The family and I went on a tour with Annika (sorry if I didn’t spell it Right) It was a great experience. My Littles absolutely loved it. I learned a lot, and I’m already trying to get the rest of the extended family to come and do it with us again, because it was a blast if you guys were looking for something fun to do while also being learning something, I highly recommend this. It doesn’t break the bank, which is a great thing in South Florida. And the tour isn’t short enough to where you feel like you’re not enjoying yourself but it’s not too long where you’re dreading being in there with small kids. It was the perfect time. I can’t believe it took me this long to go! Will be there again!

Super nice people. A huge variety of candy, popcorn, fudge, you name it. I have only one suggestion, I think you need to add Carmel Apples to the mix. My favorite and I would have bought a couple. I did end up buying a Carmel chocolate pecan cluster from the case and a Butter Nutter chocolate cover cookie. Loved the store. Thank you

I had a beautiful experience here! The staff showcased great customer service. I am an event planner & designer based here in Palm Beach, FL and I needed candy for a surprise treat table for one of my Quinceañera clients. They practically had everything I needed when it comes to candy. I am definitely coming back. Maybe next time I will get some of their homemade popcorn. 🙂

I’ve driven past this place multiple times and I’m like I should stop. Well today, I’m glad we did. It has what your sweet tooth desires. Smelled soo good when we walked in. Most the staff was friendly some were I’m just here for the paycheck… so many options for candied treats. Sounds funny but perfect place for date night!

Went here with my sister and my Grandma. Was visiting from North Carolina. The tour was so much fun! Anika was our tour guide, she was so sweet, amazing, and had a great sense of humor. We got samples of sweets during and we even got to take a family photo at the end! I cannot wait to go back!

We've lived 15 minutes away from the Bulk Candy Store for a couple years and I just learned of its existence. My husband is a HUGE fan of candy, so I knew I had to book a tour. We were not disappointed. Lexie was our tour guide and she did an amazing job. She was friendly, knowledgable, and patient. She has a great knowledge of the history of candy and she kept the tour light and fun. The tour itself took about 45 minutes and included fun facts and plenty of samples. After our tour, we spent at least 30 minutes trying to see everything. They have just about any kind of candy you could want and their flavored popcorn was fresh and delicious. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. If you are a candy enthusiast, The Bulk Candy Store is a must see. Be sure to make a reservation for your tour. They require a reservation and fill up.

Very friendly staff! Tour was just ok - but the tour guide gave 110%, it wasn’t her, just the content. Some of the candy a little over priced, but enough affordable things to choose from too. Popcorn was pretty good, you can mix n match flavors in the same bag which is cool. Fudge was pretty good too. Definitely recommend!

The store atmosphere was nostalgic all the old-school candy was amazing to see and purchase then me and my wife also did the tour with Onica she was really cool and knowledgeable about the history of candy friendly and interactive with the guest will recommend to people to go and do the tour and shop!!!!!!!

