Very happy with the experience. The interior of the restaurant is nice, and the seating area in front is beautiful. We ordered the medium-sized menu, and I was impressed by all the courses. The menu was more fusion with Vietnamese flair and I found it interesting how they incorporated Vietnamese flavors into the dishes. The service was warm and personable. Huibrecht was very welcoming and told us some stories about the restaurant. I would gladly recommend it.

Amazing dining experience. I was not expecting the dishes to be mainly seafood because of the restaurant name but they did not disappoint. We went for the full course dinner. All dishes are well curated with tasty combination of flavours. Not so Vietnamese anymore but nevertheless delicious food. Service is friendly and explains the details of the dish. Great fine dining experience.

After reading the great reviews I finally got the chance to try the food for myself, and happy I did so. Firstly, the service is great, you feel really welcomed and all dishes are nicely explained. I’ve opted for the first option of the lunch menu, and for not a big eater the portions were fine. But if you are hungry maybe is better to choose a more extended option. Flavours were good, but missing a bit more of the Vietnamese flavours I would expect (hope for)

Beautiful restaurant and a nice dining atmosphere. Coming from Asia, I could tell that they are trying very hard to make beautiful dishes with an Asian twist. It's kinda fusion cuisine but the portions are actually quite small for the price. Good selection of drinks such as beer and wine too.

I hadn’t been here for a long time, but it is as good as I remembered. It remains one of my favorite restaurants, amazing food, nice atmosphere and kind people too. I won’t wait so long anymore to come back.

Stunning! Delicious dishes prepared with skill, attention to details and passion. A harmonious symphony of fragrances and textures, all at ideal temperatures. They take care of all your preferences and whims attentively. The non alcoholic drinks are amazing. The staff is very friendly and outgoing, nicely explaining every dish and drink extensively.. They are sincerely caring about your feedback after each dish served, Even the head chef comes to the table to enquire about your satisfaction. A gem of an experience, where one can take the time to enjoy each bite. The kitchen is visible and the staff gives a very good image.

I was concerned that this was just another faux high-end asian restaurant - and I am pleased that I was wrong. The team at this restaurant are using exceptional local ingredients and with them are innovating fresh dishes with influences and inspirations from around the world. My wife and I went with their simplest tasting course. It was a good value in light of the care, quality, and craftsmanship. We are looking forward to our next visit

The moment we entered, the space felt lively yet cozy. The soft hum of conversation and warm lighting set the tone. We began with a seafood starter: a generous portion of mussels served with a subtle white wine sauce and crispy fries. The flavors were balanced and fresh, clearly prepared with care. The main courses were equally impressive. I had a creamy seafood risotto, generously filled with fresh shellfish. My companion tried a traditional Belgian dish, slow-cooked beef with rich sauce and tender vegetables. Every bite was flavorful and comforting. The staff were attentive, offering wine suggestions that complemented our meals perfectly. Dessert was a highlight: a light, flavorful chocolate tart and a seasonal fruit dessert, both beautifully presented. The experience was casual but refined, making it a wonderful choice for a relaxed dinner.

Delicious food, we took 7 step menu we're the chef chooses and surprises, really perfect. Nice interior and setting too.
