"The delicate Sake Blossom cocktail, made with nigori sake, peach liqueur, cranberry, and mint, seems fitting amid the trendy, modern Japanese setting in bustling Downtown Doral. The space is perfect for enjoying the many small plates (here’s looking at you, crispy pig ears) or perusing the extensive menu with a cocktail in hand." - Alona Martinez

Google
The best tapas place that is open late! We walked in around 945 and sat down right away. Service was great. Food was pretty good too. I’m ready to go back! The shrimp were cooked perfectly and just spicy enough. The croquettes were delicious, and melted in your mouth. Just skip the churros, they were completely overdone.

Google
I like this place for dining—the vibe creates a fun, party-like atmosphere that's perfect for going out with your friends and catching up. Make sure to allow extra time, as parking can be difficult to find. The food was flavorful and well-presented, and the service was also good.

Google
Wow, everything was great. The burger was to die for, possibly the best I’ve ever had. We got take out & everything was perfect. Highly recommend. Pictured is the burger medium rare, Brisket Montaditos, short ribs tapa, potatoes braves, and Serrano Ham Croquettes. The Cannelloni Tapa did not survive long enough to even get a picture of. What a Great meal.

Just had one of the best dining experiences at Bulla Gastrobar, and I have to give a big shoutout to Juan, our server—he was fantastic! Super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and really knew the menu. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. The food? Delicious! We had the patatas bravas, the tetilla cheese, shishito peppers, bistec a la parrilla, the huevos bulla, grilled octupus, and the sponge cake for dessert - everything was flavorful! I’ll be back soon! If you go, ask for Juan—he’ll take good care of you.

First of all….amazing energy at this place. From the moment we walked in, the Maitre D was incredible. They seated us outside and took great care of us. The view is amazing. The food came quickly and the drinks were great. Our server was Jesus. He was friendly with great energy and attentive. We do tapas a lot. So we are “experts.” The food was very good. They are opening a new spot in MD. We will see them there also!!! And the churros…OMG. Must visit this place.

Google
Had a great time at the bar this afternoon. Tried several of the specialty cocktails and found all amazingly tasty and well balanced. The service is top notch, Felipe, who took care of us today was friendly and spot on with all the recommendations and cocktail creations. Will definitely be back, again and again. Highly recommend Bulla Gastrobar in Doral.

Google
Chris was amazing. Amazing atmosphere, Great suggestions, Chris has a superb personality and very attentive to our needs. The mix Paella was well seasoned and a big portion. Croquetas are a must and the lavender margarita spot on! Highly recommend.

Google
This was our first time here and we were blown away! Absolutely amazing food & the drinks were so good as well. We loved it so much that we ended up coming back the next day for happy hour. Great service and dinner again, literally have been telling everyone! Can’t wait to move to the area to come back :)

Yelp
Bulla Gastrobar offers a wonderful Spanish dining experience with standout dishes like the patatas bravas, dátiles rellenos, carbonara, kale salad, and mouthwatering churros. The ambiance is beautifully decorated, service is attentive, and prices are reasonable. However, one downside is the limited selection of entrees, which may leave some diners wanting more variety in main course options. Despite this, Bulla Gastrobar remains a great choice for sharing delicious tapas and enjoying a cozy dining atmosphere.

Yelp
Brunch at Bulla? 5/5!! They have a brunch prix fixe menu for $31 that is worth every penny! Brings an appetizer, main course & a dessert. Honestly by the time the dessert came out, I was stuffed! The quality and taste of the food is spectacular. For an additional $22 you can get unlimited mimosas and/or sangrias. I had the Tostada de Aguacate to start. The avocado!! Wow! So fresh, and the seasoning on it was excellent! Probably my favorite dish of the day. Next I had the Chicken & Waffles. Chicken was perfectly crisped and juicy, but I thought the waffles needed more flavor. Some powdered sugar would've done the trick. For dessert I had the Torrija. The mascarpone ice cream!! It was my first time trying that flavor of ice cream and it left me speechless! So good!! To drink I had the Horchata! It was so refreshing and sweet! Loved that it comes in a wine glass, so I felt like I was part of the crew! We had the best server, Ricardo. He put up with all our shenanigans lol Really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. They play music, not too loud but you can still jam out to it. Plenty of tables inside and outside, but with this summer heat, I recommend booking inside.

