I ordered online yesterday morning and then took a nap before work. When I tell you I woke up in the worst pain of my life I'm not kidding. The flavor and texture stunk first of all. How do you get a bacon egg and cheese wrong. Secondly the rest of the day I was projectile vomiting and pooping until 4 am the next morning. Do not eat here

Stopped in and grabbed an egg and cheese last week. 4/5 because I wish the egg had salt & pepper on it, but maybe i’m too much of a salt lover.

I expected a “well oiled machine” where you step up, order a bagel, slide down the counter, pay and your out the door in 5 minutes. This is place is anything but a well oiled machine. There were only two employees working; one was working the bagel industry’s smallest stovetop operation while the other was attempting to take orders and move the tickets along. Part of the problem is there is no organization to the tickets. New tickets stack up as the employee managing the stovetop only cooks the order on the top of the stack. Another problem with their tickets is they pile up in multiple locations so the cook doesn’t know the sequence of orders. As for the employee taking orders, he is trying to move so fast he doesn’t write the entire order on the ticket which caused an incorrect order. While I waited for my bagel sandwich, I watched at least three others walk back in after receiving their orders claiming the order was incorrect. Another flaw in the system is the mobile ordering. With a single employee managing orders, he clearly does not have time to track mobile orders and I suggest this feature be turned off for this small location. All of this chaos resulted in a 30+ minute wait for my breakfast sandwich. When tickets are “complete” the employees place the orders on top of the bins holding the bagels so there is less of a chance of knowing which order is which. As for value, given the wait and incorrect order, it was one of the most overpriced breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. While this establishment had so many negative traits, the bagel itself was decent though I still prefer Bethesda bagels over this bagel. Overall: I do not recommend this location. You will pay a lot of money, wait a very long time, and get whatever they decide to hand you. It is truly an embarrassment to the bagel shop world. I recommend Bullfrog shut this down to prevent ruining what is left of their brand.

Very very good bagels! My favorite local bagels. They also have breakfast sandwiches of various kinds, but those are less special. The service can be hit or miss especially during busy times or for random online orders. All that said, definitely a win for their bagels.

I normally order from the Bullfrog bagels on H St NE and it's really good but I got Uber eats from this one this morning and the eggs tasted like plastic and the bagel was really stale. I would still recommend the H Street location but will not be ordering from here again.

If I'm paying $9 for a bagel and a coffee it's really has to be much higher quality than this. And not even anywhere to sit down? Girl

Put Bacon all over a vegetarian's Tomato Egg and Cheese Bagel. Basically said "too bad, go through UberEats to get a refund."
