"For a traditional Brazilian churrascaria experience, head to Bullvino’s in St. Paul, which offers succulent cuts of meat — not to mention grilled whole pineapples — served tableside. Hot sides accompany the meats, while the salad bar offers everything from caprese salad to roasted peppers and Brazilian hearts of palm." - Justine Jones, Ryan Meaney, Eater Staff

I went here two days ago and this place was spot on. Waiter was excellent service top notch and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The food there was amazing. A little too rare for my liking I’m more a medium guy but I loved the meat there. I highly recommend this place if you’re having a party, going with friends, family or to go there for fun. Love this place!!!

Talicia S Jackson

Google
The place is cute for a date. However, the meat was just ok. They had everything that Brazilian steak house would have, but salt and pepper! The pineapple was the best thing on the menu.

Google
This was AMAZING! I have only been to one other Brazilian Steakhouse, and while that was good, this was better. The meat is SO good, and while the salad bar looked delicious, we didn't want to waste any room in our stomachs for non-meat. My two recommendations: get a slice of pineapple when they bring it around, as it's a great palette cleanser between different types of meat, and if you're going with a group: divide and conquer. Don't have everyone get one of everything. Split a couple so that you can taste more and really enjoy everything. Also, if you can be in Yasmin's section, she'll make sure you have an amazing experience. This was our first time there and we will definitely be going back!

We've been twice. Both times for lunch, and both times we selected the top shelf lunch. The second time was more fun time as we knew exactly what we liked from the huge salad bar and the fire-grilled meats (especially useful with the servers checking in to see what options you'd prefer to come out next). We love the lamb chops, tenderloin, ribeye, chicken legs and pineapple. Their mango caipiroska cocktail was also delicious. For the service, ambiance, and variety of flavorful food, we'll keep driving the two hours to come back!

Heard nothing but good things about this place, so we made reservations for Valentine’s Day for 6:15. Got here and the place was packed had no clue how to check in, however, the lady That was checking people in as we thought anyway told us to go upstairs and check in with the man however he told us to go back downstairs so we followed him finally got checked in got seated about 10 minutes after check in. They took us upstairs to the way back against the wall seated us explained to us how it all works. The waiter asked how we want our meat we said well done he said he will let the servers know. We got our food from the salad bar turned our coasters to green meaning we were ready for meat. They came over one time with some lamb chops that were not well done at all. We said we wanted well done meat, The guy said OK he will be back never once came back. Another guy came with some steak we said no we want it. Well done he said the same thing will be back never came back. At this point, it’s been a Good 45 minutes they served everybody else around us never once came back to our table, except to bring us a fried banana, bread, and mashed potatoes. Definitely not worth the price of 130+ for a salad bar very disappointed. Not to mention, we grabbed food else where.

Google
We dined here for Valentines last night and I definitely understand that it was busy. However, we waited 20 minutes for meats to come out. Everyone was getting served but us. Towards the end of our meal, my brother ordered some desserts for the table. The desserts also took years to come so we decided to finalize the tabs. Our original waitress never really checked on us so another waitress helped us out. About 15 minutes later, the first waitress comes out with our desserts and I proceeded to inform her that we no longer want them because it took too long and we already finalized our tabs. Then she swoops up the dessert with an attitude, goes to the kitchen and throws the desserts away (plates probably broke) and never returned to our table. I'm sure it was a stressful night but sis, you didn't have to act like that. Be more professional. Catch me outside anytime. Maybe there can be better communication about who is waiting tables rather than get mad at us for rejecting service that took way too long. Hope that waitress has better serving days to come and a new attitude. Thank you for your time Bullvinos.

Google
First time at Bullvino's and it was a great experience. It was right when they opened, so it wasn't too busy, and the service was quick before the dinner rush started. They offer a military discount. The food was good, comparable to Fogo de Chao. They do have a traditional and premium option for the meats; the traditional menu had plenty of great cuts. The location is decent, with plenty of parking if it is not busy. I recommend making a reservation. Overall, it was a great Brazilian steakhouse experience in the MSP area.

