Bún bò Huế 14B

Hidden at the back of a residential area appears this little restaurant. Basically, you have to order the Bun Bo hue with everything. The soup comes without any chilli or any spice so you have to put them in yourself. Be very careful, cause I put abit too much and was crying at the end of it. Silly me. But loved the dish. Good amount of meat and flavour.

Michelin rated bbh or bun bo hue. This place has limited seating as it's basically mainly takeout orders. I can see why people don't want here as it's so hot I'm hcmc and you're drenched in sweat eating it. So good though and would do it again on a cool night vs the dead of day.

We had our bun bo hue delivered via Grab to our hotel since they have limited seating space (just 2 tables) and delivery felt like a safe bet. The bun bo hue arrived to us piping hot with generous amounts of broth, noodles, toppings, and condiments. It was so worth it! The broth is super flavorful. It has the right hint of sweetness too. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the meat toppings were soft. We had an extra order of fishcake and it was a hefty portion. Texture was nice and the flavor is on point. The beef balls were delicious but I wish it had more bite to it. Nevertheless, this is one of the best bowls of bun bo hue I’ve had and is indeed derserving of its Michelin recognition. 💯

Very nice Bun Bo Hue ~ definitely worth the Michelin recommendation and reasonable price. Seats are only a few and pickles are nice to taste too❤️ friendly owners. Inside an alley

It's Bun Bo Noodle restaurant, which was selected as Bib Gurmend by Michelin. It's located at very local area and very small. They have only 2 tables. I think they are mainly doing delivery. Many delivery guy were there. Anyway there is one guy speaking English and his service was good. And the Bun Bo noodle was also really good. Specially soup was awsome. And it was volumy and the value for the price was also good. Even they were selected by Michelin, it seems they are doing their business as normal.

One of the quickest meals I received in Vietnam and that means a lot considering this is by far the fastest serving countries I’ve been to. The meal itself was excellent and the beef was so rich I wish it wouldn’t have ran out so quickly (I just ate it very fast) Truly recommend!
