would have made a midgets hand look big. Zero transparency on liquor or beer pricing and it's almost a joke when the check arrives. DO NOT come here....ever. I hope this place becomes a bank again.

Service was great. Wings were shrimpy, with very little meat on the bone. The fried pickles were my favorite part of the meal.

manager had a problem and it was my birthday suprise and she knew the cake was for me and handed me the bill for it before rudely throwing the cake on the table

I've been trying for two years to make this work, they have lots of TVs and beer. The food is what you would expect, average at best for a sports bar. The staff have zero interest to have you back, utterly disinterested in customer service. They have a good location and assume foot traffic will keep them in business. I'm out.

I thought that the place would be loud and noisy, but I was proven wrong, almost all noise was blocked out by the extremely good songs that were played, the food was well-cooked and made with care, and the waiter was extremely friendly. I really recommend this place if you are in White Plains.

Sarah Jean is the best waitress there! She will treat you right. Somebody give her a raise for doing a great job..most of them just don't give a F.

Based on our visit the reviews here seem a little harsh. Yes - The place is dark and yes the service - while friendly - can be a bit slow but we found the food to be fine with the overall experience the same. A quick bite before a movie we shared "Ultimate Nachos" with chicken. All three of us ordered salads. Two Chicken Caesar Salads along with Chopped Cobb Salad. Two beers and a glass of wine - again - took longer than it should have however we had time to kill. If we were in a rush this place may have been a issue...

Here's a tip, if your Saturday Manager knows nothing about college football he shouldn't be in charge of programming 36 TV's. Walked in there 45 minutes ago knowing that the UGA - KY and Ohio State - MD games were super close in the 4th qtr. UGA and Ohio State are ranked # 1 and # 2 in the nation! Neither game was on. But, if you wanted to see Texas up by 35 points on Kansas or some other BLOWOUT or meaningless game no problem - they were all on large screens at the bar. This place is a DISASTER.

Not exactly what I remember from pre-Covid visits. When I walked in, I was told to wait until the rest of my party showed up before I could be seated, despite around 100 empty seats in the space. It was rather empty for a Thursday evening, and the table we were seated at was very sticky. We had to wait 10 minutes before being able to ask for menus. Finally when we ordered and got our food relatively fast, the wings were just as expected and tasted great. They even had a deal for boneless wings, (my unpopular favorite). One thing that stood out was the amount of ranch they brought out, and for 3 people, it seemed unlikely that we would be able to finish it. I couldn't help but think about how it was just going to be thrown out. Overall, I don't think the experience is the same as pre-Covid, but at least the food is still the delicious wings I remember.

A satisfying and very reasonably priced lunch today in White Plains.  Wing lunch special included 8 wings with two dressings of your choice, a lemon or limeade with either fries, waffle fries, salad or Caesar.  Two of us ate for $15+ without tip. The wings were crispy per our request and while the waiter said it would take longer, they were served in a respectable amount of time. Given we were on our lunch break we were somewhat pressed for time but we were in and out within an hour.  With 8 wings you can select two sauces. I went with the milder ones: teriyaki and honey mustard bourbon.  The honey mustard bourbon wings were heavy on the mustard but they were cooked so perfectly that I ignored the strong mustard flavor and munched away. My entree was served with a huge Caesar salad and a Mango Lemonade.  They offer several fruit flavored lemonade options. Important to note that they had their air conditioning on and it was very comfortable inside the restaurant. Several restaurants we passed along our walking route had their doors open with no a/c. It was way too hot in those restaurants. Buffalo Wild Wings was not our first choice, only by default because we saw the doors closed did we pick it. I'm glad we did because we had a pleasant, comfortable and affordable lunch. While it's no longer summer, it still is hot and today it was humid so restaurants please make note, your patrons should be comfortable when dining. Put the darn a/c's on! BTW, this restaurant has been a staple on Mamaroneck Ave. for a number of years in what was a former bank.  They took advantage of the bank vault and added a more private dining area inside.  There is upstairs dining as well. It's a good casual spot for very decent wings.