Google
Was so excited to try this restaurant as I have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse. we had reservations for Valentine’s Day at 8:30. When we got there the place was jam packed with no way to get in. People were shoving trying to move past the doors but there was absolutely no space. nobody knew where to check in what to do, where to go. We waited for 30 minutes and never heard our name called even though we had booked reservations 3 weeks ago. We left at 9pm and went to Texas Roadhouse and had a fantastic meal!!

Yelp
Wow! Have tried many Brazilian steakhouses around the world and this is up there at the top. Quality of service, quality of food, quality of service. Salad bar was solid and offered everything that I like! Sides included the little Brazilian cheesy breads, plantain, mashed potatoes, and fried polenta which were all very good The star of the show at a Brazilian steakhouse is of course the meat! We simply love the variety and you can arrange to try two levels that include a wonderful variety of beef, or for a little bit more money go with a premium selection. Honestly, both offer a great variety. The house Pacania was outstanding, lamb chops were phenomenal, House sausage just delicious, beef short rib was mouthwatering. What more can I say? Well, I can add that with a full bar and a wonderful wine list that they absolutely nailed the national drink of Brazil as the chiapirinias were outstanding. A family owned business, not a chain, managed and run by Brazilians, they truly know their craft. The restaurant itself is large, warm, and well maintained. We had a slice of their cheesecake to go, an enormous portion, and truly delicious as well. This restaurant is a must when in Saint Paul!

Stephen W.

Yelp
The food was endless and I was pleasantly delighted by the pineapple (of all things). Pretty much self service and the servers keep coming. Ambiance was very comfortable and would fit a variety of dress.

Bill H.

Yelp
Really great Brazilian Steakhouse. If you've ever been to a Fogo that's pretty much what this place is like. Lots of well seasoned meats coming around and brought to your table until you're so stuffed you need to be rolled out of the restaurant. Prices are pretty decent compared to other places and the quality is still up there. They do have a "premium option" and a regular that just includes a few better cuts of meat. The salad bar had great selection which is normally what's lacking on the less well known and cheaper Brazilian steakhouse. Service was decent, we could have been checked in on a bit more for drinks but as far as food coming out it was excellent. You're able to ask servers for specific requests and there was a manager walking around asking how things were throughout the night. The restaurant feels really well put together and has a premium look/feel to it. The location is great although parking can be a little tough if you're not willing to pay for the lot down the road. Overall I'm sure we'll be back to celebrate major events!

Jan K.

Yelp
Back again, and we stuck with the top shelf lunch option. It was almost more fun this time because we knew exactly what we liked from the huge salad bar and the fire-grilled meats (especially useful with the servers checking in to see what options you'd prefer to come out next). We still love the lamb chops, filet mignon, ribeye, chicken legs and pineapple. Their mango caipiroska cocktail was also delicious. For the service, ambiance, and delicious food, we'll keep driving the two hours to come back!

Sophie B.

Yelp
The food was amazing. The service was really good. They came around very often to serve us and provide more meat. It's definitely one of the best Brazilian steakhouses in Minneapolis. The salad bar could've been better, but if you're going for the meat it's the right choice for you

FMarie W.

Yelp
I absolutely love that this restaurant is downtown St Paul. I personally prefer this location, the food and the service better than Fogo on the other side of the river. The atmosphere is more intimate and inviting and the service is beyond exceptional You never have to wait on your server or host or mater D there is always someone walking and surveying the room. This is our go-to spot for date night however it's also a great place for a girl's brunch a couple of Sundays a month and to make it even better... The month of October there is a $35 special for the full meal, salad bar and full meat service You can't beat that anywhere. Another thing I really enjoy is they have an amazing house wine and their specialty drinks are beyond perfection.

Sandy E.

Yelp
Food and service were good. However, at this "all-you-can-eat" experience, we were charged for dessert, which came as a surprise. When asked how we should have known there would be an additional charge, the server just shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn't alter our bill. We examined the dessert menu and finally found text regarding the charge in the tiniest possible font that is clearly meant to escape diners' notice. After what was otherwise a pleasant experience, this left a bad taste in our mouths and made us doubt we'd ever return.

Nancee Y.

