Buon Giorno Deli - we are finding another location

Rachel G.

Google
First time in and this place is very nice. I tried the chicken parm (which I would recommend) the lasagna (which was okay, very cheesy), the crostini (very crunchy), and the chicken salad (which is good). Overall the quality of the food is good but not quite worth the price (similar to a Kowalski’s) in my opinion. Would recommend checking out though. Edit: a year later and I want to add that my most recent experience involved great customer service. Although the prices are high I greatly appreciate the level of customer service they provide. I have changed my review from a 4 to a 5 star.

Workers do not seem happy to be here. No greetings, no smiles, and when you ask a question you get a bare minimum answer. They were out of sausage and peppers at lunch time. How can that be? It wasn’t busy, so likely they under prepped for this dish. The Italian sandwich was really delicious. We asked for a side of Giardiniera and were told it was $1.50 extra (gasp). The meatball sub didn’t have many meatballs (1.5 to be exact) and is inferior to Briannos. The sauce is just “ok”, but the bread was notably good. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall, given the prices ($2.99/$2.49 for a can of Italian soda, $10.99 and $11.99 for each sandwich) and poor customer service I’m shocked at the high rating. This was my first time dining here and can’t say I’d rush back. We may give it another chance as perhaps this was an “off day” for the team at Buon Giorno.

Google
I highly recommend this place. Very romantic and wonderful food. Staff is always friendly and will help you with the menu. I think it’s a great date spot. Ginger cookies are fantastic!

Google
A friend recommended this place as a good place to grab a sandwich for an outdoor picnic. It was fairly unassuming but the sandwich was amazing! I got the North Beach turkey and tomato. The bread was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The ingredients were fresh and well balanced. The next day, my partner and her family all went and grabbed sandwiches from here and were as equally satisfied.

We tried this hidden gem this weekend and there will definitely be a return visit. The staff is helpful and provided great service. The pasta my wife ordered was outstanding and my sandwich was very good too. This place is busy with those in the surrounding areas, but it’s definitely worth the drive if you don’t live nearby.

Google
I’m really disappointed that my order today was incorrect. My receipt says spinach and it’s even highlighted but there is none on my sandwich. I took time out of my work day to come pick this up and it’s really frustrating that my order is wrong.

Google
Walked up in the winter wonderland and stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. I had the spinach and mushroom, and David had the bacon and cheese they were delicious. It's worth the walk in the snow.

We have been ordering curbside takeout from Bonjourno for the last couple months. A creature of habit, my usual go-to, is build your own pasta with an extra side of bread. 😋 The pizza is also very good and so is the chocolate cake for dessert! The quality is top notch and if there is ever any issue and they make it right. This place is a gem.

Yelp
Pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and desserts. Both hot and cold options for pasta or sandwiches too. This is a cute place for casual and cafeteria style Italian food. I like the concept, specifically the build your own (BYO) pizzas and pasta. The pasta was ok, I felt like it could use more flavor. The pizza was great though and I recommend this. The cheesecakes and pies were delicious- don't skip it because the crust is amazing. Around the seating area, there are some groceries items you can shop for if you want too. They do have a shared parking lot with plenty of parking. In the back, there is a nice little view and walking path that we enjoyed after dinner too.

Yelp
Stop by here for quick lunch. It's easy, plenty of Italian food options. Great flavors. Nice ambiance more like cafeteria vibe. you can pretty much order anything to your liking. Very friendly service. Everyone is really work on your perfect meal. I also bought some focaccia bread togo. I haven't tried it but looks really good. they also have premade pizza crust, even gluten free & flatbread that you can buy and make your own at home.

Yelp
We had last been to Buon Giorno Deli when they were in a different location. Yes, it had been THAT long. I got the meatball sub and my friend got the sausage & peppers. We both agreed that there could have been more sauce and cheese on the meatball sub (the sausage & peppers does not have sauce on it). The flavor of the sauce was delicious. The casing on the sausages was TOUGH! it was difficult to bite through, as though it were some kind of paper. You ended up squeezing the meat from it in order to get the sausage away. We also got some Italian potato chips. The pesto flavor was crazy and unexpected. Both these and the regular chips were light and airy, with a completely different texture from typical American chips. They were a great accompaniment to the sandwiches. The service was quick and friendly.