Beer was cold, food was hot and fresh, atmosphere was pleasant and staff friendly. No more needs to be said.

Ordered two 10-piece meals and a wedge salad for pickup. Veggies (one carrots, one celery, both with dressing) were ordered but left out of the order. Several of the potato wedges were raw (cooked but crunchy). And the wings themselves were miserable. Dry yet stringy, as difficult as that would seem, with flavors that are barely recognizable. Not a memorable carry-out experience.

I normally don't expect much from chain restaurants but today's food and service was very bad. We patiently waited for someone to take our order, which took almost 20 minutes. Then when the food took a while, we asked the manager (he was the only one we saw at the time) and he said "your food will be coming out shortly, we're busy just like any other restaurant is. This is how restaurants are now a days" - basically making us feel guilty for asking when we were waiting over 20 minutes for our food and it was our first time asking. When the waitress finally came with our food she immediately said "the food normally takes 44 minutes to come out but we got it out in 22 minutes" without us even making a comment since first interaction with the manager. No one apologized or at least even told us that they were busy/ short staffed, we only noticed because we saw the manager had started to jump in to help. Honestly, if they just told us they were busy and reassured us that the food was coming out it would have sufficed. Sarcastic comments from both the MANAGER AND WAITRESS from our one time question of where our food was was completely unnecessary. Also when we got the food, the wings were completely cold as if they've been sitting out for a while now. One sandwich was warm but the other sandwich was barely warm - it had obviously been sitting out for some time. Even though "food preparation normally takes 44 min but got out in 22 min"... Overall, the worst chicken spot I've ever been to. Even korean fried chicken takes less than 44 min to prepare & comes out warm. Honestly both the manager and the waitress were both rude, condescending, and sarcastic. I hope BWW does something about this.

Meh. Got game day food here for Super bowl and it was absolutely terrible. Worst wings I've had in a very long time. Definitely not trying it again.

Extremely bad service. We stood to be seated for 20 mins and no one attended us, even though the wait staff walked tight by us multiple times.

Placed an order with Morgan and ordered 20 trad combos with fries and 10 wings with fries and an extra basket of fries. I had her repeat the order on the phone. Go to pick up and get home and there's no extra basket of fries. I called back because the receipt was confusing. Got the same lady Morgan and stated I'm missing a fries and she said I didn't order another one and read the charges to me. While reading the receipt back to her she banged the phone on me. I called back and she said that she was saying "hello, hello but no answer". I said to her I was reading the receipt and you didn't say that. I was tryna order another fries but I'll just order it with your manager. The manager Jose was no help and just as nasty as her. I read the receipt back to me as well and I told him it's not about that anymore she banged the phone on me. He goes I'm so sorry about that. Just cook at home these are the same people that cook you food with attitudes like this. A complete turn off. They give anyone jobs these days

It's honestly a miracle this place is still open. It's unfortunate you cant give them a negative star review. Decided to give this place another shot after a year, and our assumption was correct, still awful. After standing there getting passed by every employee without so much as a "hello" we just left. We (along with 4 other groups of people) were completely ignored by everyone who worked there, when there were literally 5 only tables eating. Just don't even bother with this place, just let them slowly go out of business.

Buffalo wild wings is usually my go to spot to watch any major boxing or MMA event and even though the food can be hit or miss this time it was a direct hit. The house was packed for the Conor McGregor fight and seating was scarce but the amazing staff made every effort to make room and we were seated within 30 minutes. As we were waiting we watched the fights on any one of the giant monitors and all I could think about was what flavor wings am I going to get. I ended up getting small medium spiced wings and a basket of fries to share my wings came out crispy well sauced and still piping hot which made me very happy and my drink was made to perfection. The food was great and the fight was amazing all in all I had a good time and And this place definitely delivers.

