Really lovely, quirky hotel in an ideal location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants & pubs. Rooms were spacious, clean and warm. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and service was brilliant. I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again if I'm in Belfast.

We stayed in “comfy” last time & it was HUGE. “Dinky” is the cheapest & smallest room & it is all you need. The AC was great, coffee maker & empty frig! Bathroom is smaller but same amenities & VERY clean! We LOVE the location in the cathedral quarter…walk everywhere & lots of live music starting early in the evening. Room is quiet!|**Tip: dinky room has a large bed (American queen?) & is one side against a wall, BUT it has a ledge of about 9 inches between the bed & the wall & it does not extend to the END of the bed, so the person on this side CAN exit the bed without disturbing the other person!**see my pics

Very nice design of the rooms, super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The building itself looks really cool and the bar/restaurant attached is great. As there were no sockets for the hairdryer in the bathroom, it was almost impossible to dry your hair in front of a mirror because the sockets were far away.

We loved this place! Very stylish and a great vibe. The food was great. Our room was perfect, and it's central. £12 for 24 hours parking across the road, too. We will definitely be back. Good value when compared with other city centre hotels.

This is the most dog friendly place in Belfast and is our place to stay when we need to go to "town." Without exception, the welcome upon arrival is outstanding. The dog helps but I can see it would be the same without him. The rooms are small but quote adequate for a short break.Over the years we have eaten and both the restaurant and in the Lobby (with Magnús, the Golden Retriever) and it has been excellent. Fish tacos are amazing and their rather posh Full Irish for breakfast is an absolute bargain. No need to go to the Inn-Shops as it's the same price but not as classy. Sorry Inn-Shops. But what is really the best is the international vibe. On November 28, I got to speak English, Gaeilge, Norwegian and French with other guests. Amazing. Great location. great pricing, cheap parking less than 50m away.

Great quirky hotel. Plenty of different places for a drink , day or night and good food to go along with it. Great location also in the heart of Belfast. Staff very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend. Nothing more to say because I have said what needed to be said for your 200 characters, mad.

Great location. Food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast. On check-in, we were welcomed by a very friendly, smiling receptionist called Grainne. As we had never stayed here before she explained all about the hotel. Our room was very spacious, I've never seen a shower as big as the one in our room. All the little extras in our room were a bonus. During our stay, we found that all the staff members are exceptionally friendly and welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Disgraceful. £170 is at the very least an upper price if not quite premium price for a city centre hotel. DO NOT book this hotel on a Friday or Saturday night. The noise from the courtyard nightclub is horrendous and renders sleep completely impossible. You'd get a better sleep in a dorm at a youth hostel in Australia. I wish I could put a sound review on and not pictures as I lie here at midnight raging. The noise is incredible. The solution offered by reception? Ear muffs. Don't even mention the absence of any bottled water, awful view and cheap bedding. I've been coming here for years to the bars and restaurants but the experience of the hotel means I'm finished with this spot