Yelp
Awesome service! Food was great! Lots of varieties with meat. If you are a meat eater, it's a must try. Friendly staff.

Victor M.

Yelp
As you walk into the building you can smell the aromas of meat cooking. The location has lots of seating and can accommodate very large parties. They have a nice bar area where you can sip wine and watch the game or you can make your way to the dining area to enjoy various meats. The salad bar is well stocked with not only salads but also fruit and seafood. There is something for everyone. We had Brandon as our server that day, and despite how busy it got, he provided great service. After an hour of meat, you will most likely develop the meat sweats and be completely incapacitated. The place is great, and there is a parking lot in front and a block away, but on event or game days, it can be very hard to find close parking. The other negative issue it's the area. Right outside seems to be a hot spot for beggars and homeless people, as well as other unlawful activities. If you can get past that you will have a wonderful time at this location.

Jason B.

Yelp
The restaurant is beautifully located and has an upscale feel. The wait staff was prompt and was very friendly. However the waitress did feel rushed and explained the menu very quickly. Other than that small thing the wait staff was wonderful. The food was good and as a Brazilian steak house the rotation of choices was large and frequent. We both left full and happy and I would 100% recommend them if you're in the twin cities and want the meat sweats and to leave happy. Very affordable for what you get but don't expect to spend less than $130 for a couple.

Jazlynn P.

Yelp
I can't say anything negative about this restaurant! I've gone countless times (I live nearby) and the service gets better every time. The severs are amazing and will constantly ask if there is anything you want them to bring out for you. The manager always interacts with us and makes us laugh. The food is top tier! The salad bar has many options from veggies, fruits and rice. The meat is selection is amazing! You can even request how you want your meat cooked. The meat is constantly coming around so don't worry about waiting for long. My absolute favorite is the grilled pineapple! You have to try it. The drinks are always fresh and strong, how I like them!

Linda V.

Yelp
Service is good and they do a great job making special occasions special. They brought out a special free desert on the house for my sister's birthday. The seating feels a little more cramped and parking can be difficult especially with Saints games but the service and food is worth it.

Stephen O.

Yelp
Very good food, service and ambiance Need 85 characters - very very very good hhhhhhhhh

Yelp
Loved the food here, the staff were great. And the tables were clean and the space well taken care of. Parking could be a little bit easier.

Yelp
Review if Restaurant Week Winter 2023 menu. While I have been here during their regular AYCE menu ($56 without desserts), the value is unbeatable during Restaurant Week for $40 (slightly different selection of meats but dessert is include). Valet available, surface metered parking lot right in front across the street, or street parking. Set in a converted warehouse style building, dining room with soaring high ceilings with large wooden beams. Large groups are welcomed. Place was absolutely packed this Friday so service was slow but not bad. So busy eating that I forgot to take picture of the star of the show, house picanha. But there was plenty to offer even if it did not offer all the other meats from the regular menu. Brazilian lemonade (nonalcoholic) always great and refreshing. Ask for roasted spicy tomato sauce if you need a kick your steak and if they have any sticky rice (also by request). Similar in atmosphere and meats as Fogo but I think you get more value here. At the end of the day it comes down to personal preference.

Yelp
Great Place upscale casual dining , service was excellent we did make reservations and advise you make one as well .staff was very helpful and friendly . The food was wonderful from the salad bar to the meats brought to your table . I Highly recommend Bullvino's St.Paul location definitely will be going back.

Tony V.

Yelp
Family went to go eat at the Brazilian steakhouse Bullvino's for my sister's birthday on 7/28/24. Service was great and the staff was kind and super attentive For the price we paid for the premium cuts, it is hard to believe I couldn't enjoy my meal with a diet coke or sticky rice. Diet coke was flat and watered down. We ordered sticky rice. Sticky rice is a staple hmong dish. Server brought the sticky to us and warned us that it may be under cooked. The rice was gummy and hard in the middle. It was like eating wet sand. We waited for the rice to pair up with our meal for about 30-40mins before being told sticky rice is cooked to order. Rice came out mushy and waiter can attest that we did not touch it. Again, rice is a staple hmong dish which is normally eaten with a grilled protein. This was very disappointing for the amount we paid. How do you serve something that is not edible? Overall experience was good but will not be coming back anytime soon. Meats were ok and very inconsistent with the doneness and request.

