Burberry

Fresh from a night shift carrying my work backpack, I went straight to the Burberry flagship store at Regent Street to see the Note Bag (which I’ve been eyeing these past few days) in person and compare the four different colors available. I’ve been assisted by the lovely Aria. She gladly showed me what I was looking for and all the available colors. I wasn’t really planning to buy it on the same day but Aria’s warm, accommodating, and professional demeanor made me decide instantly. Overall, it was a smooth and quick experience and I will surely visit again. Thanks, Aria! 😊

I had the best experience at Burberry, all thanks to Reni :) She was incredibly sweet and kind, truly touching our hearts with her service. I bought my first designer bag and she made it that much more special!! She was patient, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Amazing customer service!!!

I had identified a gap in my wardrobe... a classic trench coat was absolutely required, and there's only one place I wanted to go for this investment piece. Burberry. I was due to be in London anyway to visit my sister, so decided it would be an ideal opportunity to visit the flagship and try a few on, having narrowed down my shortlist through some online research. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the team, and when I explained I wanted to try on some trench coats, Tianna was more than happy to help me. She was fantastically patient as I tried on the various options, being more than happy to let me retry prior options, showing me how to style it, offering advice on the various styles and fits available, and letting me twirl around the shop as I made my selection. We were also offered champagne while I browsed, and Tianna gave me tons of information about the Burberry aftercare services I could utilise in the future, to extend the life of my purchase. It was very much the experience I had hoped for from such an iconic brand's flagship store, and I would love to think I can visit (and buy) again soon! I will seek out Tianna, as she was so wonderful.

We stopped in during our week in London back in November (this is well overdue) and Karol was phenomenal to work with! He went above and beyond for my sister, mom and me. He was so polite, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Was at this flagship store Oct 2. Got my coat and happy with it, wear it in Switzerland and Paris. Now I am back in the US. Still remember Jai , he’s the one who assisted me. Never felt looked down despite my friend and I wearing simple attire that afternoon .

I had a very disappointing experience at the Burberry store on Regent Street in early February. I visited with the intention of purchasing a black men’s trench coat but wanted to browse the store first to see if anything else caught my interest. Unfortunately, I was immediately approached by a sales associate who was overly aggressive and bombarded me with intrusive questions: “Do you know what you want? What are you interested in? Where are you from? Have you ever bought from us before? Do you know any luxury brands?” It felt overwhelming and unnecessary—what should have been a pleasant shopping experience quickly became uncomfortable. At one point, I simply asked for a glass of water, and the way she looked at me was as if I had asked for something outrageous. Instead of allowing me to browse freely, she insisted that I follow her, making it impossible to enjoy my time in the store. I felt pressured rather than welcomed, and it completely ruined the experience. I became so frustrated and upset that I decided not to complete my purchase. Instead, I left and went to another store, where I ended up buying a jacket. It’s disappointing that such a well-known luxury brand would make customers feel this way. If you plan to visit this store, be prepared to state exactly what you want, or you may face the same pushy and uninviting treatment.

I had a lovely experience in this store . I was taken through the entire store and had a sales person assisting me the entire visit . The store could use a little updating but I am a fan of the line so I did not bother me much . I felt the service was wonderful and selection was plentiful . The packing of my new coat was perfect and i am thrilled with my purchase . I would return .
