As far as talking about the food. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I will admit the fries are really good! Service -- Immediately coped an attitude after I am assuming because I didn't "leave a tip". Listen, I'm broke too and just paid $14 for sliders that are not "smash burgers". The cheese isn't even running over the sides of that little skinny meat patty! I can now market it off of my list of been there done that. *The fries are really good!

Stopped by BunSlut and left impressed. The food was solid, burgers, fresh buns, and fries that actually hit the spot. Everything tasted fresh and well put together. Shout out to Francisca at the register. She was friendly, quick, and made ordering easy without feeling rushed. Her positive energy really set the tone for the whole visit. Overall, BunSlut is a great spot for a no-frills but really satisfying burger. Good food, good service, and a chill atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

I got the 2 slider combo and it was the most amazing food I've ever eaten I'm ngl. Didn't feel like no cheap McDonald's burger and fries, it had this mind-blowing flavor. I love the place too, how it's decorated and the pink & black theme going on. The worker, Francesca, was very kind and attentive to us. Saw the hype vids so finally got a chance to go. The pics say it all. Since the reviews ate not trustworthy anymore and owners now think they can talk back I'll be putting pics for proof. Smh. Burger- 5/10, meat- 5/10, cheese was 10,lol Sauce- 2/10 Bun-8/10 Bad service. 15min for Burger only and empty... the lady at front had her head down. Pretty much the way I felt too. Idk maybe the other spots r better. But this one on Westheimer... trash

Visiting from California and this is such a great place! Ordered the smash burger and smash fries, Food seasoned to perfection, the beef bacon was fried to perfection. OMGEESH I love it here. The manager Francesca was so helpful and friendly being it was my first time here. She made my visit worth coming back. For anyone looking for a good burger PLEASE don’t walk, run here for your next dining experience

The burgers are ok, the fries are good, and I like the sauce. You order on a screen at the front. I was expecting ground meat on the fries instead of patties.

A friend recommended me to try this place out and since it's not terribly out of the way for me, I thought why not. The restaurant is located inside a shopping center that shares a parking lot with a Hertz Car Rental, O'Reilly Auto Parts, and a gun range. Plenty of parking when I got here. But then again, it wasn't too busy in here either. Almost 100% of the ordering process is automated. The menu is available next to the order counter for you to browse. And when you're ready to place the order, you do everything on the tablet screen on the counter. I had 0 interaction with any of the staff during the ordering process but somehow, at the very end, it still asked me if I wanted to leave a tip, which I found a bit comical to be honest. I placed an order for the double with a side of spicy cheese fries with ranch to go. The order took maybe about 5 minutes to prepare because I didn't have to wait very long for the order to be ready. And the only interaction I had with anyone at the store was when a staff member came out with my order. When I got home and ready to eat, I saw that my burger was only a single. Unless I'm mistaken, I'm pretty sure the double should've come with two patties and not one (see picture). Frankly, I thought the burger wasn't too bad. And $10 price point for a double isn't too pricey in 2025. Especially if you're paying around the same at your local Whataburger. I also enjoyed my fries although I thought they were a bit soggy. However, if there's very minimal interaction between the staff and the customers, they need to get rid of the tipping option. The tipping culture is really getting ridiculous when you have to do everything yourself and still be asked to tip. And secondly, need to make sure the order is prepared correctly. Would I return? Yeah, if I'm craving some smash burger.

Love Bun Slut. The absolute best fries. They're always perfect. The sliders are amazing as well. The proportions are perfect. Pretty simple menu but they do a great job executing the orders every time.

This what you would call a good house burger! Toasted buns, crispy edges in the beef patty and just juicy. Only thing I don't like is the fries. The Cajun seasoning isn't enough for me.

Food was really delicious. Burgers were well seasoned. Food preparation took a little too long but still worth it since the burger came out warm.

So exciting to find out that this was down the street from where I lived! I discovered them originally at a food truck, and then a food haul downtown Houston. I would have to admit, they have some of the best smash burgers. I guess you could kind of say they are, that I've ever had! Also, their french fries are really, really tasty, the one that has all the extra stuff on it lol I cannot think of it right now. Service was nice as well. The front attendant was very kind and quick. Ambience definitely a vibe. As you see, I snapped a quick picture of some eye catching wall designs lol definitely will be back!

awful and overcooked! I was really looking forward to trying this burger, very disappointed! the pricing is shady also.. ordered online 2 for 1 and don't even want the second burger, cant imagine how that could be any worse after microwave.... basically YUCK

My first and last time! This place is extremely overpriced for mid at best burgers! I paid $31 for 2 single burgers and 2 shakes. I wasn't spending $10 more for fries. Let's start with the burger. They drenched them in their special sauce- which was okay on one but I specifically asked for just meat cheese and ketchup on the other. Next the shake. I ordered one m and m shake. They poured a 1/2 cup of m &m's in the bottom of the darn cup as if they are supposed to melt and become a part of the shake. Then you have ice cream on top of that and more toppings. Kids liked the ice cream but they couldn't finish the shakes because they put too much toppings in the bottom of the cup it was hard to enjoy Really disappointed for the money I spent. I wont recommend this place at all!!!

The burgers were excellent, and the fries were pretty good. I'll say that the options are very limited. You either get 'slut sauce' or nothing (but the burger is definitely not dry.. very juicy). We had to request the jalapenos that we paid extra for and the grilled onions that were supposed to come with it. The staff was not friendly in the least. They made it seem like we were a huge inconvenience, especially after we asked them to fix their mistakes. The food was pretty good, but I wouldn't go back. There are too many better options with far more customizations.

I found a STAPLE and WAX PAPER in our food please refrain from going to this location they refuse to give us a refund when my husband almost CHOCKED on a open staple while driving, we come back to the store the cashier and cook start being hostile with us since we want a full refund we decide to call managers the next morning (to get no answer) we come back home and found wax paper in my cold burger AND to furthermore missing food. HORRIBLE customer service and that may have something to do with employees being intoxicated...

Service terrible. Took 30 mins for 2 burgers and fries with nobody else in the restaurant. I was literally the only customer there and it still took long. The cook didn't even looked concerned after I asked what was taking so long. He just continued to talk on the phone with his buddies and crew members. The worst part is after complaining to the staff about this they just laughed it off. Honestly the most disappointing and unprofessional food experience I have had in a while. It shouldn't have taken more than half an hour nor should the customer be mistreated after complaining. Armando and jose
