"Bulla isn’t just the best Spanish spot in Polanco—it’s the best Spanish restaurant in all of Mexico City. This place is unpretentious (with prices that are even less so), and its the kind of laid-back spot where you might come for lunch and end up drinking cañas till 7pm. You’ll be impressed by their perfectly runny tortilla de patatas, which you should combine with a pan con tomate and Mahou. For the main event, go in on the tapas-style dishes, like the tender pulpo a la gallega, and the croquetas de jamón serrano that are semi-crunchy outside and gooey inside. Head to the restaurant on Sundays when a shrimp-packed paella is served from a massive paellera. There are three Bulla locations, but we like this one for the corner terrace and lively energy." - guillaume guevara

Unique, authentic, and truly delicious flavors in every dish I tried. I loved everything — the taste was spot on. The octopus is a great option to share, and the rice dishes are out of this world. The atmosphere is also perfect for groups of four to six people, making it an ideal spot to enjoy good food and company.

A lovely place; that kind of food and service will run you north of $1k in NYC , and will be worth it.
Wife and I built a tasting menu out of a few half-portions, jamón ibérico, grilled squid, pork cheek, braised oxtail, etc. The food was to die for, a bottle of a Douro Valley wine complemented nicely. Excellent dessert as well. The clientele seems to be mostly local, always a plus.

Good service but could be better for a restaurant with this tradition. There seems to be a tendency for removing your cup before you finish your drink. Superb Tortilla de patatas. Great Papas Bravas. Do not order the Asturian Breaded steak with cheese. Too dry. Love the pintxos.

Stopped by for lunch without a reservation and got seated no problem. We were there just after they opened, though, so it might've been pre-lunch rush. For best results, make a reservation.
Great food. The tuna was excellently cooked and delicious. Decent sangria, too.
The atmosphere is a bit loud, but it wasn't too bad for an informal lunch. In all, good place for tasty Spanish food!

Great place for Spanish tapas, the food had authentic flavors, and a few basque options in the menu. I tried 2 of the pintxos and they were well prepared. I also liked the lechon confitado, it's like they press a portion of carnitas on a very hot pan, and it comes out with a really crispy crust. Low lighting and amenable music, suitable for a work event as well as a date. It can get busy, make a reservation.

I enjoyed my meal. The Spanish tortilla was delicious and the sangria was perfect (especially because it was such a hot and sunny day).
It was very busy but the service was impeccable and fast.
I didn’t like the calamari but everything else was fine. Maybe a little bit expensive.