Stopped into BWW for a COLD Beer and a shot of Jäegermeister. First off BWW's AC WAS BROKE, my Bud on Tap was warm and there was no Jeager!! Because I needed something with Ice I got a Screwdriver with Absolute vodka!! WHAT AN UNDERWHELMING VISIT!! I just worked on a Golf Course for 4+ Hours in 100 degree heat and I Truly wanted to cool off! It was no fault of the Bartender, at all!!!

Great quiet location in a "place where nobody knows your name"(cheerstheme song). On top of that they have hard working employees that break their back in making sure you have the best in dining experience possible. I also wanted to add that they have an outstanding manager who actually greets people from time to time even though he doesn't have too. I recommend this place.

Burgers, Chicken, Fries this place has all the greasy goodness you need! When coming into a Buffalo Wild Wings you'll notice all the TV's and just about every sporting event on one their many tvs. Our server was really nice and seated us right away took our orders and got the drinks and food out quick which was deff nice. I went here with a big group after the movies and this place is perfect for big groups. We split the Buffalo Ranch Chicken wrap with fries and Parmesan garlic wings and Asian zing wings. The food was all ok but it didn't impress, the one thing I would get again is the Asian zing wings which had a unique taste that was good! In short: - great for big groups - great for drinks and watching sports - ok food - nice servers

Understaffed and poorly managed, that is the best way I can describe this restaurant. Me and my family of 7 African American children came here expecting to watch the Chiefs Bills game on a nice Sunday night. The place seemed crowded but not full, and as they do not take reservations, we came in expecting to be seated. Once we got in however, the manager took one look at us and told us to leave. I do not know if this is because we are African American, or if he was scared to serve us because a few of my family members are on the heavier side, but either way it is unacceptable! The manager, who's name I believe to be Rich, began whining to us about how he had no room for "people like us". I saw multiple tables open behind him and I personally think refused us solely because of the color of our skin. We asked where we should go instead and the restaurants he recommended were KFC and Popeyes. How incredibly racist! I can promise you we will not be dining here in the future and I recommend that if you are a person of color, that you stay far away from this joke of a restaurant. Jerome

Last time we went to this location we waited at the door for 10 mins without being greeted, a manager that was training in the kitchen came and greeted us, he asked someone to get us a table for 4. The server brought us to a table that had garbage and chicken bones under the table. We left because after 20 mins we knew the service was going to be horrible. We are waiting for the day management gets better because we miss the food!

Pretty consistent. Staff is friendly, food is reliable, in a very cool location (an old bank reserve or something). Parking is pretty easy with paid street parking all around and it not being that expensive. It's located in a really cute downtown area, so if you're in the mood afterwards to walk around you'll see bars, other restaurants, cafes, and even a store here or there. Warning: They are pretty slow here. They take their time in getting you your food, bringing you your check, checking up on you, really doing anything. So keep that in mind if you're in a hurry, like we weren't when we arrived, but we were when we left to catch our flight.

I've been going there for years with my fiancé, and the last time I visited our server mark or matt made the experience beyond redeemable, from flirting with my fiancé while I was in the bathroom to insulting my appearance I will never be dining there again

This trip was amazing. Our server was so kind and helpful. She took care of us and made us feel like we were all long time friends. Honestly would go back as long as we got the same waitress.

Wings and wedges were good but for 30 dollars I would expect for the carrots to be fresh especially since it's a vegetable, on top of that I'm pregnant and this can cause harm to my unborn child. Shame!

I have been coming to this place for awhile, but recently the service has gone down. They are hiring young kids who don't know what they are doing. Also, they have been having a chicken shortage. Today I found this on my wing. I assume it's feathers! Even so this hasn't happened before.

yesterday I went for a pickup (I ordered 15 boneless wings with original Buffalo sauce) and these people gave me dry chicken and no sauce!! I didn't order dry chicken bites. These chicken bites were drier than the Sahara desert. These chicken bites were drier than gen z in-person conversations. These chicken bites were so dry it scratched my throat. I never ever write a Yelp review before but hot diggity dog does this place need one.