Like a kid in a candy store!!! This place was fabulous. They have EVERY CANDY from your childhood. I think I was more excited than the kids. We grabbed a basket and took off in the store. It's sold by the pound. If you're in the West Palm Beach area, it's a must visit stop! Staff friendly and helpful. Candy and Popcorn fresh. I will visit again with or without my kids!!! Take a look, and you'll see; into your imagination!" - Gene Wilder as Willy Wonka in "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" I had to start out this review with the opening stanza of the popular song performed by Gene Wilder in the iconic movie because though it is a "smaller scale," entering the sugary halls of Bulk Candy Store is like miniature self-guided tour into candy galore. Thanks to my numerous connections to like every single tourism, local venue, and "I love my town" group or page going all the way up to Jacksonville, all the way west to Tampa, and all the way south to the Keys, I was given numerous green flags to check out Bulk Candy Store from numerous friends and my fellow Yelp Elites. Ergo, I made it a plan to head there after work (I work overnights in Palm Beach Gardens) at around 9 a.m., the time when everyone is all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. Upon turning into the private parking lot, I knew I was going to love being here. Their street moniker features gigantic-sized candies, specifically Mike & Ike, Candy Dots, a lollipop, and Smarties. The parking lot had gigantic Toxic Waste sour candy drums scattered about, too. After parking into "Zero Bar," in which each parking space seems to have a candy associated with it. When you enter, there is a lot to take in, in which I suggest first-timers give this place 30 minutes to an hour to thoroughly look through everything Bulk Candy Store has to offer. From what I thoroughly observed on my initial visit, here is what was readily available, starting with the front room (room you enter in). 1. Bulk bags of pre-packaged candy. Different brands and mixed bags are ready to be bought on a number of island shelves. 2. A bakery case featuring chocolate confectionaries and baked dessert goods. This includes gourmet Oreos, peanut butter cups, rice crispy treats, and a number of flavored fudge. 3. Cold, quick-serve fridge featuring specialty drinks. I bought the Duff "beer," the one you see Homer Simpson drink a lot in The Simpsons. 4. A section of mix-and-match candies that are priced by the pound. There is also a wall featuring candy-themed t-shirts for sale. 5. The back wall features over 50 flavors of artisan popcorn in large, bakery containers. The flavors are divided between sweet and savory, but also have a "specialty" selection, too. I also got to try their freeze dried candies in this area too. 6. Back room features kosher gummies, sugar free candies, and giant-sized candies (imagine the huge gummy bear in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory). There is also a wall featuring Pez, which includes candies and dispensers. 7. Finally, there is a desk in which the staff can gift wrap your purchases for birthdays or other special events. Overall, my initial visit was amazing given the fact I spent over $60 on popcorn alone, and that was only 14 flavors of the "more than 50" I counted. The staff was friendly, even though they missed one digit taking down my cell phone number inquiring a callback for the Candy Tour. The setup was easy to navigate. Finally, what was offered was reasonably priced. It also helps that given the fact I live up in the Space Coast (where the shuttles launch), I can't just drive down on a whim for a popcorn flavor fix. That's three hours round trip! Ergo, thankful they have an official website in which you can buy their wares online, and they'll ship it to you. You'll just have to pay a little extra for shipping and handling, which I do not mind. I really want to give Bulk Candy Store a perfect score, but everyone knows my fifth star is for consistency. I know at times I will return, so if Bulk Candy Store is just as amazing then as they were on my initial visit, they'll deserve their fifth star.

I've had this place bookmarked forever. And by accident when we passed by, we just had to stop. My husband has been looking for a particular candy -- which so far he's only found in two places (Buckees and Cracker Barrel ). They didn't have it here either, but it was fun looking around. They have a couple rooms full of all sorts of sweets. We enjoyed what used to be called "penny" candy. It's now charged by the pound for just under $10. You grab a basket -- kids would like this too -- and select the candies you want. This way you can taste a couple candies of a particular type without being committed to an entire package. But there are packages...and popcorns too. There are pez dispensers of all sorts; tins of every cartoon character, etc., sugar free and low carb candies, chocolates, and taffies. The place smells like sugar! And inside its brightly decorated and colorful. So for some,this place is aa reminder of their childhood or childhood dreams. And yes, we did buy some things. Who could resist?

Great selection of candy, several of which I was not even aware were still produced. What a trip down Memory Lane. Smells good in there. Got me some orange Jelly Bellies.

The next time you need a special gift or an unusual candy, it can be a real Life Saver. I am a bit of a candy Nerd so I really appreciated their two rooms filled with every kind of sweet you can imagine. It might be hard to know where to start but did you know honey was the first candy? In order to satiate their sweet tooth, cavemen used to climb trees for honey. The store has honey filled candy sure to soothe your next sore throat. Perhaps you want to time travel back to your childhood. They have of all of the nostalgic treats you grew up with. For me it was wax lips and bottles, candy necklaces, Charleston Chews, Razzles, strawberry Broadway licorice rolls, Pop Rocks, Spree Rolls, Fruit Runts, Gobstoppers, Necco Wafers, and the Chunky bars I always hoped to find in my trick or treat bag. In the back of the store is an entire wall of every kind of Pez dispenser you can think of. This is another item that reminds me of being a kid. It was always tricky to load them in the dispenser only to pop them right back out again. You can refill them with bulk bags of Pez candy in an assortment of fruit flavors. The Bulk Candy Store also sells fudge, artisan popcorn, kosher gummies and regular, freeze dried candy, licorice, chocolate, lollipops, toffee, taffy, hard candy, seasonal candy, specialty sodas, and sugar free and low carb candy, I ended up taking home a few pieces from the $9.99 a pound section. You pick up a basket and fill it with a wide selection of individually wrapped pieces candy. It is a great way to try a lot of different candy and I discovered a new citrus green tea hard candy I fell in love with. The Bulk Candy Store offers a 6 room, 45 minute history of candy tour that you can book with them. I would love to come back for that. This store is pure nostalgia and Mounds of fun and will make anyone fell like a kid in a candy store.