Yelp
I ate dinner here while visiting for work meetings. The service was excellent. The food was ok. The salmon was a bit overcooked. I started with a salmon carpaccio which was pretty tasty. I was interested in the tuna tartare but it is not gluten free and I was told it can't be made GF. I then had the salmon, as I mentioned, it was overcooked and a bit dry. They have some decent looking desserts but most are not GF so I had the sorbet and an espresso martini. I would probably give it another try but not while I'm in town this time, too many other places to try.

Alexandra V.

Yelp
Great place to stop by for happy hour after work if you are in the Doral area! Just make sure you arrive early to be able to get a seat at the bar since it gets packed quickly. Every time I come here I always have to get my favorites: huevos bulla, stuffed dates, croquetas, tabla mixta, tortilla española, and pan con tomate paired with their pitcher of red or white sangria. I love that the plates are good to share with others and they have something for everyone on the menu. They have so many options when it comes to tapas.

Minerva G.

Yelp
Had a great dinner with my family at Bulla, we've been here a couple of times actually and it never disappoints. We had great service, were seated quickly and the suggestions were on point. Hubby bought me here to please me, left happy we did! LOL

Stephany S.

Yelp
Scored a seat at the bar! Love the active environment at the bar. They did add new tapas to their happy hour menu which are awesome. There are some tapas available at a discounted price if you sit at the bar. Otherwise, drinks are happy hour priced all throughout the restaurant. We tried the gambas al ajillo which were absolutely delicious. The garlic was perfectly cooked. The croquetas de jamon always hold a dear place in my heart. Can't leave without an order of those. Smooth and delicious, comes with a fig spread. The machego and serrano board is great! Its like a mini charcuterie board with candied walnuts and crostini toasts. We also got the truffle fries,,,, because TRUFFLE !!! So yummy. I love fries. It was smothered in parmesan cheese!! The steak montaditos was by far my favorite bite of the day. It had the most tender piece of steak with a delicious sauce and a piquillo pepper on top. So yummy!! The tuna tartare wonton crisps were a nice fresh bite with mango, it had the perfect balanced bite. For drinks I tried their rose sangria which wad delicious! Made with sparkling rose so it was very refreshing. And I also tried the Lavender French 75, which if you love lavender like I do, then this is the drink for you! The balance of lavender and gin was so perfect. Definitely a great place to catch up with friends while having some great drinks and bites.

Natalie E.

Yelp
Very beautiful and presentable place! Comfortable seating and good for a date night or sit at the bar for a more relaxed atmosphere. The drinks here are spectacular! I ordered a drink that was had lavender flavors. There are several tapa options and the paella to share takes a little bit to prep but worth the wait! Not the absolute best I've ever had but still tasty. I would return! I also enjoyed that there's lots to do in the plaza/area in general to continue the day outing/night outing. City place is really close as well!

Yasmin M.

Yelp
We have been here twice, always fun and electric. It's loud, so be prepared for a party atmosphere. The food is exceptional as well as the cocktails. The service is not perfection but it's always a fun place for brunch or dinner with friends.

Roxana N.

Yelp
Service- excellent. Super kind, attentive and accommodating. Food- this place definitely shines with their tapas. I have been here several times, and so far my favorite tapas are the Spanish octopus, bacon wrapped dates, serrano ham and various cheeses, pan con tomate, and ham croquettes!! Can't go wrong with any of these. I had the branzino, which was one of the plates featured on their Miami spice menu and I felt like it was not seasoned well and a little over cooked. The churros are delicious and come with chocolate and caramel dipping sauce. I was not impressed by the flan de coco. You couldn't really taste the coconut and the consistency was more gelatin like than creamy. It also comes paired with a passion fruit sorbet that I feel does not complement it very well. Ambiance- outdoor seating was perfect! Good music as well.

Alexa F.

Yelp
Good place to get tapas and try many different things. Would skip main meals. Tequenos- the best (especially with the fig jam) Pan con tomate- yum, olive oil flavor! Cheese and meat plate- delicious Patatas bravas- great sauce! Croquetas- good Tortilla- could skip, have had better Burger- good but nothing special

Andro S.

Yelp
I'm a big guy and usually don't like tapas, but these were delicious. I had a vendor pick this place for lunch and it did not disappoint. All the dishes were perfect for us 3 and I left full. The place serves Spanish type tapas as a reference to Spanish food. We came during lunch time and it was pretty empty. The service was good and the food came out almost immediate. Not sure how busy it is for dinner, but lunch was pleasant with no wait times. The pan con tomate was exceptionally delicious. I'll come back here time and time again to order them.

