Bún Chả Đắc Kim

Love it so much. The taste is refreshing and vibrant. However, most of the staff cant speak english, so I feel a bit neglectes. They prioritize serving local customer and serve me after all the local have been taken care of. But i really enjoyed the food. I ate twice in here

Surprisingly, the Bun Cha was very good and full of flavor. However, the cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Food was seen sitting out everywhere, and it appeared they were recycling the vegetables and Mee Hoon. While this might be part of the local street food culture, it’s something to be mindful of if you are sensitive to hygiene. 😀😀😇😇😬😬

It could be the best Michelin selected restaurant in Hanoi! We have been here twice for the past two days and we will definitely come again. They have about 1 main dish in their menu and it’s perfect! The stuff are very nice and friendly and it was our favourite restaurant in the city.

Classic Bun cha with Michelin guide rating. Good clean food. Give it a try. Sit upstairs for a better experience and quitter relaxing.

The two ladies were a bit grumpy, and not treating all the guests that welcoming. That was a bit weird. Food itself was pretty ok and served quickly. Priced higher, looks like it's another branch of the Michelin bun cha.

The bun cha is good. Has that BBQ flavor. Pork’s good. Heaps of vegetables and noodles. Beers cold. It’s a basic solid spot. Not sure it’s up to its rating as it seems close to a lot of others around but for what it is it delivers.

I wish I can rate 0 star to this place. The ladies have already annoyed when we just got in and wanted to order. After the meal, we would like to pay, the staff was extremely rude and shouted at me when I asked for the bills. There were 2 female staffs, the one holding a block of money was the rudest. I am Vietnamese so we communicated in Vietnamese. But even my foreign partner was surprised how she behaved even he didn’t understand anything. Same things happened for other foreigners in our next table as I heard she complained about them in Vietnamese. It doesn’t matter how good the food is (in this case Micheline rating stars label is just a label because the food is ok-ish compared to other places we tried in Ha Noi), it is never acceptable for such disrespectful attitude). Highly recommend to visit this restaurant if you have a bad day and want to make it worse :)

Whenever Michelin gives a recommendation, we show up. AUD 6.50 well spent! Bún Chả damn yum 🤤 Highly recommended 👌🏾 👍🏾