Yelp
Always a consistent choice for supplies like squid ink pasta, focaccia, sauces, cheese, etc... We always like the build your own pasta bar. They make it how you want it and the portion size is great too. You can eat in or take home. Don't miss the Scotcharoo bars - they are excellent. Service here is always friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Four of us went for lunch and it was just okay. We had a variety of pasta, cavatappi, penne, and some noodle.. The man making our food has been there forever and was great. The desserts were phenomenal, especially the cheesecake. The containers are perfect for dining in and taking things to go. I'll definitely go back and hope to try the pizza in the future.

Yelp
I've been coming here for years! One of my favorite spots for a delicious sandwich. It always smells so good in here. Lots of options to pick from. Frozen foods, sandwiches, pasta made to order, salads, and deli area to get premade salads and meats. They also sell desserts and amazing bread.... Do not skip on the jalapeño cheddar bread which is only sold on Fridays. Seriously, the BEST bread. Staff have always been friendly and eager to help each time I've visited. I will continue to come back.

Yelp
I've been a loyal customer since this first opened nearly 20 years ago, and have always enjoyed my visits. However, my recent experience was highly disappointing. I arrived 30 minutes before closing to order two pasta meals, expecting the usual great service. Instead, I was rushed through checkout because the staff seemed eager to close early. I had to do a double take to make sure I was not in a Wendy's 2 minutes before closing asking for a feast for 20 people. The cashier wanted to close the register 20 minutes before the store closed. The pasta bar worker behaved like my presence was an enormous burden, and they failed to close the lids properly, causing the bag to become damp from the steam, which did not become evident until it was too late. When I got home and picked up the meal to take inside, the wet bag broke, spilling both pasta containers and ruining the meal. This also created a disgusting and expensive mess in my car. This was one of the most expensive meals of my life after getting my car cleaned. I didn't even get to eat. I requested a refund, and was told "I did address the staff on making sure we take care of customers at every hour of  the day and did make some changes. Thank you for letting me know." AKA "GO F*** YOURSELF" At least have the balls to say you are choosing to deny a refund.

Yelp
I visited Buon Giorno Deli during a weekday for lunch. I had no idea this restaurant was here and was excited to try a new restaurant. There are two options for how to experience Buon Giorno, there is a sit down portion of the restaurant and then there is an order up and sit at your own table portion. I chose to order a hot sandwich and it was very good. They offered salads, sandwiches, pizza, and pasta. Everything is made right in front of you and is ready to eat in a couple minutes. I enjoyed my sandwich but am eager to try some other options on the menu. The order at the counter portion of the restaurant was not overly comfortable but offered a good amount of seating and other ready made options you could take to go.

Joe V.

Yelp
Love this place to pick up the items I need for a making a a top notch Italian dinner. The fresh daily made pasta is awsome!
google avatar

Mr. Dr. Evil P.

Yelp
My family loves to make your own pasta. You can tell them exactly what to put in it while you stand there and watch at the counter and they will make you a fresh hot delicious pasta dish in front of your eyes. You pick the noodles you pick the sauce the protein you pick the vegetables just the way you want it. Check out the cooler too ....pasta items to go to put in your freezer or fridge at home. They have pizza crust, sauces, ready to go pastas ravioli, gnocchi, tortellini all kinds of delicious things. Right next-door is the delicious I Noni restaurant great for fine dining, birthdays and prom or just a nice night out.

Yelp
Cute sitting area in larger deli/store setting. Walk down the line like a subway or chipotle (but fancier) while fresh made sandwiches or salads or noodle dishes are prepared in front of you as you stand there waiting. Prices are a bit spendy but you get plenty to eat. As you sit and eat at a table, you are surrounded by displays of wine and food items to purchase. You can even drink wine by the glass if you like.

Deborah S.

Yelp
so sorry to see this formally great pasta bar go so far down hill! no water offered. prices up but portions down. all plastic containers and silverware.
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
I look forward to trying their pasta bar, but I have enjoyed many of their pizzas, and different items from the deli. I really like the Carbonara pizza, and everything in the deli counter is good. It's a bit pricey, but probably worth it. This place is a great gem tucked away in Lilydale, and since the nearby Sunfish liquor store opened up a little area in the deli, it's an even better place to visit.
google avatar

Yelp
the bomb where it comes to great italian food. go visit the deli and get some great breads and prosciutto, ham, and mortadella- you can't go wrong

Yelp
Went there for the first time today the sandwich was just ok that we ordered in shared. Would possibly go back to try another type. But what made the experience go bad was I had a latte for a drink. The Sandwich was spicy and I needed some water, asked if I could have a glass of water and he said I had to buy a bottle of water. I said a glass of tap water would be fine. And he refused, I have never been to a restaurant/deli that refused water to a choking/coughing customer. Not sure I will go back due to this experience.