Deby V.

Yelp
Love this bulla, I've been here many times for lunch with my coworkers. They're great with big groups! Their lunch/happy hour menu is great too! I'm a fan of their gazpacho, lentils, pan con tomate, papas bravas and burger! Their dessert is also so goooood! The churros are amazing and the flan is great too.

PJ B.

Yelp
Dropped in on a Sunday, busy place, very lively. Started with a beer and some wine. Octopus was tender, charcuterie board was perfect. Food and service was very good. We will be back.

Yasemin S.

Yelp
We love coming to Bulla for a good happy hour/ appetizers and amazing service. The music is always great, and there's such a good vibe anytime of day. Today our server was Juan, and he was absolutely fantastic. Service always makes or breaks the experience for me and Juan was attentive, quick (even though he was overseeing a large number of tables), and ensured everything was great both meal wise, and service wise. We can't wait to be back!

Emely R.

Yelp
Food: I have always loved going to Bulla Gastrobar!! The food is always fresh and with a Spanish twist! Best happy hour in town with pitchers of sangria for a phenomenal price! Service: Our server was very sweet and nice and was very attentive of our table. Ambiance is modern with good music and decor (: Highly recommend!

Yelp
We decided to try this Spanish Tapas systole place out because they were running a July Taste of Doral Special 4 course meal for $40. This spot is located in Downtown Doral. The ambiance is nice and it has a nice bar too. We went on a weekday at 4pm so it was not crowded yet. Service was quick and attentive. We both ordered the 4 course meal and it was perfect because we were able to try 8 different dishes. Here is what we ordered: First course: Pan con Tomato: toasted crispy ethereal bread brushed with fresh tomato - this was so light and refreshing...very simple but I think this was favorite of everything we ordered. Patatas Bravas - crispy potato cubes, spicy brava sauce & aioli - this was ok, they came out nice and hot Second course : Gambas Al Ajillo- sautéed shrimp, garlic, brandy, pepper flakes served with bread - basics garlic shrimp good but nothing special Montaditos: brisket, tomato marmalade, guindilla, tetilla cheese - I enjoyed this one....I enjoyed the marmalade Third Course: Huevos Bulla: Eggs, homemade potato chips, Serrano ham, potato foam, truffle oil Pulpo A La Parrilla - Grilled octopus, corn purée, salsa criolla, cracked pepper 4th course dessert: Flan de Coco - Coconut flan, mango sorbet Churros con Chocolate - Traditional fried dough, chocolate sauce, dulce de leche This was a fun experience and we got to try many different dishes! Good value for all of the food we had!

Yelp
This is a "regular" location for us. We come here at least once a month. Never gets old. The food is always delicious and the service is superb. Perfect for happy hour or to hang out at the bar. Like always, we love getting the tabla mixta which comes with two different types of cheeses, (manchego and tetilla). Also includes olives, toast, chorizo and Serrano ham. The bottles of wine are half off during happy hour. My personal favorite is the pan con tomate. And if you're from Spain you know why . The croquettes are "a must" if you go and the meatballs are amazing. It comes with bread so don't be shy. Go ahead and dip the bread in the sauce. Trust me. It's delicious. This is a place where we continue to go and never disappoints.

Yelp
I have been to Bulla multiple times, and every time, the service is outstanding. They are always attentive and provide great recommendations when requested. The food is always delicious. Their tequeños with the fig jam are impressive. The patatas bravas are always crisp and delicious. The canelones are good as well. Their croquetas will melt in your mouth. The carbonara is delicious and fresh, and it can be shared among two. Their sangria are excellent, red and white, and I usually prefer white. This location is in downtown Doral and is generally busy, but the wait times are not bad. The ambiance is excellent, whether at a table or the bar.