Christine W.

Yelp
What a great dining experience. We went last night with family members, including several children. Attentive and courteous, service, a variety of delicious food and very inexpensive. it was a good opportunity for kids to try things they have never had before.

Roxana H.

Yelp
It was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is first class: excellent! And the food... amazing!

Thach N.

Yelp
Honestly love this place. In an addition to the meats they have added Hmong sauce and even sticky rice. Service is also top notch!

Holden H.

Yelp
I've been to similar restaurants in the past, however my partner and I went here for restaurant week. It was all you can eat salad bar and meats. We did have several drinks. Pictured in one of the photos below was a pomegranate drink that was super good. I love getting all the cuts of meat available and make it almost into a game to try them all. Our server was great however in this atmosphere you almost end up with too many servers which isn't a bad thing but we ended up waiting a while for certain things and when we did "call" for something in particular it never came. So that can make it a little complicated. However they are all super attentive and kind, all good people. We did end up with a sample of the tres leches cake and then we were celebrating an anniversary so we we received a free dessert of crème brûlée which is one of my favorites. Loved how the evening turned out and will most certainly be going again soon!

Jordan R.

Yelp
We had a very bad server that was very abrasive and seemed overall unhappy being there. The food and remainder of the staff was great but Amoreina's poor attitude and lack of friendliness really ruined the experience and will make me question going back.

John K.

Yelp
I do have to say that it's super super good. Affordable and compared to other places, I would say this is the best Brazilian restaurant in MN. The meats esp filet miñon and the lamb chops were just premium, and the service was friendly and quick. It feels very elegant, the staff are very professional and the salad bar is also really good. I will return!!

Chaochia L.

Yelp
As you enter you are greeted with a giant bowl and a friendly face. The staff offers wonderful service as soon as you enter. There is parking across the street where the Stpaul farmers market is. There usually is not a wait at this location. I came for my birthday and had exceptional service. I had a moment where we were eating and I dropped my fork on the ground. before even picking it up off the ground there was a staff member at my table with a new fork. The staff is extremely attentive. The food here is great, and the salad bar is delicious. They also have Hmong pepper which is done very well. The staff is also very accommodating for young children. The seating is spacious at not over crowded. The lighting is also very well thought out and not too dark for evening dining.

Vivian C.

Yelp
Went to Bullvino's during Restaurant Week, which was a great deal for the unlimited grilled meats that are served to your table and the salad bar. Bullvino's is a churrascarria-style restaurant, so it's very similar to Fogo de Chao. The meats were all very tender and well-seasoned. The picanha is their house special, and for good reason - great flavor and perfect texture. There are also several meats that are add-ons that they charge extra for. The salad bar had about 40 options including raw and cooked veggies, potato and chicken salads, cheese, fruit, and pickles. Don't miss the grilled squash and eggplant. Near the salad bar are some hot options - a stir-fried rice dish and also fejoida, a stewed meat and bean dish, that goes over white rice. Bullvino's fejoida is better than Fogo's. The servers and bussers are all very attentive, almost overly so, especially to ask if you want to buy a or another drink. They are probably regularly reminded that drinks are a high-margin sale, and encouraged to offer them - not in a pushy way, but we were asked at least 6 times by 4 different people. My biggest complaint is the size of the dessert that was included with the meal. I took it home, and laughed when I opened it - I've never seen a smaller slice of pie in my life. I measured it, and it was 3/4 of an inch thick - I'm impressed that they were able to cut it so thin! Overall, a great meal and dining experience. It's easy to get full quickly, so pace yourself, prioritize what you want to eat, and indulge!

Shannon O.

Yelp
Dinner was fantastic. Excellent service from Leo and the other servers. Unlike Fogo, those serving the meat are constantly at your table. Salad bar was great as were our drinks. And a free desert as we were celebrating a special occasion. We will definitely be back!

Matt G.