Emily T.

Yelp
Delicious food. A hidden gem in Mendota Heights. I will definitely be coming back. A delightful environment.

Yelp
Best Meatball sub ever!! The bread was soft and crispy the meatballs had excellent flavor and the sauce was perfect!!! Well done!! Bravo simple but perfect. Also had the past and it was amazing custom. The bread is life. so glad to find you 4 minutes away! I will be visiting soon

Kathleen J.

Yelp
Great sandwiches, great selection of delicious wines that you won't find in total wine and more or other wine shops around.
google avatar

Harry K.

Yelp
After picking up two meatball sandwiches and a bottle of wine I feel like I discovered the New World with my trip to Buongiorno! Ever since Paradise Pizza in Minneapolis closed so many years ago (still my alltime best) I have been mired in endless fruitless quests of eating inferior meatball sandwiches. Today I feel born again. The Buongiorno meatball sandwich kicks ass! My sixteen year old says its "the best he's ever had." Nice work gang.
google avatar

Don C.

Yelp
The Pasta Bar is awesome! Made to order. Perfect! Best deal on town...ordered a bottle of red wine on special

Lauren R.

Yelp
5 stars for the meatball sub alone! The other items I tried I don't remember thinking were overly amazing, but I will come back for the meatball subs

Yelp
I have been coming to this place even before it was in this location. Used to be on the north side of St. Paul a long long time ago. It never occurred to me to check in with my Yelp app while I was there. I don't know why. But finally I did check in on yelp, and here is my review. This is a combination delicatessen restaurant and grocery. If you're looking for a quick hot meal, or a heck of a sandwich, or even those salad thingies that the girls eat, this is your place. They have a made to order pasta bar that is to die for. You pick your ingredients you pick your pasta type you pick your sauce type and they cook it right there right in front of you you see what's going in it and it served you hot to eat in or take out and it includes bread-and-butter. I have ordered my sausage mushroom olive penne with red sauce for years. I always get a tech out and I always get two meals out of it. Oh and the prices for nominal somewhere around 10 bucks. On occasion I've had their sandwiches and there some of the best Italian sandwiches you're going to get. I often shop after meat counter and get things like pepperoni, Sicilian sausage, or giant ribeye steaks. (See the photo attached to this review.) I have bought all the ingredients including ready-made though to make my own pizza. And of course they have desserts and fresh daily bread. If you're an Italian been craving good Italian food or if you want to be Italian for a day this is the place to go.

Yelp
Two stars for the douchbag guy who was pouring wine. Unsure if it was a sampling as I waited he snidely asks me if I had any questions. I just walked away. Unsure if it was free sampling or not. My friend and I stopped here with our sons as she had a Groupon. They wouldn't take as there are new owners. The prices on some deli items were crazy high. I ordered a meatball sub as that guy wasn't overly busy like pasta guy who makes everything to order. Son said Chicken Alfredo was too rich. The other kids was watery. My sub was good. Probably won't return as its not in my area and am not making a special trip.

John C.

Yelp
One hour and twenty minutes to get a pizza. They told me fifteen minutes when I ordered then half hour later two boxes came out both not for me. I ask and they said something in the computer happened. I said ok they asked if I still wanted the pizza, to which I replied well yeah. Another half hour later the only other person in the store to order pizza got up and let the manager know how upset he was. When I noticed what he was doing I lifted my hand like a school kid and said I ordered 10 minutes before him. Ultimately he got his first then mine shortly after. The manager ask how she could make it better, to which I responded no worries. In my head I was thinking how do I get that hour back out of her plus I was late back to work. Pizza was ok, not bad flavor but hard crust.

Yelp
Stopped in today for the first time in a while....wow, what a change. We are frequent visitors of I Nonni next door (and we love it), but Buon Giorno has gone downhill. It is now just half filled with bottles of wine, not food. There is some stuff in the freezer to take out, but it's spendy. The meat and cheese counters look a bit...sad...and unimpressive. I can get all of the things they are offering at other places and with friendlier service. I am so sad that this eatery that I used to go to regularly with my Italian Grandmother has turned into this place. It's a shame. Made me miss my Grandma.