Yelp
Our first night on our vacation to Miami/Seven Day Cruise/Miami Beach was at Bulla Gastrobar. While I lived in Miami, this was on my list of places to eat. Sadly, I never did before I moved. I made it a point to come while I was back on vacation because I wanted to finally try it. This particular Bulla Gastrobar is located in downtown Doral. I drove here from the nearby Intercontinental Hotel, and drove around for 20 minutes and could not find parking. The valet wasn't even accepting vehicles. I had to drive back to the hotel, and catch a lyft from there to eat at Bulla. As inauspicious of a beginning that was, thankfully there was less than a five minute wait to be seated. Its not because the restaurant was not busy, It was because the staff if efficient, quick, and the hostess was skillful in getting tables prepared quickly. We were quickly led to our table. We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Once seated, we were attended by our waiter Hugo, was was fantastic. He took our first order which were for drinks: my brother ordered some Spanish Cider, while my mother and I both got a glass of Albarino wine. We then reviewed the menu and started with some appetizers: some meatballs as well as a Paleta Iberica De Bellota. The meatballs were delicious, but i was especially impressed by the Paleta Iberica De Bellota. I had always wanted to try it, and it was magnificent. Hugo then took our next order, our main courses. Again, he was very attentive. My mom decided to have as her main course two orders of Caldo Gallego, because she loves Caldo Gallego. My brother ordered a Bulla Burger with patatas bravas, while I requested the bistec a la parrilla. My mother was happy with her Caldo Gallego as she has not had a good one in years. My brother and I both thought our main courses were divine. We did not have anymore room for anything more after we were finished. We left Bulla happy and satisfied. It may have taken me longer to try Bulla than what I wanted, but it was well worth the wait!

Vanessa S.

Yelp
Bulla is one of my favorite restaurants to go to for happy hour or lunch. They serve Spanish inspired tapas and other foods like tequeños. I definitely categorize it as a fusion restaurant. I also really really enjoy their sangria. They have red or white sangria. My favorite is the red sangria--it's not too sweet. I highly recommend the following dishes: -Pan con Tomate -Tabla Mixta -Croquetas (The dipping sauce is DELICIOUS!) -Tequeños -Patatas Bravas My recommendation is to order a couple of items of the menu and share with the table. This way you get to try more than one dish! If you are coming for dinner, sometimes there is a wait, so I recommend making a reservation if possible.

Thomas L.

Yelp
First of all, the food and vibe are good at this restaurant. I want to talk about the "tax" they charge on our bill. We came here for dinner on 12/20/23, and everyone had a good time, and I paid the bill. This morning, when I checked the receipt, I noticed something. The tax amount is much higher than it is supposed to be. The total(food and drink) is $363.00, and 7% of should be $25.41. But the restaurant charged $34.27 for tax. $34.27 tax should come from the total of $489.57. It seems like the restaurant charged 9.4% "TAX" I really want to know how they come up with this calculation.

Denise T.

Yelp
My friend and I had a girls trip to Miami and were staying in the Doral area. Our hotel has a free shuttle service that they offer to pick up and drop off in the downtown area. They provided a list of places they go and we looked over the menu for Bulla and had to have dinner there. We started with sangria which was very refreshing. Then we decided just to split a bunch of tapas. We got the gambas al ajillo, pimientos de padron, pulpo a la parrilla and pintxos pork loin skewers. Nothing disappointed. I would say the shrimp to me was my favorite. The octopus was cooked perfectly. They also offer other octopus dishes prepared in different ways. Great dinner on the patio and the service was on point as well. I would highly recommend this place. Found out afterwards that it is a chain and now I will seek out other locations while traveling.

Elena E.

Yelp
Would like to share with those who like us doesn't know the area. We happened to be here around 3-4pm on Tuesday and we're thinking to get a bite may be on happy hour. The downtown Doral area looked very empty and boring. Tried a restaurant across the street that had good reviews but it was so sad that we apologized and left. But bulla had people and for a reason. Very nice music, lively atmosphere, happy hour specials, nice decor and of course food. Been to a different location in coral gables before and liked it, so we came here. We got a table fast. Bar area got pretty busy soon. We were really enjoying the atmosphere. I love tapas style menu, we ordered a few tapas/ appetizers to share and a paella that was also on Tuesday special menu. Everything was great! We got octopus with potatoes, arepitas with meat and cannellonis! Cannelloni are the must to try! Paella was moist and delicious, we had to take some home because we got too many appetizers to try. Overall loved everything, if you are in the area don't hesitate go to Bulla

Ashley R.

Yelp
This is my go to place for any time my friends and I want to catch up. The food quality is refreshing and always fresh made. The workers are super friendly and show care to their customers. On your birthday they give you a happy birthday card with a cute message and all the workers sign it, super adorable! Ambiance is beautiful and in a cute plaza!

