"A Jon Alexis and Imperial Fizz Hospitality project will convert the long-shuttered former Luby’s into a family-friendly neighborhood gathering spot featuring a casual dining room and an enormous 7,000-square-foot patio that includes an adults-only resort-style bar and a turfed playground for kids.