I think I am in candy heaven. Every or any candy that I can remember from childhood is here and more. The store is big inside with a big variety. Most of the candies are in bags. They had some loose candies you can buy per pound. They also had flavored popcorn, wax lips, candy buttons, fudge, sodas, dipped Oreos, fireballs, and so much I found a brand-name soda that I had not seen since I was little. That took me back. . . . The store offers a tour of the shop. I didn't have time for it but I wish I had done it. This was a good find. I am glad I stopped by. . . . This purple and yellow store is easy to find. No other building around has these colors lol. The store has plenty of parking spaces and it's a fun place to check out.

We took the candy tour with our 2 grandkids who r 8 & 6 yrs old . Both kids absolutely luved the tour !! Onika ( our tour guide) was the best! She was informative, funny, & very personable! She made it very interesting for both adults & kids. She explained to the the children about the history of candy making on the level that the children understood. Our grandkids said Onika was very descriptive in her candy explanation & luved all the free samples. Ty Onika for a wonderful& fun tour. We will definitely recommend the Bulk Candy tour. Candy is happy! I don't think you can get enough candy out of this store. It's fun for everyone. Kids and adults. It's easy to spot from Jog Road with its purple and yellow colors on the building. When you step inside, it's very clean and has lots of sweets to offer. There are tours that are available for a small charge to learn about the insight of the Bulk Candy Store. The charge is discounted if you go with a minimum of 10 people for the tour. The staff members takes everyone through the back and the tour lasts approximately 40 to 45 minutes. All the kids that were in the group that I was with were from 2 to 6 years old and they were engaged in it for most of the time. There are candy samples given throughout the tour and it was great to do something different with the kids. We walked out of here with a 2 pound bag of gummy sharks picked out by my son. The store offered our group a discount on purchases we made in the store after the tour. You won't see enough of cookies, candies, lollipops, flavored popcorn, chocolates, and many more here. The possibilities are endless and they even carry old fashioned and retro candy that you hardly see anymore. There are party packages available if you want to celebrate an occasion for up to 15 kids as well.

Wow! Ken was awesome he not only was very passionate about candy but we learned a ton of information in the tour. I took my girlfriend here for a cool unique date idea and ken knocked it out of the park great price great experience even better staff!

So cool, the whole vibe of this place is like Willy Wonka. It's so fun and the candy is straight fire. It makes me want to lead a blind person over a cliff! It's amazing and I highly recommend.

I finally found a very specific Spanish candy I was looking for at Bulk Candy Store. It was reasonably priced and arrived fresh and fast.

Honestly didn't know what to expect when I booked this tour with my two kids but I was pleasantly surprised. The building looks a bit worn on the outside but the amount of energy and passion they have for the candy industry shines bright with their tours and their creativity throughout the rooms/experience. Very informative and creative. We all had a really good time. Definitely recommend it. Especially if you have kids between 7-11

Came here on vacation on a rainy day w/the kids. Great small side trip when we couldn't go to the pool. Isaac was a great tour guide - very animated, patient, great w/the kids, very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys his job.

I took my 3 boys there yesterday and it was such fun. The tour was about 45 minutes and was super informative. Ken was very engaging with the kids and adults! The selection of candy will bring you back to your childhood and there is so much!

There's so much candy in Bulk Candy Store that you'll be convinced that you're in candy heaven when you first enter the store. From gourmet chocolates to party favors to kid favorites, there is an enormous variety of sugar-based treats to choose from. All items are neatly arranged and the visual appeal is a knock-out! The staff is helpful and friendly. I've thrown 2 baby showers for my daughter in the last 2 years. Bulk Candy has been my source of pink colored candies for the table settings and goody bags for the showers. If you are picking up candy for a special occasion, check the availability of specialty items before you shop. Bulk Candy was out of 'It's a girl' Hershey Kisses for my daughter's shower about 2 weeks beforehand, however the owner had stickers for sale that I could attach to the bottoms of the candy. Family and friends loved the treats to take home that we put together, especially the Hershey Kisses!