Christopher R.

Yelp
We went for an early breakfast, before the brunch crowd. We did the garbanzo frito on the brunch menu and the French toast. Both were great, French toast was on the smaller side and I wish that would have been stated on the menu. Our server Kiara was great, and super attentive. She offered her recommendation and was diligent about our dairy allergy.

Steve C.

Yelp
Another fun visit to Bulla! Always a lively atmosphere with wonderful happy hour specials. This night I started with their wonderful sangria. I had the chicken paella, and it was downright delicious! I ate dinner at the bar and service was fantastic.

Kelly M.

Yelp
The food is delicious! I've been to both dinner and brunch! But I definitely recommend brunch they have a prefix that you can purchase for I believe around $29 that includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert which good options. There are also bottomless specials Doggy lovers:: dogs also allowed!

Cristin R.

Yelp
Bulla is a solid restaurant with good food, good service, great ambience and great cocktails. There are several locations that I have visited as far as Winter Park FL and they are always consistent. This review is based on lunch at the Doral location. I have dined here on back-to-back Fridays which for me says a lot.. They have a great prix fixe menu that allows you to get 2 courses for $21 or 3 for I believe $26? There are tons of options.. First time around, I started with the Kale Cesar. It's a huge portion of perfectly massaged kale and loaded with fresh Parm.. highly recommend it. Also got the burger on this visit. The burger is cooked well but you might want to lean more rare.. It has caramelized onions and is perfectly seasoned. The following week, I ordered the jamon serrano croquetas with fig jam and the pork dish with the blue cheese sauce and french fries. The blue cheese sauce is like a delicious light and creamy fondue that pairs perfectly with their delicious fries. All items are awesome and Bulla is always a solid choice.

Missy R.

Yelp
Great ambiance, food was tasty but I wouldn't say it's spectacular... it's a nice vibe which in my opinion over powers the actual quality of the food. I would definitely recommend a visit... great for date night, first dates, girls nights, small groups. The service was good as well. Pretty place in a pretty strip.

Luz M.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant, check in was smooth. We came for the last night of Miami Spice and were pleased with the menu. Food, drinks and dessert were good.

Leidy Carolina L.

Yelp
I highly recommend this place. We came in for dinner and order a few tapas. We had the meat balls 7/10, the brisket montaditos 10/10 (my husband's favorite) Serrano croquettes 10/10.( the croquettes are a must; they are just perfect, they are filled with ham and cheese. Tuna tartare 10/10. (Very fresh and delicious) Canelón I 7/10. Arepitas ibericas 8/10. & churros 10/10. In general all the food was great , very tasty and on point. This restaurant is tapas style so you order multiple plates to share just like I did. We got 6 plates and ended up super full & we are good eaters. The service was great, our waitress came in multiple times to check on us and the other kid who was serving water was also coming to check on us every time and ask us if we needed more water. The ambiance is ok , a little loud (specially tonight, we have a big group next to us) nothing crazy ! I recommend this place the food is not pricey if you compare to other restaurants in Miami & the most important the food is just delicious.

Kate A.

Yelp
I brought my bestie here for lunch to celebrate her birthday. We enjoyed the Miami Spice lunch. For $4 they add a sangria- well worth it. I had the croquetas for my app. They came out fresh and tasty- they were also a great serving size. for my main I did the chicken pinxta with avocado toast. It was very tasty and another good portion size. For dessert I went with the churros- yummy! Service was great and the restaurant had a nice vibe.

Sarah R.

Yelp
If you haven't tried Bulla, then this is your sign to grab a few friends, order some wine, and down their savory tapas!

Geraldine F.

Yelp
The girls and I had an amazing Friday night at Bulla. We had some lavender margaritas they were delish we sat outside and everything was so beautiful. It was my birthday dinner Hugo made it very special with great speedy service and recommended amazing dishes! Plates were soo good not all made it the camera roll

Jennifer R.

Yelp
Parking is great. Right outside. Walk right in. Food is amazing. Came in for the paella. Craving authentic paella and it was almost there. We were satisfied not WOWED by it. Everything else we ordered was super amazing and delicious Service is great. Very nice and accommodating staff. Ambiance was pleasant. We visited in a Sunday during the day and could've stayed for hours. If it wasn't for that gigantic paella... we probably would have shoved more delicious dishes into it bellies. Enjoy. We will come back for more.