Yelp
Update: Went to the St. Paul location yesterday for Thanksgiving. The restaurant was not crazy busy and we were seated quickly. Service was not very great and no one had energy to even want to be there. We got our food from the buffet but when we flipped our cards, they would walk right by us. No eye contact. We were both out of drinks but no one was coming by to get us refills. We had to flag them down to request meats and drink refills. We felt absolutely invisible. I sent a complaint via the website and we got a pretty dismissive email back just saying "thanks for letting us know, sorry it happened". Nothing of quality or care. This was not how this place used to be. The owners cared and enjoyed when we visited. Now suddenly my we are treated like we weren't even there?! I think it's time we bring our business elsewhere. So sad. Such a waste of money for a terrible experience. ------------------- Always a pleasure visiting Bullvinos. This is our first visit to the Bloomington location. Food selection was a bit low at the salad bar. Meats were alright, didn't have enough seasoning on the filet and was more than well done. Pineapple could have used a touch more cinnamon but it's usually never a disappointment. The environment was a bit quieter than St. Paul and free parking is a plus. We will be back but it would be good to check the meat quality before serving, especially if it's top shelf. Possibly may just go back to the St. Paul location instead.

Trina V.

Yelp
If you love Fogo de Chao, you will love Bullvino's! The menu is very similar with slight variations to the meats available and salad bar. The salad bar had some different salads and ceviche, and they have amazing sauces to choose from, including a hmong hot chile sauce. You can also ask for a Thai pepper or chimichurri sauce for your meats, which is a hit with me. From my understanding, there is two price points you can choose from with the cheaper one having 3 less meat options. The alcoholic shot (which costs extra) that gets carted around comes in a cow that you can milk if you would like one. Service was great as well, decor and theming was fun, and I would highly recommend a trip if you love ayce churrascaria or looking for a spot to celebrate.

Ben B.

Yelp
Food was good, meat was cooked to perfection. Service was over the top good, you have one main server and then alternates that come around with the offerings of meat. Ambiance was good too! Would come back here.

Xia Y.

Yelp
The service was excellent. The servers were nice, held conversations with the table and constantly checked up on us. The food is excellent. Cannot wait to return.

Jack A.

Yelp
Great service, delicious meat, nice atmosphere, honestly everything was good. I 100% recommend going (Go on an empty stomach)

victoria h.

Yelp
Let me start by saying we absolutely loved the food, atmosphere, and ambiance. Our server was also fantastic. However, we had a couple of items stolen from our vehicle by the vallet driver. It's incredibly unfortunate given how great everything else was. Still waiting to receive a call back from management and will be filing a police report.

Heather S.

Yelp
Great service! Attentive and everyone was so nice! Be prepared to eat! It is our first time to the city and this was a great way to start the weekend. The food is fresh and hot! Thank you so much for giving me and my family a great dinner

Chad F.

Yelp
This is a fabulous place to eat with friends who appreciate delicious meats. We took a few people from work here for dinner on a Tuesday night, including two from Brazil and a gentleman from Paraguay. There were about 20 of us, we were well taken care of by several servers. Shout out to Benjamin, our main server who took the time to explain the different ratings of the steaks we were having. All of the meats were delicious. If you've not experienced a Brazilian Steak House, it is a fantastic time. The servers come by with different steaks and chicken on huge skewers, and cut you off slices if you'd like to have that particular choice. On top of the every day choices, I ordered one of their specials - a large sirloin steak, rare, served on a hot Himalayan salt block. Great presentation and so delicious. I also enjoined the featured cocktail, the caipirinha, which is made of Brazil's cachaça. I couldn't resist the opportunity to fill a shot from the cow (see picture), which was pineapple flavored cachaça. I highly recommend!

David P.

Yelp
The steaks were spot on and very delicious. Haven't eaten that much food since I was in Argentina. Needless to say I love this place and others. I do give the edge to bullvinos over fogo. The service was also very much on point and I enjoyed how everyone worked together to make sure you were well taken care of. You have to love a place that has a giant bull fretting you when you walk in and the ambiance and salad bar were both amazing. I will definitely be back soon.

J M.

Yelp
Service was exceptional! Food was great, some cuts were a little on the salty side but still good. The ceviche was delicious. Will definitely be coming back, thanks for a great evening!