Visited this place with my friends for my birthday after finding it on Atlas Obscura. We did the tour and it was well worth the money! Our tour guide Ken was very knowledgeable and funny! Learned a lot of interesting things on the tour. The store is also very cool. Lots of neat and delicious candies and chocolate sweets are offered here and a lot of which you can't find anywhere else in person. They also have a very expansive popcorn selection as well, from sweet to salty. Great to buy for yourself or as gifts for friends and family! I highly recommend this place! :) I'll be back

Went to buy a birthday gift who has sweet tooth and loved it. I don't think there is something you cannot find in this place. They have plenty of options: gummies, cookies, chocolates, lollipops etc etc Great place if you're hosting a party and you need to get candies. Highly recommended

Visited today thinking it would be a unique family friendly activity that appealed to the entire family. It certainly did! It was educational and tasty too! Tour guide, Ken, was engaging and entertaining. They are limiting the 45 minute tours to 5 people. Masks are required

They were part of the fair that had come to New Jersey over the summer. I wanted to have something sweet and no one had any candy on them, so while walking around we saw this and omg we were in heaven. The only thing was that i only had my debit card on me and the minimum was over $8.00, i had to run back in and pick other items out.

Store is great and has the best variety and collection of candy I have ever seen. Me and my girlfriend had a great time during the candy history tour they offer inside the store as well. Ken is also very funny and has a great personality and was very informational. I will definitely come here again for some more egg shaped gummies lol.

Pretty good selection of candy coded by color. The entire store smells amazing! On my first trip there I thought the cashier was friendly. Prices weren't much of a discount than anywhere else tho. Also they don't do returns or exchanges after your payment. Which is annoying. I purchased $70 worth of candy but my sister got the pic of the candy I selected and said the jelly beans weren't the right color. So I walked back in to the store less than 60 seconds after I paid for my purchases and was told they don't do exchanges or refunds. The cashier was nice about it but now I have a $24 bag of jelly beans that my sister will not display at her mermaid themed party. Hopefully I can give them away to someone

As a walk in customer the place is great. It's a warehouse of candy. Candy specialty popcorn made in house is equal to a drug addiction. I've had cookies and cream , red velvet, birthday cake, coconut, s'mores and anyone leaving a bad review due to customer service is a dingus. Mix and match for $8 a lb is always fun. Some rare candy like English candy. Loved it and I'll be stopping by when ever I'm in the area. So many people on yelp are miserable weasels. My one issue is their web site is not well maintained. They have a better selection in person and many of the items they say out of stock online I know for a fact they have. Missing a few flavors of amazing popcorn online also. But I don't blame them. They have an insane inventory. It's a warehouse but just full of candy. Like seriously a candy warehouse. And their version of war heads called Nuclear waste is pretty dank. Best nice helpful lady I see there. Kinda seems like she may own the place but she's gone out of her way to find me a handful of this or that from their back stock room which can't be worth her time but the customer service is primo geemoe. And don't let Them start giving you samples of popcorn. Just pick a couple flavors and don't try em till u leave cusse I go full crackhead and end up buying everything.

Hi my name is Leila. I am ten years old and I loved going to this store! When I went on the tour I loved it.The tour guides name was ken and he was so nice and funny. He took us through the history of candy and the decorations in the tour rooms were so cool. I took lots of pictures and I learned how they made gummy's and now every time I eat gummys I remember how it is made. They give out free candy at the end of the tour. They have a lot of candy and amazing popcorn with lots of flavors and really nice workers.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I placed an order with this company there was a glitch with their online system and the shipping address defaulted back to the billing address. I notified their questions department of this glitch via email and it was confirmed via email by Marva that my order will be shipped to the correct shipping address. Long story short they sent my order to the wrong address anyways and refused to assist me in getting my items expedited to the correct address, in fact they denied the emails were even exchanged. I STILL have not received a refund and now have to contact my bank to reverse the charges. BEWARE THIS COMPANY HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST AT HEART!! My daughter ended up not having her candy bar at her party...and this company offered no apology or assistance DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

If you have time, shop Amazon or The Party Store THEN go here. Bought 3 bags (at $30 a bag) of foil chocolates and was told they were expensive because they were good chocolates, and they were good, but don't refrigerate them! I did that and it made them waxy and chewy. The selection is good, but do your homework!

This store is a dream! The smell when you walk in brings back the nostalgia of childhood. There are so many different kinds of candy to choose from that you could spend hours looking through all of it. They even make their own popcorn in every flavor imaginable! The store is set up so that it's easy to navigate with enough space to be comfortable shopping even when there are a bunch of people there. The man who runs the store (or at least did while we were there) was so incredibly kind and helpful. His great customer service combined with the great selection of old school candy can't be beat. I can't wait to go back!

This place never got me my order and won't respond when I complain no phone number works big rip off think twice about making an order if you don't believe me ask them about this order number 100066113 no they say they have no record of it .

First off, I love their new sign! It not only grabbed my attention (and made me stop by), but it also let me know that they're not just a wholesaler and DO sell to the public. Most of the candy is repackaged name brand candy in bulk bags/packages. However, they do make great flavored popcorn in house. The bag we got (roasted marshmallow) was awesome!