Maria A.

Yelp
I went for Miami Spice. We sat at the bar cause the restaurant was full. The bartender was amazing. She even made my favorite cocktail even though it was t on the menu. The food was so good that we are planning to go back for more. My husband's burger took some time but we talked the people around us so the ambiance was just right. This place changed my mind about Bulla. Please come and try the food if you have never gone before. If you visit often let me know and maybe I'll join you. (Sorry husband didn't give me a chance to take a picture of the burger. Oh well, next time).

Lisandra C.

Yelp
Went to bulla during Miami Spice and we got so much food for such great price. We ordered the octopus carpaccio, croquetas siérranos which are my favs, pulpo a la parrilla, gambas al ajillo, arroz caldoso, Branzino a la catalana, and churros .aside from Miami spice menu we ordered additional appetizers that were not part of the Miami spice menu. To drink we had sangrias. Service is always super good, super attentive very nice. The ambience is to love since it gives you the feel you are in Spain

Viv O.

Yelp
My weekly stop. My fav pan con tomate and la tab la de quesos. Los churros para postre.

JC N.

Yelp
I'm picky. No specific reason, just picky sometimes and even more when it comes to food I really like. That being said, I have yet to have a bad dish at Bulla. I have had the lentil soup, albóndigas, pulpo, stuffed dates, gambas, and of course croquetas. There may be a dish or two that I'm forgetting. The food is good and flavorful, presentation/plating is clean and the service is not bad for as busy as the place can get. It can be noisy, but that's the flow of the ambiance that you get at Bulla. Let me not forget to mention the Sangria, both the white and red are enjoyable. I can't say it's been the best, but it's not bad.

Jeimy P.

Yelp
Bulla always hits the spot with their savor tapas and amazing drinks. Has lately become our go to because of their seasonal soups which are a must try. Recommended for dates, birthday, and just about any celebration. Will continue to come here and always try something new they have to offer.

Isabel C.

Yelp
AMAZING FOOD AND DRINKS. The chicken paella was Soo good, fresh and delicious. You cannot forget to try the mojitos!! Service was great as-well as the ambience. COMIDA Y BEBIDAS INCREÍBLES. La paella de pollo estaba tan buena, fresca y deliciosa. No puedes dejar de probar los mojitos!! El servicio fue excelente, así como el ambiente.

Paola M.

Yelp
The food and service were amazing. Shout out to our server "yoyo" for guiding us thru this wonderful experience. Can't wait to return.

Jess B.

Yelp
Food was excellent I highly recommend it I enjoy the nice company and the music of the restaurant

Maite H.

Yelp
Bulla never disappoints! Been there many times but this was the first time during Sunday brunch. Huevos Bulla will keep me brunching there. The perfect combination of eggs, ham, potato, and truffle oil. Yoyo was our server and he was so attentive. We were a big group, and he was quick to offer splitting the bill before we ordered. He was quick, made suggestions, and was friendly. The perfect server all around!

Yelp
Overall, quality food, quality service, great ambiance - always a solid choice. FOOD: My wife had the lunch prix fixe menu with kale caesar salad to start, the croqueta preparada, and coconut flan. The salad was surprisingly so good - I'm not a caesar salad fan but I was definitely stealing hers! The croqueta sandwich was soooo good and definitely uniquely Miami - 10/10 would order again. The cheese works great with the salty ham and crispy croquetas. The coconut flan came with a passion fruit sorbet, which I also stole from my wife. The flan was smooth and creamy, and the passion fruit sorbet tasted like you were eating it fresh. I had lomo iberico (ham) to start, followed by the ensalada de pulpo (octopus salad). Now that was a refreshing salad paired with a charcoal grill flavor octopus! DRINKS: My wife had a refreshing classic lemonade and I had a red wine sangria - fruity and strong. Definitely more potent than other sangrias I had in Miami! SERVICE: We had very attentive service from the staff, and especially our server Maria Jose. We were given a great table that accommodated our stroller (where baby was napping). They always checked in on us, gave recommendations, etc. Excellent! AMBIANCE: I love the atmosphere of the downtown Doral location. It's beautifully decorated and has nice tile accents. They have a decent outdoors area if that's your style. We sat slightly indoors, where the tables are facing an open wall to the patio. Bathrooms are also clean, and there is a changing table available. PARKING: Not free and limited. There's $5 per hour garage parking, but if you go down near the park you might snag some street parking for a much more reasonable price.