Kris K.

Yelp
Foot was outstanding with many options. I really enjoyed the grilled pineapple. They also have good drinks.

Kristine M.

Yelp
We ate here on Sunday night! Every thing was fresh and delicious! Staff was very attentive and friendly!

Ted R.

Yelp
It's Restaurant Week again, so I went to Bullvinos with my two son-in-laws. Pricing: This year (February 2023), the price for the complete meal, excluding 4 or 5 "special" meats is $40. That includes a wide variety of meats, the salad bar, hot sides, and a free dessert. Right now the regular price is $56 (but with the addirion of a few special meats, but without dessert). So $40 is a great price, and I recommend coming here during the twice yearly Restaurant Weeks. Food: Excellent. The meats are outstanding, the salad bar is excellent, and the hot sides are great. And, of course, it's all you can eat. Everyone in my group was pleased by the quality and taste of the food. Service and friendliness: Consistently excellent. Anyone will help and everyone was cheerful and helpful. Pro-tip: You will be offered shots out of a bull by pulling on his testicles (thankfully the bull, not the waiter). This seems sexist and unnecessary, and the drinks are not free. There was another person offering you shrimp cocktail, as if this was included. It's not. Except for the meat, always ask if it's included. I would be pissed to find out when the bill came something was not included. I think this is deceptive and a black eye for an otherwise excellent restaurant. Is it worth the price I paid ($40). Absolutely. Is it worth the regular price of $56, frankly, not to me. But given restaurant prices lately perhaps. At least they don't include a mandatory service charge, employee benefits charge, supply chain surcharge, employee retention charge, etc.

Andres S.

Yelp
The food was amazing, the service was excellent too. One of the best restaurants in mn. I haven't been to the one in Bloomington but this location in St. Paul is great

Summer G.

Yelp
Came here once again but with a group of friends to celebrate 3 November birthdays. My initial experience at this restaurant was phenomenal but this visit wasn't as good. Starting with the wait staff, seemed like it has gone downhill. They weren't as attentive or helpful and the transparency on price was not present. For example, the cost of alcoholic drinks was not in line with what the menu said and then there was a waiter that came around with a Bull to do shots at tables. No price was listed and because we were celebrating 3 birthdays we thought it was free. Boy we're we wrong. I had to strongly insist when I received my bill to remove the shots because they were $7 each! No one told us and the crazy thing is, you controlled the amount of alcohol in the shot through the bull. So if you didn't fill it up or even if you did, the prices would be the same. Crazy. The other thing I noticed was the degrade in quality meat. A lot of the meat was very VERY fatty. It was also limited, where we had to physically request multiple times for select meat off the buy up menu. Because of this, we ended up sitting for long periods while we waited for the requested meat. The great thing about the visit was the free dessert for the birthday friends. They each got to pick their own choice dessert on the house off the menu (see attached). Luckily the birthday friends let everyone at the table sample each dessert. I tried the New York Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie and Chocolate cake. The best was the Key Lime pie, tasted like fresh limes!! Runner up was the cheesecake. The chocolate cake was just too rich and too much chocolate for me. The cleanliness as well wasn't there. New plates had crusted food on them. Glasses had dirty marks on them. Silver was bent. Just a poor experience from when I visited before which upset me a little because I loved this place the first time. Regardless, I'm still giving this restaurant 4 stars. Finding good help, especially right now I think is a challenge. And even though things weren't quite as good as previously, food was still decent - salad bar was very good - and the birthday friends received their choice of a free dessert. Can't complain about that! I'll be back again at some point with hopes that some of these areas of needed improvement will be better.

Yelp
Bullvinos is an exceptional Brazilian steakhouse that has earned my loyalty as a repeat customer. It is the perfect dining destination for large groups, offering a spacious environment to accommodate everyone comfortably. The staff at Bullvinos goes above and beyond with their outstanding service, always attentive and helpful throughout the dining experience. One of the highlights of this steakhouse is the reasonable pricing, providing great value for the food they offer. When it comes to their specialty, the succulent lamb dishes, Bullvinos truly shines. The flavors are rich, and the preparation is impeccable, making it a must-try for any lamb enthusiast. Whether planning a gathering with friends or simply craving an unforgettable Brazilian steakhouse experience, Bullvinos is the place to be.

