Bún bò Huế 14B

We had our bun bo hue delivered via Grab to our hotel since they have limited seating space (just 2 tables) and delivery felt like a safe bet. The bun bo hue arrived to us piping hot with generous amounts of broth, noodles, toppings, and condiments. It was so worth it! The broth is super flavorful. It has the right hint of sweetness too. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the meat toppings were soft. We had an extra order of fishcake and it was a hefty portion. Texture was nice and the flavor is on point. The beef balls were delicious but I wish it had more bite to it. Nevertheless, this is one of the best bowls of bun bo hue I’ve had and is indeed derserving of its Michelin recognition. 💯

It's Bun Bo Noodle restaurant, which was selected as Bib Gurmend by Michelin. It's located at very local area and very small. They have only 2 tables. I think they are mainly doing delivery. Many delivery guy were there. Anyway there is one guy speaking English and his service was good. And the Bun Bo noodle was also really good. Specially soup was awsome. And it was volumy and the value for the price was also good. Even they were selected by Michelin, it seems they are doing their business as normal.

Everything is yummy so yes i recommend you try it. But suitable for Southern ppl because the broth kinda sweet.

Wow, amazing food that every tourist should visit, price is cheap: 50-70K And soup. You wont stop eating it😅 Very friendly and no problem with english. We got some chili at the side. Very, nice. Dip your meat or add it to the soup.🙌🙌

Stopped by here for some BBH, this place did not disappoint. Meat and meat ball was cooked very well and Will definitely be back.

If you are a little tired of Pho already you should definitely try this soup. It’s a Michelin recommended restaurant, super small but with very friendly and caring people working there. The meal is cheap but tasty. It feels like you are not a tourist in this place anymore.

Just to say, if I could have given it more than 5 stars. I would. Across the board. Food: exceptional. This is the authentic HUE flavor except it is adapted for their clientel. Rather than making it too spicy, u can add ur own chillies. Rather than worrying if soup is too sweet, u can add limes to balance out. They designed it this way for you to customize. Don't take my word for it, if u eat hear, look at all the locals. Not just eat in, but the droves of delivery drivers that pick up food for peeps. Service: Exceptional. When I was brought my bowl of noods. A gentleman was preparing something at another table. Unbeknownst to me, he was preparing a dipping sauce for me. He brought it over to me once he finished mixing up the ingredients: squeeze of fresh lime, Nuoc Mam, chillies, etc... absolutely delish Atmoshpere: great street vibe. I was the only one dining in at the time, as it was 5:30pm. I chose to sit at one of the two tables on the street. They even offer ice tea for free. Other places offer that or water for at least 1k. And they don't charge for napkins, which is a peeve of mine. And their napkins are paper, which are fine by me. It is the best value of BBH in HCMC. It's even cheaper than some in HUE. Much deserved Michelin Status. Thank you for the wonderful food and hospitality. I ordered the first dish on the menu. 60k. Iced tea was free.
