This place was a hit!! I’m so glad we took a morning walk & ran into this bakery. We went 5 days in a row!!! My Absolute favorite was the cheese & sausage kolaches. The dough was fresh, buttery & clearly made in house daily behind the scenes which was confirmed by the baker l, that I got to meet along with his lovely wife Karen. I had such fun in their space and outdoor patio environment it felt like family, community & a real morning pick me up spot. Oooh, I went out of my comfort zone and tried the morning glory muffin, it was incredible with so much goodness inside; like shredded carrots, cranberries, etc. . It tasted almost like an upscale carrot cake but even better. Anywho I say sleep in, skip your free hotel breakfast and run don’t walk to Bullseye Bakery for all meals because why not have this goodness for dinner; get the to go box sampler!!! I can’t wait for my next business trip to Austin to get these good vibes & yummy treats again.

Hidden gem: The coffee is one of the best I’ve tried in Austin. This place is definitely underrated! I couldn’t even wait to take a pic before I took a bite, the quiche looked so good!

A bakery by day, and a bar by night. How cool is that?! My partner and I stopped by for breakfast and tried their iced mocha latte, sausage cheddar kolaches, cinnamon roll and veggie quiche (spinach, mushroom, tomatoes, shallots). The latte was good, the quiche was very spinach heavy but tasty, but my favorite was the kolache. They taste as good as they look! ❤️ My partner also enjoyed the cinnamon roll. Will be back to try their scones and other pastries! Very happy this place opened up in the neighborhood. Nice staff and love supporting small businesses!

Absolutely love the baked goods from here. The best cinnamon rolls in Austin. Great coffee also. They also seem to have a cinnamon roll of the weekend. A couple of weeks ago it was an orange cinnamon roll. This week it was apple. Incredible

Cinnamon rolls are the star of the show. The location is hard to find. I enjoyed the apple cinnamon roll and the tea I had was tasty. Recommend better lighting and more visible signs. The barista was nice and friendly. The atmosphere was a little seedy looking at first glance but good products.

Nice workers, quick service, great food. I loved the kolaches, Zucchini bread, and the 2 quiches. Their chai wasn't as sweet as I'm used to but they had sweeteners and half n half to help. They have wifi and games. They also have a bar area and darts if you go later in the day. I'd come back for sure.

Yelp
The amount of times I've drove by this quant little place. It's about 2 minutes away from my home and I'm upset with myself for waiting this long to go there. I got a Latte, a slice of quiche, and coffee cake. The quiche was delicious! I love a good quiche that is flavorful and NOT DRY!!!!!! The coffee was made just right! Also I got a large and it was more than I expected. Typically at local shops it's a 12oz as a small and a 16oz for a large. The large is definitely 20oz which was nice! I also really appreciate any coffee shop that has lavender syrup! The coffee cake was a little dry, crumbly like typical coffee cake but great flavor. This would pair nicely with a hot drink! I noticed while inside they had board games which is just up my alley! This will definitely be a go to spot for my boyfriend and I next breakfast! The person who served me was kind and attentive. Really giving that neighbor good coffee shop! Will definitely be back. I need to try that cinnamon roll!!!!

Yelp
Unreliable and the coffee is bitter and on the sour side. Commercial premade kolache dough , sweet with egg shade coloring and too yeasty. The sausage is good.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing job on their fresh pastries. I wandered in out of curiosity... but I am a going to be a regular! The cinnamon roll is an absolute must. The mixed berry muffin is a delicious gluten free dream. This place is a gem!