Yelp
Have you ever discovered a part of the Twin Cities you never knew existed? When you do, you either A) feel like an idiot for not knowing it was there B) Immediately text your BFF telling them to meet you there ASAP so you can explore or C) Tell NO ONE so you can keep the secret to yourself. This weird strip of Mendota/St.Paul is immediately below St.Paul and parallels the river with amazing views. I usually drive past it on my way south and have no idea what lies up there. Once you veer off the road to get gas at the BP, you notice a beautiful section of buildings that look like they were transported from Italy - maybe they were, no way of knowing ;). Buon Giorno (as told me by my BFF who knew about this for years and rolled her eyes) is amazing for take-out and deli-style authentic Italian food. They had several City-Pages and various other awards on the wall stating just how authentic and delicious they really are. In the middle, a curated amount of dry goods and wines, a fridge case along the back with pastas and other frozen goods to take home, and along the left wall is a deli with a made-to-order pasta bar, salad bar, paninis, strombolis, meats and cheeses - the works. Beer and wine are sold by the bottle or glass (loved trying the Italian brews). I tried the Spinach stromboli, which was pure spinach, and if you're into that, maybe some cheese in there to keep it all together. I was definitely eyeing my friend's pesto pasta with bacon, which was amazing. I tried some chocolate-y delight of a dessert, and some tiramisu. A great authentic Italian eatery with plenty of seating, and an event center next door, which was sadly closed for a private event. Definitely looked like a fool trying to go in and join in on the fun, then getting turned away. Boo :)

Yelp
One review, two locations! I found this place years ago when they had one location in a hard to find area of University Ave. in St. Paul (almost under a bridge) but it is somewhere I used to go a lot. This is one of St. Paul's best little Italian stores / deli's. They have fantastic sandwiches, pasta, pizza, all the classics. They have very good fresh meats, cheeses, bread, spices and everything in between including some wine. Well than they opened the new location in Lillidale, right on Hwy 13. This is an upscale version of the original. They have a great deli, great meats, breads, sandwiches and pizza. Also try the Stromboli, it ROCKS! Great place to pick up all the goods for a fantastic at home meal. They also have added a very good wine store. Very good selection of Italian wines and I have been told the restaurant in back is fantastic as well. Both locations are well worth the drive although I do know that they have changed the St. Paul location to more of a deli and less grocery. They now have tables which they did used to have and you can sit down for a bite. Either way try it, you won't be sorry. KT

Chris H.

Yelp
This grocery is not cheap but I love their prepared foods so much. The chicken cannelloni with Alfredo sauce is insane good. I don't prefer ricotta cheese so, for me, the lasagna is a miss but most ppl would think it's excellent. Sandwiches, fresh pasta, desserts are all excellent. I do wish they had more Italian candies or (non-alcoholic) drinks like the blood orange gavioli, Puntinis, flavored vinegars, pocket coffee, etc. I'd also love to see some of the space filled with fun apothecary items. Regardless, this store is great!
google avatar

Yelp
Better sandwich, better service. Tried this place again for lunch. I decided on the Cubano and it was much better than the Chicken Francesco. It was freshly prepared and pressed. It could have been hotter, but the pork was moist, the mustard was on both sides of the crusty bread with nice pickle slices. It was not greasy and the bread was nice and crusty. If it were warmer, it would have been a perfect cuban. I ate the whole thing and was stuffed the rest of the day. Note to self - half is plenty! BTW - my lunch companion had the Chicken Francesco and it was freshly prepared and pressed. I will go back.

Jeff T.

Yelp
Went to the market for lunch. My coworker get the Cuban sandwich and I got the Porketta. Sandwiches were good and fresh made. They also have a pasta cooking station for lunch.
google avatar

Dakota S.

Yelp
Loved this place! I love the pasta bar where you were able to pick what you wanted and then watch it get made! Definitely super cool! Plus the desserts there are amazing! Parking was also decent. Definitely a unique place to eat and it is reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Yelp
Review of deli cafe only. For such a seemingly fine establishment, I'm very disappointed that they do not use ripe and flavorful tomatoes for a "Caprese" sandwich. Instead, I received one layer of thinly sliced commercial (tasteless) tomatoes on what could have been an otherwise scrumptious sandwich. What was good was the baguette - it was fresh with a lightly crisp crust on it; fresh mozarrella (I guess it was, anyway); fresh basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil. But for $6.99 + tax? Meh. They could've done better. I will add that their adjoining wine shop looks interesting. Also, the women's bathroom was nice, especially the beautiful counter top, although it had only 2 stalls.

Patty F.

