Lost in the alleyways of Saigon we found this unique restaurant hidden away from the busy streets. Our drive there was as exciting as the experience inside. The place offered not only a very special Vietnamese dish but also a homely feeling to us. The food was amazing, but the service is 5 out of 5. The people were incredibly kind and friendly. We love it. While the place looks dated and rustic the kindness of the people in there wholy make up for it. We left not only with the satisfaction of having good food with good price but also a wholesome feeling. Don’t take too much chili though, very hot.

I’ve been eating here for years, and I still haven’t found another place that can compare! The flavorful broth is rich and If you’re a fan of BBH, this spot is unbeatable!! 🥰

I don't know why this place is not famous yet. A hidden shop and we found it by accident on google maps and decided to just give it a try. Oh my goodness, the Bun Bo Hue is mind blowing!!!! The broth is so deep and tasty. The whole bowl of noodle is just another level. Add some chili and some lime to it and you will be smiling when you leave the restaurant. Another + point, the big bowl of noodles cost only 40k! What a steal... * edited: adding to this comment because yesterday after our meal, we were raving about the superb meal that we've decidedly to come back again the next day. That shows how good the bowl of noodles was. 2 thumbs up!

5/5 No faults for their signature dish, Bun Bo Hue. The broth was so beautifully rich and beefy on the savoury side. We ordered the fatty beef type meat and it lived up to the name. Still thinking about this bowl. There were many different meat options to choose from, and the lady clearly explained how to eat it the right way. They also gave fatty beef oil on the side (not pictured) which was something new to us - its used as a dip!

This is one of the best Bun Bo I have tried in Vietnam. The taste of the food here is already a 5 star, but they are very nice and serve you with a smile, which is not so common at local stores like this. The meat here is really tender and delicious, but the price is only 40K for a bowl of bun bo.

Very good! It is in a small alleyway where you have to walk a block from the main street but well worth it!

Nostaglic place cos it is very local Vietnamese noodle outlet selling Bun Bo Hue which a noodle soup with pork trotter and meat. .mostly patronise by locals and operator.are very friendly and accomodating. it is located in district 3 in the back alley about a 15 mins walk from Cabana Saigon Hotel. The pork broth was superb and so were the trotters and fresh veges as topping. Only 45k VND per bowl, excellent value highly recommended if u are prepared to eat in an old, warm, and crowded place
