Please save your time and money! I was super excited for the cake; thus, this event was so important to me that I ordered it with a week in advanced. I was constantly emailing Jamie to make sure everything was fine for that day. It was for a graduation and it is so disappointing that even the guests saw the cake and said, “I hope you didn’t pay more the $40 for this cake.” Honestly, I paid $120 to have a cake look rushed, broken and uneven. They asked me to take the cake back, when it was their responsibility to deliver a cake to their highest standards as they advertised and guarantee their customers. If a customer is willing to pay a lot of money for a cake, please don’t sell it with the purpose to tell the customer “bring it back so we can fix the imperfections.” As to this point, I requested to speak with the office manager and no call or emails have been sent to me! Again, don’t waste your time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