Yelp
Awesome Italian deli and great made to order pasta, salads, soup and sandwiches. Great bread and delicious bakery items. Very friendly staff. Also an Italian grocery with wine & liquor. Highly recommend this place.
google avatar

Lambeau B.

Yelp
While visiting family in the Twin Cities, we went to the pasta bar at Buon Giorno. We ordered fresh pasta dishes to take out, using the ingredients of our choice. All 3 of us ordered something different, and all 3 of us were very happy with what we got. It was a generous portion. I will definitely look forward to returning again!
google avatar

Richard R.

Yelp
This is the place to get fabulous red sauce. The meat market and chesse selection is first class. The pasta bar was also delicious.

Sarah L.

Yelp
We love burn Giorno!! They have incredible fresh ingredients and a huge selection of authentic Italian food. Great customer service also!

Doug B.

Yelp
I used to shop at the 'real' Buon Giorno that was on University and 35E. At one time they had real Italian products: Noodles / EVOO / Pasta / Tomatoes. This new Buon Giorno is a confused mess. Lunds has more Italian products than this store. They also sell wine - it's arranged strangely on shelves - I don't see how they could possibly compete with Total Wine. The deli doesn't have any of the Italian salads / cheeses that the original store once had. I have no reason to return.
google avatar

Lee G.

Yelp
This is a great Italian Market, with some great eat in + takeout options. I have tried to go to I nonni a few times, and it has been closed for private parties. If this happens to you, don't fret! Buon Giorno has some great options, like their design your own pasta bar. For around $10, you can get a heaping portion of pasta, and are able to choose veggies, meats, seafood, sauce, and noodle type. You can take the pasta to go, or eat at one of the nice indoor or outdoor tables. Other great options here are their strombolis, pizzas, and salads!
google avatar

Laurie G.

Yelp
Food is great! Really yummy, fresh ingredients! The atmosphere is wonderful/ if you come for lunch you can eat on a great patio next to some water that must be part of the restaurant during the evening. I would have given 5 stars based on these things. I however, have to say that the service could be improved upon. Ordering is a little confusing as there isn't a defined line or number system. Additionally, there were a number of staff just standing around while customers were waiting. Overall, I would come back.
google avatar

Ryan I.

Yelp
I was worried at first because the staff looked perplexed when I asked for a Mortadella panini, which was on the menu behind them. After we were on the same page about what I was trying to order they began to make it. Panini ended up being really good and proved to be worth the initial frustration. Had a peanut butter cookie and it was even better than the panini. Establishment has a little Italian food and wine market that gave it a unique vibe. Would definitely come back the next time I pass through Minneapolis.

Yelp
I was pretty skeptical about this place when my husband told me about them making your pasta in front of you, then I sarcastically added, "I bet they also have a conveyer-belt system where you drag your lunch tray across right?" And his response was, yes, they do have trays, but I don't remember a conveyer-belt. I was then thinking...oh great...we're in for a treat.... We get to the restaurant and it looks like a nice building, and there are items for sale that you see through their window displays. Items range from Italian goods such as sauces, cheeses, pastas galore, dinnerware, frozen goods, and much more. And right next door there is a wine shop that we hear has a great wine selection. The place sells sandwiches, salads, pizzas and pasta that they make in front of you. We chose to go with the pasta bar. The chef asks you what ingredients you'd like in your meal and the selection is seen right in front of you. I chose to put garlic, white and green onions, dry ingredients included salt and pepper, and you get to choose three main ingredients which I chose chicken, broccoli and fresh tomatoes. Then he asks you which sauces you'd like and I chose the white sauce. And then finally he asks which kind of pasta you'd like and I picked the farfalle (bow tie). It actually turned out pretty good. It was just enough and for 8.99, not a bad deal! My husband's concoction was really tasty as well. The red sauce with the crushed red peppers gave his dish a good little kick and it was pretty good. We'd probably go back and try their lasagna. It looked really good. And if they are selling their frozen lasagna trays for 26.00, it sounds like it might be one of their specialties. So, I definitely recommend this place. It's kid friendly and great atmosphere. It's set up consists of deli and market place where the staff members are quite friendly. We would also go back to buy their red sauce and make up our own concoctions at home. Try it out!

Yelp
I am so mad at myself for living so close to this place and not being äware of it's existence! I do now and i have a new lover in my life! The boss treated us to some delicious offerings for our office holiday festivities! Winning! We had some delicately wrapped and flavorful cannelloni that made me feel like I was dining in an Italian grandma's kitchen on a Sunday afternoon. The anitpasti platters were bursting with various types of olives, artichokes, figs, and the most delicious asiago spread. Various hard cheeses and Italian meats. He brought in a few desserts a chocolate mousse cake that was the bombdiggity----and the cheesecake was heavenly---if you like peppermint they offer a cake that is light as air and has just a whisper of mint---

Beth F.