Yelp
Bulla boasts an approachable Spanish theme. Offering tapas, jamón ibérico plates, caldo gallego, & the like - they still serve up dishes that someone with a less cosmopolitan pallet would recognize (chicken & waffles, salmon dishes, steak & eggs, etc). The brunch option is a great choice if you are trying to stay on a budget while still wanting to get a sample of what they have to offer. 3 courses for $30 & the portions are big enough where even a hearty eater like me had to take home most of my dessert pancakes. The food is good - well prepared, freshly cooked, & promptly served - even on a busy Saturday afternoon when we went! With the variety offered, you could easily find Bulla suitable for drinks & apps, a full meal of either healthier or guiltier options, or even a light lunch. Some of the dishes really pack a flavorful punch & separate this menu from a more ambiguous theme. The chorizo flavor in the garbanzo soup, for instance, or the inclusion of truffle oil in various plates brings out a consciousness of keeping the recipes unique (for a fairly affordable Doral eatery at least) and from veering into a more average Americanized profile. Keeps things interesting. The cocktails were solid. I preferred the margaritas & the Spanish old fashioned. Again, packed w flavor & well balanced. The Bougie Palmer fell a little flat for my taste & didn't carry as much dimension as the other cocktails. But, I applaud the menu build for offering their own unique drinks. The service was outstanding. Servers were always accessible & aware even when they were busy away from the table. Ana was our server & she anticipated all our questions & needs. Even when Ana was busy, someone was always around to help out. The great service rounded out the experience making it an enjoyable experience.

Yelp
First time here. Decided to try it out based on its reviews. They have a happy hour menu and a great cocktail list. We sat at the bar & Tried the red sangria bc it had great reviews and it was a bit too sweet for my taste. My friend had the white sangria and thought that same. We ordered jamón serrano as an appetizer. The ham was delicious however I wish it came with more then just plain crackers on the side. Overall the restaurant is very cute and pretty. The service is great and the ambiance is fabulous.

Yelp
TLDR: Cute and yummy tapas in Coral Gables FOOD Pan con tomate w Serrano ham and Manchegk cheese: this was somehow my favorite dish all night. Although very simple, I thought the freshness of the tomato somehow really elevated this dish Albondigas: flavors were really good, but not mind blowing. Get it if you're with heavy meat eaters. I liked that they gave extra bread. Calamari: fresh and classic. Not TOO breaded which I appreciate. Arroz Caldoso: a tomato-y flavor for those unfamiliar with the dish. It was75% seafood which I didn't expect (but that's what I loved about it haha). I would've loved an extra side of bread with this. DRINKS Spanish Old Fashioned: a little bit sweeter than what I expected, but still good flavors Spanish Marg: it just tasted like a regular margarita for me. Not overtly sweet, and strong without being too alcohol forward. SERVICE On a Friday night, the service wasn't the nicest, but they were also really busy. AMBIANCE Its a small spectrum. Some people definitely get all cute and dressed up to come here. Others are here with their kids.

Yelp
This is like my third or fourth time here! its always fun! If you're looking for a loud, vibrant, fun and yummy restaurant /ambiance, this is the place! On this occasion we tried the "pan con tomate" and added manchego and serrano!! Absolutely loved it! Everything about it was delicious, fresh, great portions! The perfect appetizer. We also tried the ham arepas with pulled pork, manchego and avocado aioli but would not repeat this plate. We found the arepas way too greasy and with a fast food-like cheap taste. The combination sounded delish but it was really missing "sazón" The "paella de mariscos" was really moist so if you like it better a bit more dry, I would recommend asking for it. We like it both ways so for us, it was great! The flavors were right on point and it brings a great amount of seafood! Good size for 2 people (having also an appetizer or dessert) For dessert we actually used the "free churro coupon" from the Yelp app but could finish the plate. The were kind of undercooked. You could tell because the dough would stick to your teeth (pretty uncomfortable feeling) Also the chocolate dip was not really yummy and somewhat runny. The caramel was ok! Recommendation: pour less sugar on top and make sure it's evenly distributed and not just a whole bunch of sugar on the middle of the churros. The service was great! Laritza took care of us and even though the place was packed, she managed to bring everything on time with a big smile and super nice attitude! The bar section looks really fun for a casual get together with friends or a date! Will not disappoint.
