The mixed-use property is pushing for more outdoor open space for lounging and dining while still finding room for a full-blown event venue and a standalone roller derby; it's Metrolink-adjacent and close to bike paths and bus lines. If it follows something like Culver City's Platform, expect dining at multiple levels—from sit-down spaces to casual grab-and-go spots and even food carts across the property—and the project could drastically reshape Downtown Burbank's restaurant scene, though it will likely take years to complete and may come online in phases.