Yelp
We have been visiting different Brazilian grill places in Twin Cities. This is so far our favorite place for food, convenient parking and service. Meat quality is great! A lot of varieties at salad bar!

Yelp
Great atmosphere and servers Staff are knowledgeable in the meat cuts. Fast and prompt service and goes around with the meat cut selection. Salad bar is kept up and replaced accordingly. Hmong pepper is tasty and mild spice. Lamb chops and lamp steak are my favorite As well as the filet mignon! Will come back again! $55 per person

Yelp
3 1/2 - 4 We came here during restaurant week. We didn't really know how their system worked so service in the beginning was a little odd, but eventually things went smoothly. I thought some aspects of the meal were better than others. Salad bar: just ok. I would prefer more traditional/American build your own salad bar, but this is fine. Bread: kind of hard, dry and flavorless. Sides: loved the polenta sticks, fried bananas. Meat: I thought it was great! Particularly liked the lamb steak and garlic beef. Servers came by frequently and at no time did I not have some meat on my plate. I'd definitely come back for a special occasion dinner!

Yelp
Excellente. The Picana is perfect, as is the salad bar. Service is on point but friendly. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Bullvino's Churrascaria is a Brazilian steakhouse. Churrascaria is served all you can eat. Think of it as the Saint Paul version of Fogo De Chao. I'm normally not a big meat eater, but hubby is and because it was restaurant week we decided to try them. Pros -It's all you can eat for $35 including meat, sides, and a salad bar. - The warm cinnamon pineapple is a dessert in itself. It's delicious. - The pineapple rum shots were good and the process to get them was.... interesting. Cons -The restaurant week meat selection is different from the standard meat selection but we had no idea what meat being served was included. - We did not have a regular server. We had at minimum three different servers come to our table and they were not communicating with each other. - Parking. If there is a Saints game they raise their valet price. -Dessert was ok. It didn't seem to be fresh. . . Some meats were good and some were dry and lacked flavor. If you have a big appetite and like meat you could try it, but I would suggest trying it when restaurant week is over.

Yelp
This place is an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly each time we go, and the food is sublime. So many of the cooks have worked at Fogo's in Minneapolis, however, this place gives it a run for its money. The buffet is constantly restocked, seamlessly without running out of the good stuff. I absolutely love that they serve prosecco on tap!! What I love is that everyone works so hard, and the manager has even checked on us a couple of times to say hello and recognizes us. If you want a quality experience, there isn't better around.

Yelp
One of the newest Brazilian steakhouse in MN so thought I'd give it a try. I've been to Fogo de chao and Grill Hall before. I heard that the owner here is related to Grill Hall's owner but not sure if it's try. Anyways. Out of the 3, I would say this is my least favorite. It could also be that the experience is not great because we went during restaurant week. To start off, it is located next to the St Paul Saints field so if it's game day you'll have to valet since there's no parking anywhere ($20). We made reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes which was a little annoying. The restaurant was packed with people and not enough waiters, in my opinion. Our waiter was great towards the end but in the beginning he was so busy he barely paid attention to us or refill our drinks like the other 2 places. We've also had better experience during restaurant weeks at the other 2 locations. The salad bar had a variety of new things that the other 2 places did not which was good. However, towards the end of the night, my potato salad that I just got tasted spoiled. I hate to spit it out. But it was towards the end so I was full so didn't want to say much since the rest of the food (mainly here for the meat anyways) was good. I recommend to maybe taste a small bite of each dish similar to the potato salad before bringing it out. I was also a little disappointed with the limeade. It tasted extremely watered down. Honestly, I made better homemade limeade compared to them. Yes, I fell in love with the drink after my first experience at Fogo and instead of constantly waiting to go, I decided to make my own after watching some youtube videos lol. Overall, the meat experience was great. They had really good tomato soup. The service towards the end of the night was great because less people so more attention to us. I would give this place another try on a regular day but most likely will not come back for restaurant week.