Yelp
I'm obsessed with the lasagna at this restaurant because it is fan-freaking-tastic! I was a bit skeptical the first time I came here because all the food is sitting out for display and you tell the person behind the counter what you want, they scoop a huge serving onto a plate and then they--wait, they microwave it? I mean, I know that a lot of restaurants do this all the time, but there's a difference between suspecting it happens behind the scenes and then SEEING it, right before your eyes. BUT...it is totally worth it. The fresh pasta is to die for. I've also tasted the chicken parmagiana (yum) and am in love with the simple but oh-so-flavorful red sauce that they ladle onto most of the dishes (when they ask you if you want the sauce--say yes!) They have a wide selection of Italian dishes, sandwiches, pasta salads, etc. but it's the lasagna that keeps me coming back for more. I've only been here for lunch on the weekends and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I imagine that it's pretty busy during the week because portion sizes are more than generous and the food is very, very good. And when you compare the quality and the price, it's a real deal. One thing I haven't tried here that I'm curious about is the pizza. They only serve it in the evenings so one of these days I'll have to come back and give it a shot. If it's anything like the lunch, I'm sure it will be one more thing to add to my ever-growing list of temptations.

Yelp
The pasta bar is a St Paul hidden gem! You choose 3 high quality ingredients, sauce, and type of pasta and they make it fresh, right in front of you. The portions are generous and all for approx $10. I think this place would be great if you have picky eaters! I usually get mine to go, but they do have limited indoor and outdoor seating too. They have an impressive dessert selection but the cake freshness can be hit or miss.

Yelp
Pretty good Italian good - the Carbonara-egg pizza is delicious! Reasonably priced, super rich, and one pizza feeds 2 people. Our go to place for greasy, thick rich pizza. The rest of the food, IMO, is really overpriced but freshly cooked.

Yelp
The BFF and I went to grab lunch to go this past Saturday shortly after 10 am. The deli and market are a convenient spot for great non-fried food especially if you live in the surrounding area. When we entered we were hit with the wonderful aromas of authentic Italian food and it smelled like heaven. I thought the selection of desserts, cheese, meats, and prepared items were perfect for the space, if there were anymore it would have been overwhelming and taken too long to pick. We decided to split the Prosciutto e Mozzarella Sandwich panini and a Caesar Salad. It wasn't the best Caesar Salad I've had in my life, the greens could have been a little fresher, but I did enjoy the sandwich and secretly wished I had a whole one to myself. The total came to roughly $20 for a very filling lunch. I am glad we popped in when we did because I noticed there wasn't a system to how they were servicing individuals, there were about half a dozen people at the counter, so I can't imagine how chaotic it can get during busy hours...

Yelp
I found out after I brought a Classic Combo "Hoagie" that there were new owners. OMG it used to be wonderful but somehow the new owners have screwed it up. They changed the Bread so now it is a sorry roll that is under done and dry. Will not be eating there until they go back to the Bakery that used to supply the rolls.

Yelp
Fresh, hot, made right front of you, and just the way you want it. I chose to get the Pasta-the-way-you-want-it. You get to choose three of over 20 ingredients for your custom made to order meal. I chose Chicken, Artichokes, and mushrooms. They saute it in a pan that is being cooked right in front of you, then they ask for your choice of Red, White, or Green & White (pesto with white sauce) that they mix in the pan. Last you get to pick the type of pasta you would like. On my visit they had angel hair, penne, and mini bow-ties. Again, it's all added to the hot pan then served up hot to you with some a piece of homemade crusty bread and butter. They also have nice selection of Italian Soda's and other unique drinks that you would expect at a deli. Very Good! http://static.px.yelp.com/photo/_XZGMwEPJDsC9y35ZP1UaQ/l

Yelp
Ten stars. Ok, great place. Super helpful people. Superb par baked Pizza Crusts...amazing cheese selections. Gotta love this family. Go shopping, then peruse the Wine Room--and then go have a stellar martini in the I Nonni bar....The whole place is gorgeous, family owned, and they treat you like you are family. I wish they were closer. Truly, the wine room is awesome. If you are looking for a great wine, and value- they have some excellent boutique wines. Really----Buon Giorno I love you.