I admit it, I have a weakness for candy. I just love the stuff! Licorice, caramel, hard, soft, chocolate, red, blue, whatever! That is what first attracted me to The Bulk Candy Store, a no brainer for a guy with a sweet tooth. From the minute I walked in I was in awe of the selection. 20 minutes later and 50 bucks down I was out the door with about 10 pounds of my favorite goodies. Did I get a deal? Not exactly, no better than Sam's Club or Wally World. Admittedly, the selection was awesome but after I started digging in... PAY ATTENTION... 99% of the candy I bought was stale. And I mean REALLY STALE. And I'm not talking a month or two stale. Some of the stuff they sold me was friggin prehistoric. So like me, if you go in looking to find your favorite treats from your childhood you will definitely find it. But be forewarned... it is probably as old as you are!

Absolutely recommend. They offer a tour on the history of candy which was both fun and informative, as well as very affordable. Ken, our tour guide, was amazing. He was kind, knowledgable, and (most importantly) funny. I would go back because of how amazing he was alone. BUT, the candy and popcorn selection is also amazing. The popcorn is unique and delicious and there is a very large variety of candy to choose from. Great activity for the family or any sweets fan.

I work in a small office, but we go through a TON of candy. We used to go to Supreme Nut and Candy but they closed their location near us and I had to find something new. Actually, they were clamoring for a hard-to-find item that Supreme had carried. The Bulk Candy Store came through with the exact item, good price, and great delivery time. We'll definitely be ordering from them in the future.

We had the Icee Truck from Bulk Candy Store come to our girls sleepaway camp and the girls were thrilled to say the least! The owner and assistant were pleasant, efficient, friendly and the icees were delicious!

I was looking for an old fashion candy store in Palm Beach County. I was driving along and saw this Candy Store. My family and I went into the store and was immediately welcomed by the owner. A first for me. He engaged in conversation and explained to my kids and wife what's new on the market. We spent at least 20 minutes looking and tasting before purchasing something for all. It brought me back to when I was with my parents in the 70's and wanting to go to the neighborhood candy store. It's nice that Corporate America hasn't taken over this space and a single owner can prosper in today's market. Let's all support this wonderful owner and his store. It's worth the trip and his candy wasn't stale, but; tasty and fresh. From both my kids. Two Thumbs Up.

I have been purchasing candy here for a long time.. back when you walked through the actual warehouse to pick candy. I create beautiful candy bars for private parties and Bulk Candy never fails me! I can coordinate the colors to the party theme to create wonderful displays with a variety of treats! Shop here and support this family owned spot... worth the visit!!

This is actually a warehouse operation, so don't expect your typical candy store. That being said, they took me in as a walk-in and were very friendly and helpful in satisfying my candy needs. :-)

The Bulk Candy Store rocks! We were planning our wedding and wanted to have a candy bar for our guests to take home some fun sweets. They had a huge selection of retro candy as well as endless choices in our colors! Everyone was very helpful in making the event special. THX!!

These guys were AWESOME! I ordered my candy from them in bulk for my wedding candy bar, I searched high and low for the best prices and these guys were competitively priced as well as super helpful over the phone. I have to say after all the different vendors we had to deal with for our wedding, it was a relief to have these guys as one of them. friendly, willing to work with me and in the end, the delivered our candy fresh and on time. The only thing was their website was a little hard to search and I couldn't find some of the candy that it turns out they actually have when I talked to them on the phone. Although they said they were working on it so I'm sure it will be updated soon. Other than that, they were great, would use them again for sure!

I was planning a baby shower for a baby boy and they had the best selection of blue candy and gum for our candy bar. They even had candy gifts to give out at the hospital. Now I am planning a wedding candy bar and will be coming back to find the best candy for that candy buffet.

Just a week before my wedding the local candy store here in Colorado called me and told me that my candy order, from a month before, had been cancelled because they no longer make that color of candy. This candy was meant to be for my wedding favors and I was distraught. I found the Bulk Candy store online and made an order. Since I was ordering this a few days before the 4th of July, the store called me and asked if it would be alright if they upgraded the shipping or free so that my candy wouldn't get caught in holiday traffic and melt. I am very impressed with their friendliness and business. And I'm in Colorado! I will be going to the Bulk Candy Store for any future purchases because I know they will take care of me.

This store has reasonable prices, but not good merchandise. My order arrived broken. The store refused to make it right -- just sent back email saying too bad. AT least one-third of my order was damaged.