Got food delivered to my place but the restaurant forgot to give veggies, blue cheese that was suppose to come with the wings, as well as no utensils. Come on why delivery food if you can't fulfill the order? The delivery person was very nice and came on time. Food was just okay nothing to rave about

2.5 stars max Initially thought I was ordering from Hurricane via Grubhub but alas.. We ordered: Cheesecake bites (w/caramel sauce): not what I was expecting but they were ok. Breaded cheesecake pieces and fried crispy. Again, these were just ok, nothing spectacular. Didn't necessarily pair well with the dipping sauce which thankfully came on the side. (6 pieces) Tailgate sampler (wings, mushroom caps, pretzels and spinach artichoke dip) Garlic Parmesan wings. I really enjoyed these even thought they forgot the dipping sauce Mushroom caps were also good. Well seasoned, breaded mushrooms - deep fried (2) Soft, NY style pretzels served with a really good cheese dip Spinach artichoke dip was a very small portion and was just ok. Served with toasted bread..not really pita as advertised Steak wrap. Disgusting. Smelled and tasted rank. Advertised as prime rib but was definitely more Steak-Um. Gross - skip this. Not the worst but certainly not the best. Note that BWW only appears as a delivery option in the evenings only after Hurricane closes their ordering queue. Also note that they do not allow you the option of tipping the delivery person in cash upon delivery. Grubhub will not allow you to finalize the order without tipping at least 10% on the card. Eh.

Almost after a long time due to go to BWW , we finally went there on a Friday afternoon..Waited for 15 mins for the hostess however no came, then asked one of the servers if there was anyone attending to give us a table or we could sit on our own as the restaurant was empty. The server rudely told us "You are supposed to wait for the hostess" and continued with his own stuff. Eventually We left the restaurant. Very disappointing

Do not try and make an reservation through open table. For some reason they claim they don't take open table reservations, but they are on open table and it lets you book it. Besides being frustrated with them not honoring my reservation, I got a response from the "host boys" up front that management knows about this error and obviously nothing is being done about it. It they don't take this error as an opportunity to showcase great customer service why would they extend great customer service once you sit down in the place.

Great service! Your standard Buffalo Wild Wings and you get the food you paid for, classic wings, burgers, fries whatever you want. The food is good, nothing special but good nonetheless. The service is what made this a 4/5 because the people are great and they enjoy their job and are nice while serving.

Ok so I legit made reservations for championship weekend for the NFL. They said they don't take reservations and it would be a 30 min wait. They are short staffed and this is not the first crappy experience. Thoughts last time was a one time thing.

I went with a couple of my friends, to watch the Wilds Cards game of NFL and UFC PPV Fight. If you want to sit-down and eat while a sport event is showing on TV, you should go a few hours before the event start. The places was pack For my Appetizer I had the The Spicy Garlic Wings: Is a tasty, spicy, garlicky with sauces. The wings were nice and crispy and the spicy garlic sauce was so good, it had a great flavor. For my entree: The Big Jack Daddy Burger: Is a burger that they pile hickory smoked pulled pork, fried onion rings, cheddar jack cheese and a signature of the honey BBQ sauce on an burger. My burger was cook well done, and unfortunately the only way they cook, burgers in this place making it very, very dry and a weird taste. So, The bottom line is , if you're looking for chicken wings, for appetizer, have a good beer and too watch a sport event, this is the perfect place for you but if you're looking for a burger, find somewhere else to eat.

I'm not familiar with the White Plains area so I came to the one place I was familiar with - BDUBS!!! I came during a late lunch/ early dinner time because I have an early flight in the morning. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Buffalitos with Parmesan Garlic sauce and a side of Cheese Curds instead of fries. It was tasty and for once the chicken in the buffalitos was not overcooked! Amazing! Might be because the restaurant was not busy on a Wednesday afternoon. What is one cool feature of this place is that it used to be an old bank so the old vault is still here and you can dine in there! Totally cool! This is one of the better Bdubs I've been to in a long long looooong time!!
